Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when a roof is formed by combining several thin metal roof plates (for example, stainless steel plates) formed by drawing or bending a decorative convex portion (for example, a tile pattern), the width direction polymerization of the roof plate is performed. The present invention relates to an invention that prevents rainwater or the like from entering the back side of the roof plate from damaging the roof base.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, many roofs made of metal roof boards have been constructed. Such a metal roof constitutes a roof while arranging a plurality of roof plates side by side and overlapping adjacent roof plates.
That is, the roof boards are configured by combining the fitting portions formed in the width direction of the roof boards.
The problem with this type of combined roof is the water tightness at the overlapping portion where the roof plates are connected. In other words, rainwater or the like enters from the connection portion depending on the connection method, and damages the base of the roof or, in severe cases, leads to rain leakage into the room.
[0003]
5 and FIG. 6, a conventional example in which this point is addressed will be described below. 21 a is a roof plate A, and this roof plate A has a triangular fitting portion 22 on one side in the width direction and a bowl shape on the other side. A bulging portion 23 is provided. 21b has a roof plate B, and on both sides in the width direction of the roof plate B, a triangular fitting portion 22 and a bowl-shaped bulging portion 23 are provided. Reference numeral 25 denotes a base of a house to which the roof plates A and B are attached, and 26 is an elastic seal member. As shown in FIG. 6 and the like, the elastic seal member 26 has a space 27 between the two when the fitting portion 22 on the roof plate B side is assembled to the flange-like bulged portion 23 of the roof plate A attached to the base 25. As shown in the figure, it is interposed so as to fill the space.
This elastic seal member 26 is disposed in advance in the triangular mountain-shaped fitting portion 22, and when the fitting portion 22 is assembled to the bowl-shaped bulging portion 23 as shown in FIG. It is embedded as shown in FIG.
As a conventional example of this kind, there is Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-256557.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the conventional roof plate and roof having such a configuration, there are the following problems.
1. Whether or not the elastic seal member 26 previously disposed in the triangular mountain-shaped fitting portion 22 is filled so as to close the space 27 without fail when the fitting portion 22 is attached to the bowl-shaped bulging portion 23 is unknown. .
2. It is necessary to develop a highly reliable elastic seal member 26 that can ensure initial performance for several decades.
3. The fitting work for holding the elastic seal member 26 in the space 27 is, of course, not only the problem of the mounting work to the flange-like bulging part 23 to the fitting part 22 containing the elastic seal member 26. Since it is necessary to make the shape of the bulged portion 23, there is a problem that it is difficult to form the roof plates A and B.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
That is, in the roof plate and the roof in which a plurality of thin metal roof plates having a plurality of decorative convex portions and small curved portions arranged in the width direction are combined in close contact with each other, the width direction of the roof plate A A polymer piece entering the lower side of the decorative convex portion of the roof panel B is provided on one side, and a depression is formed in the middle of the polymerization piece over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. When the roof sheets A and B are combined, the depression is drained. Even if rainwater or the like may invade between the roof plates A and B due to capillary action, the rainwater is guided to the drainage groove created by the indentation. Since it flows to the side and does not turn to the adjacent roofboard B side (base side), the base is not damaged. Moreover, since the depression serves as a rib for increasing the strength, it serves to increase the strength of the polymer piece itself.
Furthermore, since the hollow formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the roof plate A is formed by bending the overlapping piece of the roof plate A and integrally forming it, a special elastic seal is conventionally used for draining rainwater and the like. A member is not required.
Furthermore, the depression formed in the middle of the polymer piece is formed at a place higher by about 1/3 or more in the height direction of the polymer piece, and a sufficient overlap portion of the roof plates A and B is taken sufficiently. Therefore, it is possible to greatly limit the invasion of rainwater by capillarity or the like.
[0006]
【Example】
Details of the present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment provided with the present invention. FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the overlapping portion of the roof plate A and the roof plate B, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a P portion of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of an enlarged view corresponding to a portion P, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which a roof plate provided with the present invention is actually attached to a roof such as a house.
First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, 1a is a roof plate A, and this roof plate A is a thin metal plate 1b having a plurality of rows of decorative convex portions 2 (for example, a tile pattern) and small curved portions 3a provided in the width direction. Is a roof plate B, and this roof plate B also has a decorative convex portion 2 (for example, a tile pattern) and a small curved portion 3b.
Reference numeral 5 denotes a polymerized piece formed on one side in the width direction of the roof plate A, and this polymerized piece 5 has a substantially half-mountain shape of the decorative convex portion 2. Reference numeral 6 denotes a recess provided in the middle of the polymer piece 5. The depression 6 is provided at a height of 1/3 or more of the height direction of the polymer piece 5, and the size of the depression 6 is to guide rainwater or the like remaining in the depression 6 to the lower side. It is formed in a sufficient size. Reference numeral 3b denotes a curved portion B provided on the roof plate B. The curved portion B is formed so as to closely polymerize the curved portion 3a on the roof plate A side as shown in the figure. When the roof plate A and the roof plate B formed in this way are combined as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the recess 6 forms a draining groove 8. The overlap portion 5 of the roof plate A is sized to enter the lower side 4 of the decorative convex portion of the roof plate B, and the overlap piece 5 is in close contact with the back side 4 of the decorative convex portion. Faced, the recess 6 is formed in the middle of the adhering polymer piece 5. As described above, since the depression 6 is provided at 1/3 or more in the height direction of the polymerization piece 5, the polymerization piece 5 a below the depression 6 and the polymerization piece 5 b above the depression 6 are This is intimately polymerized with the decorative convex rear side 4 of the roof panel B.
[0007]
Next, in FIG. 3, FIG. 3 shows that the draining groove 8 shown in FIG. 2 is divided into two small parts, and the overlapping pieces of the roof plate A are formed to form the draining grooves 8a and 8b. 5 is an example in which two recesses 6a and 6b are formed in the middle.
By forming in this way, it is possible to completely prevent rainwater or the like entering from the overlapping portion of the roof plate A and the roof plate B from entering the base (described later) side of the roof. Next, referring to FIG. 4, a state in which the roof board A and the roof board B are assembled to the base 9 of the roof of a house or the like will be described.
The previous base 9 is composed of a base plate 10, a pier 11 and the like. The roof plates A and B are fixed to the base 9 with dedicated fixing tools (screws or nails, not shown).
Although the shape of the roof boards A and B shown in FIG. 4 is different from the shape of the roof boards A and B shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the ones shown in FIGS. The roof becomes as shown in FIG.
Although this figure is different in shape, a depression 6 (not shown) is formed on the polymer piece 5 and when the roof plate A and the roof plate 4 are combined, a draining groove 8 (not shown) is formed. The point is the same.
In the case of the roof plate and the roof having such a configuration, rainwater enters the superposed portion by capillary action through the gap between the curved portion 3a and the superposed portion of the curved portion 3a. Rainwater that has passed through the curved portion 3 a further enters and reaches the polymer piece 5. The polymer piece 5 is in close contact with the back side 4 of the decorative convex portion of the roof plate 1b. However, if there is a slight gap due to variations during construction, the polymer piece 5 also rises due to capillary action.
Thus, the rainwater that has risen reaches the drainage groove 8 formed by the recess 6 formed in the middle of the overlapping part 5 but the drainage groove 8 stops further rising. Then, the rainwater flows downward along the groove 8. As a result, rainwater that has entered the superposition part does not wrap around the base side.
In addition, when several roof boards A and B are arranged on the water side or on the water side, the roof board A and the roof are arranged so that the water draining groove 8 communicates from the water side to the water side. What is necessary is just to combine the board B.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the configuration as described above, it is possible to drain rainwater entering from the overlapping portion of the roof plate A and the roof plate B without using a special sealing material or the like without turning to the ground side. is there. As a result, an excellent roof plate and its roof can be obtained in terms of cost and workability as compared with the conventional example.
