Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a manual movable shelf apparatus in which a plurality of movable shelves are arranged so as to be movable with respect to each other, and more specifically, a manual movable shelf suitable for storing small-depth articles such as video tapes, CDs, and MDs. Relates to the device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a plurality of movable shelves having wheels that are driven to rotate manually or by an electric motor are arranged so as to be movable along rails laid in a direction perpendicular to the entrance and exit surfaces thereof, and the movable shelves are moved by the movement of the movable shelves. There are various types of manual moving shelf devices in which a passage having a predetermined width is formed between them. Then, a user operates an operation handle or a switch on the front panel provided in front of each movable shelf, and a wheel is rotated through a drive transmission system from the rotational force of the operation handle or an electric motor to move between predetermined movable shelves. Alternatively, a passage is formed between the fixed shelf and the movable shelf arranged at the side end portion, and a user enters the passage, and articles such as books and files are taken in and out from the entrance / exit face facing the passage.
[0003]
Normally, except for the fixed shelf located at the end fixed to the wall surface, each moving shelf has a double-sided storage structure so that articles can be taken in and out from the front and back surfaces, and relatively large items such as books and files can be stored. The depth width is set so that it can be done. Therefore, since the depth of the moving shelf in the moving direction is sufficiently wide, two wheels are provided along the rails at the front and rear of the lower end, and one of the wheels is used as a driving wheel and the other wheel is used as a driven wheel. Yes. In the case of the manual type, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-1224, a large-diameter sprocket is fixed to the rotary shaft of the drive wheel, and a small-diameter sprocket is manually attached to the power shaft. The chain is wound around both sprockets, a large-diameter sprocket is fixed to the front end of the power shaft, and a small-diameter sprocket is fixed to the drive shaft of the operation handle provided in the middle stage of the front panel of the moving shelf. The chain is wound around both sprockets, and the operation handle is rotated to rotate and move the drive wheels in the same direction as the rotation.
[0004]
However, a moving shelf suitable for storing small depth-width articles such as videotapes, CDs, and MDs has a depth in the moving direction that is only about half that of a standard-type moving shelf. It is difficult to provide a large-diameter sprocket provided at the front end of the shaft and a small-diameter sprocket provided at the rear end of the power shaft side by side. If both sprockets are arranged side by side, the space on the left and right is small, but the space on the top and bottom becomes large, and the storage space is greatly reduced. Here, it is considered that the large and small spur gears fixed to the rotating shaft and the power shaft are engaged with each other, but the rotating shaft reversely rotates with respect to the rotation of the power shaft. Because it gets worse, it cannot be adopted.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem that the shaft between the power shaft and the rotating shaft is used as a speed reduction interlocking mechanism that transmits the rotational force of the power shaft that is manually rotated to the rotating shaft of the drive wheel. It is a mechanism that can minimize the distance between the two and rotate both shafts in the same rotation direction, and is particularly effective for a movable shelf with a small depth width that is suitable for storing small depth width articles such as CDs and MDs. Provide a manual moving shelf device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problem, a plurality of movable shelves are movably arranged along a plurality of rails, and adjacent movable shelves move relatively to each other so that a predetermined width is provided between them. A manual moving shelf device in which a passage is formed, and a driving wheel and one or a plurality of driven wheels are provided at a position corresponding to each rail at a lower end of the moving shelf and held at a front end portion of a rotating shaft of the driving wheel. The external gear that fixes the cylindrical gear holder and attaches the ring-shaped internal gear to the holding portion of the gear holder while meshing with the internal gear at the rear end of the power shaft that is manually rotated A manual moving shelf device is formed in which gears are formed and the power shaft is rotationally driven to move the moving shelf.
[0007]
Here, a large-diameter sprocket is fixed to the front end of the power shaft, a small-diameter sprocket is fixed to the drive shaft of the operation handle provided in the middle stage of the front panel of the movable shelf, and a chain is wound around both the sprockets. The torque of the operation handle is amplified and transmitted to the power shaft.
[0008]
In addition, one driving wheel is provided at the center of the moving shelf at a position corresponding to each rail at the lower end of the moving shelf, and two subordinates having a smaller diameter than the driving wheel are provided before and after the driving wheel. A driving wheel is provided.
[0009]
And the depth width in the storage part of the said movement shelf was made into the small width suitable for accommodating small depth width articles, such as a videotape, CD, and MD. If the above-described deceleration interlocking mechanism is applied to such a small storage shelf, the effect becomes remarkable.
[0010]

[0013]
More specifically, the small width moving shelf A sets the depth width in the moving direction to a width suitable for storing small depth width articles such as CD and MD, and the standard width moving shelf B is the depth in the moving direction. The width is set to a standard width of a double-sided type in which articles such as books and files can be taken in and out from the front and rear sides. In the illustrated example, the depth width of the small-width movable shelf A is set to about half the depth width of the standard-width movable shelf B.
[0014]

Yes. In the present embodiment, the diameter of the drive wheel 4 is set to approximately half the depth width of the small-width movable shelf A, and the diameter of the driven wheel 5 is set to approximately half of the diameter of the drive wheel 4. .
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the rail 3 is a flange rail, and a square columnar rail portion 17 on which the driving wheel 4 and the driven wheels 5 and 5 roll along the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate 16. The side plate 18A is formed by raising both side edges of the bottom plate 16, and the upper edge of the side plate 18A is bent inward to form the top plate 18B. The top plate 18B and the rail portion 17 are formed. The grooves 19 and 19 are formed on both side portions of the rail portion 17 with a predetermined interval therebetween. Although not shown, a fixing plate having a width wider than that of the bottom plate 16 is fixed to the back surface of the bottom plate 16 and is embedded in the floor surface F.
[0017]
The carriage 1 has a plurality of pairs of connecting members 21, 21 in a direction along the moving direction with a space between the base rods 20, 20 arranged before and after the moving direction and at both ends and a plurality of intermediate positions. Among them, a plurality of pairs of connecting members 21 and 21 are positioned immediately above the rails 3... And the driving wheel 4 and the driven wheels 5 and 5 are rotatably provided between the connecting members 21 and 21. Yes. In the present embodiment, the two driven wheels 5 and 5 are provided. However, the drive wheel 4 may be provided at a position closer to one side in the front-rear direction and one driven wheel 5 may be provided on the opposite side.
[0018]
Next, the speed reduction interlocking mechanism will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. First, the gear transmission mechanism 13 that is a feature of the present invention will be described. In this gear transmission mechanism 13, a holding portion 23 fixes a cylindrical gear holder 22 to the front end portion of the rotating shaft 12 of the driving wheel 4 located closest to the front panel 7, and the holding portion of the gear holder 22 23, a ring-shaped internal gear 24 is attached, and an external gear 25 that meshes with the internal gear 24 is formed at the rear end of the power shaft 14 that is manually rotated, and the power shaft 14 is driven to rotate. The moving shelf A is movable. Here, since the internal gear 24 and the external gear 25 are engaged with each other, both the gears 24 and 25 are in the same rotational direction, and the number of teeth of the internal gear 24 is determined by the number of teeth of the internal gear 24. Is sufficiently large, the rotation of the power shaft 14 is decelerated, that is, the torque is amplified and transmitted to the rotating shaft 12. Although the internal gear 24 is attached to the gear holder 22, an internal gear may be formed directly on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion of the gear holder 22, and the external gear 25 is connected to the power shaft 14. Although formed at the rear end, it is obvious that a spur gear may be attached to the power shaft 14.
[0019]
By adopting such a gear transmission mechanism 13, the distance between the power shaft 14 and the rotary shaft 12 can be minimized, so that the moving direction can be increased even if the power shaft 14 and the rotary shaft 12 are arranged on the same horizontal plane. Thus, the space in the vertical direction and the space in the vertical direction are also reduced, so that it can be built in the cart 1 of the narrow movable shelf A with a margin.
[0020]
Further, a large-diameter sprocket 26 is fixed to the front end portion of the power shaft 14, and a small-diameter sprocket 28 is fixed to a drive shaft 27 of an operation handle 8 provided in the middle stage of the front panel 7 of the movable shelf A. A chain 29 is wound around the sprockets 26 and 28. A tensioner 30 for adjusting the tension of the chain 29 is provided at an intermediate position between the sprockets 26 and 28. Here, the drive shaft 27 and the tensioner 30 of the operation handle 8 are attached to a mounting plate 31 provided between the support columns 9 and 9 inside the front panel 7.
[0021]
Therefore, when the operation handle 8 is rotated, the drive shaft 14 is rotated in the same rotation direction as the rotation direction of the operation handle 8 by the sprockets 26 and 28 and the chain 29, and further via the gear transmission mechanism 13. The rotating shaft 12 and the drive wheel 4 rotate in the same rotational direction, and thus the movable shelf A moves in the same direction. That is, when the operation handle 8 is rotated clockwise, the movable shelf A moves in the right direction, and when the operation handle 8 is rotated counterclockwise, the movable shelf A moves in the left direction.
[0022]
The standard width movable shelf B is exactly the same as the conventional structure and will be described briefly. This standard width moving shelf B is provided with a plurality of pairs of wheels 33, 33 before and after the carriage 32 in the moving direction, and the operation handle 8 is operated by a speed reduction interlocking mechanism including the same gear transmission mechanism 13 as one wheel 33 as a driving wheel. The wheel 33 is rotationally driven by the rotational force. Further, both wheels 33 and 33 have the same diameter, and the diameters of the drive wheels 4 are also matched. Other configurations are the same as the configuration of the narrow storage shelf A, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
[0023]
As described above, the narrow storage shelf A can be self-supported by the driving wheel 4 and the driven wheels 5 and 5 provided in the depth width thereof, and is relatively stable in a normal moving operation, but is further stable. The following structure is added to make it easier. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 8, and 9, a guide rail 34 parallel to the rail 3 is fixed to the ceiling S above the narrow storage shelf A, and the upper end of the narrow storage shelf A is provided. A moving body 35 that moves along the guide rail 34 is provided to provide a fall prevention means.
[0024]
The guide rail 34 has a pair of channel members 36, 36 each having a substantially U-shaped cross-section, and is fitted and fixed by a connecting member 38 having a substantially C-shaped cross-section with the concave grooves 37, 37 facing each other and spaced apart from each other. It is fixed to the ceiling S by a fixing member 39 having a substantially L-shaped cross section attached to the side surface of the connecting member 28. The connecting member 38 also serves as a member for connecting the channel member 36 in the longitudinal direction. The moving body 35 has rolling wheels 41,... Projecting from at least four corners of both side surfaces of the block body 40 having a size that can be accommodated in the guide rail 34, and the rolling wheels 31,. The upper and lower surfaces in the 36 concave grooves 37 roll. A connecting rod 42 that hangs downward from the lower end of the block body 40 is fixed between the channel members 36 and 36 at an appropriate position on the upper end of the narrow storage shelf A. In addition, in order to prevent lateral movement of the moving body 35, a restriction ring 43 having a vertical center of rotation is rolled on the side surfaces of both channel members 36, 36 as shown in FIG. More preferably, it is provided to move.
[0025]
The standard width movable shelf B may or may not be provided with the movable body 35. However, in order to improve the earthquake resistance, the standard width movable shelf B is also similar to the small width storage shelf A. It is desirable to provide the moving body 25 in the.
[0026]
Finally, although not shown, a rack is provided along the rail portion 17 of the rail 3, and a pinion that meshes with the rack is formed integrally on one side surface of the drive wheel 4, thereby It is possible to completely control idling and transmit the rotational force to the rail portion 17 with certainty.
[0027]
The deceleration transmission mechanism 13 according to the present invention is not limited to a manual movable shelf device, and can also be adopted as a deceleration transmission mechanism for a power shaft of a drive motor and a rotational shaft of a drive wheel in an electric movable shelf device. Thereby, it can comprise so that a drive motor may be completely stored in the trolley | bogie 1. FIG.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The manual moving shelf apparatus of the present invention configured as described above has the following effects by adopting the above-described configuration.
[0029]
According to the manual moving shelf apparatus of the first aspect, the driving wheel and one or a plurality of driven wheels are provided at positions corresponding to the rails at the lower end of the moving shelf, and held at the front end portion of the rotating shaft of the driving wheel. An external tooth that fixes a cylindrical gear holder and a ring-shaped internal gear to the holding portion of the gear holder, and meshes with the internal gear at the rear end of the power shaft that is manually rotated Since the gear is formed and the power shaft is rotationally driven to move the movable shelf, the power shaft rotates as a speed reduction interlocking mechanism that transmits the rotational force of the power shaft that is manually rotated to the rotational shaft of the drive wheel. The distance between the shafts can be minimized, that is, the speed reduction interlocking mechanism can be configured with a minimum space, and both shafts can be rotated in the same rotational direction, so that the operability is equivalent to that of the conventional one. Further, it is advantageous because it requires less adjustment than the conventional sprocket / chain interlocking mechanism and does not require consideration for chain elongation.
[0030]
According to the second aspect, when the operation handle provided in the middle stage of the front panel is rotated, the rotational force can be amplified and transmitted to the power shaft, and the power shaft can be rotated in the same rotational direction as the rotation direction of the operation handle. Thus, the driving wheel can be rotated in the same rotation direction as the rotation direction of the operation handle.
[0031]
According to the third aspect, since the distance between the axes of the two driven wheels spaced in the front-rear direction can be set to the maximum, the standing posture of the narrow movable shelf can be maintained relatively stably. As a drive wheel provided on a small movable shelf with a small depth width suitable for storing small depth width articles such as video tapes, CDs and MDs, the same drive wheel as provided on a conventional standard width movable shelf is used as it is. Even if it is used, the posture can be maintained relatively stably.
[0032]
According to the fourth aspect, since the depth width in the storage part of the movable shelf is a small width suitable for storing small depth width articles such as video tapes, CDs, and MDs, the number of small depth width articles accommodated is maintained. However, the installation space for the moving shelves can be narrowed, or more moving shelves can be installed in the same installation space, so that the space utilization efficiency can be increased.
