Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mass measuring unit for measuring the mass of the fire extinguishing agent Bonn base installed in, for example, multi-storey car park.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a multistory parking lot or the like is provided with a large number of cylinders filled with a fire extinguisher and housed in a cabinet. As such extinguishing agents, carbon dioxide and parogen compounds are generally used, but if they are leaking, their functions may not be exhibited when a fire breaks out. It is required by law to measure the mass and check whether a predetermined amount of extinguishing agent is filled.
[0003]
In measuring the mass of such a cylinder, conventionally, the cylinder was suspended and measured with a platform scale or the like (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 1-1131126 and 3-49864). However, since the mass of this cylinder reaches 100 kg or more (for example, 130 kg), there are various problems such as a large facility for hanging and a lot of time for mass measurement.
[0004]
In order to solve such a problem, for example, in JP-A-6-241875, a load cell is installed at a position in contact with the bottom surface of a fire extinguisher storage container (cylinder), and the mass of the fire extinguisher storage container is constantly measured. An invention to measure is disclosed (prior art 1).
In addition, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-4040, a starting gas container (cylinder) is placed on an electronic platform scale, and the mass of the starting gas container is constantly detected to monitor the decrease in the starting gas. An apparatus is disclosed (prior art 2).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In both of the above prior arts 1 and 2, cylinders are always placed on a load cell or an electronic platform balance, so a large number of cylinders each require one load cell, etc. In addition to being useless, it is not preferable because a sensor unit such as a load cell may cause functional deterioration due to plastic deformation or the like.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, it is inserted into the measurement when viewed cabinet, which was intended to provide a mass measurement device for measuring the mass of the cylinder in the cabinet is there.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

When a fire occurs, the opener 23 is activated and the container valve 22 is opened by a command from the activation command unit, and a fire extinguishing agent is ejected from the nozzle 24 to extinguish the fire.
[0020]
Next, a procedure for measuring the mass of the cylinder 21 will be described. First, the door 14 is removed from the cabinet body 1, and then the opener 23 and the nozzle 24 (including the connecting portion with the container valve 22) are removed from the container valve 22. In addition, when the opener 23 is connected to the activation command unit by a flexible tube, and when the nozzle 24 is not fixed to the cabinet body 1, the opener 23 and the nozzle 24 may not be removed. Then, the screw of the cylinder retainer 11 is loosened and the movable plate 13 is slid in the forward direction so that the cylinder 21 is in a free state.
Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the mass measuring device 25 is inserted into the accommodating portion 8 provided in the lower portion of the cabinet body 1 from the front opening and accommodated in a predetermined position. At this time, the jack plate 27 is located immediately below the opening 6 of the jack base 5 as shown in FIG.
[0021]
In this state, the screw 10a screwed into the screw hole 7 of the cylinder base 5 is loosened, and the jack 26 is driven to raise the jack plate 27 and enter the opening 6 of the jack base 5 to further raise it. As a result, as shown in FIG. 12, the jack plate 27 jacks up and supports the cylinder 21 via the guide plate 9. At this time, if the guide hole 9 provided in the guide plate 9 is lifted along the screw 10a so that the screw 10a is loosened more than the ascending portion of the guide plate 9, the guide plate 9 and the cylinder 21 are prevented from shaking. can do. The screw hole 7 provided in the cylinder base 5 and the guide hole 10 provided in the guide plate 9 may be omitted.
[0022]
When the jack plate 27 supports the cylinder 21 by jacking up, the mass meter 28 on which the jack 26 is placed detects the mass of the cylinder 21 at this time, and the measured value is displayed on the display 29. Therefore, if this measured value is compared with the previous measured value, it can be determined whether or not the fire extinguisher in the cylinder 21 is leaking. Note that the above measured values may be transmitted to and recorded in a separately provided arithmetic recording device or the like, and the difference from the previous measured value may be calculated and recorded.
[0023]
When the mass measurement of the cylinder 21 is completed, the jack 26 is lowered, the cylinder 21 is placed on the cylinder base 5 via the guide plate 9, and the screw 10a is tightened. Next, the mass measuring device is taken out from the housing portion 8, and then the movable plate 13 of the cylinder retainer 11 is slid rearward and fixed to the fixed plate 12, and the cylinder 21 is tightened. And if the opener 23 and the nozzle 24 are attached to the container valve 22 of the cylinder 21 and the front opening of the cabinet body 1 is closed with the door 14, the mass measurement operation of the cylinder 21 is completed.
Similarly, the mass of many cylinders 21 is measured sequentially.
[0024]
As is apparent from the above description, the cabinet for storing the fire extinguisher cylinder according to the present invention has a mass measurement between the bottom of the cabinet main body and the bottom of the cabinet main body by means of a cylinder base having an opening. The unit is provided with a storage unit that can be taken in and out, and each time the cylinder mass is measured, a mass measuring device is inserted into the storage unit for measurement. There is no need to install a mass meter at all times. For this reason, the installation cost of the cylinder can be greatly reduced, and the measurement work becomes very simple.
[0025]
Further, the mass measuring device for the fire extinguishant cylinder according to the present invention includes a mass measuring device having a jack having a jack plate and a mass meter on which the jack is placed in a housing portion of the cabinet body during mass measurement. And since the cylinder was jacked up with the jack and the mass of the cylinder was measured with the mass meter, it is not necessary to always install a mass meter for each cylinder. For this reason, the installation cost of the cylinder can be greatly reduced, the measurement work becomes extremely simple, and the function of the sensor part of the mass meter does not deteriorate due to plastic deformation or the like.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
The mass measuring device for the fire extinguisher cylinder according to the present invention inserts the mass measuring device into the housing provided in the cabinet every time of measurement, jacks up the cylinder with a jack, and measures the mass of the cylinder with a mass meter. Therefore, since it is not necessary to always install a mass meter for each cylinder, the installation cost of the cylinder can be greatly reduced. Further, the measurement work is very simple, and further, the function of the sensor part of the mass meter does not deteriorate due to plastic deformation or the like.
