Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to a plug attached to a liquid container such as a beverage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Paper-based containers are widely used as containers for various liquids such as milk and juice. Some of these containers have a type that can be fitted with a liquid pouring stopper, and this stopper has a cylindrical part whose inside is closed by a blocking wall from the viewpoint of hygiene and tamper evidence. A cap body that is made of synthetic resin and a cap that fits on the outer periphery of the cap body, and is surrounded by the thin wire portion by tearing the thin wire portion provided on the closing wall that closes the cylindrical portion. A plug is known that removes the closed wall and opens it.
[0003]
Conventionally, in this type of plug, as a means for tearing the thin wire portion provided on the blocking wall that closes the cylindrical portion, generally, the closing wall surrounded by the thin wire portion has a ring portion at the tip. A puller is provided, and when opening the cap, the cap is removed, a finger is inserted into the tubular part of the plug body, hooked on the ring of the puller, and the puller is pulled to tear the thin wire portion. Thus, the blocking wall surrounded by the thin-line portion is removed and opened. However, according to the above plug, there is a problem that the finger may touch the inner surface of the cylindrical portion because the finger is inserted into the cylindrical portion serving as the spout, which is not necessarily preferable for hygiene.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, a thin-walled wire portion is formed on the blocking wall so that the blocking wall can be torn as a continuous band having a start end and a terminal end, and a pin is provided at a portion that becomes the start end of the continuous band. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-229655 discloses a cap for a container that is provided with an engaging projection that engages with a pin in the cap, and when the cap is rotated in the opening direction, the continuous band is cut together to open the cap. ing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the container cap disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-229655, the engagement protrusion draws a circular orbit with respect to the closed wall surface due to the rotation of the cap. As the band tearing position and the engagement position between the pin on the blocking wall side and the engagement projection on the cap side move away, as a result, the continuous band tearing direction and the traveling direction of the pin and the engagement protrusion in the engaged state Is gradually shifted, and the tearing force generated by the pin and the engaging projection in the engaged state does not work efficiently in the tearing direction of the continuous band, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to tear.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a container plug that can easily and hygienically open a blocking wall blocking the inside of a cylindrical portion.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The configuration of the present invention that achieves the above object is as follows.
[0008]
The invention described in claim 1
It is composed of a synthetic resin-made plug body having a cylindrical portion closed by a blocking wall and a cap fitted on the outer periphery of the plug body, and is provided on the blocking wall that closes the cylindrical portion. In the stopper of the container that is opened by removing the closed wall surrounded by the thin line part by tearing the thin line part, the closed wall closing the cylindrical part is located on the lower side of the cylindrical part, At least a part of the periphery thereof has a rising wall portion connected to the upper side of the rising cylindrical portion so as to face the cylindrical portion, and the thin-walled portion provided on the blocking wall has one end The outer thin wire portion proceeds in a generally circumferential direction with the connecting portion of the two inner thin wire portions as a starting end, and the leading end is on the starting end side. Connected to the thin wire portion to form an annular portion, the inner thin wire portion is the outer side Its tip advances to generally parallel to the same direction with the meat line portion, within said annular part, with reference to the rotational direction when unsealing the cap, extending at the location or beyond the connection site of the tip of the outer thin line portion It is formed as stops, before Symbol start to become connecting portions of the two thin line portions inside and outside which constitute the thin walled wire portion is formed on the rising wall portion of the closing wall, the closing wall on the inside of the connecting portion A hooked body is provided on the rising wall, and a core projecting in the axial direction is provided in the cap, and the cap is rotated on the hooked body by rotating the cap in the opening direction. wherein the hook body dissect caught before Symbol thin walled wire portion from the connecting portion.
[0009]
From such a configuration, when rotating the cap in the unsealing direction, hooking of the cap side is caught in the hook of the closing wall, the closing wall constitutes a thin walled wire portion that provided in the closing wall as rotation of the cap a connecting portion comprising inner and outer two starting thin line portion along the thin line portions of the two inner and outer torn up in a continuous strip, when tearing to the tip of the outer thin line portion reaches, formed outside the thin line portion The inside of the annular part is cut and opened.
[0010]
