本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート工事、その他コンクリート製品中に埋設される交差鉄筋であって、縦筋の端縁とその近傍の交差箇所に取付けて鉄筋と型枠の間隔を保持する鉄筋間隔保持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の鉄筋間隔保持具としては、特許文献1に開示される様にキャップ状のものが見受けられるが、この様な構成の鉄筋間隔保持具では、単に鉄筋端縁を被冠するだけのため、コンクリート打設時の衝撃、振動等により簡単に外れてしまいその役目を果たすことが出来ない。
これに対し、特許文献2に開示された鉄筋間隔保持具は、縦筋を挿入するキャップ状の縦筋端縁被冠部に対して直交配置した腕部に横筋を弾性的に挟持する横筋挟持部を設けることにより、交差鉄筋から容易に外れることはなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、交差鉄筋において縦筋端縁から横筋を溶着した交差箇所までの長さは、必ずしも一定でなく若干のバラツキがあるので、その交差箇所から縦筋端縁までの長さが、鉄筋間隔保持具において横筋挟持穴から縦筋端縁被冠部に穿設した縦筋挿入孔の底部までよりも長いと、横筋を横筋挟持部に嵌め入れることができず、この場合、縦筋端縁を所定長さ切断せねばならなかった。従って、作業効率が著しく低下する課題を有していた。

本発明は、上記課題に鑑み、合成樹脂製にて一体形成されるものにして、交差鉄筋において縦筋端縁を被冠する縦筋端縁被冠部と、該縦筋端縁被冠部に直交配置した腕部上の左右に、縦筋に直交状に溶着した横筋を挟持する横筋挟持部とを設け、該横筋挟持部は横筋挿入口を奥方へ至るに従い狭める横筋抜止め用の爪片を設けると共に、横筋挿入口に連続形成した横筋挟持穴の横筋挿入方向に対応した内径を横筋の直径より長く形成することにより、交差鉄筋の交差箇所から縦筋端縁までの長さが一定でなくても、縦筋端縁を切断することなく、簡単容易に鉄筋間隔保持具を装着できる様にして、上記課題を解決する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図に示す鉄筋間隔保持具1は、合成樹脂製にて一体形成されるものにして、交差鉄筋の縦筋X端縁を被冠する縦筋端縁被冠部2と、該縦筋端縁被冠部2に直交配置した腕部3と、該腕部3の左右に設けられ、縦筋Xに直交状に溶着された横筋Yを挟持する横筋挟持部4とから成る。
縦筋端縁被冠部2は、その基体を略円柱状に形成すると共に、該基体の基端を腕部3上面と同一平面上に設け、基端から基体の中途部位に渡って縦筋Xの挿入孔5を穿設している。
基体の先端は、略円錐台状に形成されると共に、軸線方向に延出した突起6を設けている。
突起6は軸線を中心にして四方へ突設した十字状の板片から成り、前方と左右の板片は基体の半径と同幅にして、先端が軸線に向かって傾斜し、後方の板片は、腕部3中間部位の下面後方からこれと同幅の基端を発し、該基端から軸線に向かって傾斜している。
又、縦筋端縁被冠部2の開口端において、腕部3との交差部位と対向する半円弧側を延出形成して鉄筋支持部7と成し、該鉄筋支持部7の外面にはその長さ方向に渡り一条の補強リブ片8を突設している。
尚、縦筋端縁被冠部2の長さ(その基端から突起6先端までの距離に相当)及び腕部3の長さが適宜に設定される。

腕部3は中間部位後端を頂角とした左右対称の略三角板状に形成して成り、その中央前方には、縦筋端縁被冠部2の開口端に外接した略三角板状の鍔片9を一体形成している。
そして、腕部3上面の左右には横筋挟持部4を突設し、腕部3の下面には左右方向に渡り一条の補強リブ片10を突設している。
横筋挟持部4は、前後に横筋Yの直径と同幅の間隔を隔てて一対の支持片11を立設し、該支持片11の上方を横筋挿入口12と成すと共に、該横筋挿入口12を奥方(下方)へ至るに従い狭める様に略三角形状に形成された横筋抜止め用の爪片13を支持片11上方の左右食い違い位置に突設している。
そして、横筋挿入口12の下方に連続した支持片11間の下方空間を横筋Yが受け入れられる横筋挟持穴14と成し、該横筋挟持穴14は横筋挿入方向に長く、即ち横筋挟持穴14の横筋Y挿入方向に対応する内径Dを横筋Yの直径YDより所定長さ長く形成している(図3参照)。
尚、図3では、鉄筋間隔保持具1において、縦筋X端縁から横筋Yとの交差箇所までの距離が、設定値と同一の場合の横筋Yを一点鎖線で示し、設定値より長い場合の横筋Yを二点鎖線で示している。

次に鉄筋間隔保持具の交差鉄筋への装着について説明する。
交差鉄筋において、縦筋X端縁を縦筋端縁被冠部2の挿入孔5に挿入すると共に、横筋Yを横筋挟持部4の横筋挿入口12へ押し入れる。
これにより、支持片11がその材質特性にて弾性拡開し、横筋Yが横筋挟持穴14に挿入され、同時に支持片11は弾性復帰し、爪片13により横筋Yは抜止めされ、鉄筋間隔保持具1は交差鉄筋に装着される。
又、交差鉄筋において交差箇所から縦筋X端縁までの長さが一定でなくても、横筋挟持穴14において横筋Yの挿入方向に対応する内径Dが横筋Yの直径YDより長く形成されているため、横筋Yは難無く横筋挟持穴14に挿入保持される。
上記の如く、交差鉄筋に装着された鉄筋間隔保持具1により、縦筋端縁被冠部2が、図1に示す型枠Pと交差鉄筋とのかぶり厚さを保持し、又鉄筋間隔保持具1の交差鉄筋に対する装着状態によっては、腕部3の両方又は一方が別途型枠(図示せず)との間隔を保持し、所望のかぶり厚さを確保する。

【発明の効果】
要するに本発明は、合成樹脂製にて一体形成された鉄筋間隔保持具1であって、縦筋X端縁を被冠する縦筋端縁被冠部2に対し直交配置した腕部3上の左右に設けられ、横筋Yを挟持する様に成した横筋挟持部4は、横筋挿入口12を奥方へ至るに従い狭める横筋抜止め用の爪片13を設けると共に、横筋挿入口12に連続する横筋挟持穴14横筋挿入方向に対応した内径Dを横筋Yの直径 YD より長く形成したので、交差鉄筋において交差箇所から縦筋X端縁までの長さが不揃いであっても、何らの手間を要することなく、横筋Yを横筋挟持穴14内に挿入でき、簡単容易に鉄筋間隔保持具1を交差鉄筋に装着できるため、従来では縦筋Y端縁を切断しなければ、鉄筋間隔保持具1を交差鉄筋に装着できなかった不具合を完全に解消でき、その作業効率を良好と成すことができる。

縦筋端縁被冠部2の開口端において、腕部3との交差部位と対向する半円弧側を延出形成して鉄筋支持部7と成したので、縦筋端縁被冠部2と共に縦筋Xをより長く支持することができ、縦筋Xに加わる荷重によって鉄筋間隔保持具1が容易に破損することがない。
又、鉄筋支持部7は、上記の様に、円弧状にして、且つ腕部3との交差部位の対向位置に設けているため、交差鉄筋への装着に支障がなく、この上なく簡便である等その実用的効果甚だ大である。
