Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive tape attaching jig for attaching an adhesive tape to an adherend surface such as a door sash of a vehicle which is long and has a bent portion in the middle thereof.

Conventionally, the pillars and door sashes of the vehicle body are generally painted black on the part that can be seen from the outside of the vehicle body, mainly for decoration purposes. Instead of this, a method of sticking a tape-like resin adhesive film has been practiced.
This resin adhesive film is a tape-shaped film punched from a large-format resin film according to the shape of the sash application part, and the adhesive surface of the film is protected on the sash adherence surface using an application jig etc. The protective paper is attached while peeling off, but if it has a bent part in the middle of the sash, the attaching jig must be removed before the bent part and the direction of the attaching jig must be changed. For this reason, the tape is displaced, or air enters between the adherend surface and the adhesive surface of the tape, resulting in poor sticking.

In order to deal with the above-mentioned conventional problems, the tape can be applied while attached to the sash, etc. without requiring detachment, and the distance from the adherend (sash adherence surface) can be changed. A sticking jig provided with the second jig guide is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
JP 2001-97636 A

When sticking the adhesive tape 11 to the bent portion 21 of the adherend 20 using the sticking jig 10 (using the figures and symbols in the gazette of Patent Document 1), there is a possibility that positional displacement will occur.
The reason is that the tape applying head 3 moves while being inclined at the bent portion, so that even if the adhesive tape 11 is bent and formed in accordance with the bent portion, the tape adhering head 3 rotates to the circumferential length above and below the adhesive tape 11. Because of the difference, the upper part of the adhesive tape 11 may be pulled, causing a positional shift.
As another reason, as shown in FIG. 2, the front end portion of the adhesive tape 11 is folded rightward on the paper surface immediately before the adherend 20, but when rotating at the bent portion 21, the adhesive tape 11 is turned. It is necessary to push up and position the tip of the second jig guide 2 in the diagonally upper right direction (the same direction as the linear adherend surface after passing through the bent portion). ), The support frame 13 is moved to the outside, so that the width of the tape guide space 8 is expanded, so that the adhesive tape 11 becomes unstable, and the adhesive tape 11 can be pushed up to an accurate position. It is not possible.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the adhesive tape sticking jig in the prior art.

The present invention applies an adhesive tape to a sash adherence surface such as a door sash of a vehicle having a bent part while peeling off a protective paper, and is positioned on an adherent surface including a bent part as well as a straight line part. It is an object to provide an adhesive tape application jig that maintains high accuracy, accurately prevents wrinkles, etc., and allows adhesive tapes to be applied without causing air jamming on the adherend surface. And
In addition, the present invention reliably guides and holds the sticking jig, particularly at the bent portion of the sash, and stably and easily performs the tape sticking / moving operation of the sticking jig to the sash adherent surface including the bent portion. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a sticking jig for an adhesive tape that has a simpler structure, better functionality, and better workability than the prior art.

The invention according to claim 1 is a sticking jig for sticking the adhesive tape to the adherend surface of the sash having a bent portion while peeling off the protective paper, the main body and the outer shape of the sash provided on the main body. A guide roller that is moved along the main body, and a pressing roller that is provided on the main body and faces the adherend surface of the sash and presses the adhesive tape against the adhering surface. A tape guide member that is disposed in front of the tape and guides the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from which the protective paper has been peeled off to the pressure roller, and is provided below the pressure roller of the main body and faces the inner edge of the sash, facing the main body. A main body guide member that engages with an inner edge of a portion in the vicinity of the bent portion only when the sash is advanced to the bent portion, and disposed on the outer side of the main body, and has a notch at the rear portion of the bottom portion. Viscosity guided between the outer part A tape drop-off prevention block for preventing the tape from falling off, and the separation distance between the pressure roller and the tape guide member is such that when the main body guide member is engaged with the inner edge of the sash, the contact surface of the pressure roller and the tape guide It is a distance where at least a bent portion of the adhesive tape appears between the members.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the notch in the bottom part of the tape drop-off prevention block rotates the adhesive tape in the advancing direction when the main body guide member is engaged with the inner edge of the sash. Features.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the main body guide member is an inclined surface whose surface facing the inner edge of the sash is inclined in the width direction of the sash and inclined in the moving direction of the main body. It is characterized by being.

The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that, in claim 1, a protective paper guide member of the peeled protective paper is provided in front of the tape guide member of the main body.

In the invention according to claim 1, a tape guide member that guides the adhesive tape to the pressing roller is disposed in front of the pressing roller that presses the adhesive tape against the adherend surface of the sash. The separation distance is a distance at which at least a bent portion of the adhesive tape appears between the contact surface of the pressing roller and the tape guide member when the main body guide member is engaged with the inner edge of the sash.
As a result, when the tape is fed out along the outer shape of the sash with the sticking jig, the separation distance between the pressing roller and the tape guide member is such that the contact surface of the pressing roller and the tape when the main body guide member is engaged with the inner edge of the sash. Since at least the bent portion of the adhesive tape appears between the guide members, the tape is unnecessarily extended so that no tension is applied to the front of the pressing roller by the tape guide member.
That is, even if the pressing roller faces the bent portion from the straight portion of the sash and advances while being inclined, the tape is inclined by the advancement of the tape guide member that precedes the pressing roller by the distance described above, and the upper and lower portions of the tape are both sashed. Along the bent part, the shape of the bent part of the tape is maintained and moved along the surface where the bent part is adhered, and the difference in circumferential length between the upper and lower sides of the tape pressed by the pressing roller is absorbed. Tension can be prevented, and it can be smoothly stuck to the adherend surface at the bent portion without causing positional displacement.

Therefore, even on the adherend surface of the bent part of the sash of the vehicle, the tape has a good positional accuracy, accurately, reliably, without wrinkles, and without air entrainment, from the straight part to the bent part, and further The sticking jig can be moved along the outer shape of the sash to the vehicle sash formed of the straight portion, and the tape sticking operation can be performed.
Further, the above can be realized with a simple structure in which a tape guide member is provided in front of the pressing roller in the tape applying jig.

Also, it has a main body guide member that is separated from the inner edge of the sash below the pressing roller of the jig main body and engages with the inner edge of the vicinity of the bent portion only when it advances to the bent portion of the main body sash. In the vicinity of the bent part where the sticking is likely to occur, the sticking jig is forcedly guided by engaging the inner edge of the sash, and the sticking jig can be moved in a stable posture along the outer shape of the bent part of the sash. The pasting operation can be performed reliably.
Further, since the main body guide member engages only with the inner edge of the vicinity of the bent portion of the sash of the main body and does not engage with the sash at other portions, the movement and pasting work in the portion other than the bent portion of the sash can be performed quickly. Can be done smoothly.

In addition, a tape dropout prevention block that has a notch in the rear part of the bottom part on the outside of the main body and prevents the adhesive tape that is led between the outer part of the main body from falling off is provided. The adhesive tape can be guided between the outer side of the main body and the drop-out thereof can be prevented.

Claim 2 adds to the effect of Claim 1.
When the main body guide member is engaged with the inner edge of the sash, the tape falls into the notch at the bottom of the tape drop prevention block, thereby maintaining the shape of the tape and eliminating the tension on the tape.
Also, when the sticking jig hits the bent part of the sash, the tape drop prevention block rotates through the bent part of the sticking jig, and the notch at the bottom rotates to attach the non-adhesive tape. The adhesive tape can be applied in a smooth, accurate and high precision manner without causing any positional deviation or wrinkles on the bent adherend surface.

In the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the surface facing the inner edge of the sash of the main body guide member is an inclined surface inclined in the width direction of the sash, and the inclined surface inclined in the moving direction of the main body Therefore, the main body guide member does not interfere in the width direction of the sash, and when the main body guide member faces the bent portion when the sticking jig moves forward, only the engaging portion of the main body guide member is sashed. By engaging with the inner edge, it is possible to smoothly move and advance the sticking jig.

In the invention according to claim 4, in addition to the effect of claim 1, since the protective paper guide member for the peeled protective paper is provided in front of the tape guide member of the main body, the peeled protective paper is smoothly discharged. be able to.

In addition, pressing rollers 4 and 4 are provided in the vicinity of the upper block 1a of the main body 1 and the vertical block 1c of the lower block 1b so as to be separated from each other in the front and rear directions, and the pressing rollers 4 and 4 are vertically provided between the blocks 1a and 1b. The shafts 4a and 4a are rotatably supported. The lengths of the pressing rollers 4 and 4 substantially coincide with the height of the adherend surface 55 or are slightly smaller than this.
The pressing rollers 4 and 4 have a large diameter, and the upper half 55c of the attaching surface 55 of the sash 51 is sandwiched between the pressing rollers 4 and 4 and the guide block 3, and the pressing rollers 4 and 4 and the sash 51 are attached. The tape 60 faces the surface 55.

In front of the pressure roller 4A, a tape guide member 6 is provided vertically at a predetermined distance. The tape guide member 6 is composed of a long roller with a small diameter that is rotatably supported by a support shaft 6a vertically provided between the front portions of the upper and lower blocks 1f and 1b.
4 and 5, the tape guide member 6 is provided spaced apart in front of the front part of the pressing rollers 4 and 4, and as shown in FIG. Is provided.
In front of the tape guide member 6 in the advancing direction, a release paper guide member 7 is vertically provided close to the tape guide member 6, and the guide member 7 is suspended from a front portion on the top block 1f side.

Incidentally, the distance W between the tape guide member 6 and the front pressing roller 4A is the contact surface of the pressing roller when the engaging portion 9a of the main body guide member 9 is engaged with the inner edge 51e of the sash. And a distance at which a bent portion of the adhesive tape appears between the tape guide member 6 and the tape guide member 6.
Further, the relationship between the release paper guide member 7 and the tape guide member 6 is sufficient as long as the distance between them is sufficient for the tape main body 61 peeled from the protective paper 62 to pass.

On the outside of the outer surface 1e of the vertical block 1c, a tape drop-off prevention block 8 that protrudes outward in a substantially L shape from the lower block 1b and is spaced apart from the outer surface 1e by a small distance in the front-rear direction. The tape drop prevention block 8 is lower than the vertical block 1c as shown in FIG. 4, and is slightly inclined outward.
The tape drop-off prevention block 8 prevents the tape 60 guided to the outside from the outside surface 1e of the vertical block 1c from falling off to the outside.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, at the rear part of the bottom 8a of the tape drop-off prevention block 8, a notch 8b is formed as a hypotenuse from the outer portion of the bottom 8a toward the inside (in the direction of the vertical block 1c). Formed.

In addition, the main body guide member 9 that is inclined so as to be oriented in the direction of the sash 51 in a plan view is extended obliquely forward in a state where the jig 10 is set on the sash 51 in the front portion of the lower block 1b.
The main body guide member 9 is provided with a V-shaped engaging portion 9a in a plan view at the tip, and as shown in FIG. 3, the upper surface 9b is an inclined surface 9c so that the outer portion is high and the sash 51 is low. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the inclined surface 9 d is formed so as to become lower toward the front.
Thereby, even if the main body 1 swings slightly left and right or swings back and forth, the upper surface 9b of the main body guide member 9 does not interfere with the lower edge portion 51e of the sash 51.

FIG. 6 is a side view showing a state where the jig 10 is set on the sash 51, the sash 51 is moved in the set state, and the sash bent portion 51a is applied.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the jig 10 is set on the linear upper frame portion 51 c of the sash 51. The set state is as shown in these drawings, and the guide rollers 2 and 2 of the support portion 1 d engage with the upward groove portion 53 of the sash 51 and face the inner end portion of the lateral piece portion 52. There is a gap between the end surfaces of the guide rollers 2 and 2 and the upper half 55c of the adherend surface 55 of the sash 51, and the guide block 3 is in contact with the groove side surface of the upper half 55c as shown in FIG. ing.

On the other hand, the pressing rollers 4 and 4 are in contact with the surfaces 55a and 55b of the adherend surface 55 with the upper half 55c of the adherend surface 55 interposed therebetween.
By moving the jig 10 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4, the jig 10 moves forward along the sash 51.
When the jig 10 is moving on the upper frame portion 51c of the sash 51, the main body guide member 9 moves in parallel with the inner edge 51e of the sash 51 and does not interfere with the inner edge 51e of the sash.

The jig 10 is provided below and in front of the main body 1 by moving in the direction of the white arrow in FIG. 6, and the front end portion of the main body guide member 9 protruding forward is applied to the bent portion 51 a of the sash 51. An engagement portion 9a having a V shape in a plan view is engaged with the inner edge 51e (see FIG. 5).
This state is shown in FIG.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram that reaches the front frame portion 51b that is guided by the sash 51 of the jig 10 and tilts forward and downward through the bent portion 51a.
FIG. 7A shows a state in which the jig 10 has moved as indicated by a white arrow and is applied to the bent portion 51a of the sash 51, and is the same diagram as FIG.
When the jig 10 is further moved forward from this state, it moves as indicated by an outlined arrow, and the guide rollers 2 and 2 are lateral pieces of the bent portion 51a of the sash 51 as shown in FIG. It faces the front and rear portions of 52 and moves while tilting forward along the bend of the horizontal piece portion 52. At this time, since the engaging portion 9a at the distal end portion of the main body guide member 9 is engaged with the inner edge 51e of this portion, the engaging portion 9a engages with the inner edge 51e of the sash 51, and this position is used as a fulcrum. It rotates and the roller follows this.

By the way, the notch 8b is provided in the bottom 8a of the tape dropout prevention block 8 as described above, and the engaging portion 9a at the distal end portion of the main body guide member 9 abuts on the inner edge 51e at the bent portion 51a. The tool 10 rotates following the bent portion, and at the same time, the tape is pushed up by the notch 8a so as to follow the shape of the bent portion 51a of the sash 51.
That is, the notch 8b provided in the bottom 8a of the tape drop prevention block 8 is applied to the bent portion 51a of the sash 51 of the sticking jig 1, so that the position where the engaging portion 9a is engaged is used as a fulcrum in the drawing. It rotates clockwise, and the unattached tape in this part is pushed upward by rotation.
As shown in FIG. 6, the position where the engaging portion 9 a at the distal end of the main body guide member 9 is in contact with the inner edge 51 e of the sash 51 is positioned on the extension line of the inner edge 51 e of the sash 51. This is a state in which a straight line portion is pasted.
By the way, when the main body guide member 9 is engaged with the inner edge 51e of the sash 51, the tape falls into the notch 8b of the bottom portion 8a of the tape drop-off prevention block 8 to maintain the shape of the tape and generate tension on the tape. Is lost.

The range in which positioning is possible includes a state in which the front guide roller 2 is engaged with the upward groove 53 on the front side of the bent portion 51a with the engaging portion 9a in contact with the inner edge 51e, or Positioning is possible as long as the end of the pressing roller 4 is located at a position of 1 cm to 1.5 cm on the left side of the drawing from the extension line of the inner edge 51e.

When the jig 10 passes through the bent portion 51a of the sash 51, the front frame portion 51b of the sash 51 is inclined straight, but the guide rollers 2 and 2 face the linear horizontal piece portion 52, and the body guide The member 9 is parallel to the sash 51, and the engaging portion 9a at the tip is separated from the inner edge 51e, and the main body guide member 9 is moved in the state parallel to the sash 51 as indicated by the white arrow.
This state is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the distance W is a distance that does not apply tension to the tape between the contact surface of the pressing roller 4 and the tape guide member 6 as described above, but the distance W is the main body on the inner edge 51e of the sash 51 as described above. When the guide member 9 is engaged, the tape is fed out with a distance where at least the bent portion of the adhesive tape appears between the contact surface of the pressing roller and the tape guide member, and the width W indicated by the oblique line in FIG. Since it sticks, it can stick correctly to a bending part 51a, without producing position shift and a wrinkle.

Returning to FIG. 5, the operation of attaching the sash 51 of the tape 60 to the adherend surface 55 will be described.
The sticking start point of the tape 60 is the left end portion of the upper frame portion 51c of the sash 51 in FIG. 1, and the protective paper 62 is peeled off and stuck from this portion.
The tape body 61 is affixed by pressing the adhesive surface against the adherend surface 55 of the sash 51 with the pressing rollers 4 and 4 of the jig 10 set.

The tape main body 61 is guided along the outer surface 1e of the vertical block 1c of the main body 1 of the jig 10 in an unpeeled state, and the protective paper 62 peeled through the peeling guide member 62 is discharged to the front outside. The outer surface 61b of the tape main body from which the protective paper 62 is peeled and the adhesive surface is exposed is guided to the peripheral surface of the front roller 4A through the tape guide member 6.
In this way, the tape 60 is guided to the front pressing roller 4A having a distance W forward and outward through the tape guide member 6, and faces the adhering surface 55 between the roller 4A and the adhering surface 55. 61a is directed toward the adherend surface 55, and the roller 4A and the subsequent rear pressing roller 4B are pressed against the adherend surface 55.

FIG. 8 is an explanatory perspective view of tape application in a comparative example of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is an explanatory perspective view of tape application in the present invention.
FIG. 8 shows the application of the tape 60 by the pressure roller 14 corresponding to the above-described conventional example. When the jig is applied to the bent portion of the sash, the pressure roller 14 is inclined as indicated by a chain line 14 ′. As a result, the circumference of the upper portion 60a and the lower portion 60b of the tape 60 is different. That is, it becomes longer at the upper part and shorter at the lower part.
As a result, the upper part of the tape is pulled and a positional deviation occurs. . As a result, even if the bent portion is formed by matching the shape of the tape with the bent portion, the tape is not smoothly fed out and stuck by moving the jig to the bent portion of the sash, and wrinkles and air biting occur. As a result, the appearance of sticking becomes poor.

In the present invention of FIG. 9, the tape guide member 6 is provided at a distance W away from the tip of the pressing roller 4 in the jig, and when the jig is applied to the bent portion of the sash, the pressing roller 4 and the tape guide member 6 are provided. Are inclined in parallel as indicated by chain lines 4 'and 6'.
Before the tape 60 reaches the pressing roller 4 ', the tape 60 is fed out at least by a distance W at which the bent portion of the adhesive tape appears between the pressing roll 4 and the tape guide member 6. The difference between the upper and lower circumferential lengths of the tape facing the bent portion is absorbed, and the tape is applied to the sash bent portion with good accuracy without causing wrinkles or air biting by the pressing roller 4 ′ following the bent portion. Can be attached to the wearing surface.

Although the adhesive tape attaching jig according to the present invention is applied to a vehicle door sash in the embodiment, the specific shape of the sash is not limited to the illustrated example, and the sash for attaching the adhesive tape is Not limited to vehicle door sashes.

Although the embodiment has been described above, the pressing roller is not limited to a rotary type, and may be a cylindrical or flat pressing type, and a large tape pressing effect can be obtained by using different types of pressing rollers in combination. .
In this embodiment, the distance between the guide block 3 and the pressure rollers 4 and 4 is previously formed in accordance with the thickness of the sash 51. However, the closing direction is adapted to cope with the case where the thickness of the sash is changed. An urging mechanism may be provided on the sash so that the sash is sandwiched between the urging means.

The adhesive tape sticking jig of the present invention is suitable for sticking an adhesive tape to a sash of a vehicle door.
