本発明は、調理装置の撹拌羽根支持構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の調理装置の撹拌羽根支持構造としては、例えば図6、図7、図8に示すようなものがある。図6は調理装置の全体を一部を切り欠いて示した側面図、図7は撹拌羽根支持構造の正面図、図8は同側面図である。

図6のように、調理装置101は、調理容器として断面(図6紙面直行方向)が概ね円筒形状の調理釜103を備えている。この調理釜103の上部は食材の投入口105となっている。この投入口105には、図示しないが開閉自在な蓋が設けられている。前記調理釜103の下部側には、加熱用の蒸気ジャケット107が設けられている。

前記調理釜103の内部には、攪拌軸109が配置され、該攪拌軸109に複数の攪拌部111が所定間隔で取り付けられている。この攪拌部111は、攪拌アーム113の先端に攪拌羽根115を備えている。前記攪拌アーム113の基部には、ボス部117が備えられ、前記攪拌軸109に嵌合して固定されている。

前記攪拌アーム113に対する前記攪拌羽根115の支持を図7,図8をも参照して説明する。

前記攪拌羽根115は樹脂によって形成され、該攪拌羽根115の基部側117が金属製の一対の支持ブラケット119,121で挟持されている。前記攪拌羽根115の基部側117及び一対の支持ブラケット119,121は、これらを貫通する例えば3個のボルト123にそれぞれナット125が締結されている。こうして、支持ブラケット119,121による基部側117の挟持が固定されている。

そして、前記支持ブラケット121には取付部127が設けられ、該取付部127に締結用の貫通孔129が設けられている。この取付部127が、前記攪拌アーム113の先端に取り付けられている。

従って、攪拌軸109の回転に伴って先端の攪拌羽根115が図6の紙面直交方向へ旋回して調理釜103の内面を摺動し、調理釜103内に収容された食材を攪拌調理することができる。これによって蒸気ジャケット107内への蒸気供給を伴って、各種練り餡、つぶ餡、羊羹、ジャム、マーマレード、カスタードクリーム等を加熱攪拌調理することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、図8のように攪拌羽根115の基部側117の両面に、ブラケット119,121、ボルトナット123,125が突出していると、攪拌調理の際に食材がブラケット119,121、ボルトナット123,125に掛かり易く、ブラケット119,121周辺に食材が付着し、この付着した食材が次第に残存固化して食品衛生上の不具合を生じる虞れがあった。

一方、ブラケット119,121周辺に付着した食材をこまめに洗浄すれば、付着した食材の残存固化は避けることはできるが、ブラケット119,121等が基部側117の両面に突出した形状であるため、洗浄に時間を要して洗浄作業性が悪く、また食材が洗浄しきれずに残存する虞れもあった
さらに、基部側117を一対のブラケット119,121で挟持し、ボルト、ナット123,125で固定する場合に、1組のボルトナット123,125による締結固定では攪拌羽根115がブラケット119,121間でボルト123を中心に相対回転を起こす虞がある。このためボルトナット123,125を複数間隔を設けて締結固定する必要があった。従って、部品点数が増大し、組付け、部品管理が煩雑であると共に、撹拌羽根115の表面に突出する部分がそれだけ多くなり、上記不具合を一層助長するものとなっている。

加えて、基部側117の両面にブラケット119,121、ボルトナット125等が突出しているため、食材の攪拌調理の際に攪拌羽根115上での食材の流れがブラケット119,121等によって妨げられ、調理釜103内での食材の流れが悪くなり、攪拌調理に悪影響を及ぼす虞があった。

請求項1の発明は、食材を収容する調理容器と、該調理容器に支持された撹拌軸と、該撹拌軸に基部が取り付けられ先端の撹拌羽根が前記撹拌軸の回転にともなって前記調理用器内の食材を撹拌調理する撹拌部とよりなる調理装置において、前記攪拌羽根の厚み方向の前面又は後面全体を平面に形成し、前記撹拌羽根の基部側の厚み方向の前面又は後面に、支持ブラケット嵌合用の凹部又は段差を設け、前記撹拌部に、前記撹拌羽根の凹部又は段差に対応した形状で該凹部又は段差に嵌合して前記前面又は後面と面一となるように取り付けられる支持ブラケットを設け、前記撹拌羽根に、貫通孔を設け、前記支持ブラケットに、前記貫通孔へ向いた雌ねじ部を設け、前記雌ねじ部にボルトを締結して支持ブラケットを攪拌羽根に締結固定したことを特徴とする。

図1は本発明の一実施形態を適用した調理装置の撹拌羽根支持構造を調理容器との関係で示す概略側面図である。本実施形態における調理装置1も全体的には前記図6とほぼ同様な構成となっている。

すなわち、本実施形態においても、攪拌軸3に対し攪拌部5が軸方向所定間隔で複数備えられている。前記攪拌部5は、攪拌アーム7の先端側に攪拌羽根9を備え、基部にボス部11を備えている。前記攪拌部5はボス部11が攪拌軸3に嵌合して固定されている。
