Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 57-30945 (pages 1 to 4, FIGS. 1 to 5)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional temporary tent, in order to tension the belt-like sheet stretched between the arch-shaped frames, the rod-shaped member connecting the adjacent arch-shaped frames is formed by a male member and a female member fitted in a nested manner. The belt-like sheet is extended by appropriately extending and extending the rod-like member so that the rod-like member can be extended. However, in order to extend the rod-like member, it is necessary to move the arched frame. It was very difficult.
[0005]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a temporary tent that can easily tension a belt-like sheet stretched between arch-shaped frames.
[0006]

Is guided by the guide roller 39, and the wire rope 35 is guided by the guide roller 34 at the top O of the arched frame 1.
[0029]
Thus, while feeding the belt-like sheet 3 from the sheet winder 37, the stoppers 10 and 10 of the two ear portions 4 and 4 of the belt-like sheet 3 are manually moved to prevent the stopper material insertion means 2 of the sheet ear holding means 2 from passing. When the winch 38 is wound up after being introduced into one end side of each of 12 and 12, the belt-like sheet 3 is pulled by the wire pull-in wire rope 35 so that both ear portions 4, 4 of the belt-like sheet 3 are pulled out. The stoppers 10, 10 move over the entire length of the adjacent arched frames 1, 1 while moving along the retaining material insertion guide paths 12, 12 of the cover members 11, 11 of the adjacent arched frames 1, 1. Thus, the belt-like sheet 3 is stretched. At this time, since the guide roller 34 is provided on the top O side of the arched frame 1, the retaining members 10, 10 of the both ear portions 4, 4 of the belt-like sheet 3 are inserted into the retaining members 11, 11. The guide paths 12 and 12 can be moved smoothly. Thus, the belt-like sheet 3 in which the both ears 4 and 4 are merely held by the sheet tensioning means 5 is in a relaxed state as shown in FIG.
[0030]
Therefore, as described above, in the vicinity of the ears 4 of the belt-like sheet 3 which is in a relaxed state only by holding both ears 4 and 4 by the sheet ears holding means 2 of the adjacent arched frames 1 and 1, The belt-like sheet 3 is tensioned by being pressed from above by means 5. That is, in order to tension the belt-like sheet 3 by the sheet tensioning means 5, as already described with reference to FIG. 4, the protruding portion of the bolt 21 protruding upward through the cover member 11 of the sheet ear holding means 2 is used. After the spacer nut 23 is screwed, the bolt 21 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 19 of the coupling metal 18, the tightening nut 24 is screwed to the insertion end, and the tightening nut 24 is tightened. If the connecting metal fitting 18 is fixed to the upper flange 8 of the arch-shaped frame 1 via the cover member 11 and the spacer nut 23, the belt-like sheet 3 that has been in a relaxed state as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5B, the entire belt-like sheet 3 that is pressed from above by the presser bars 17 on both sides and stretched between the adjacent arch-shaped frames 1 and 1 is good. Become nervous .
[0031]
After the belt-like sheet 3 between the adjacent arch-shaped frames 1 and 1 is tensioned by the sheet tensioning means 5, the presser bar pressing metal 25 is attached between the connecting metal 18 and the connecting metal 18 of the sheet tensioning means 5. Thus, the presser bar 17 of the sheet tension means 5 can be securely fixed, and the tension state of the belt-like sheet 3 can be made stable over a long period of time.
[0032]
When removing the belt-like sheet 3 from the temporary tent constructed as described above, the presser bar presser fitting 25 and the sheet tensioning means 5 are removed respectively, or the loosening operation is performed so that the belt-like sheet 3 becomes loose without being removed. After that, the rear end portion of the belt-like sheet 3 is pulled out to an appropriate length and connected to the sheet winder 37. By winding the sheet winder 37, the belt-like sheet 3 is adjacent to the arch-shaped frame 1. , 1 can be removed. Of course, the belt-like sheet 3 may be pulled out manually without using the sheet winder 37.
[0033]
As described above, in the temporary tent of the present invention, the ears 4 of the belt-like sheet 3 in which both ears 4 and 4 are held by the sheet ear holding means 2 and 2 of the adjacent arch-shaped frames 1 and 1. Since the sheet tension means 5 for pressing the vicinity of 4 from above and tensioning the belt-like sheet 3 is provided in the arch-shaped frame 1, the belt-like sheet previously stretched between the adjacent arch-shaped frames 1 and 1 in a relaxed state. 3 can be easily and easily tensioned by the sheet tensioning means 5, so that the temporary tent can be constructed efficiently in a short time, and the construction cost can be greatly reduced.
[0034]
The sheet tension means 5 includes a pair of presser bars 17 and 17 that press the vicinity of the ears 4 and 4 of the belt-like sheet 3 from above, and a plurality of substantially downward U-shaped couplings connecting the presser bars 17 and 17.
