Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a dry battery case suitable for a gas combustion appliance such as a gas table stove.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a gas combustion appliance such as a gas table stove, a dry battery case is generally provided at the bottom front or rear side of the appliance. Therefore, when replacing the battery, the appliance is lifted or the appliance is moved forward. The battery must be pulled out and the rear part of the device must be looked into. Moreover, the attachment / detachment of the dry battery to / from the dry battery case is accompanied by considerable difficulty.
Therefore, since it is difficult to confirm the position of the dry battery case from the front of the instrument, it takes a lot of time to replace the battery, which is inconvenient and troublesome in handling.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, an attempt has been proposed to solve the above problems by providing a dry battery case on the front side of a gas combustion appliance such as a gas table stove so that the battery can be replaced from the front side of the appliance.
[0004]
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the front cover 102 and the upper surface are opened in the case main body 101 having the guide rail 100 as shown in FIG. A dry battery case (hereinafter referred to as Conventional Example 1) provided with a boat-type battery case 103 integrated with a slide base 104 so as to be able to store or pull out, or as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. A battery case 103 having a grip 108 and opened on both sides is provided in a case body composed of a guide plate 105, a lower guide plate 106, and a contact fitting 107 so that the battery case 103 can be inserted and removed, and a separate front cover 102 is provided. There are dry battery cases (hereinafter referred to as Conventional Example 2 and Conventional Example 3).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the battery case of the above-mentioned conventional example 1 is replaced, the slide body is pulled out from the case body 101 halfway, the used dry battery stored in the battery case 103 is taken out from the upper surface opening, and a new dry battery is removed from the upper surface opening. After being housed in the slide body, the slide body is pushed into the case body 101 together with the front cover 102 and set. However, since there is no holding means in the storage position of the battery case 103 with respect to the case body 101, the slide body is attached to the battery case 103. There is a problem that the front cover 102 protrudes from the front surface of the device or intrudes inward and easily forms a step, and since the handle is not exposed, it is difficult to pull out the battery case 103 in the storage position.
[0006]
In the battery cases of the above-described conventional examples 2 and 3, when the battery is replaced, first, the cover 102 of the front panel is removed, and then the battery case 103 is pulled out from the case body 101 by gripping the handle and taken out of the container. 103, the used dry batteries stored in 103 are removed from the openings on both sides, and new batteries are inserted into the battery case 103 from the openings on both sides, and then the battery case 103 containing the dry batteries is pushed into the case body and stored. Since the cover 102 is covered, the front cover 102 separate from the battery case is positioned on the same plane as the front panel, so that no stepped portion is formed, and the battery case 103 can be easily pulled out using the handle. It is not possible to confirm from the outside whether it has been set securely, Since there is no holding means at the storage position of the battery case 103, the connection relationship between the battery case 103 and the contact fitting 107 may not be stable, and a poor conduction may occur. Also, when the battery case 103 is pulled out from the case body, it is pulled out. It sometimes dropped too much.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a battery case that is easy to pull out and can be reliably set in a storage position, and is neatly visible.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

It is formed and is elastically deformable in the engaging direction.
[0011]
According to a fourth dry battery case of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems, when a battery case with a lid is pulled out between the battery box and the battery case with a lid, a stopping means for once restricting the withdrawal is provided. It is characterized by that.
[0012]
According to a fifth dry battery case of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems, the instrument is a table stove, the battery storage portion is provided next to the ignition switch on the operation panel of the table stove, and the battery case with a lid is stored. The lid surface is positioned on the same plane as the operation panel surface at a position.
[0013]
[Action]
In the first dry battery case of the present invention having the above-described configuration, when the battery case with the lid is stored to a predetermined position in the battery box, the battery case with the lid is pressed by the pressing means and is applied by the urging means. The urging force in the take-out direction is applied and the stopper is securely locked, and as a result, the lidded battery case is stably held in a predetermined predetermined storage position.
Further, if the release operation part is pinched and pinched together with the protrusion, the engagement is released, and the battery case with the lid is pushed forward by the urging means.
[0014]
In the second dry battery case of the present invention having the above configuration, the release operation portion and the stopper are integrally formed with the battery case with a lid, and no separate member is required.
[0015]
The third dry battery case of the present invention having the above configuration is reliably engaged by its elasticity because the engagement portion is operated by elastic deformation by the release operation portion at the tip.
[0016]
In the fourth dry battery case of the present invention having the above-described configuration, when the battery case with the lid is pulled out from the battery box, the pulling operation is temporarily stopped by the stopping means, and it is not pulled out and dropped.
[0017]
The fifth dry battery case of the present invention having the above configuration can be replaced from the front side, and since the lid is flush with the panel, it can be confirmed whether or not the battery case is securely stored.
[0018]
