Description
本発明の好ましい態様は、合成炭化水素生成物の製造方法を包含する。次に図1に関し、合成ガスを導管2を通ってフィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器4へ送り、反応させてガス状及び液体状合成炭化水素生成物6を形成させる。次にガス状合成炭化水素生成物を、蒸気出口10を通り反応器4から取り出す。次に液体合成炭化水素生成物6を、フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器4の中で触媒粒子(図示されていない)から分離する。これは、液体合成炭化水素生成物6を、反応器4内に配置した複数の円筒状フィルター12(一つだけ示されている)を通過させることにより達成され、この場合、液体はフィルターを通過し、触媒粒子はフィルター12の外側に凝集する。
Claims (11)
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器へ合成ガスを供給し、前記合成ガスを反応させてガス状及び液体合成炭化水素生成物を形成する工程;
前記反応器からガス状合成炭化水素生成物を蒸気出口を通して取り出す工程;
前記液体合成炭化水素生成物を、反応器内に位置する複数の末端閉鎖円筒状フィルターに通すことによりフィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器中で触媒粒子から液体合成炭化水素生成物を分離する工程であって、然も、前記液体がフィルターを通過し、フィルターの外側に触媒粒子が凝集し、更に、各フィルターが、
a) 反応器側金属円筒外側表面及び反応器側金属円筒内側表面を有する多孔質反応器側金属円筒、
b) 生成物側金属円筒外側表面及び生成物側金属円筒内側表面を有する多孔質生成物側金属円筒、
c) 前記多孔質反応器側金属円筒と、前記多孔質生成物側金属円筒との間に位置するフィルター媒体、
d) 逆フラッシュ液体入口、及び
e) 液体合成炭化水素生成物出口、
を有し、
然も、前記反応器側金属円筒の多孔度が、前記フィルター媒体の多孔度よりも大きく、前記生成物側金属円筒の多孔度が、前記反応器側金属円筒の多孔度よりも大きい、該分離工程;
前記液体合成炭化水素生成物を前記フィルターから取り出す工程、
前記液体合成炭化水素生成物の一部分をポンプによりパルスサージ容器中へ送る工程であって、そこで、前記パルスサージ容器は、前記フィルターをフラッシュして凝集触媒粒子を離脱させるための前記液体合成炭化水素生成物の一部分を受け入れるものであって、前記パルスサージ容器の圧力が、フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器の圧力より大きい、該工程;
前記液体合成炭化水素生成物出口と前記パルスサージ容器との間の導管にある第一のバルブを閉じることによって、前記フィルターの少なくとも一つを通る合成液体炭化水素生成物の流れを止める工程;
前記パルスサージ容器と、前記逆フラッシュ液体入口との間の導管にある第二のバルブを開き、前記パルスサージ容器中の前記合成液体炭化水素生成物を前記フィルターの前記逆フラッシュ液体入口へ送り、それにより合成液体炭化水素を前記パルスサージ容器からフィルター中へ流し、次に前記フィルターからフィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器中へ流し、フィルターの外側から凝集触媒粒子を離脱させる工程;
前記パルスサージ容器と前記逆フラッシュ液体入口との間の導管の前記第二のバルブを閉じる工程;及び
フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器からの合成液体炭化水素生成物の、前記フィルターを通る流れを再び開始する工程、
を含む、合成炭化水素生成物製造方法。 - フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器からの合成液体炭化水素生成物の、フィルターを通る流れを再び開始する前に前記第二のバルブを、少なくとも1回開閉する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応器からフィルターへの合成液体炭化水素生成物の流れを停止し、再び開始するまでの時間が1分より短い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィルター媒体が、0.5〜100μの濾過を可能にする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィルター媒体が、0.5〜10μの濾過を可能にする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 生成物側金属円筒の多孔度が、 1/8インチ〜1インチの直径の孔により達成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィルターが堅固な円筒状形態である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 生成物側金属円筒の多孔度が、 1/4インチ〜 1/2インチの直径の孔により達成されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 生成物側金属円筒の多孔度が、反応器側金属円筒の多孔度よりも少なくとも5%大きい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応器側金属円筒の多孔度が、複数のテーパー付き開口により達成されており、前記開口の直径が、反応器側金属円筒内側表面の所よりも、反応器側金属円筒外側表面の所で大きくなっている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 生成物側金属円筒の多孔度が、複数のテーパー付き開口により達成されており、前記開口の直径が、生成物側金属円筒外側表面の所よりも、生成物側金属円筒内側表面の所で大きくなっている、請求項1に記載の方法。
