Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a master rope support for hanging a master rope that secures the safety of an operator at high altitude.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Workers who work at heights at construction sites, etc., secure safety by hooking a life rope attached to the waist belt to the master rope. The master rope is attached to a master rope strut that is fixed upright at a predetermined interval on a flange portion of a shape steel material (framework material) on which an operator walks.
[0003]
A general master rope supporter is provided with a fixing part for the flange part at the lower end of a vertically extending support body part, and a master attachment part at the upper part of the support body.
Such a master rope support restricts the side of the upper space of the flange portion to approximately the same width as the width of the flange portion. For this reason, especially in the place where the master rope support is fixed, the worker is restricted in walking and movement in order to avoid the tool attached to the waist from coming into contact with the master rope support and breaking the balance.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-30043 discloses a technique for solving the above-described problems of a general master rope support.
As can be seen in the schematic configuration diagram of FIG. 3, the master rope column A is formed such that the column main body portion D is inclined outward by 5 ° to 20 ° with respect to the clamping portion C to the flange portion B. The main rope attaching portion E is provided at the upper end of the inclined column main body portion D.
Since the column main body portion D is inclined, the side of the upper space of the flange portion B expands, and the lower body and the building components being conveyed are less likely to hit from the waist of the worker.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the main strut strut A extending upwardly with a slight inclination from the foot to the waist height position while walking around the flange portion B, while most of the surrounding constituent members are formed by horizontal and vertical members. Not only does it give the worker a sense of incongruity, but also creates a subtle anxiety. Also, particularly those with a small inclination angle give the illusion that the inclined parent rope support itself is vertical.
Such a sense of sensation imposes a burden on high-altitude workers and is not safe.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to secure an interval more than the width of the walking surface on the side of the upper space of the walking surface such as the flange portion where the worker at high altitude walks, and to give the worker a psychological discomfort or anxiety. It is to provide a master rope support that does not occur.
[0007]
[Means for achieving the object]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a column main body (3) having an attachment part for attaching the master rope, and a fastening bolt (22) for fixing the lower part of the column main body to the steel frame at the construction site. In the master rope support provided with a fixing member (2) that bites a steel mold flange portion of the steel material, the support main body has a base end portion (31) extending vertically and integrally with the fixing member, strut and extending portion extending from the proximal end to escape outwards of the fixing member (32) extends upright mounting portion of and the lifeline extending from the extension portion vertically provided in the upper end it from the (33), the strut body, earthenware pots by the axis of the strut is displaced to the extended portion of the relief width of (W) only outwardly with respect to the axis of said proximal portion, said extended portion Is made of an aluminum square pipe that is curved in the base end portion and the column portion and is continuously formed in a substantially S shape. Providing a master rope support.
[0008]
The column body is made of aluminum square pipe, and its weight is reduced. It is desirable that the extending portion has a vertical length equal to or shorter than that of the support portion . The extending portion may be provided with a handle for transportation.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a master rope support according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a use state thereof.
Reference numeral 2 in the drawing is a fixed body having a substantially U-shaped cross section provided at the lower end of the master rope support 1. The fixed body 2 bites the flange portion 4 of a steel mold material, which is a framework material of a building, and causes the master rope support 1 to stand and be fixed to the flange portion 4. A bolt 22 for fastening to the flange portion 4 is attached to the opening 21 of the fixed body 2.
[0010]
Reference numeral 3 in the figure is a column main body fixed to a fixed body.
The column main body 3 is formed of an aluminum square pipe as a whole, and has a length that reaches the waist of the worker in the same manner as a conventional master rope column. The column main body 3 includes a vertical base end portion 31 fixed to the fixed body 2, an extending portion 32 that extends outward from the base end portion 31 while being curved outward, and rises vertically from the extending portion 32. The support column 33 is provided.
[0011]
The base end portion 31 is at the lower part of the column body 3 and has a length substantially the same as the height of the fixed body 2 and is welded to the outside of the fixed body.
The extended portion 32 is integrally extended outward from the base end portion, has a height that is substantially the same as or slightly shorter than the length of the column portion 33, and is used for transportation on the curved inner surface. The handle 5 is provided. The handle 5 is attached to a position where the master rope support 1 can be transported in a balanced manner.
The strut portion 33 is integrally formed vertically from the extending portion 32 and has a master rope attaching portion 6 at the upper end. The attachment portion 6 has a structure that is easy to bridge the master rope like the conventional master rope support. The axis of the support column 33 is shifted outward from the axis of the base end 31 by the amount W that the extended portion 32 is curved outward and escapes.
[0012]
The usage state will be described.
The master brace 1 is carried to a predetermined position by a worker holding the handle 5. By having the handle 5, it is transported safely.
By inserting the opening 21 of the fixed body 2 into the flange portion 4 forming the walking surface and fastening the fastening bolt 22, the master rope support 1 is fixed at a predetermined position in the length direction of the steel mold. The master rope is stretched over the mounting portion 6 before the fixing body 2 is fixed.
[0013]
The master rope support 1 fixed to the flange portion 4 is set off with respect to the base end portion 31 by the above-mentioned escape amount W with respect to the base end portion 31, so that the space above the walking surface is the width interval of the flange portion 4. It is no longer restricted and the space above the walking surface can be used more widely than the conventional general parent rope support. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the operator's waist and the attached tools to hit the master rope support 1.
[0014]
Moreover, since the support | pillar part 33 more than the upper half part of the support | pillar main body 3 stands | stands up vertically, and the master rope is spanned over the upper end, as shown in FIG. Thus, the axis of the support column 33 supporting the master rope crosses vertically and harmonizes with the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the surrounding building components, so that the worker does not feel uneasy or discomfort. The curved extension portion 32 is located below the operator's knee, and the upper half of the strut body including the master rope attachment portion 6 that is easy to see is vertical as described above. Will not cause any disability. Of course, it does not give the illusion of a conventional inclined column.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
An extending portion extending so as to escape outward is provided between the support portion to which the master rope is attached and the base end portion fixed to the fixing member, and the axis of the support portion extends with respect to the axis of the base end portion. Since it is shifted outward by the clearance width of the installation part, the tools attached to the waist part of the worker at high altitude are less likely to hit the master rope column, and the safety of the worker at high place can be secured.
[0016]
In addition, the struts to which the master rope is attached stand upright, so there is no sense of discomfort or anxiety for workers compared to the inclined struts, and walking like conventional ordinary master ropes. It does not cause sensory disturbances.
