【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は海ぶどうの抽出物を含む育毛料に関する。

【従来の技術】
育毛料については、数多くの特許や原料が存在するが、一般的に云って、天然物が原料の場合には、その効果が弱く、また、合成品については副作用の恐れがある。海ぶどうはクビレヅタ学名 Caulerpa lentillifera J.Agardohといい、イワヅタ科の熱帯性の海藻で２mmぐらいの粒が多数着いた葉部と海底に固定するための茎部と根部からなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、食用等で安全性が実証されている海藻の抽出物から育毛作用のある物質を見いだすことである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、食用等で他の目的のために使用され、安全性が実証され、入手が容易である植物、海藻を数多く試験した結果、海ぶどうが育毛料として非常に有効であることを見いだし、本発明に到達した。海ぶどうはすでに食品として市販されており、入手は容易である。

すなわち本発明は海ぶどうの溶媒抽出物を含む育毛料である。海ぶどうとしては、抽出効果を上げるためには、乾燥した海ぶどうを使用し、有機溶媒や水で抽出することが効果的である。使用する有機溶媒としては、エタノール、メタノール、１．３ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、プロピレングリコール等の溶媒を利用して抽出するが、一般的にはエタノールと水の混合で抽出するのが、抽出後の溶媒除去が必要でなく、一番容易な方法として考えられる。このエタノール抽出物、或いは他の溶媒のときは溶媒を除去して乾燥物として（勿論エタノール抽出物でも、エタノールを除去してもよいが）、他の化粧品原料を配合して製剤化する。抽出物の配合量としては、利用形態や目的、他の育毛原料の共存等の条件に応じて変ってくるが、乾燥物換算で0.0001〜15重量％、好ましくは0.0005〜５重量％である。

【実施例】
以下に実施例によって、本発明を更に具体的に説明するが、本発明はこの実施例によって何ら限定されるものではない。

（製造例１）海ぶどう（乾燥品）１００ｇを５０％エタノール水溶液１０００mlに浸し、ときどき撹拌しつつ、10日間放置した。これを瀘過したのち、減圧濃縮後、凍結乾燥した。

製造方法
Ａを計量し、撹拌しつつ、加熱溶解する。これにＢの残りの原料を計量して撹拌しつつＡに加えていく。

（試験法１）
動物実験＝Ｃ３Ｈマウス、雄、７週令のものを１週間予備飼育後、実験に供した。
飼育条件＝飼料はＭＦ（オリエンタル酵母社製）、飲料水は水道水を自由に摂取。
試験方法＝マウスの背部皮膚左右を電気バリカンで剪毛した後、脱毛クリームで脱毛し、その部位を温水にてよく洗浄した後清拭した。その後片側に試料、もう一方は無塗布あるいは評価物質を除いた処方のものを0.2ml シリンジで塗布した。塗布は脱毛した翌日から１日２回（朝夕）塗布を続けた。
判 定＝適当な間隔でに塗布部、対照部を肉眼判定を表１の基準で行った。

その結果を表２に示す。

海ぶどうの溶剤抽出物或いはこれを含む化粧料を皮膚に塗布することにより、マウス試験、人間の官能検査の何れによっても顕著な育毛効果があることが判明した。海ぶどうの抽出物は、食用として利用され、安全性については実証されており、又入手も容易である。育毛料として効果も優れ、安心して使用できる。

すなわち本発明は海ぶどうの溶媒抽出物を含む育毛料である。海ぶどうとしては、抽出効果を上げるためには、乾燥した海ぶどうを使用し、有機溶媒や水で抽出することが効果的である。使用する有機溶媒としては、エタノール、メタノール、１．３ブチレングリコール、グリセリン、プロピレングリコール等の溶媒を利用して抽出するが、一般的にはエタノールと水の混合で抽出するのが、抽出後の溶媒除去が必要でなく、一番容易な方法として考えられる。このエタノール抽出物、或いは他の溶媒のときは溶媒を除去して乾燥物として（勿論エタノール抽出物でも、エタノールを除去してもよいが）、他の化粧品原料を配合して製剤化する。抽出物の配合量としては、利用形態や目的、他の育毛原料の共存等の条件に応じて変ってくるが、乾燥物換算で0.0001〜15重量％、好ましくは0.0005〜５重量％である。
