Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for attaching and detaching an opening / closing member in a toilet apparatus in which a toilet lid and a toilet seat can be integrally attached and can be individually rotated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, a functional unit 81 is provided on the upper rear side of the toilet body (toilet bowl) 80. The functional unit 81 includes, for example, a sanitary cleaning unit, a drying unit, a deodorizing unit, and the like having a local cleaning nozzle 82 and a hot water tank (not shown) for supplying hot water to the local cleaning nozzle 82. . Projecting portions 84 are provided on the front side of the storage case 83 of the functional portion 81 in the width direction of the storage case 83, and support bases 85 having upper projections are provided on both sides of the protrusion 84. It has been. A toilet lid 86 and a toilet seat 87 are detachably attached to each support base 85.
As shown in FIG. 20, the outer side walls of the base end portions 89 on both sides of the toilet seat 87 are in contact with the inner side walls of the base end portions 88 on both sides of the toilet lid 86 with the same axial center. Further, attachment portions 90 are respectively provided on the inner side walls of the base end portions 89 on both sides of the toilet seat 87 in a state of projecting toward the axial center of the base end portions 89 on both sides of the toilet seat 87. The mounting portion 90 includes a fixing portion 91 whose lower portion is concave and can be fitted to the support base 85, and a lock cover 92 that covers the fixing portion 91. Further, an opening / closing shaft (not shown) that can slide the base end portions 88 and 89 of the toilet lid 86 and the toilet seat 87 in the axial direction is attached to a connecting portion between the fixing portion 91 and the lock cover 92. The mounting portion 90 is rotatable with respect to the base end portion 89 of the toilet seat 87 by the opening / closing shaft. Thus, the toilet lid 86 and the toilet seat 87 can be integrated or separated by sliding the mounting portion 90 in the axial direction of the base end portions 89 on both sides of the toilet seat 87.
[0003]
With this configuration, after the fixing portion 91 is fitted in the support base 85, the support base 85 and the fixing portion 91 are integrated with each other by covering the support base 85 and the fixing portion 91 with the lock cover 92. Therefore, the fitting state between the support base 85 and the fixing portion 91 is maintained. For example, by fixing the toilet lid 86 to the left opening / closing axis and fixing the toilet seat 87 to the right opening / closing axis, the axis at the time of opening / closing the toilet lid 86 and the toilet seat 87 can be made the same and can be opened / closed individually. . At this time, the opening / closing member formed of at least one of the toilet lid 86 and the toilet seat 87 is used as a rotation shaft (not shown) of the opening / closing control unit 93 disposed at both ends of the protruding portion 84 of the storage case 81. It is possible to engage and control the opening / closing of the opening / closing member.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the attaching / detaching structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet device described above is applied, each mounting portion protrudes in the axial center of the base end portion of the toilet seat. It must be provided corresponding to the distance between the two attachments. Thereby, since the size of the projecting portion on which the support base is arranged on both sides is affected by the distance between the two support bases, if the distance between the two attachment parts is reduced, the storage space is accordingly reduced. The installation space of each unit (for example, a warm air unit, a deodorizing unit, etc.) that can be arranged in the storage case is limited. For this reason, the space in the storage case cannot be effectively used.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the base end of the toilet lid and toilet seat is made compact so that the space in the storage case is effectively used, and the toilet lid and toilet seat can be easily attached and detached in an integrated state. And it aims at providing the attachment / detachment structure of the opening-and-closing member in the toilet apparatus which can isolate | separate a toilet lid and a toilet seat easily.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The opening / closing member attaching / detaching structure in the toilet device according to the present invention that meets the above-described object is such that the first and second opening / closing control units are arranged on both sides of the front part in the storage case of the functional unit provided on the rear side of the toilet body. The first and second rotation shafts provided in the first and second opening / closing control units are attached to the first and second rotating shafts, respectively, so that the toilet lid and the base end portion of the toilet seat are detachable integrally. In the attachment / detachment structure of the opening / closing member for individually opening and closing the toilet lid and the toilet seat to control the opening and closing, each base end portion of the toilet seat is disposed inside each base end portion of the toilet lid having the same axis. A first engagement member and a second engagement member each having a substantially U-shaped opening are provided inside each base end of the toilet seat. The first engagement member is a first engagement member. The second engaging member is pivoted with respect to the second pivoting shaft. The first engagement member and the lock portion are respectively rotated after the opening portions of the first and second engagement members are fitted into the first and second rotation shafts, respectively. First and second rotating shafts are rotatably fixed to the openings of the first and second engaging members. Thus, since each base end part of a toilet seat is each arrange | positioned inside each base end part of a toilet lid, the width | variety of each base end part of a toilet lid and a toilet seat can be made narrower than before. Further, since the first and second engaging members are respectively provided inside the base end portions of the toilet seat, the mounting portion projects in the center in the axial direction of the base end portion of the toilet seat as in the prior art. In addition, the toilet lid and the toilet seat can be pivotably fixed to the storage case via the first and second rotation shafts without providing a support base in the storage case.
[0006]
Here, in the attachment / detachment structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, the first engaging member and the lock portion are provided with first and second engaging portions, respectively, around the first engaging member and the first engaging member. Rotating the member relative to the first rotation axis, fixing the first locking portion to the first fixing portion of the storage case, rotating the lock portion relative to the second rotation axis; After the second locking portion is fixed to the second fixing portion of the second engaging member, it is preferable to prevent the first engaging member and the lock portion from rotating. As described above, since the first and second engaging portions are provided in the peripheral portions of the first engaging member and the lock portion, respectively, the first and second engaging members are connected to the first and second engaging members. Natural rotation of the first engagement member and the lock portion after being fixed to the rotation shaft can be prevented.
[0007]
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, a third locking portion is provided at a position different from the first locking portion around the first engaging member, The joint member is rotated with respect to the first rotation shaft, the third locking portion is fixed to the third fixing portion of the toilet seat, the lock portion is rotated with respect to the second rotation shaft, After the second locking portion is fixed to the fourth fixing portion of the second engaging member, it is preferable to maintain the openings of the first and second engaging members in an open state. In this way, the third locking portion of the first engaging member is fixed to the third fixing portion of the toilet seat, and the second locking portion of the locking portion is fixed to the fourth engaging member. For example, the first engaging member and the lock part can freely rotate during or after removing the toilet lid and toilet seat from the first and second rotating shafts. Can be prevented.
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, the second engaging member is configured to be slidable in the axial direction of the toilet seat, and the toilet lid and the toilet seat are connected to the first and second rotating shafts. The toilet lid and the toilet seat can be separated by sliding the second engagement member toward the axial center of the toilet seat, and the second lid can be separated in the state where the toilet lid and the toilet seat have the same axial center. It is preferable that the toilet lid and the toilet seat can be individually integrated with each other by sliding the engaging member to the axial direction end of the toilet seat. Thus, since the second engagement member is configured to be slidable with respect to the proximal end portion of the toilet seat, the second engagement member is provided on the toilet seat except when the toilet lid and the toilet seat are separated. It is always arranged inside the base end.
[0008]
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, a rib is provided around the second engagement member, and a part of the proximal end portion of the toilet seat in which the second engagement member is rotatably fitted It is preferable that a notch is provided and the rib is always exposed from the notch. Thereby, the 2nd engagement member can be slid with respect to the base end part of a toilet seat using the rib exposed to the notch part.
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, it is preferable that the base end portion of the toilet seat is provided with a retaining portion that prevents the second engaging member from falling off. Thereby, it can prevent beforehand that the 2nd engagement member removes from a toilet seat.
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, the retaining portion is constituted by a guide for slidably mounting the second engagement member, and the second engagement member is provided at the end of the guide. It is preferable to provide a stopper portion that can come into contact with the rib when the toilet seat is slid to the center in the axial direction. Thereby, in order to separate the toilet lid and the toilet seat, even if the second engaging member is slid along the guide to the axially central portion of the proximal end portion of the toilet seat, the rib of the second engaging member The stopper part provided in the guide abuts, and the second engagement member from falling off the toilet seat can be prevented.
[0009]
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, the second engagement member is provided with a spring mechanism that biases the toilet seat in the direction of the open state, and the closed state of the toilet seat is maintained by the weight of the toilet seat. It is preferable. Thus, since the second engaging member is provided with the spring mechanism, the force for rotating the toilet seat from the closed state to the open state can be made smaller than when the spring mechanism is not provided.
In the attachment / detachment structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, at least one of the first and second opening / closing control units includes a motor with a speed reducer, and either opening / closing or opening of the opening / closing member is electrically performed. It is preferable. As described above, since the opening / closing control of the opening / closing member is electrically performed, either opening / closing or opening / closing of the opening / closing member can be performed without touching the opening / closing member.
In the detachable structure of the opening / closing member in the toilet apparatus according to the present invention, it is preferable that the first and second opening / closing control units include a damper mechanism to brake a speed at which the opening / closing member rotates from the open state to the closed state. As described above, since the opening / closing control unit is provided with the damper mechanism, the rotation speed of the opening / closing member becomes slow, so that the opening / closing member and the toilet body can be prevented from being damaged when the opening / closing member collides with the toilet body.
[0010]

[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the opening / closing member attaching / detaching structure 10 in the toilet apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention is a front part of a storage case 12 of a functional part 11 provided on the rear side of a toilet body (not shown). Further, a protruding portion 13 is provided across the width direction of the storage case 12, and first and second opening / closing control units 14 and 15 are disposed at both end portions in the protruding portion 13, respectively. The first and second rotary shafts 16 and 17 provided in the opening / closing control units 14 and 15 respectively have base end portions 19 and 20 of the toilet lid 18 constituting the opening and closing member and base ends of the toilet seat 21. It is a structure for attaching and detaching the parts 22 and 23 integrally and controlling the opening and closing by individually rotating the toilet lid 18 and the toilet seat 21. This will be described in detail below.
[0012]
The first and second opening / closing control units 14 and 15 are each provided with a motor with a reduction gear that electrically opens / closes or opens / closes the opening / closing member, or the opening / closing member rotates from the open state to the closed state. It may be provided with a soft closing mechanism (an example of a damper mechanism) that brakes the moving speed to a slow speed, or may be a combination of a motor with a speed reducer and a soft closing mechanism. This motor with a reduction gear includes a drive motor (for example, a DC brush motor, an AC motor, a stepping motor, etc.), a transmission gear, a planetary gear mechanism, a torque limiter mechanism, an angle detection sensor, and the like. Thus, the first and second opening / closing control units 14 and 15 are configured such that the rotational force of the drive motor is decelerated by the transmission gear, transmitted to the planetary gear mechanism at the final stage, and the first and second switching units 14 and 15 via the torque limiter mechanism. Are transmitted to the rotation shafts 16 and 17. Next, the rotation of the first and second rotating shafts 16 and 17 of the first and second opening / closing control units 14 and 15 is transmitted to the opening and closing member, and the opening and closing member is opened and closed. The rotation direction may be detected using a multi-phase magnetized magnet and Hall IC provided on the first and second rotating shafts 16 and 17, or a two-phase output encoder using a slit and a photo interrupter. Then, the rotation direction may be determined from the angle information obtained by the potentiometer.
The soft closing mechanism uses the viscosity of oil and generates a damper force by the action of a valve.
[0013]
The first and second rotating shafts 16 and 17 of the first and second opening / closing control units 14 and 15 protrude from the protruding portion 13 in the width direction (left and right direction) of the storage case 12, respectively. The tip ends of the second rotation shafts 16 and 17 are substantially oval in cross section. In this embodiment, the first rotation shaft 16 disposed on the left side (one side) opens and closes the toilet lid 18 and the second rotation shaft 17 disposed on the right side (the other side). Opens and closes the toilet seat 21.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, the base end 22 on the left side of the toilet seat 21 is substantially C-shaped. A fitting portion 24 having a substantially circular shape is provided at the base end portion 23 on the right side of the toilet seat 21.
