Description
【0001】
【0022】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an emulsified composition used as a hair cosmetic.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are many hair styling agents whose main purpose is to polish the hair, but many of them have been polished with oil. Therefore, such a hair styling agent is often an emulsified composition containing an oil, but such a base exhibits a glossy effect on the hair immediately after use, but as time passes, It is recognized that the gloss tends to disappear because it adheres to the finger or diffuses.
[0003]
Prior literature relating to the present invention is as follows.
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2711541 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent No. 2849339 [Patent Document 3]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-171739
Patent Document 1 describes a polyhydric alcohol-in-oil emulsified composition obtained by adding oil to a gelled composition obtained by adding a sucrose fatty acid ester, a polyhydric alcohol, and water.
[0005]
Patent Document 2 describes an emulsified cosmetic containing an alkyl glycoside and a sucrose fatty acid ester in a cosmetic containing an oily substance and water.
Patent Document 3 describes a hair styling composition containing a specific hair styling polymer and a sucrose fatty acid ester.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a hair composition capable of maintaining the gloss.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of studying the above problems, the present inventor uses, as a hair cosmetic, an emulsified composition in which the oil content is limited to a certain amount or less and the emulsified particles are refined using a specific surfactant. Thus, the present invention was completed by finding that the gloss can be sustained in the hair.
[0008]
That is, this invention is an invention which provides the emulsion composition for hair (henceforth this emulsion composition) which is according to following (1)-(3) and whose average emulsion particle diameter is 0.5 micrometer or less. is there.
[0009]
(1) A sucrose fatty acid ester that is solid at normal temperature and has a Kraft point of 40 ° C. or higher and / or the same polyglycerin fatty acid ester (hereinafter, also referred to as a specific surfactant). 5-6 mass% is contained, and also surfactants other than these nonionic surfactants are not contained substantially.
(2) The oil content is 10 times the mass (mass ratio) or less with respect to the nonionic surfactant of (1), but does not substantially contain solid or semi-solid oil content at 25 ° C.
(3) Contains water.
[0010]
The Kraft point is a temperature at which the solubility of water in a surfactant increases rapidly. Below that temperature, the surfactant can only be dissolved in a single molecule, and above that temperature, It is known that it can also be dissolved in micelles (from Kyoritsu Shuppan Co., Ltd .: Chemical Dictionary).
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As described above, the specific surfactant is a nonionic surfactant having a Kraft point of 40 ° C. or higher, that is, the solubility in water increases rapidly at 40 ° C. or higher. A sucrose fatty acid ester and / or a polyglycerin fatty acid ester from which a solid substance of a surfactant precipitates when returned to room temperature.
[0012]
Specifically, the sucrose fatty acid ester, tio sugar monostearate, sucrose monopalmitate, sucrose monolaurate, sucrose monooleate, sucrose distearate, sucrose dipalmitate esters, sucrose dilaurate ester, sucrose dioleate ester, sucrose coconut fatty acid ester, etc., and examples of the polyglycerol fatty acid esters, polyglycerol monostearate, polyglycerol monooleate, etc., but Can be mentioned .
[0013]
The content of the specific surfactant in the emulsified composition is preferably 0.5 to 6% by mass of the composition, and particularly preferably 1 to 3% by mass. When the content is less than 0.5% by mass of the composition, the glossing effect due to oil tends to be insufficient, and when it exceeds 6% by mass, the surfactant is likely to precipitate, and the usability of the product There are also problems in
[0014]
The emulsified composition contains a surfactant other than the specific surfactant (for example, nonionic surfactant other than the specific surfactant, amphoteric surfactant, anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant). (Activator) can be contained, but the desired effect of the present invention can be achieved even if it is not substantially contained. Here, “substantially does not contain a surfactant” does not contain a substance generally used as a surfactant, but prevents inclusion of various components having a weak surfactant effect. It means not.
[0015]
The oil is a general oil that can be used in hair cosmetics and skin cosmetics. For example, hydrocarbon oils such as liquid paraffin and squalane, animal and vegetable oils such as mink oil, jojoba oil, and avocado oil, ester oils such as cetyl isooctanoate, isopropyl myristate, and isocetyl myristate, cetyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol Higher fatty acids such as behenyl alcohol, higher fatty acids such as stearic acid, palmitic acid, and behenic acid.
[0016]
Examples thereof include silicone oils such as dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane, polyether-modified silicone, amino-modified silicone, betaine-modified silicone, alkyl-modified silicone, and alkoxy-modified silicone.
[0017]
Among these, silicone oil is preferably used as all or part of the oil content.
The oil content in the emulsified composition is preferably 3% by mass or more with respect to the composition and 10 times the amount (mass ratio) or less with respect to the specific surfactant. When the oil content is less than 3% by mass with respect to the composition, the glossing effect due to the oil tends to be insufficient. When the oil content exceeds 10 times the specific surfactant, the emulsified particle size is reduced to 0. It becomes difficult to make it within 5 μm.
[0018]
About 50-70 mass% is suitable for content of the water in this emulsification composition with respect to a composition.
In addition to the essential components described above, the emulsified composition may contain general components commonly used in hair cosmetics and skin cosmetics as necessary. That is, a thickener, a fragrance | flavor, an antiseptic | preservative, a polyhydric alcohol, a ultraviolet-ray shielding agent, antioxidant, various medicinal components, etc. can be mix | blended.
[0019]
The emulsified composition is an oil-in-water emulsion composition, and the emulsified particles are required to be fine particles having an average particle size of 0.5 μm or less. When this average emulsified particle diameter exceeds 0.5 μm, the emulsified particles are easily broken, and when the emulsified composition is used for hair, a tendency to deteriorate the glossing effect over time is recognized. Moreover, the minimum of the average particle diameter of this emulsified particle is not specifically limited, It is suitable that it is as fine as possible. However, even if a physical emulsification particle size refining means such as a high-pressure emulsification method (described later) is used, it is generally acceptable for the emulsion particle size to be less than 0.01 μm. It is recognized that a greater amount of surfactant should be used. Therefore, the lower limit of the emulsified particle diameter of the emulsified composition is preferably about 0.01 μm. Furthermore, when it is desired to reduce the blending amount of the surfactant, it is preferable that the lower limit of the emulsified particle diameter is about 0.1 μm.
[0020]
By making the emulsified particles into such fine particles, the precipitation of the specific surfactant is not observed even when left at room temperature, and the emulsified particles are also stabilized. As a result, by using this emulsified composition, The gloss can be applied to the hair over time.
[0021]
In this emulsified composition, the continuous phase (water) is increased by increasing the total surface area of the emulsified particles in the composition by making the emulsified particles fine, and adsorbing most of the specific surfactant to the oil-water interface. It is possible to suppress the coalescence of the emulsified particles accompanying the volatilization of. As a result, when this emulsified composition is applied to the hair, all oils are prevented from spreading immediately on the hair, and the oil is gradually released from the emulsified particles, thereby giving the hair gloss over time. Is possible. Further, by touching or brushing with the hand, the emulsified particles are easily broken, oil is released from the emulsified particles, and gloss can be freely imparted to the hair.
[0022]
The method for refining the emulsified particles is not particularly limited. Usually, fine particles of a desired size can be obtained by performing a high-pressure emulsification treatment. In addition, desired fine emulsified particles can also be obtained by a microemulsion method or the like. The emulsification method is not particularly limited as long as it is a method capable of producing an oil-in-water emulsion composition.
[0023]
Typically, for example, preferably, after preliminarily emulsifying the oil phase component with water, the emulsion phase is subjected to fine particle processing such as high-pressure emulsification processing, and the water phase component is subjected to the fine particle processing. The emulsified composition can be obtained by adding and dispersing the components.
[0024]
This emulsified composition is an emulsified composition for hair. For example, any commercially available hair cosmetic such as liquid, gel, cream, emulsion, aerosol mist, aerosol foam, etc. It can be a dosage form.
[0025]
