【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、アレンジボール機、雀球機等の弾球遊技機、取り分けその下部入球装置の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
アレンジボール機は、所定数の遊技球を遊技盤の上部側に発射して、その遊技球を遊技盤の下部側に配置された入球ケースの16個の入球口の何れかに入球させると、各入球口に対応する入球検出スイッチが遊技球を検出し、その入球位置の入球表示素子が発光すると共に、16個の入球口の内、隣り合う一定数(例えば4個)の入球口に遊技球が入球する等して入賞役が成立した時に得点を計上し、その得点に応じて遊技球を賞球として払い出すようになっている。
この種のアレンジボール機では、従来、特開平8−299533号公報に記載のように、入球ケースの前側に回路基板を当接させて装着し、この回路基板の裏側に入球検出スイッチ用のコネクタを、前側に入球表示素子と信号取り出し用のコネクタとを夫々実装し、入球ケース内で各入球検出スイッチと回路基板側のコネクタとを接続する構造を採用している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来は回路基板の前後両面にコネクタ、表示素子、その他の電気部品を実装しているので、回路基板の製作が煩雑で製作コストがアップする欠点がある。
また回路基板の裏側にコネクタがあり、このコネクタに入球検出スイッチを接続しているため、回路基板の裏側で隣り合う入球検出スイッチ同士を接続したり、回路基板に別な電気部品を装着したりする等の不正改造が行われる恐れがある。
しかも回路基板を入球ケースの前側に当接状態で装着しているため、回路基板の裏側に不正改造が施された場合には、回路基板を入球ケースから分離して分解しない限り、その不正改造の発見が困難である。このため、従来の構造では、回路基板の裏側への不正改造を助長し易い上に、一旦、不正改造が行われた場合には、入球ケースを遊技盤から取り外した程度ではその発見が困難であると言う欠点がある。
本発明は、かかる従来の課題に鑑み、回路基板を容易に製作できると共に、回路基板の裏側への不正改造を極力防止でき、また不正改造が行われた場合にもそれを容易に発見できる弾球遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、遊技盤6 の下部に、該遊技盤6 から前方に突出する複数個の入球口34と、該各入球口34に対応し且つ該各入球口34に入球した遊技球を検出する入球検出スイッチ39とを有する入球ケース36を設け、該入球ケース36の前側に、遊技球が入球した前記入球口34を表示する入球表示素子42を前記各入球口34に対応して設けた弾球遊技機において、前記入球ケース36の装着孔44に横長状の保持部材38を前側から嵌脱自在に嵌合し、該保持部材38に、複数個のスイッチ収容部52と、該各スイッチ収容部52の前側に配置されたコネクタ収容部53と、これらの各スイッチ収容部52及びコネクタ収容部53間に上下に配置された規制部54,55 とを備え、前記各スイッチ収容部52に裏側から嵌脱自在に挿入された前記入球検出スイッチ39を前記スイッチ収容部52の前側の前記規制部54に裏側から当接し、該各入球検出スイッチ39の端子57を前記両規制部54,55 間から前記コネクタ収容部53に突出させて、リード線56の一端側に接続され且つ前記各コネクタ収容部53に前側から挿脱自在に挿入されて前記入球検出スイッチ39の端子57に接続されたコネクタ40を、該コネクタ収容部53の後側の前記規制部55に前側から当接し、前記保持部材38の前側に、該保持部材38との間に所定の間隙A を置いて回路基板41を装着し、該回路基板41の前面側の上部に前記各入球表示素子42を設け、下部に前記入球検出スイッチ39用のコネクタ60と該回路基板41側からの信号を外部に取り出すためのコネクタ61とを夫々設け、前記各入球検出スイッチ39の前記リード線56を前記間隙A を経て前記回路基板41の前側に引き出し、該リード線56の他端側のコネクタ58を前記回路基板41の前記コネクタ60に着脱自在に接続したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。
図1及び図2において、1 はアレンジボール機本体で、矩形枠状の外枠2 と、この外枠2 の前面に開閉自在に枢着された前枠3 とによって構成されている。前枠3 には開閉自在なガラス扉4 と前面板5 とが上下に装着され、これらに対応して前枠3 の裏側に遊技盤6 が着脱自在に装着されている。
遊技盤6 の前面には、遊技球を案内するガイドレール7 が設けられると共に、このガイドレール7 によって取り囲まれた遊技領域の中央部に上入球口8 、下入球口9 、通過口10、中央入賞手段11、変動図柄表示手段12、得点増加用の右役物作動手段13、下部役物作動手段14等の各遊技部品が配置されている。遊技盤6 の下部には、横長状の開口部15と、この開口部15に裏側から着脱自在に嵌合する下部入球手段16とが設けられ、また下部入球手段16は前カバー17により前面側から覆われている。

遊技盤6 の裏側には、変動図柄表示手段12、得点増加用の右役物作動手段13、下部役物作動手段14等の各遊技部品と、その下側の下部入球手段16とを裏側から覆う裏カバー24が装着されている。
25は裏機構板で、前枠3 側に装着された遊技盤6 を裏側から押さえて固定するためのものである。裏機構板25は、前枠3 の裏側にヒンジ26により縦軸廻りに開閉自在に枢支され、遊技盤6 を押さえ付ける閉状態でロックレバー26a により前枠3 側にロックされるようになっている。裏機構板25には、遊技盤6 の裏カバー24に対応する位置に開口窓27が形成され、この開口窓27から裏カバー24が裏側に突出するようになっている。

各入球口34は遊技盤6 に沿って上方から落下する遊技球が入球し易くなるように遊技盤6 の前側に突出しており、この各入球口34に入球した遊技球を遊技盤6 の裏側に案内するように各案内通路35が接続されている。なお、入球口34と案内通路35は前後方向の区画板45により横方向に等間隔に16等分して区画され、また各区画板45の後端は集球ケース37側に突出している。

なお、入球ケース36と集球ケース37との間には、区画板45により横方向に区画され且つ上端側で各案内通路35に連通する落下通路67が形成されている。

保持部材38は、裏側に開口する矩形孔状の16個のスイッチ収容部52と、この各スイッチ収容部52の前側に配置されたコネクタ収容部53と、これらのスイッチ収容部52及びコネクタ収容部53間に配置された規制部54,55 とを備え、その各スイッチ収容部52に裏側から各入球検出スイッチ39が、各コネクタ収容部53に前側から各コネクタ40が夫々挿脱自在に挿入し保持されている。

前カバー17には16個の入球表示素子42に対応する入球表示窓64と、得点表示素子43に対応する得点表示窓66とが上下に設けられている。入球表示窓64は表示レンズ65を備えた横長状であり、この入球表示窓64の下側に近接して得点表示窓66が形成されている。

次に、上記構成のアレンジボール機における動作等を説明する。
ゲームの開始に際しては、上皿18に遊技球を入れておき、発射用の発射ハンドル21を操作すると、発射手段20が作動し、上皿18から発射レール上に1個づつ供給される遊技球を打撃槌23で打撃して、その遊技球をガイドレール7 に沿って遊技盤6 の上部に発射させる。

また入球検出スイッチ39を修理する場合には、保持部材38のスイッチ収容部52に挿入状態にある16個の入球検出スイッチ39の内、故障した入球検出スイッチ39のみを裏側に取り外して、別の入球検出スイッチ39と交換する。
