本願の出願人等は実開昭58−149482号公報にてアーチ形カルバートの両開口端に雌雄の嵌合部を設けてゴム輪を挟んだ挿し込み嵌合により連結して、以ってアーチ形カルバートによる地中管路を形成することを提案している。

【発明か解決しようとする課題】
しかしなからアーチ形カルバートのゴム輪を挟んだ挿し込み嵌合による連結は地震や過度の衝撃,衝動を受けた場合に地層とともに動いて抜けはずれて水洩れしたり、また衝突により破損したりするおそれが生ずる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明はアーチ形カルバートの両開口端近くの側表に間隔を置いて連結方向にボルト孔を有す突起を複数個づつ取付け、該アーチ形カルバートをゴム輪を挟んで挿し込み嵌合により連結し、向き合う2個づつの突起間にゴム等の弾性筒体を挟んでボルトを挿通し、該ボルトの一端を該アーチ形カルバート間の挿し込み嵌合幅のほぼ2分の1の範囲内にて伸縮を可能とするスプリングまたは弾性ワッシャーを挟んでナット止めして、かかる課題を解決したのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面により実施の態様を説明する。

アーチ形カルバート11は両開口端近くの側表に問隔を置いた定位置に別個形成する突起12a,12bを複数個づつ取付ける。13はアーチ形カルバートにインサートにて形成した突起の取付孔、14は取付けボルト、15は同、ナットである。アーチ形カルバート11に取付けられた各突起12a,12bは中心部の連結方向にボルト孔16を設けている。

当該アーチ形カルバート11は両開口端に設ける雌雄の嵌合部11a,11bをゴム輪17を挟んで挿し込み嵌合連結してアーチ形カルバート11による地中管路18を形成する。ゴム輪17は挿し込み嵌合圧にて図2に示すようにほぼ矩形の断面形にて圧入して水洩れを防止することとなる。

次いで挿し込み連結部を挟んで向き合う2個づつの突起12a,12b間にゴム等の弾性筒体19を接面挟入して連通するボルト孔16にボルト20を挿通し、ボルト20の一端を挿し込み嵌合幅の2分の1を限度に伸縮可能なコイルスプリングまたは弾性ワッシヤー21を挟んでナット22止めするのである。なお23は土除けのため嵌付けたカバーである。ボルト21の他端はボルトと一体または別体のナット24にて止められる。25はワッシャーである。

上記の突起12a,12bは内径800mm乃至2500mmの小型のアーチ形カルバート11においては図4(a)に示すように間隔を置いた4ケ所に取付け、2800mm乃至3000mmの大型のアーチ形カルバート11は図4(b)に示すように間隔を置いた5ケ所に取付けて、ボルト14止め取付けするのである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のようにして、アーチ形カルバートのゴム輪を挟んだ挿し込み連結による地中管路において、アーチ形カルバートの挿し込み連結部を挟んで向き合う各突起問に連通するボルト孔にボルトを挿通するとともに、その一端を挿し込み連結幅の2分の1の範囲内にて伸縮を可能とするスプリングまたは弾性ワッシャーを挟んでナット止めするようにしたので、レベル2などの大きな地震や衝撃,衝動が生じて地中管路の周囲の地層が動いてもスプリングまたは弾性ワッシャーの伸縮を伴った固定作用によりアーチ形カルバート間の挿し込み連結部分の抜け出しが防止されて抜出しに伴う水洩れか解消し、またアーチ形カルバート間の挿し込み連結部分を挟んだ衝突による破損が防止されるという効果を生ずる。
