Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint structure of a headboard excellent in adaptability of rocking (interlayer displacement).
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional headboard joint structure, a headboard is attached to the top of the parapet parts arranged with a gap, a joint member plate is attached to the back side of the connecting part of the headboard, and the joint member plate is attached to the parapet or the headboard holder at one end. A joint member capable of coping with locking (interlayer displacement) is obtained by abutting the inner side of the headboard with the other end of the spring body to which is fixed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2831943 (page 3, page 4, FIG. 2, FIG. 4)
[0004]
However, in the joint structure of the headboard having the above structure, since the joint member plate is integrated, when the locking (interlayer displacement) as shown in FIG. 11 occurs, the joint member plate 20 is inclined as shown in FIG. The lower side hits the corner 22 of one parapet 21, the upper left end hits the inside of the headboard 23, the lower right end hits the upper side of the other parapet 24, and the upper side of the middle part of the other headband 23 Since a destructive force is applied by locking upon hitting the tip, there is a problem that the joint member plate 20 or the headboard 23 is damaged or displaced and loses its waterproof function.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides a joint structure for the headboard that reliably prevents water leakage from the joint member portion because the headboard and the joint member are not damaged or displaced due to locking (interlayer displacement). That is the issue.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a headboard apparatus according to the present invention includes a headboard connected to the top of a rising frame that is continuously arranged with a gap so that the end faces are abutted on the gap. In the joint structure of the headboard where the joint member is arranged at the butting portion, the joint member is divided into a plurality of divided joint members in the length direction, and a flexible waterproof sheet is attached to the back side thereof. And
[0007]
In addition, it is preferable to form a gap between the plurality of divided joint members.
[0008]
In addition, each of the divided joint members preferably includes a top plate and side pieces bent on both sides of the top plate, and the folding angles of the side pieces of the adjacent divided joint members are different.
[0009]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the holder for supporting the headboard is attached to the rising frame so as to be close to both sides of the joint member.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a headboard joint structure according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
1-3, the code | symbol 1 shows the joint structure of a cap. In this joint structure 1, the headboard 4 is attached to the tops of the rising housings 2 and 3 continuously arranged side by side with a gap S by a holder 5 so that the end faces are abutted on the gap S. 4, a joint member 7 is disposed in the abutting portion 6, and the joint member 7 is divided into a plurality of divided joint members 7a, divided joint members 7b, and divided joint members 7c in the length direction. Yes. A flexible waterproof sheet 8 is attached below the joint member 7. This waterproof sheet 8 is attached to the split joint members 7a and 7c at both ends.
[0012]
The rising frames 2 and 3 in the joint structure 1 of the headboard 4 are parapets or the like provided on the roof of a building, and one rising frame 2 is a general structure such as RC or SRC, and the other rising frame 3 Is a structure made of PC, ALC, etc., and a known joint is applied to the gap S between them, although not shown in the drawing.
[0013]
The holder 5 has the tops of the rising housings 2 and 3 fixed by screws 9 and has a locking piece 10 that hangs obliquely downward as shown in FIG. For this purpose, members 11 and 12 are provided. The holder 5 is formed by extrusion molding of aluminum or an alloy thereof, or press working of a steel material. One of the holders 5 is attached to the rising casings 2 and 3 in the vicinity of the split joint members 7a and 7c on both sides of the joint member 7.
[0014]
The headboard 4 has a side plate 13 that hangs downward from both sides of the top portions of the rising housings 2 and 3, and a collar portion 14 that is engaged with the distal end of the retaining piece 10 of the holder 5 is formed at the distal end. 14 is locked to the locking piece 10 of the holder 5 by elastic deformation of the side plate 13, and the headboard 4 is attached to the rising casings 2 and 3 so that the end faces are abutted. This cap 4 is also manufactured by the same material and method as the holder 5.
[0015]
5 to 10, the joint member 7 is provided in the butting portion 6 of the headboard 4 so as to be accommodated inside thereof, and is divided and arranged into a divided joint member 7a, a divided joint member 7b, and a divided joint member 7c. Has been. The split joint members 7a and 7c at both ends have a top plate 15a and side pieces 15 that hang downward from both sides of the top plate 15a. And the front-end | tip of the split joint members 7a and 7c of both ends is latched by the collar part 14 provided in the side plate 13 of the headboard 4. FIG. On the other hand, the central split joint member 7b also has side pieces 16 on both sides of the top plate 16a. The side piece 16 is bent at a bending angle of the side pieces 15 of the other split joint members 7a and 7c. It is larger than the angle, and enters the inside of the locking piece 15 of the divided joint members 7a and 7b at the time of locking so as not to cause interference. The side piece 16 is preferably slightly shorter than the side piece 15.
[0016]
Each of the split joint members 7a, 7b, 7c is reinforced by forming a plurality of ridges 17 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on the outer surface, and the joint member 7 is also made of the same material and method as the holder 5. To manufacture.
[0017]
The waterproof sheet 8 is formed so as to conform to the inner shape in which the divided joint members 7a, 7b, and 7c of the joint member 7 are arranged so that a slight gap s is formed between them. It is attached. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, both ends of the waterproof sheet 8 and the divided joint members 7a and 7c on both sides of the joint member 7 are joined by fastening means 18 such as rivets and screws. The split joint member 7b only rides on the waterproof sheet 8, and when the locking occurs, each split joint member 7a, 7b, 7c can move individually. Since the waterproof sheet 8 is formed using a soft synthetic resin sheet having elasticity and weather resistance, a rubber sheet, a bellows-like sheet, and the like, when it is fastened by the fastening means 18 such as a rivet or a screw, The metal 19 is attached to the outside so that it can be securely fixed.
[0018]
In the normal state where the rising frame bodies 2 and 3 hold the same height as shown in FIG. 1, the joint member device 1 with the above-described structure is divided into each of the joint members 7 arranged at the butt portion 6 of the headboard 4. The joint members 7a, 7b, and 7c are aligned with each other, and the waterproof sheet 8 is in contact with the lower surfaces of the divided joint members 7a, 7b, and 7. Therefore, the joint structure of the cap 4 keeps the original shape and fulfills the waterproof function.
[0019]
However, when rocking with a height difference as shown in FIG. 2 occurs between the rising frame 2 and the rising frame 3 due to an earthquake or the like, the split joint members at both ends of the joint member 7 arranged at the butt portion 15 of the headboard 4. 7a and 7c are locked to the headboard 4 so that the horizontal state is maintained as shown in the figure, and since the right end of the waterproof sheet 8 to be fixed is pulled down, the waterproof sheet 8 is inclined downward. The center split joint member 7b that rides on the head also tilts following the waterproof sheet 8, and the side piece 16 enters the inside of the side piece 15 of the split joint member 7a as shown in FIG. For this reason, since no external force that causes damage is applied to any part of the joint structure 1, the joint structure 1 is not damaged even if it is deformed. It is what you fulfill.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, even if rocking occurs due to an earthquake or the like, the divided joint members divided into a plurality of parts move individually and thus do not interfere with each other. For this reason, the destructive force by rocking is applied and it does not cause breakage or position shift. In addition, a flexible waterproof sheet is provided on the back side of the joint member, and even if the split joint member is separated by deformation, entry of rainwater is blocked and the waterproof function can be reliably maintained.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the joint member is divided into a plurality of parts and a gap exists between the divided joint members, when the locking occurs, the divided joint members can freely interfere with each other. It moves and makes the joint member's posture change without difficulty, greatly contributing to the protection of the joint structure.
[0022]
According to the invention according to claim 3, since the bending angles of the side pieces of the adjacent divided joint members are made different from each other, it is possible to prevent the divided joint members from interfering with each other at the time of occurrence of locking, and the adjacent divided joint members. It is also possible to satisfactorily prevent the deformation.
[0023]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, since the holders close to the split joint members at both ends support the headboard, the headboard hardly fluctuates when rocking occurs. For this reason, the split joint member is stably supported.
