本発明は、家屋の軒先に設けられる曲り継手に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、軒先の軒樋同士を接続する曲り継手としては、例えば、実開平3−82738号公報と、又、曲り継手の支持具としては、例えば、実開平6−79936号公報に記載されているようなものがある。
前者の実開平3−82738号公報に記載の曲り継手は、略L字型に形成され、軒樋を嵌合可能な軒樋嵌合部が両端に設けられ、軒樋嵌合部の内周面にパッキングと、略L字に形成された曲り継手の入隅側の一片と他片の外壁面に係止具とが設けられているものである。

この曲り継手は、曲り継手の入隅側(屋内側)の一片と他片の外壁面に設けられた係止具を、軒先の出隅部に一片と他片に取り付けられた取付金具に取り付け、曲り継手の軒樋嵌合部に軒樋の両耳部を嵌めて、軒樋嵌合部の内周面に設けられられたパッキングで側壁や底部からの漏水を防ぎ、軒樋と曲り継手とを接続しているもので、簡単な構造で、使い易いものである。

後者の実開平6−79936号公報に記載の曲り継手の支持具は、固定部と、この固定部から屋外方向に長く突出した腕部と、腕部の屋外側先端に2個の屋外側保持部と、この屋外側角部保持部より屋内側に屋内側角部の2個の屋内側係止部とが設けられているものである。
この曲り継手の支持具は、曲り継手の屋外側耳部を外側から2個の屋外側保持部に嵌め込み、屋内側耳部を2個の屋内側係止部に嵌め込み、固定部を軒先の出隅部に取り付けて曲り継手を支持具で支持しているもので、簡単な構造で、使い易いものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、軒樋は、気温の変化に伴って、軒樋の長さ方向や幅方向に伸縮し、軒樋の伸縮に伴って曲り継手も伸縮し、軒樋や曲り継手が変形することがある。
上記の実開平3−82738号公報に記載の曲り継手は、曲り継手の入隅側(屋内側)の外壁面が軒先の出隅部に繋がれ、固定しているもので、曲り継手の出隅側(屋外側)は固定されておらず、曲り継手の出隅側(屋外側)で気温の変化に伴って伸縮し、変形することがあり、軒樋嵌合部に隙間ができ、漏水するという問題がある。

又、実開平6−79936号公報に記載の曲り継手の支持具は、曲り継手の入隅側(屋内側)と出隅側(屋外側)でしっかりと曲り継手を支持しているが、曲り継手の入隅側(屋内側)と出隅側(屋外側)のそれぞれ2箇所で曲り継手の耳部を掴んで支持しているため、支持具自体が大きくなり、嵩張って持ち運びに手間が掛かるという問題があり、又、伸縮による変形で掴んでいる耳部が外れることがあるという問題がある。

そこで、本発明の目的は、上記のような問題に着目し、温度変化があっても、曲り継手の入隅側(屋内側)と出隅側(屋外側)で変形し軒樋嵌合部に隙間ができず漏水せず、掴んでいる耳部が外れず、嵩張らず持ち運びに手間が掛からない曲り継手を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の目的を達成するためになされたもので、請求項1記載の発明は、略L字型に形成され、軒樋を嵌合可能な軒樋嵌合部が両端に設けられている曲り継手本体と、この曲り継手本体を支持する支持具とからなる曲り継手であって、曲り継手本体には、屋外側角部の上端部に係止孔を有する屋外側係止部と、屋内側角部の上端部に係止爪を有する屋内側係止部とが設けられ、支持具には、固定部と、この固定部から屋外方向に長く突出した腕部と、腕部の屋外側先端に屋外側角部保持部と、この屋外側角部保持部より屋内側に屋内側角部の係止爪を引っ掛ける係止片とが設けられ、曲り継手本体の係止孔に支持具の屋外側角部保持部が差し込まれ、曲り継手本体の係止爪が支持具の係止片に引っ掛けられて、曲り継手本体が支持具に係止されるものである。

又、上方向の動きをT字形部材の縦材を小板で押え付けて止めることができ、支持具の屋外側角部保持部で曲り継手本体の屋外側係止部をしっかりと保持できる。
