そこで本発明は、上記の課題を解決するために、機台上の定位置で縦に回転する丸刃と、材料を積載して前端部を丸刃の刃面に沿わせて機台上を往復する肉箱とを備えた食肉スライサーであって、肉箱用モーターに可変速モーターを用い、該モーターの駆動回路にインバーターとシーケンサーを接続して肉箱の速度制御を行えるようにした肉箱駆動装置において、あらかじめ、肉箱が下死点を通過する際の振動が許容できる範囲の速度を低速度V1とし、肉箱が下死点から上死点を通過するまでの肉箱用モーターの速度を高速度V2とし、肉箱が高速度V2で上死点を通過した時から下死点に達するまでの区間で低速度V1に減速させ、肉箱が下死点を通過する直前に高速度V2に復帰させることを反復するように構成した食肉スライサーの肉箱駆動装置を提供するものである。

以下に、本発明の実施例を図面について説明する。
