本発明は空気調和機に関するものであり、冷凍サイクルからの除霜運転をするため室外熱交換器温度を検知するセンサーの保持装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、空気調和機では保護カバー付の室外熱交換器温度センサーを密着するためには、冷凍サイクルの銅配管に銅製の筒をロウ付けしこの板厚で保護カバーの段差を吸収し、且つ板バネを使用して密着性を保たせる構成をとっていた。

図2(a)および図2(a)のA部を示す図2(b)は、従来の空気調和機における保護カバー付の室外熱交換器温度センサーを有する配管部分の側面図である。図2に示すように、1は室外熱交換器、2は室外熱交換器温度センサー、3は膨張弁、4は四方弁、5は室外熱交換器温度センサー保持具、6は前記センサー2のリード線、7は内外接続ターミナルブロック、8は電源ブロック、9は板バネ、10は保護カバーである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような構成の空気調和機では、以下のような課題があった。即ち、組立部品が多く作業には熟練技能を有する作業者が必要であり、且つ室外熱交換器温度センサーと冷凍サイクルの銅配管との密着を板バネの2点で確保しているために密着性のバラツキが発生しやすい構造であった。

本発明は、上記課題を解決しようとなされたもので、空気調和機において、除霜運転の制御を行うために設けた保護カバー付の室外熱交換器温度センサーを保持する装置であって、前記室外熱交換器温度センサーの本体を金属の円筒形状に形成し、断面が楕円状の保持具で前記本体を固定し、前記空気調和機の冷凍サイクルの銅配管のくびれた部分に前記保護カバーを沿わせて前記室外熱交換器温度センサーを前記銅配管と密着するように保持する構成とし、組み立て時の熟練作業を不要とし、室外熱交換器温度センサーと配管との密着性の向上を図った物である。

上記課題を解決するために本発明の空気調和機は、除霜運転の制御を行うために設けた保護カバー付の室外熱交換器温度センサーを楕円状の板バネ保持具の片側にセンサー本体の円筒サイズよりやや小さな円筒形状で形成し上面よりセンサー本体を挿入し挟み固定してから、冷凍サイクルの銅配管にくびれを設けた部分に保護カバーを沿わせて室外熱交換器温度センサーを冷凍サイクルの銅配管と密着するように保持する構成としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
上記課題を解決するための請求項1記載の発明は、空気調和機において、除霜運転の制御を行うために設けた保護カバー付の室外熱交換器温度センサーを楕円状の板バネ保持具の片側にセンサー本体の円筒サイズよりやや小さな円筒形状で形成し上面よりセンサー本体を挿入し挟み固定してから、冷凍サイクルの銅配管に室外熱交換器温度センサーを冷凍サイクルの銅配管と密着するように保持する構成としたものである。
