Description
【0001】

【0016】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an O / W type emulsified cosmetic having good stability, good feeling in use, very weak oily feeling and refreshing feel, and having a moisturizing effect for a long time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Creams and emulsions are used to moisturize and soften the skin. In general, creams have a greater amount of humectants such as oily components and polyhydric alcohols, and therefore have a greater effect than emulsions. However, recently, there is a tendency that the oily feeling is not preferred, and a weak oily cream having an oily component of about 20 to 30% is commercially available, but the oily feeling is still strong. Furthermore, there is a milky lotion with less oil component, and since it has less oil component, it feels less oily and feels refreshing, but the moisturizing effect does not last for a long time, especially during the dry season in winter. It is insufficient. If the blending amount of the polyhydric alcohol as a moisturizing agent is increased in order to improve the moisturizing property of the emulsion, problems such as emulsification become difficult and stability occurs such that separation occurs over time. This is because a large amount of polyhydric alcohol is added, the specific gravity of the water layer becomes high, the difference in specific gravity with the oil layer becomes large, and the emulsified particles are likely to float, and the creaming phenomenon and further separation of the water layer and the oil layer are prevented. This is because it occurs. As a method for improving the stability of an emulsion containing a large amount of a polyhydric alcohol with a low oil component amount such as an emulsion, a large amount of a solid oil component such as stearyl alcohol, stearic acid, waxes, etc., or a carboxyvinyl polymer There is a method of making a cream with almost no fluidity by blending a large amount of a water-soluble polymer such as, but there are the following problems. The blending of a large amount of solid oily components has a problem in stability, such as a bad feeling when used, such as heavy nose, and further solidification of these solid components at low temperatures. In addition, when a large amount of the water-soluble polymer is blended, the water-soluble polymer has a slimy feeling and the usability is poor. For this reason, there has been a demand for an emulsified cosmetic that has good stability, good usability, very weak oiliness and a refreshing feel, and further maintains a moisturizing effect for a long time.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present inventor obtains an emulsified cosmetic having good stability, good feeling of use, a feeling of oiliness that is very weak and refreshing, and a moisturizing effect that lasts for a long time. For the purpose.
[0004]
[Means for solving problems]
As a result of diligent research to achieve the above object, the present inventor blended a large amount of polyglycerin, and by blending an appropriate amount of solid oily component and solid lipophilic emulsifier, the moisturizing effect lasts for a long time, And even if it reduced content of the oil-based component, it discovered that O / W type cream-like composition with high stability and a usability was obtained, and reached this invention.
[0005]
That is, the present invention contains 10 to 50% by weight of polyglycerol having an average degree of polymerization of 2 to 10, 5 to 20% by weight of an oily component, an emulsifier and water, and is solid at 25 ° C and solid at 25 ° C. One or two or more types selected from the lipophilic emulsifiers of 2 to 8% by weight are O / W type cream emulsified cosmetics.
[0006]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. In the present invention, polyglycerin having an average degree of polymerization of 2 to 10 is used. Examples of such polyglycerin include diglycerin, triglycerin, tetraglycerin, hexaglycerin, decaglycerin and the like, and one or more of these are used. Of these polyglycerins, diglycerin is most preferred from the standpoint of stickiness when applied to the skin.
[0007]
In the present invention, the above polyglycerin is used in an amount of 10 to 50% by weight, preferably 10 to 25% by weight. If it is less than 10%, a stable cream cannot be maintained, and the durability of the moisturizing effect is deteriorated. If it exceeds 50%, the feeling when applied to the skin is heavy, which is not preferable.
[0008]
In addition, polyhydric alcohols other than polyglycerin such as glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and sorbitol, which are usually used for the purpose of moisturizing effects in cosmetics, have only insufficient moisturizing effect. If the total amount of the oily component is 5 to 20% and the oily component solid at 25 ° C. and the lipophilic emulsifier solid at 25 ° C. is 2 to 8%, a stable cream composition can be obtained. If the total amount of the solid oily component and the solid lipophilic emulsifier exceeds 8%, a stable cream-like composition can be obtained, but the usability is extremely poor.
[0009]
The oily component used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and is a hydrocarbon such as squalane, liquid paraffin, solid paraffin, petroleum jelly, glyceryl trioctanoate, glyceryl tri (capryl / capric acid), olive oil, avocado oil, Triglycerides such as coconut oil, beef tallow, hydrogenated soybean oil, hydrogenated rapeseed oil, ester oils such as octyldodecyl myristate, isodecyl isononanoate, octyldodecyl erucate, waxes such as jojoba oil, beeswax, carnauba wax, stearic acid, Examples thereof include fatty acids such as palmitic acid and behenic acid, higher alcohols such as cetanol, stearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol, silicone oils such as dimethylpolysiloxane, and the like, and one or more of these are used.
[0010]
In the present invention, the above oil component is used in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight, preferably 5 to 15% by weight, more preferably 5 to 10% by weight. If the oil component is less than 5%, a stable cream cannot be obtained, and the barrier property due to the oil component is lowered, so that the moisturizing effect cannot be maintained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 20%, the oily feeling is strong and undesirable.
[0011]
The emulsifier used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and polyglycerin fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, poly One or two or more of oxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, phytosterol derivative, acyl glutamate, fatty acid soap and the like can be used.
[0012]
In the present invention, among the above oily components and emulsifiers, one or two or more selected from oily components solid at 25 ° C. and lipophilic emulsifiers solid at 25 ° C. are 2 to 8 wt%, preferably 4 to It is necessary to select 6% by weight. Solid oily components at 25 ° C. include saturated higher alcohols such as cetanol, stearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol, saturated fatty acids such as stearic acid, palmitic acid and behenic acid, coconut oil, hydrogenated coconut oil, beef tallow, hydrogenated beef tallow, Solid animal and vegetable oils such as hardened soybean oil and hardened rapeseed oil, hardened oils, solid hydrocarbons such as solid paraffin and microcrystalline wax, solid waxes such as beeswax, carnauba wax, hydrogenated jojoba oil, myristic acid Solid ester oils such as myristyl, cetyl palmitate, cholesteryl stearate, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether stearate, polyoxyethylene stearyl ether stearate can be exemplified, and as a lipophilic emulsifier solid at 25 ° C. Glycerin monostearate, propylene Solid and lipophilic polyhydric alcohol fatty acid esters such as recall monostearate, ethylene glycol monostearate, sorbitan monostearate, sorbitan tristearate, tetraglycerin pentastearate, hexaglycerin pentastearate, batyl alcohol, etc. Examples of POE nonionic surfactants having an HLB of 5 or less such as alkyl glyceryl ethers, POE (3) cetyl ether, POE (5) behenyl ether, POE (3) stearyl ether, POE (5) cholesteryl ether, etc. it can. If the total amount of the solid oily component and the solid lipophilic emulsifier is less than 2%, a stable cream cannot be obtained.
[0013]
In the present invention, if the total amount of the oily component is 5 to 20% by weight and the oily component solid at 25 ° C. and the lipophilic emulsifier solid at 25 ° C. is in the range of 2 to 8% by weight, stability and use A creamy emulsified cosmetic with no problem in feeling can be obtained, but at 25 ° C., the solid oily component is solid at 25 ° C. with respect to the total weight of the oil phase consisting of the oil component and the lipophilic emulsifier added as necessary. The ratio of the weight of the solid component comprising the solid lipophilic emulsifier is more preferably 1: 0.2 to 0.7 in terms of stability and feeling of use.
[0014]
In addition, the O / W type cream emulsified cosmetic of the present invention includes components normally used in cosmetics, for example, a moisturizer such as a polyhydric alcohol other than polyglycerin, a dye, A fragrance, an anti-inflammatory effect, a cell activation, a drug having a whitening effect, an antiseptic, a bactericidal agent, an antioxidant, a pH adjuster, and the like can be appropriately blended.
[0015]
The cream-like composition of the present invention can be produced according to a conventional method, and can be obtained, for example, by emulsifying an aqueous phase and an oil phase using an emulsifier such as a homomixer.
[0016]
