Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pantograph for a vehicle, and more particularly to a pantograph for a vehicle that does not damage an overhead wire or an insulator that supports the pantograph even when a large force acts in the traveling direction of the vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 3 is a mechanism diagram of the entire pantograph for explaining a single arm type pantograph. In the figure, 1 is a current collecting boat, 2 is a boat support, 3 is an upper frame, 4 is a lower frame, 5 is a balance rod, 6 is a balancing rod, 7 is a base frame, 8 is an insulator, 9 is a body, 10 Is an overhead line.
The pantograph shown in the figure is attached to the boat support 2 attached to the current collector boat 1 with the upper ends of the upper frame 3 and the balance lot 5 being pivotably attached at the connecting portions 3a and 5a. The balance rod 5 is rotatably attached by a connecting portion 5b, and the upper end of the lower frame 4 is rotatably attached to the upper frame 3 by a connecting portion 3b. A lower end of the lower frame 4 is rotatably attached to the frame 7 by a connecting portion 7b.
Further, the upper end of the balancing rod 6 is rotatably attached to the upper frame 3 by the connecting portion 3c, and the lower end of the balancing rod 6 is rotatably attached to the base frame 7 by the connecting portion 7a.
[0003]
FIG. 4 is a view showing a structure for attaching the counter bar 6 to the frame 7 in the connecting portion 7a, and is a view of the connecting portion 7a of the counter bar 6 shown in FIG. 4 as viewed from the overhead line side.
As shown in the figure, a pin 11 is attached to a holder 12 fixed to a frame 12, and a joint 6a of a counter rod 6 is pivotally supported by the pin 11 so as to be rotatable.
In FIG. 3, at the time of current collection, the tension of the main spring inside the underframe 7 gives a rotational force to the main shaft of the connecting portion 7 a to constitute the upper frame 3, the lower frame 4, the balance rod 5, and the counterbalance 6. The framework is set up and the current collector boat 1 is pressed against the overhead wire 10.
The pantograph having the above structure is shown in FIG.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-331702
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view of the conventional pantograph breakage mode.
In the pantograph having the structure shown in FIG. 3, when a strong load is applied to the current collecting boat 1 in the traveling direction from the overhead wire, the counter rod 6 is not easily broken because a simple pulling force acts on the balancing rod 6.
For this reason, the whole frame is not greatly damaged, and as shown in FIG. 5, the insulator 8 may be finally damaged or the overhead wire 10 may be cut.
As described above, in the conventional pantograph, when any load is applied to the current collector boat 1, the balance rod 6 is stretched, and thus the frame 10 and the insulator 8 are damaged without damaging the frame. If the overhead wire 10 and the insulator 8 are damaged, much time is required for recovery, and the cost for this will also increase.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the purpose of the present invention is to easily break the frame when a large force is applied from the overhead wire, to break the lever, or to break the overhead wire. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pantograph for a vehicle that has a simple and reliable structure that can prevent the occurrence of the pantograph and does not affect the original performance of the pantograph.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is configured such that when any load is applied to the current collecting boat 1 of the vehicle pantograph, the balancing rod 6 or its connecting portion is quickly broken.
In this invention, since it was set as the said structure, when a big force acts from the overhead wire 10, a frame will fall, and the fracture | rupture of the insulator 8 and the cutting accident of the overhead wire 10 can be prevented.
That is, when a large force is applied from the overhead wire to the current collector boat 1 of the pantograph, a simple pulling force is applied to the counter rod 6 because both ends of the counter rod 6 are fixed to be rotatable. In a conventional pantograph, when a simple pulling force is applied, the strength of the member is extremely large, so that the balancing rod 6 does not break, the frame is not easily broken as a whole, the overhead wire 10 is cut, and the insulator 8 is broken. In many cases, the accident progresses to a serious accident.
In the present invention, for example, the counter rod 6 is rotatably supported by a pin provided with a notch groove.
As a result, when a large force acts on the balancing rod 6, the pin shears and breaks in the notch groove, thereby losing the supporting point of the balancing rod, and the entire frame that has lost its balance collapses backward in the direction of travel. It is possible to prevent a serious accident such as disconnection of the overhead line or breakage of the insulator away from the overhead line 10.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the configuration of the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
This figure shows a view of the connecting portion 7a of the counter bar 6 shown in FIG. 4 as viewed from the overhead line side, and the other configurations are the same as those shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, a mounting pin 11 is attached to a holder 12 fixed to a frame 7, and a joint 6 a fixed to a balancing rod 6 is pivotally supported by the pin 11. The balancing rod 6 and the joint 6a have the same shape as the conventional example. In this embodiment, a V-shaped groove 11a is provided between the holder 12 of the mounting pin 11 of the balancing rod 6 and the joint 6a. It has been. The V-shaped groove portion has such a strength as to cause a shear fracture when a large force acts on the balancing rod 6.
[0008]
In this embodiment, since the V-shaped groove 11a as described above is provided on the pin 11, when a certain load is applied to the current collector boat, the V-shaped groove portion 11a provided on the mounting pin 11 of the balancing rod 6 is provided. It breaks and the balance rod 6 is damaged. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the pantograph from descending and progressing to a serious accident such as cutting of the overhead wire or breaking of the insulator.
Although FIG. 1 shows the case where a V-shaped groove is provided in the pin of the connecting portion 7a of the balancing rod 6, the V-shaped groove as described above is provided in the pin of the connecting portion 3c at the upper end of the balancing rod 6. Then, this pin may be broken when a certain load is applied to the current collector boat.
[0009]
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of the second embodiment of the present invention. Like FIG. 1, FIG. 2 shows the connection portion 7a of the balancing rod 6 shown in FIG. 4 viewed from the overhead line side. Other configurations are the same as those shown in FIG.
As in FIG. 1, a pin 11 is attached to a holder 12 fixed to the underframe 7, and a joint 6 a fixed to the balance rod 6 is pivotally supported on the pin 11. The balancing rod 6 and the mounting pin 11 have the same shape as the conventional example, but in this embodiment, the joint 6a and the balancing rod 6 are fastened by a rivet 6b.
The rivet 6b has such a strength as to cause a shear fracture when a large force acts on the balancing rod 6.
[0010]
In this embodiment, since the joint 6a and the balancing rod 6 are fastened by the rivet 6b as described above, when a certain load is applied to the current collecting boat 1, the rivet 6b is broken and the balancing rod 6 is broken. Damage. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the pantograph from descending and progressing to a serious accident such as cutting of an overhead wire or breaking of an insulator.
In the above description, the joint 6a of the connecting portion 7a and the balancing rod 6 are fastened with rivets. However, the joint of the connecting portion 3c at the upper end of the balancing rod 6 and the balancing rod 6 are as described above. You may make it fasten with a rivet.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the following effects can be obtained in the present invention.
(1) When a large force is applied to the current collector boat due to an abnormality in the overhead line, the entire frame easily falls down and leaves the overhead line. For this reason, it can prevent progressing to serious accidents, such as the cutting | disconnection of an overhead wire and the fracture | rupture of an insulator.
(2) Since the structure is extremely simple and there is almost no change in the shape and mass of the entire pantograph, the above effects can be obtained without affecting the aerodynamic characteristics and tracking characteristics of the pantograph.
