Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bathroom sliding door lower frame device characterized by steps for eliminating a level difference of a bathroom entrance / exit part lower frame and an inclination step in a barrier-free house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is a barrier-free housing as one of the public loan standards for housing, but in the bathroom, gratings, slats, etc. are installed in the washing area as a means to eliminate steps. Recently, in order to facilitate cleaning of the bathroom, it has been considered to remove the grating and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A conventional gratingless bathroom has a structure in which a relatively narrow groove is provided in front of the sliding door frame, or a part of the bathroom floor is cut out, and a separate pit is connected to the cutout to drain the water. In addition, the above type having a narrow groove requires a thin grating, and the retrofit pit type requires maintenance of the pit portion. Under such circumstances, the present inventors have proposed that a slope (inclination step) is provided on the bathroom side of the bathroom entrance / exit part lower frame (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-164617). The present invention is an improvement to the proposal, and the problem is that the slope step of the bathroom sliding door body is made as low as possible without installing a grating or a slat in the bathroom. It is intended to make it easy to go in and out and to attach and detach the inclined step 25 to the lower frame side easily and with a simple operation regardless of the newly installed / existing bathroom lower frame device.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Since the height of the hull to satisfy the official loan standard of the house is 20 mm or less, the height of the hull, in other words, the step on the upper surface of the lower frame with respect to the bathroom floor is slightly lower, that is, 20 mm or less. However, an inclination step 25 is provided to eliminate the step at a level that does not cause a problem in use. And the bathroom lower frame apparatus with an inclination step of Claim 1 connects the outdoor side of the inclination step 25 to the lower frame 20 side so that attachment or detachment is possible via the connection member A provided in the inclination step 25, and a connection member As A, connecting screws 29 and 29 are planted on the indoor side of the lower frame 20, and screw engaging slits 25 g and 25 g drilled on the outer edge of the inclined step 25 can be engaged with the connecting screws 29 and 29. It is characterized by forming in.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[Example 1]
Example 1 demonstrates an example of the bathroom lower frame apparatus with an inclination step, and the bathroom lower frame 20 with the inclination step 25 which supports the sliding door 10 which consists of three sliding doors for bathrooms as shown in FIG. It is applied. The sliding door 10 includes a first sliding door 11, a second sliding door 12, and a third sliding door 13 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and includes an upper frame 1, a lower frame 20, and vertical frames 2 and 2 in the housing opening. Is arranged. The first sliding door 11, the second sliding door 12 and the third sliding door 13 are suspended so as to be freely opened and closed by being supported by rails (not shown) attached to the upper frame 1. In addition, drooping pieces 11b, 12b, and 13b are formed at the lower part of the lower arm of the first sliding door 11, the second sliding door 12, and the third sliding door 13, respectively, and the sealing material 11a, the sealing material 12a, and the sealing material 13a are provided. It is provided in a suspended state.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 1, the lower frame 20 of the bathroom entrance / exit part constitutes a lower frame of the sliding door 10 and is laid between the bathroom floor surface (bathroom pan) 3 and the changing room (not shown). The upper surface of the lower frame 20 and the floor surface of the changing room are substantially the same height, and the difference in height between the lower frame 20 and the bathroom floor 3 is slight, specifically, 20 mm or less. The lower frame 20 is connected to a lower frame base material 21 disposed on the housing, a lower frame mounting material 22 placed and engaged on the lower frame base material 21, and a bathroom side of the lower frame mounting material 22 And an inclination step 25.
[0007]
The bathroom side of the lower frame base 21 is placed on the bathroom floor 3 and the outside of the bathroom is supported by the housing. In addition, a drainage groove is formed in the lower frame base material 21 and a mounting portion or an engaging portion for a lower frame mounting material 22 described later is formed. Three seal material holding portions 22a, 22a, and 22a are formed on the lower frame mounting material 22, and seal materials 22b, 22b, and 22b are attached thereto.
[0008]
The inclination step 25 is made of an aluminum alloy, a hard synthetic resin, or the like, and has a substantially triangular cylindrical shape in a side view, and is formed to have a length substantially equal to the width of the bathroom entrance / exit, and the upper surface is inclined. A surface 25d is formed, and floor contact members 25a and 25b made of an elastic material are provided on the lower surface of the bathroom side and the outdoor side. Further, a lower frame contact portion 25 c is formed on the outdoor side of the inclination step 25.
[0009]
Further, a connecting member A to the lower frame 20 is provided in the vicinity of both left and right end portions of the inclination step 25. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, insertion holes 25e and 25e are formed in the inclined surface 25d in the vicinity of both end portions of the inclination step 25, and a large bolt-like connector 28 is attached. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 9, the engagement piece 27 is screwed and attached to the screw portion 28 a of the connector 28.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the engagement piece 27 is formed in a planar shape in a plan view and an engagement piece main body 27 a that comes into contact with the inner wall of the inclined step 25, and a hook that is bent downward on one side. Part 27c. The engaging piece 27 is preferably a steel plate having metal elasticity. Further, an insertion screw hole 27b is formed in the engagement piece main body 27a, a female screw groove is formed in the insertion screw hole 27b, and the screw portion 28a of the connector 28 is inserted and screwed. The collar portion 27 c is formed in a L shape in a plan view and hooks into a drain hole (not shown) formed in the support portion 22 c of the lower frame mounting material 22. The flange portion 27c is configured such that the tilt step 25 can be moved down to some extent when a load is applied to the tilt step 25.
[0011]
Caps 26 and 26 are attached to both ends of the inclination step 25 so as to close the opening of the cylindrical portion. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the cap 26 has an engagement protrusion 26 a formed on the cap body that closes the opening. The positional relationship of the cap 26 with respect to the inclination step 25 is shown in FIG. That is, the engaging protrusions 26 a of the cap 26 are elastically inserted into the space portions at both ends of the inclined step 25.
[0012]
In the above structure, that is, the bathroom lower frame structure having a slight difference in height between the bathroom floor 3 and the upper surface of the lower frame 20 of the bathroom entrance / exit, an inclined step 25 is provided between the bathroom floor 3 and the lower frame 20. At the same time, an engagement piece 27 is attached to the side end of the inclined step 25 via a connector 28, and the outdoor side of the inclined step 25 is engaged with the lower frame mounting material 22 disposed on the lower frame. By connecting with the joint piece 27, the operation part 28b of the connection tool 28 can be rotated and tightened, and the inclination step 25 can be easily attached to the lower frame 20 side. Conversely, when removing the tilting step 25 from the lower frame 20, the operation portion 28 b is rotated and loosened, and the flange portion 27 c is removed from the support portion 22 c of the lower frame mounting material 22. Therefore, since the inclination step 25 can be removed from the lower frame mounting material 22 of the lower frame 20 at any time, the replacement of the inclination step 25 and the cleaning on the bathroom floor surface 3 are facilitated, and the hygiene management of the bathroom is facilitated.
[0013]
Furthermore, in Example 1, the inclination step 25 can be attached, without processing the existing lower frame apparatus by making it possible to hook the collar part 27c in the drain hole on the lower frame 20 side. Further, in the above configuration, the lower part on the indoor side of the inclination step 25 is supported on the bathroom floor via the floor contact member 25a, and the lower part on the outdoor side of the inclination step 25 is separated from the bathroom floor 3. By bringing the outdoor side surface of step 25 into contact with the lower frame mounting material 22, the outdoor side of the tilting step 25 moves down to some extent, so that the stepping comfort of the tilting step 25 is good for those who go in and out.
[0014]
(Another example of Example 1)
In the first embodiment, the hook portion 27c is hooked to the support portion 22c of the lower frame Nozai 22, that need not necessarily be hooked to the lower frame Nozai 22, have been drilled in the lower frame 20 Water It may be hooked directly into a punched hole or the like. Further, not only the drain holes, but also holes or recesses for latching may be newly formed in the lower frame 20 or the lower frame mounting material 22 .
[0015]
In addition, the connection tool 28 does not always need to be integrated with the operation portion 8b and the screw portion 28a, can be separated, and may be attached to the screw portion 28a only during operation. Further, the operation portion 8b may be a member that can simply rotate the screw portion 28a, for example, a bowl-like shape, depending on the configuration of the screw portion 28a. Further, instead of the screw portion 28a, a metal elastic locking piece or the like may be used.
[0016]
[Example 2]
Example 2 demonstrates only the difference with the description which concerns on Example 1 mentioned above about the bathroom lower frame apparatus with the inclination step of this invention, and as shown in FIG.10, 11, it is a single sliding door. It is also possible to attach the inclination step 25 to the lower frame 20 of 10 so as to be detachable from above. In this case, large connecting screws 29 and 29 are planted horizontally on the indoor side of the lower frame 20, and the outside edge (lower frame 20 side) edge of the inclined step 25 is connected to the connecting screws 29 and 29. Screw engagement slits 25g, 25g drilled in may be formed to engage. According to the second embodiment, the attachment and detachment of the inclined step 25 is simplified and easy, which is convenient for cleaning the bathroom floor 3 and the like. Further, according to the second embodiment, the installation of the inclination step 25 according to the present invention can be applied not only to the existing bathroom lower frame device, but also to the retrofit of the inclination step 25 regardless of the new / existing bathroom lower frame device. It was possible to improve workability.
[0017]
(Another example of Example 2)
In the second embodiment, the shapes of the connecting screws 29 and 29 and the screw engaging slits 25g and 25g can be variously selected. For example, the head of each connecting screw 29 can be cylindrical or prismatic, and the screw engagement slits 25g and 25g can also be tapered at the top, and the back It can also be wide. In addition, in order to clarify the correspondence with the embodiments in the claims, the reference numerals are attached, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects by the above configuration.
According to invention of Claim 1, while arrange | positioning an inclination step between a bathroom floor surface and the said lower frame, the outdoor side of an inclination step is attached or detached to the lower frame side via the connection member provided in this inclination step. Regardless of whether the bathroom lower frame device is newly installed or installed, the inclined step can be easily attached to and detached from the lower frame side with simple operation, and the inclined step can be replaced, cleaned, and drained. To make it easier. In addition to the above effects, as a connecting member, a connecting screw is planted on the indoor side of the lower frame, and a screw engaging slit formed on the outer end edge of the inclined step is formed on the connecting screw so as to be engageable. Thus, the mounting of the tilting step can be further simplified with a simple configuration, and can be easily and reliably performed.
