Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus that separates waste discharged from a sink from wastewater and discards it.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the type that is commonly used as a sink spilling waste disposal apparatus, a recessed container is placed in and out of a drain outlet, and a large number of holes are formed in the side surface and the bottom surface of the recessed container. Therefore, the dust that flows out of the wastewater is collected in the concave container, and the collected dust is sometimes taken out and transferred to another container. However, since such a method is inconvenient, there is known an outflow garbage disposal device that transfers garbage collected in a container to another container or a garbage bag without taking out the container.
[0003]
Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 60-24258 is a conventional example of this type of waste disposal apparatus, which is provided with a mouth on the upper part of a drum-shaped curved wall containing a garbage receptacle, The mouth is fixed to the drain outlet of the bottom plate of the sink, and a dust outlet is provided at the bottom. The receiving cylinder is provided with a bottom plate in the center and is divided into upper and lower parts, a rotating shaft is provided at the attachment portion of the bottom plate, the collection cylinder is rotated from the drain outlet of the sink by the handle, It is moved from the garbage outlet to the garbage bag by the rotation of the receiving cylinder.
[0004]
At this time, a large number of drainage holes are provided in the central portion of the side plate of the receiving cylinder, and only the dust mixed in the drainage is received at the upper part of the receiving cylinder, and the drainage is discharged from the draining hole through the curved wall body. It is a mechanism. Although such a spilled waste disposal device is more convenient than the conventional one, a seal is made between the receiving tube and the curved wall body, but in reality, drainage enters through a slight gap. As a result, the wastewater flows from the waste outlet to the waste bag, and the wastewater and the waste cannot be completely separated, or the dust enters the bearing portion of the receiving cylinder and cannot rotate.
[0005]
On the other hand, the “dehydration recovery device” according to Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-22619 is another conventional example. This is because a hollow rotating body is mounted in a casing following the flake discharging section, a flake recovery port is provided in the casing following the hollow rotating body, and a hollow rotating body is formed on a part of the peripheral wall of the hollow rotating body. With this rotation, an opening for alternately communicating the discharge port and the flake recovery port of the flake discharge portion is provided, and a dehydration basket installed in the hollow rotating body is attached to the opening. In the case of this dewatering and collecting apparatus, the drainage or the like does not enter the casing, but in practice, the intrusion of the drainage cannot be completely prevented.
[0006]
Therefore, in order to prevent drainage leakage between the inflow port of the main body case and the rotary container for collecting garbage, not only the seal is provided at the inflow port, but also the rotary container stands up and is set below the inflow port. An apparatus is also known that is configured so that the seal is pressed against the upper end of the rotating container by manual operation in the state. With such a seal structure, drainage leakage can be completely prevented, but the pressure contact of the seal must be released when the accumulated dust is discharged by inverting the rotating container. That is very inconvenient.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
As described above, in the conventional apparatus, the seal between the inlet of the main body case and the rotating container into which dust and wastewater directly enter is not sufficient, and the wastewater enters the main body case, which is mixed with the dust in the garbage bag. End up. In other words, it is impossible to completely separate waste water and garbage. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a spilled waste disposal apparatus that does not allow drainage to enter the main body case.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The structure of the waste trash disposal apparatus according to the present invention is basically the same as that of the prior art, and includes a main body case and a rotating container, and the rotating container is rotatably attached to the main body case. The main body case is provided with an inflow port at the top, the inflow port is attached in accordance with the discharge port of the sink, and the rotating container is aligned with the inflow port of the main body case so that wastewater mixed with dust can flow in.
[0009]
The apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that the upper end opening of the rotating container is aligned with the inlet of the main body case so that water leakage does not occur, and both sides of the inlet (both sides in the traveling direction in which the rotating container rotates). ) Is provided with a seal in which an insertion groove is formed, and a seal having a similar insertion groove is provided on the back side. The rotating container has fitting pieces that fit into the fitting grooves on both sides and in front of the rotating container. When the rotating container rotates and the upper end opening coincides with the inlet, the fitting pieces are fitted into the fitting grooves and completely sealed. The That is, the sealing is completed only by rotating the rotating container and placing it in a predetermined position.
[0010]
An insertion piece slightly protruding upward is formed at the rear of the rotary container, and a seal having an insertion groove into which the insertion piece is fitted is provided on the front side of the inflow port. Of course, the seal on the front side is provided at a position where the rotating container can rotate, that is, at the position where the inserting piece behind the rotating container can be inserted. Here, an elastic body such as rubber is generally used for the seal having the fitting groove. However, this seal is not limited to the case where it is provided on the inflow side of the main body case, and is provided on the upper end of the rotating container. In some cases, a fitting piece may be formed.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The main body case is a cylindrical body and is provided with an inlet at the top and is positioned and attached to the outlet of the sink. The lower half of the cylindrical main body case can be removed, and a garbage bag can be set in the lower case. Accordingly, the dust collected in the rotating container can be reversed and collected in the garbage bag, and when it is full, the lower case can be removed and the garbage bag can be taken out. The rotating container is provided with a net basket as an inner container. Garbage is collected in the net basket, and the wastewater passes through the net basket, flows through the flow path of the rotating shaft, is guided to the outside of the main body case, and flows to the sewer pipe.
[0012]
By the way, rubber seals having insertion grooves are provided on both sides and the back side of the lower end of the inlet, and the seals are similarly formed at the positions at the rear so that the entrance of the rotating container is not hindered. Is provided. The upper end of one rotary container has insertion pieces on the front and both sides, and with the rotation of the rotary container, the insertion piece fits into the insertion groove of the seal, and the rear has an insertion piece at a position protruding from the upper end. Fit into the insertion groove at the back of the entrance. Therefore, the waste water flowing to the inlet does not leak to the outside, and everything flows into the rotating container. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0013]

[0015]
The main body case 1 includes a removable lower case 13, and a garbage bag 18 is set in the lower case 13. Therefore, the garbage 4 collected in the rotating container 2 falls by reversing the rotating container 2 and is stored in the garbage bag. By the way, an opening 14 of the rotary container 2 is located below the inlet 5 of the main body case 1 and is sealed so that wastewater flowing into the inlet 5 enters the rotary container 2, that is, does not leak outside. .
[0016]
15 in the figure is a seal provided on both sides of the inflow port 5, and the seal 15 forms a fitting groove. Insertion pieces 16 provided on both sides of the upper end of the rotary container 2 are fitted into the insertion groove, thereby preventing drainage leakage between the inlet 5 and the rotary container 2. FIG. 2A shows a case where the inside of the mesh basket 8 of the rotating container 2 is filled with dust. In this case, since the drainage does not flow, the lid 12 of the flow passage 9 is closed. (B) is a case where the rotating container 2 is reversed by rotating the shaft 3, and the dust 4 in the mesh basket 8 is dropped and stored in the dust bag 18 set in the lower case 13.

FIG. 3 shows a seal 15 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inflow port 5 and a fitting piece 16 formed on the upper end of the rotary container 2. The seal 15 is provided with substantially U-shaped seals 15a, 15b, 15c on both sides and the back side in the traveling direction accompanying the rotation of the rotary container 2, and the seal 15d is provided at a position higher than the seals 15a, 15b. is doing.
[0018]
Insertion pieces 16a, 16b, and 16c that are substantially U-shaped on both sides and the front are formed on the upper end of one rotary container 2, and an insertion piece 16d is provided at a position where the height is increased on the rear. An insertion groove 17 is provided along the inner periphery of the seal 15, and the insertion piece 16 is fitted in the insertion groove 17 by rotating and rotating the rotary container 2. Finally, the fitting piece 16d on the rear side of the rotating container 2 is fitted into the fitting groove 17d of the seal 15d, whereby a perfect seal is made between the inlet 5 and the rotating container 2.
[0019]
Here, the cross-sectional shape of the seal and the insertion groove and the cross-sectional shape of the insertion piece are not limited. And a seal | sticker can be provided in the rotating container side and an insertion piece can also be formed in an inflow port side. Further, the rotating means of the rotating container is arbitrary. As described above, the sink waste disposal apparatus of the present invention is sealed so as not to cause drainage leakage between the inlet of the main body case and the rotary container, and the following effects can be obtained.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
