Description

【0001】
【0015】

Figure 0004014310
【0016】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fastener for a tire slip prevention device, and more particularly, effectively prevents a bifurcated hook of a fastening buckle from coming off from a locking hole formed in a joint portion of a slip prevention net body during traveling, The present invention relates to a fastener for a tire anti-slip device having improved mounting workability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, a so-called rope buckle that is easy to install in place of a rubber ring is used as a fastener for a tire anti-slip device that uses a strip formed in an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin as a non-slip body. The system is becoming mainstream.
As this type of fastener 1, for example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a non-extensible rope 2 having flexibility and a rubber band 3 shorter than the non-extensible rope 2 are connected endlessly. The folded portions 5 and 6 made of the non-extensible rope 2 are formed at both ends of the tightening band 4. One of the folded portions 5 is locked to the locking body of the tightening buckle 7, and the other folded The portion 6 is hung around a cleat pivotally supported by a fastening buckle 7 via a shaft.
[0003]
When the tire anti-slip device using the fastener 1 is mounted, the anti-slip net body 9 wound around the outer periphery of the tire 8 is connected to each other at the joint portions 9a and 9b at both ends in the longitudinal direction (circumferential direction of the tire). Then, the fastening band 4 of the fastening tool 1 is hooked so as to guide the plurality of latching fittings 10 attached to the side edges in the longitudinal direction (ends in the width direction of the tire) at predetermined intervals. ing.
[0004]
When the fastening tool 1 is mounted, first, the joint portions 9a and 9b in the longitudinal direction of the anti-slip net body 9 are connected to each other on the vehicle body side (back side) of the tire 7. Next, the bifurcated joint hooks 11a and 11b of the tightening buckle 7 are inserted into the locking holes 12a and 12b provided in the joint portions 9a and 9b of the anti-slip net body 9 to connect both ends, and then the tightening band In the state where the inner and outer loops are aligned with each other, 4 is sequentially passed over the plurality of latches 10.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the buckle type tire anti-slip device as described above needs to be tightened to some extent at the time of wearing. However, when the tightening force is loose, the joint hooks 11a and 11b are engaged by disturbance input from the road surface at high speed traveling. There was a danger of coming off from the blind holes 12a, 12b.
[0006]
That is, when the vehicle travels, the terminal joint portions 9a and 9b of the anti-slip net body 9 attached to the tire 7 repeatedly expand and contract in the radial direction with respect to the tire circumferential direction, and thus are provided in the joint portions 9a and 9b. The locking holes 12a and 12b are also moved up and down in the radial direction.
As a result, as shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), the locking direction and the locking direction of the tip folded portions 11x and 11x of the joint hooks 11a and 11b formed in a bifurcated shape bent in a U-shaped cross section are obtained. There is a risk that the joint hooks 11a and 11b are disengaged from the locking holes 12a and 12b because the vertical movement directions of the holes 12a and 12b coincide with each other.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to effectively prevent a bifurcated joint hook from coming off from a locking hole formed in a joint portion of a non-slip net main body during traveling of a vehicle, and to improve a mounting workability. Is to provide the fasteners.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms bifurcated joint hooks in the tire circumferential direction so that the folded portions at both ends of the joint hooks that fit into the locking holes are mutually connected in the tire circumferential direction. The gist of the invention is that it is formed by folding back in the range of 40 ° to 90 ° with respect to the tire radial direction toward the inside of the tire .
The present invention is configured as described above, and is formed by expanding joint hooks in the tire circumferential direction, respectively, and engaging both ends with engaging holes formed in the joint portion in the longitudinal direction of the anti-slip net body. The folding holes are formed so as to be folded in the range of 40 ° to 90 ° with respect to the tire radial direction toward each other inward in the tire circumferential direction. Even if it moves up and down, the locking direction of the tip folding part of the joint hook is shifted, so it will not come off easily, and the workability of attaching the anti-slip net body to the tire will be good It is possible.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the same component as a prior art example attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description. FIG. 1 is a side view showing a state in which an anti-slip net body 9 is attached to a tread surface of a tire 8 via a fastener 20 according to the present invention, and 4 is a non-extensible rope 2 and a non-extensible rope 2 having flexibility. fastening band configured and short rubber band 3 than stretchable rope 2 and endlessly connected, 7 buckle fastening, 10 represents a hanging clasp tool.
[0010]
The bifurcated joint hooks 21a and 21b of the tightening buckle 7 to be engaged with the locking holes 12a and 12b formed in the joint portions 9a and 9b in the longitudinal direction of the anti-slip net body 9 are shown in FIGS. Thus, while expanding toward the tire circumferential direction S, the folded portions 21x and 21x at both ends thereof are folded back toward the inner side in the tire radial direction R.
[0011]
That is, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the folded portions 21x and 21x at both ends of the joint hooks 21a and 21b are opposed to each other with the folded point P of the joint hooks 21a and 21b as a fulcrum as shown in FIG. The folding angle may be 40 ° as shown in FIG. 4, 90 ° as shown in FIG.
[0012]
In the present invention, as described above, the joint hooks 21a and 21b are formed so as to expand to the side away from each other in the tire circumferential direction, and the joint hooks 21a and 21b are formed on the joint portions 9a and 9b in the longitudinal direction of the anti-slip net body 9. Since the folded portions 21x and 21x at both ends engaged with the stop holes 12a and 12b are folded back to the opposite sides in the tire circumferential direction, the locking holes 12a and 12b provided in the joint portion when the vehicle is running are formed. Even if it moves up and down in the radial direction with respect to the tire circumferential direction, the engagement direction with the folded portions 21x and 21x at both ends of the joint hooks 21a and 21b is shifted and engaged by friction. In addition, the workability of mounting the anti-slip net body 9 on the tire 8 can be improved.
[0013]
Next, Examples 1 to 3 of the present invention in which the folding angles of the folded portions 21x and 21x at both ends of the joint hooks 21a and 21b are set to 40 °, 70 °, and 90 °, and the folding angle is set to 20 °. Table 1 below shows the measurement results comparing the comparative example and the conventional product (when the tip of the joint hook is in the tire radial direction). In addition, as a measuring method, it is a result at the time of mounting | wearing on tire size: 215 / 60R16 L009.
[0014]
Further, the fastening tool was a buckle type, and the tightening amount was about 50% less than usual.
[0015]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004014310
[0016]
As is apparent from the measurement results in Table 1, the present invention products of Examples 1, 2, and 3 were not confirmed to be detached from the joint hooks at high speeds as compared with the conventional products. It has been found that when the turn-back angle is set to 90 °, the wearability is slightly lowered.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, the bifurcated joint hooks are respectively formed by expanding them in the tire circumferential direction, and the folded portions at both ends of the joint hooks that fit into the locking holes are mutually inside the tire circumferential direction. Since it is formed to be folded back in the range of 40 ° to 90 ° with respect to the tire radial direction, the bifurcated joint hook is detached from the locking hole formed in the joint portion of the anti-slip net body when the vehicle is running. It can be effectively prevented and the workability can be improved.
