しかしながら、上記従来の車両用ドアスイッチにおいては、ドアが開いた状態では、操作部3Aが車両本体から15〜25mm程度突出した状態となっているため、乗降時に乗員の身体の一部や荷物が当たったり、特にステップ位置に取付けられて足で踏みつけられたりした場合、PBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)などで成形されている操作部3Aの折れや破損、防水カバー7の破れ等が生じ、スイッチの動作不良が発生し易いという課題がある。

本発明は、このような従来の課題を解決するものであり、外力が加わった場合でも構成部品の破損が少なく、動作の安定した車両用ドアスイッチを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に記載の車両用ドアスイッチは、上面が開口したケースと、このケース内に上下動可能に収納され上下動によって電気的接離を行なう摺動体と、上端が上記ケースの開口部から突出し下端が上記摺動体の上端に連結された操作体とからなり、上記摺動体の上端に設けた係止孔に第1のピンを挿入し、上記操作体の下端に設けた係止孔と上記第1のピンの中間部に設けた貫通孔の間に第2のピンを挿入して連結させることにより、上記操作体を第1のピンの軸芯回りと第2のピンの軸芯回りとに回動可能に枢支し、上記操作体を上記摺動体の前後左右に揺動可能に連結するとともに、上記操作体と上記摺動体の間にコイルバネを介装して連結完了後の上記操作体を上方へ付勢したため、車両本体側のシャーシ装着時に突出する前記操作体が、前後左右に揺動可能に接合され自在継手となっているため、外力が加わった場合でも構成部品の破損がなく、動作の安定した車両用ドアスイッチを得ることができる。
