【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は自動販売機、ロッカー等の扉に取付けられる錠装置の錠把手とシリンダ―錠との固定構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の先行技術の一例は、例えば特開平7−229340号公報に記載されている。この公開公報には錠装置の全体の構成と共に、錠装置の錠把手とシリンダ―錠との固定構造についても詳細に記述されている。

そこで本願発明の構成と従来のそれとを対比する場合の便宜上、図16及び図17を参照に上記従来の技術の構成について簡単に説明する。

図16で示すように、従来の固定構造は、錠把手1に窓状の貫通孔2が形成され、この貫通孔2内には錠把手1に一体に設けられた支持部3が縦方向に掛け渡されている。一方、錠把手1内に嵌合するシリンダー錠4の外筒の外周壁には、周方向に複数個の係止溝5が等間隔で形成されている。

しかして、シリンダー錠の抜け防止用固定手段6は、錠把手1の貫通孔2に遊嵌合し、かつ、対向する両側壁の挿入端部6a、6aにシリンダー錠4の係止溝5と係合する弧状爪部を有する端面コ字型状の係止片6と、この係止片6の外端部6bに形成された固着具用挿入孔7を貫通すると共に、錠把手1の支持部3のメネジ8に螺合するオネジ9とから成る。

しかしながら、上記錠把手1とシリンダ―錠4との固定構造に於いては、図17で示すような問題点が有った。

すなわち、今仮に錠把手からシリンダ―錠を強制的に引き抜こうとし、左図に示す矢印A(引き抜き)方向に力が作用した場合、右図で示すようにシリンダ―錠4の細い係止溝5を形成するネジ山、又は係止片6の弧状爪部が削れ或いは変形する場合が有る。また係止片6の弧状爪部をシリンダ―錠4の細い係止溝5に係止固定させる構成であることから、シリンダ―錠4の係止溝5と係止片6の弧状爪部との係止乃至位置関係を十分に考慮し、係止溝5や弧状爪部を精度良く形成しなければならない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は以上のような従来の問題点に鑑み、第1の目的は、泥棒が錠把手からシリンダ―錠を強制的に引き抜こうとしても、シリンダ―錠の抜け防止用固定手段を構成する係止片の挿入先端部が容易に削れ、或いは変形しないことである。これにより錠把手からシリンダー錠が抜けないことを期待することができる。また第2の目的は、シリンダ―錠と係止片との係止乃至位置関係を十分に考慮しなくとも(或いは係止片の挿入先端部を精度良く製造しなくとも)、シリンダ―錠と係止片との十分な係止状態を図ることができることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の錠装置の錠把手とシリンダ―錠との固定構造は、錠筐体と、この錠筐体に把手部の表面が錠筐体の表面と同一になるように格納される錠把手と、この錠把手に抜け防止用固定手段を介して固定的に格納されると共に外筒の外周壁にフラット面と弧状外周壁部を有するシリンダ―錠とから成る錠装置の錠把手とシリンダ―錠との固定構造に於いて、前記抜け防止用固定手段は、前記弧状外周壁部に周方向に沿って形成された凹所形状係合溝と、この凹所形状係合溝の内壁底面と前後対向側面とで形成された所定凹所の幅(シリンダ―錠の軸方向の所定幅)及び深さ(シリンダ―錠の半径方向の所定長)に合うように形成された指先状挿入先端部が差込み係合し、かつ前記錠把手に形成された貫通孔に嵌合する端面コ字型状の係止片と、この係止片を錠把手に固定することができるように係止片の外端部に形成された固着具用貫通孔に挿入されると共に、錠把手の支持部のメネジに螺合する固着具とから成る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示す実施例により本発明を詳細に説明する。

図1ないし図8は本発明の第1実施例である。Xは図5で示すように自動販売機、ロッカ―などの扉10に表面10aと略同一面になるように取付けられる扉の錠装置である。この錠装置Xは、図1で示すように、基本的には扉10に固定的に取付けられる錠筐体11と、この錠筐体11に把手部の表面が錠筐体の表面と同一になるように格納される錠把手21と、この錠把手に錠の表面が錠把手の表面と略同一になるように格納されるシリンダ―錠31と、このシリンダー錠31が錠把手21から抜けるのを防止する抜け防止用固定手段50との組み合せから成る。そこで、これらの基本的部材11、21、31、50を中心にさらに詳しく説明する。

まず錠筐体11について説明する。12は周壁がトラック状に形成された嵌合取付部、13は嵌合取付部12の前端部に突壁状に周設されたフランジ部、14は嵌合取付部の後端部の上方寄りの位置に円筒状に突出形成された筒状突出部、15は嵌合取付部およびフランジ部の前面部に鍵穴形状に形成された嵌合凹所、16は嵌合凹所15と直交して連通するように嵌合取付部12および筒状突出部14に貫設された錠把手用嵌合孔、17は嵌合取付部の前記嵌合孔が形成された内壁の適宜部位に形成された収納溝、18は筒状突出部14の周壁面の下方に形成された後述する施錠用ラッチと係合する丸または角型の筐体係合孔である。

次に錠把手21について説明する。22は錠筐体11の嵌合取付部12の嵌合孔16に遊嵌合する円筒状の挿入胴部、23は嵌合凹所15に嵌入する把手部である。この把手部23と前記挿入胴部22は全体としてL型状に一体成形されている。24は挿入胴部22内の前方部に形成されたシリンダ―錠31用嵌合孔、仮想線で示す符号25は、挿入胴部22の後方部に下方の一部を除いて挿入胴部22の内周壁と隔離し、かつ、挿入胴部と一体に設けられた円筒部である。

26は円筒部25に嵌合し、かつ、先端部に角穴26aを有する合成樹脂製又は金属製の回動杆である。この回動杆26の後端部には、施錠用ラッチ27の突起状被係合部27aと係合する係合突起26bが形成されている。又回動杆26の後端部よりの部位には、周溝26cが形成されている。

27は円筒部25の切欠部を有する後端部に嵌合し、かつ、回動杆26の回動により上下動する施錠用ラッチである。この施錠用ラッチ27は回動杆26に対して交差方向に設けられ、その下端部は筐体係合孔18と符合する図示しないラッチ係合孔から突出可能である。

ところで、錠把手21の把手部23と挿入胴部22との連結部はフランジ23a状に形成され、挿入胴部22の外壁の適宜部位には前記フランジ23aと連設して突起部22aが形成されている。この突起部22aとフランジ23aは同一の面を成している。

しかして、図5及び図6で示すように、40は前記突起部22aあるいは挿入胴部22の先端部に形成された窓状の貫通孔である。この貫通孔40の内部には上下の挿入空間41a、41bを設け、これらの挿入空間41a、41bの間には、板状の支持部42が突起部22aあるいは挿入胴部22に連設している。そして、支持部42の中心部にはメネジ43が形成されている。

なお、図5で示す符号30は挿入胴部22の円筒部25の後端面とスリ―ブ状ロック部材28の鍔状ストッパ―壁28cとの間に介装され、かつ、鍵36でシリンダ―錠31を解錠操作すると、錠把手21が錠筐体11から所要量飛び出すように常に付勢するバネ部材である。また符号28dはスリ―ブ状ロック部材28の後端部に形成されたオネジ28dで、このオネジ28dには長板状のロック板が固定的に取付けられる。

次にシリンダ―錠31について説明する。シリンダ―錠31は本発明の主要部である。このシリンダー錠31は図示しないピンタンブラ―等を内蔵する。シリンダ―錠31は前述したように錠把手21の嵌合孔24に格納される。

しかして、32は外筒である。図3及び図4で示すように、この外筒32の外周壁の上下には回転防止用フラット面32aが形成され、このフラット面32aを除いた弧状外周壁部には、周方向に凹所形状の係合溝33が形成されている。34は前述した回動杆26の角穴26aに嵌入する軸状の駆動体(駆動軸)である。なお、符号35はシリンダ―錠31の内筒であり、また36は普通の一般的な鍵である。

次にシリンダ―錠31が錠把手21から抜けないようにする抜け防止用固定手段50について説明する。この抜け防止用固定手段50も本発明の主要部である。図7及び図8で示すように、抜け防止用固定手段50は、シリンダ―錠の凹所形状の係合溝33に指先状挿入先端部51a、51a(ここで「指先状挿入先端部」とは、図3で示すように、外筒32の弧状外周壁部に周方向に沿って凹所形状係合溝33が形成されているが、この凹所形状係合溝33の内壁底面と前後対向側面とで形成された所定凹所の幅及び深さに合うように形成された所定凹所に差込み係合する部分、つまり、周方向の内壁底面・周方向の前後対向側面・半径方向の深さでもって定義付けることができる軸方向の所定幅と半径方向の所定長から成る所定凹所に差込み係合する部分を意味する。)が差込み係合し、かつ、錠把手の窓状貫通孔40に嵌合する端面コ字型状の係止片51と、この係止片51を錠把手21の支持部42に固定することができるように係止片の外端部51bに形成された固着具用貫通孔52に挿入されると共に、前記支持部42のメネジ43に螺合する固着具(オネジ)53とから成る。なお、繰り返すが、所定凹所の幅とは、シリンダ―錠31の軸 方向の所定幅のことであり、また、所定凹所の深さとは、シリンダ―錠31の半径方向の所定長のことを言う。

しかして、係止片51の指先状挿入先端部51aの水平方向の横幅(所定凹所の幅に対応或は適合するシリンダ―錠31の軸方向の所定幅)は、指先状挿入先端部の垂直方向の縦幅(所定凹所の周方向の内壁底面ないし深さに対応或は適合するシリンダ―錠31の径方向の所定長)と略同じ幅である。また係止片51の指先状挿入先端部51aの先端面は、シリンダ―錠31の凹所状係合溝33の内壁底面と面接触するようにやや弧状に形成されている。

上記構成に於いて、まず係止片51をシリンダ―錠31の凹所状係合溝33に係止させる場合について説明する。最初に錠把手21の窓状貫通孔40に係止片51の挿入先端部51a、51aを差し込む。この場合係止片51は、まだ錠把手21の支持部42に固定されていない。次に固着具(オネジ)53を係止片51の外端部51bの固着具用貫通孔52に挿入すると共に、ドライバーを用い、錠把手21の支持部42のメネジ43、又はシリンダ―錠31のメネジに螺合する。そうすると、係止片51は錠把手21に固定され、その結果、シリンダー錠31を錠把手21から容易に引き抜くことはできない。

次に錠装置Xの錠筐体11、錠把手21およびシリンダ―錠状31の関係について説明する。錠筐体11の嵌合孔16に錠把手21が嵌合し、かつ、錠把手21の嵌合孔24に格納されたシリンダー錠31が施錠状態になっている時は、ラッチ27は圧縮バネ29のバネ力により錠筐体11の筐体係合孔18から突出している。この場合錠把手21を付勢するバネ部材30は収縮している。

そこで、シリンダー錠31の鍵穴に鍵36を差し込み、駆動体34を回転して解錠操作をすると、駆動体34により回動杆26が回転し、ラッチ27は、圧縮バネ29のバネ力に抗して係合解除の方向へ移動し、錠筐体11の筐体係合孔18を越え、ラッチ係合孔内に入り込む。そうすると、錠把手21はバネ部材30のバネ力により外方向へ押され、図5で示すように錠筐体11内から所要量飛び出す。この場合錠把手21の挿入胴部22に装着されたラッチ27も錠筐体の筒状突出部14の内壁をスライドしながら軸方向へ一緒に移動する。

次に錠把手21が錠筐体11から飛び出した場合に於いても、シリンダー錠31は固定手段50で錠把手21に固定されているので、そのまま錠把手21に格納されている。

そこで、シリンダー錠31を錠把手21から取り外す時は、固着具53を緩め、係止片51の挿入先端部51a、51aとシリンダー錠31の凹所状係合溝33との係合を解消させる。そうすると、錠把手21からシリンダー錠31は引き抜くことが可能と成る。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明にあっては次に列挙するような効果がある。
(1)泥棒が錠把手からシリンダ―錠を強制的に引き抜こうとしても、シリンダ―錠の抜け防止用固定手段を構成する係止片の挿入先端部が容易に削れ、或いは変形しない。
(2)シリンダー錠の凹所状係合溝に係止片の挿入先端部を係合させるだけで発明の課題を達成することができるから、係止片の挿入先端部を精度良く製造しなくとも良い。
