Description
Claims (18)
- ピペラジン系膜をもつ渦巻形濾過要素、及び4より高いpHを維持しつつ1リットルあたり少なくとも0.0075モルの水素イオンを封鎖する能力をもつ実質的に非酸化性の緩衝剤を含む水溶液を含有する密封した水不透過性バッグからなることを特徴とする包装アセンブリ。
- 溶液が、さらに、酸化により水素イオンを放出する還元剤を1リットルあたり0.0050モル含む請求項1の包装アセンブリ。
- 溶液内の緩衝剤が、還元剤の完全な酸化により放出される水素イオン並びに1リットルあたり少なくとも0.0025モルの追加の水素イオンの両者を封鎖する能力を有する請求項2の包装アセンブリ。
- 溶液が、還元剤の完全な酸化後4.0より高いpHを維持する請求項2の包装アセンブリ。
- 溶液が、還元剤の完全な酸化後4.5より高いpHを維持する請求項4の包装アセンブリ。
- 還元剤がスルフィト剤からなる請求項2の包装アセンブリ。
- 還元剤がアルデヒドからなる請求項2の包装アセンブリ。
- バッグが、68゜F(約20℃)で20cc/m2/日より低い酸素透過度を有する請求項2の包装アセンブリ。
- バッグが、115゜F(約46℃)で1cc/m2/日より低い酸素透過度を有する請求項2の包装アセンブリ。
- バッグが金属層を含む請求項8の包装アセンブリ。
- 緩衝剤が燐酸の塩を含む請求項1の包装アセンブリ。
- 緩衝した溶液が少なくとも458mg/LのHCO3 −イオンを含む請求項1の包装アセンブリ。
- 該緩衝剤が、相当する遊離酸として換算して少なくとも338mg/Lの濃度で存在する請求項1の包装アセンブリ。
- 緩衝剤が、蟻酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸及びソルビン酸から選ばれる酸の塩からなる請求項1の包装アセンブリ。
- 高い温度に応答して不可逆的に変化する高温度センサーをさらに含む請求項1の包装アセンブリ。

- 高温度センサーの応答が、時間と温度との両者の関数であり、そしてその変化に要する時間が温度の上昇に伴って短縮する請求項15の包装アセンブリ。
- 高温度センサーの応答が徐々に強まり、そして応答範囲が115゜F(約46℃)で6カ月を包含する請求項15の包装アセンブリ。
