Description
Claims (12)
- 分散発電公益事業設備電力送電網(10)内において分散発電資源として包含される、サイトにおける燃料電池発電システム(8)であって、
a. サイトにおける複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )と、
b. 実質的にサイトに配置された少なくとも1つの電気負荷(14)と、
c. 複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )のそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの負荷(14)、および公益事業設備送電網(10)に作動するように接続されたサイト管理システム(11)と、
を含み、このサイト管理システム(11)は、一体化された仕方で、
i. 燃料電池電力設備(18)を少なくとも1つの負荷(14)および電力送電網(10)に接続する作動の送電網接続モードと、
ii. 燃料電池電力設備(18)を少なくとも1つの負荷(14)に電力送電網(10)への接続とは独立して接続する作動の送電網独立モードと、
のいずれかで、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )を制御する、燃料電池発電システム(8)であって、
それぞれの燃料電池電力設備(18)は、発電するための燃料電池および付随するサブシステム(F.C.)と、燃料電池および支持サブシステム(P.C.)の状態を制御およびモニタする電力設備制御装置(PPC)と、燃料電池により負荷に提供される電力を調整する電力調整システム(PCS)と、を含み、電力設備制御装置(PPC)は、燃料電池および支持サブシステム(F.C.)のモニタされた状態を示す信号に応答し、かつ、それぞれの燃料電池電力設備(18)の即時電力出力能力を表す信号(Kw能力−88)を提供する、信号処理論理(77、79、81、85、87)をさらに含み、サイト管理システム(11、94)は、燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )のそれぞれからの即時電力出力能力信号(Kw能力−88)に応答し、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )の全体の即時電力出力能力を表す信号(全体Kw能力−95)を提供し、
基本電力能力を表す最初の電力定格信号(Kw定格−76)が、複数の燃料電池電力設備(181-n)のそれぞれに提供され、信号処理論理(77、79)は、各燃料電池および支持サブシステム(F.C.1-n)のそれぞれのモニタされた状態に応答して、モニタされた状態に従って予め決められた量だけそれぞれの電力設備(18)の基本電力能力(Kw定格−76)を折り返し、それによって、それぞれの即時電力出力能力信号値(Kw能力−88)を提供することを特徴とする燃料電池発電システム(8)。 - 前記燃料電池発電システム(8)は、公益事業設備から受け取った公益事業設備割り当て信号(58、97)をさらに含み、サイト管理システム(11)は、公益事業設備割り当て信号(58、97)および全体Kw能力信号(95)に応答し、これらのうちのより小さな方を選択して実際の割り当て信号(98)を提供し、さらに、実際の割り当て信号(98)を全体Kw能力信号(95)と比較して比例配分された割り当て信号(100)を提供し、さらに、比例配分された割り当て信号(100)および各燃料電池電力設備(18)のそれぞれからのKw能力信号(88)に応答して、それぞれの各燃料電池電力設備(181-n)に対する割り当て電力を制御するそれぞれの設定電力制御信号(112、90)を提供する、信号処理手段(96、97、110)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システム(11)の信号処理手段(96、97、110)は、比例配分された割り当て信号(100)と各燃料電池電力設備(18)のそれぞれからのKw能力信号(88)のそれぞれとの数学的積を決定して、各設定電力制御信号(112、90)のそれぞれを提供することを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 分散発電公益事業設備電力送電網(10)内において分散発電資源として包含される、サイトにおける燃料電池発電システム(8)であって、
a. サイトにおける複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )と、
b. 実質的にサイトに配置された少なくとも1つの電気負荷(14)と、
c. 複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )のそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの負荷(14)、および公益事業設備送電網(10)に作動するように接続されたサイト管理システム(11)と、
を含み、このサイト管理システム(11)は、一体化された仕方で、
i. 燃料電池電力設備(18)を少なくとも1つの負荷(14)および電力送電網(10)に接続する作動の送電網接続モードと、
ii. 燃料電池電力設備(18)を少なくとも1つの負荷(14)に電力送電網(10)への接続とは独立して接続する作動の送電網独立モードと、
のいずれかで、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18 1-n )を制御する、燃料電池発電システム(8)であって、
前記燃料電池発電システム(8)は、公益事業設備から受け取った公益事業設備割り当て信号(58、97)をさらに含み、それぞれの燃料電池電力設備(18)は、発電するための燃料電池および付随するサブシステム(F.C.)と、燃料電池および支持サブシステム(P.C.)の状態を制御およびモニタする電力設備制御装置(PPC)と、燃料電池により負荷に提供される電力を調整する電力調整システム(PCS)と、を含み、電力設備制御装置(PPC)は、燃料電池および支持サブシステム(F.C.)のモニタされた状態を示す信号に応答し、かつ、それぞれの燃料電池電力設備(18)の即時電力出力能力を表す信号(Kw能力−88)を提供する、信号処理論理(77、79、81、85、87)をさらに含み、サイト管理システム(11)は、公益事業設備割り当て信号(58、97)を複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)の数で割って最初の電力設備毎の割り当て信号値を提供し、最初の燃料電池電力設備(18)に対するKw能力信号(88)を電力設備毎の割り当て信号値と比較しかつこの電力設備にそれぞれのKw能力信号(88)により可能とされる電力設備毎の割り当て信号値と同程度を指定し、オーバーフロー記憶装置にどのような残りの値も格納し、同様に比較しかつ複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)の各連続する1つにそれぞれのKw能力信号(88)により可能とされる電力設備毎の割り当て信号値と同程度を指定しかつどのような各残りの値も格納し、さらに、オーバーフロー記憶装置に残るどのような残りの値も割り振るように上述した機能を繰り返し反復する、信号処理手段を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池発電システム(8)。 - 前記サイト管理システム(11)は、接続された負荷(14L1-LX)の全体の電力需要を表す信号(69)を提供する電力モニタ(68)を含み、さらに、全体の電力需要信号(69)および全体Kw能力信号(95)を比較し、全体の電力需要が全体Kw能力を超える場合および超える限り、予め決められたスケジュールに従って1つまたは複数の負荷(14L1-LX)を制限する、信号処理論理(34、29)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記複数の負荷(14L1-LX)のそれぞれは、燃料電池電力設備(18)にそれぞれの選択的に制御される接触器(13L1-LX)を通して接続され、前記1つまたは複数の負荷の制限は、接触器(13L1-LX)のそれぞれの接触器を選択的に開にすることにより行われることを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システム(11)は、サイト管理システム(11)と公益事業設備の間に接続された通信リンク(58、62、64、61)を介して、遠隔の公益事業設備から割り当て信号を受け取りかつ遠隔の公益事業設備にステータス信号を提供することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システムは、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)の一体化された制御を行いかつ公益事業設備との制御インターフェースを提供する、サイト監視制御装置(29)を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システム(11)は、サイト監視制御装置(29)と作動するように接続され、かつ、複数の電力設備(18)が個別に制御される局所作動モードまたは複数の電力設備(18)が統合された仕方で作動される監視作動モードで発電システム(8)の作動を手動で選択する、手段(60)を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システム(11)は、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)の一体化された制御を行うサイト監視制御装置(29)と、サイト監視制御装置(29)および負荷(14、13)と相互作用するように接続(38、70)されて負荷制限を制御する負荷制限制御装置(34)と、燃料電池電力設備(18)のそれぞれに接続され、かつ、電力設備(18)により負荷(14)に提供される電力を制御する、サイト管理制御装置(31)と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システム(11)は、送電網接続モードで作動するときに、一体化された仕方で燃料電池電力設備(18)の電力割り当て負荷を、公益事業設備からの電力割り当て信号に応答して、確立するサイト監視制御装置(29)と、サイト監視制御装置(29)および負荷(14、13)と相互作用するように接続(38、70)された負荷制限制御装置(34)と、各燃料電池電力設備(18)のそれぞれのPCSに接続され、かつ、送電網接続モードおよび送電網独立モードの一方の作動から他方の作動へのそれぞれの燃料電池電力設備(18)の移行を制御する、サイト管理制御装置(31)と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
- 前記サイト管理システム(11)は、公益事業設備送電網(10)、燃料電池電力設備(18、15)、および負荷(14、13、39)に接続され、かつ、公益事業設備送電網(10)から負荷(14)および燃料電池電力設備(18)の接続を迅速に解除するとともに作動の送電網接続モードから作動の送電網独立モードへ移行する、高速の静的スイッチング手段(12)を、さらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃料電池発電システム(8)。
