Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an openable floor structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to an openable floor structure in which a detachable opening floor is provided on a part of a concrete floor of a multi-story multi-story structure, and the opening floor is formed of a precast concrete plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Exhibition halls such as trade fairs are often held in large structures, such as Makuhari Messe and Harumi trade fair halls. If the exhibits are small, they can be displayed in the venue building. However, it is difficult to accommodate long exhibits, especially those that are three-dimensionally large, in the indoor exhibition hall, and will be displayed in the open space of the adjacent street. Since these exhibition halls require a vast area, they are located in the suburbs away from the city center, making it difficult for participants and visitors to access them. A large-scale exhibition can be advantageous even if these inconveniences are taken into account, but there are cases where it is desirable to hold a small-scale exhibition with a limited theme in a building close to the city center where transportation is convenient.
[0003]
However, in order to display long exhibits in a building, it is sufficient to plan and build a permanent exhibition hall from the beginning of the building, but several times a year, once a few years, etc. When it is used as an exhibition hall intermittently at a frequency and for a relatively short period of time, it is very uneconomical.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention aims to develop and provide an openable floor structure that solves the above problems.
[0005]
The present invention is normally used as an office space, for example, and can be diverted to an exhibition hall that can display exhibits that penetrate the hierarchy promptly if necessary, and is restored to the original office space after the exhibition. An object of the present invention is to provide a floor structure having such a structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is a floor structure that can be freely opened, characterized by taking the following technical means.
[0007]
The present invention is provided with a freely opening floor removably attached to the floor of the layered multi-storey structure, opening the floor is the floor structure formed by an upper lining for precast concrete plate and the lower precast prestressed concrete panel for floor alignment ,
The lower-stage precast prestressed concrete plate is divided into a plurality of blocks, and through holes are formed through which a tension material can be inserted and removed. Prestress is introduced at the same time as each block is joined by inserting the tension material into the insertion hole. An openable floor structure characterized by being formed as described above .
[0008]
In the openable floor structure, it is preferable that the upper precast concrete slab is divided into a plurality of parts and is easy to handle .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an elevation view showing an outline of a building 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The figure shows three floors, but is not limited to this. A part of the floor surfaces 2 and 3 on the second and third floors is opened as openings 2a and 3a, and a long display 101 is displayed through the floor surfaces 2 and 3. Each floor of the building shows a state in which exhibits 102 that can be displayed on floors 2 and 3 are displayed.
[0010]
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a view taken along the line AA in FIG. The opening blockage floor 11 blocking the opening of the space surrounded by the pillar 5 and the large beam 7 is used together with the constant floor 12 as a normal office floor. The opening blockage floor 11 has a structure in which a large number of precast plates (blocking plates 13) having a certain width are arranged.
[0011]
FIG. 3 is a plan view of a floor surface having an opening, and is a view taken along arrow B-B in FIG. 1. It is a figure in which a long and large exhibit 101 standing up from the lower floor is displayed through the floor 2. Small exhibits can be displayed on the permanent floor 12 other than the opening 2a.
[0012]
FIG. 4 is a side view of the opening portion closing plate 13 as viewed in the direction of arrows CC in FIG. The closed plate 13 has a two-stage structure of a precast concrete plate 21 and a precast prestressed concrete plate 31 supported on the small beam 8, and the longitudinal direction of the precast concrete plate 21 is divided into two, and the prestressed precast The concrete plate 31 is divided into three in the longitudinal direction. Each of the joint joints 22 and 32 uses a non-adhesive filler or is a dry joint, and can be divided and reused by being divided at the dividing portion. The reason why the precast concrete plate 21 and the precast prestressed concrete plate 31 are divided in the longitudinal direction is that the block plate 13 can be disassembled and reassembled on the constant floor 12 of the same floor. That is, since a large work machine cannot be introduced, it is for weight reduction. Further, the closed plate 13 has a two-stage structure because the member into which the lower precast prestressed concrete plate 31 is divided is press-tressed with a PC tension material, so that a peeling (upper sled) occurs and the adjacent constant floor 12 Therefore, the thin precast concrete plate 21 is lined on the upper side for the alignment.
[0013]
FIG. 5 is a detailed view of the precast concrete slab 21, and a side view of the precast concrete slab 21, and FIGS. 7, 8, and 9 are a DD arrow view, an EE arrow view, and an FF arrow view in FIG. 5, respectively. FIG. FIG. 6 is a side view of the precast prestressed concrete slab 31, and FIGS. 10, 11, and 12 are GG arrow view, HH arrow view, and II arrow view, respectively.
[0014]
Precast prestressed concrete panel 31 during assembly, side by side with each block divided at constant bed portion are opposed to eye areas 32, the tendon insertion holes formed in the sheath of the stem portion is inserted through the PC tendon Then, the blocks divided by the PC tendon are joined, and at the same time, prestress is introduced, and the mounting portion 35 is supported on the small beam in the opening. When the closed floor slab is dismantled, it is lifted and moved to the constant floor, the pre-stress is released, the tension material is extracted, and stored.
[0015]
FIG. 13 shows an example of a fixing tool 34 suitable for fixing the PC tendon of the precast prestressed concrete plate 31, and an unbonded PC steel bar 33 rust-proofed in the insertion hole formed by the sheath 36 is used. An example is given. It is fixed by a washer 41 with an external screw and a nut 38 via a pressure bearing plate 37 that is box-mounted on the end of the member. The external thread washer 41 has an external thread so that a protective cap 42 filled with rust preventive grease 43 can be screwed.
[0016]
In the above embodiment, the precast concrete plate is divided into two in the longitudinal direction and the precast prestressed concrete plate is divided into three in the longitudinal direction. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the span length and the weight of the member are taken into consideration. Of course, it may be determined appropriately.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, for example, an exhibition hall capable of exhibiting a large display that is temporarily used as an office building and temporarily spans multiple layers in a building with convenient transportation close to the city center. It is now possible to provide buildings that are suitable for changing the design and restoring the original state after the exhibition. Since this floor is provided with an opening that can be removed and reassembled, the floor slab that closes the opening is divided into lightweight pieces so that it can be operated on a constant floor surface, and is a precast concrete plate that can be stored and disassembled and reused. Furthermore, if the precast concrete plate has a two-stage structure, it is preferable that correction of “spinning” by introducing prestress is possible. This building can be used properly as needed, and can be used without waste and has excellent effects.
