本発明は上水或いは下水管路における開閉装置の改良に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
上水又は下水は通常は断面円形又は矩形のコンクリ−ト管内を流れるものであり、下流での事故や、管内のメンテナンス時には水の流れを止めて作業を行うこととなる。一般にこの管路内の止水は硬質板のゲ−トをもって仕切ることが行われていたが、例えば管路が土中に埋設されているような場合にはゲ−トの開閉はほとんど不可能であり、硬質板のゲ−トの開閉装置を設置するには大がかりな施設を必要とし、コストアップとなることはさけられない。

このため、近年では管路内に流体にて膨満可能な可撓性膜袋体を配設しておき、管路内の止水を要する際にはこの可撓性膜体内に水或いは空気を注入して可撓性膜袋体を膨満して管路を閉塞する手段が用いられている。かかる開閉手段は管路の所要の個所に可撓性膜袋体を装着した支持体を配置し、この可撓性膜袋体内に流体を供給するパイプを配設したものであり、流体により可撓性膜袋体が膨満して管路を閉鎖することとなるが、この閉鎖を確実にするため管路側にシ−ルリブが備えられ、このリブと膨満した可撓性膜袋体とが圧接して止水することとなる。

しかるに、このシ−ルリブの採用によって止水は確実とはなったが、一方では可撓性膜袋体の製造誤差、支持体との固定時の工差、更には管路内への施工時の精度、管路内の表面の仕上がり具合等の製造・施工時の精度が良好でないと止水性を保つことが難かしかった。

特にシ−ルリブと可撓性膜袋体との関係で言えば、管路に固定されたシ−ルリブの周長より膨満した際の可撓性膜袋体の周長が短く施工されてしまった場合には、この両者の間に隙間が生じることとなり止水は完全に行われなくなってしまう。一方、ゴム膜袋体の周長の方が長い場合には可撓性膜袋体の押え金具との間に隙間が生じてしまう。

本発明はこのような製造や施工精度が悪い場合でも止水を完全にする管路開閉装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は以上の課題を解決するためになされたものであって、その要旨は、管路内に備えられた可撓性膜袋体内に流体が給排出され、可撓性膜袋体を膨満・収縮させて管路を開閉する管路開閉装置において可撓性膜袋体が膨満する部位の管路内にシ−ルリブを備え、当該シ−ルリブに沿ってパッキン材を突出装着してなり、膨満時の可撓性膜袋体を当該パッキン材と接触させることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の管路開閉装置は以上の構造を備えたものであり、可撓性膜袋体内に流体を供給することによって膨満させ、これを管路の内側に備えたシ−ルリブに備えたパッキン材に圧接させて止水性を高めるものであって、このため、かかる開閉装置の製造或いは施工の精度が必ずしも良好でなくとも開閉は確実に行うことができることとなったものでその実用性は高い。

そして、通常は可撓性膜袋体が繊維補強材を内蔵したゴム膜袋体であり、シ−ルリブが金属製又は硬質プラスチック製で、これに装着するパッキン材はゴム或いは樹脂製の弾性体である。勿論、この可撓性膜袋体内に流体を給排出するポンプを備える者であり、この際、可撓性膜袋体内に供給される流体は水又は空気である。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の管路開閉装置を図面をもって詳細に説明する。図1は本発明の管路開閉装置を管内に装着した際の斜視図、図2は可撓性膜袋体を膨満させた際の斜視図である。図中、1は断面矩形の管路であり、この底部1a及び両側部1b、1cに渡って管路開閉装置2が任意の手段で装着される。

この管路開閉装置2は、可撓性膜袋体4とこれを管路に固定するための金具よりなっており、通常は可撓性膜袋体4を直接管路に固定することができるが、場合によっては、この可撓性膜袋体4が装着されたコ字状硬質プレ−ト3を管路に固定することとなる。この可撓性膜袋体4は繊維補強布を埋設したゴム膜袋体である。以下、コ字状硬質プレ−ト3を用いた例にて更に説明すると、管路1の両側部1b、1cに硬質プレ−ト3の縁部とゴム膜袋体4の縁部が押え金具5にて固定されるものである。そして、この例ではシ−ルリブ6が前記押え金具5、5に挟まれて取り付けられる。勿論、この取付部位はゴム膜袋体4が膨満して管路の両側部1b、1c及び天井部1dに当接する個所である。

即ち、管路1を閉鎖する際にはゴム膜袋体4内にポンプ7より流体を送り込み、ゴム膜袋体4を膨満させ、前記シ−ルリブ6に圧接して止水することとなるところ、本発明にあってはこのシ−ルリブ6の管路1内に向う縁部にこのシ−ルリブ6よりも突出してパッキン材8を装着したもので、このパッキン材8にゴム膜袋体4を圧接し、パッキン材8の弾性変形を利用して両者の隙間をなくすものである。

図3は特にシ−ルリブ6及びパッキン材8を取り出したものであり、この例ではシ−ルリブ6の縁部に溝9を形成し、この溝9内にゴム弾性体からなる長尺のパッキン材8を嵌合させたものである。このパッキン材8に膜体4が膨満圧接して隙間をなくすこととなる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の管路開閉装置は以上の構造を有するものであり、膨満した可撓性膜袋体とシ−ルリブに装着したパッキン材とが接触するものであり、このパッキン材の弾性変形によって両者の間に隙間が生じなくなったものである。このため、管路或いは管路開閉装置側に多少精度に問題があっても止水効果は十分なものとなる。
