行されるので十分である。その際回転ノミの先端のたわみのカーブは多かれ少なかれsin形の推移を示し、その結果極端な加速は全く必要でない。極端な加速はシステムの寸法を小さくしてもいずれにせよ実現が難しい。このような旋盤はx軸の動きと材料回転の連携を必要とし、z軸の送りは自由に操作できる。実際にでこぼこの輪郭の製造はその際二次元の直径面に制限され、z軸により三次元で単に延長されるだけである。しかしその際z軸はでこぼこの輪郭生成の中に実際には関係しない。ジャンプ中のz軸に沿ったスリットの方法あるいは少しオーバーラップした振動は計画されない。
論的な最大直径と最小直径を描く。通常X軸の制御により算定されるピッチは4倍の直径差によりプログラミングされなければならない。

スタントな直径とピッチを持つ一定の歯プロフィルの回転によりソケット軸の回りで生成される面である。例えば台形の歯のプロフィルでは結果として3つのネジ面が形成され、1つのヘッド側の面と2つの横面である。その際このネジ面は、ネジソケットの一定のカバーの形での歯のプロフィルがカバー面中に推移する場合、そのフット領域でその伸びに沿って短くなる。それぞれのネジちょう形頭の初めに続く面の刃はニュートラルの角度を持つ、つまり挟み込み角度でもクリアランス角度でもない。これにより望ましくない挟み込み効果が除去され、それにもかかわらずネジのちょう形頭の全ての側の骨との接触が保証される。それぞれのネジのちょう形頭の初めに存在する刃がその作用を最適に展開できるように、刃は先頭を走るネジのちょう形頭から突き出る。これは最初のステップで、次のネジのちょう形頭のネジ面のために、先頭を走るネジのちょう形頭のネジ面のためより大きな半径が使用されることにより達成される。更に個々のネジのちょう形頭の伸びは削りくず切り込み溝のねじれ角度に依存して互いに相対的に旋回され、その際、ポジティブな切断エッジの突出部を実現するために、ねじれ角度に近い旋回方向が優先される。
ネジのネジの移動は、それぞれ脈絡なく拡大する歯の高さを持つ他の4つのネジのちょう形頭の連続に続く、低い歯の高さの最初のネジのちょう形頭29により始まり、ネジリップがネジのちょう形頭24により全高に到達するまで続く。個々のネジのちょう形頭の各々の平行に推移する側面は、ネジソケット軸に同軸のシリンダー軸26から、その都度外部にある断片を区分し、その際ネジのちょう形頭からネジのちょう形頭への基盤となるシリンダー直径は段階的に増大する。この造形原則は選択的にその都度の断片によっても、適切に同軸に位置するネジ面により実現可能である。上述の造形により、ネジのちょう形頭では挟み込み角度もクリアランス角度も形成されない。クリアランス角度はここでは全く不必要である、なぜならニュートラルな相対運動での(例えばネジソケット表面の砂噴射により生成される)表面のざらつきから出発するやすりかけ力は、ネジ固定プロセス中の挟み込みを阻止するからである。これによりまず初めにインプラントと骨製の軸受けの間の間隙の形成が抑制される。それにもかかわらずネジのちょう形頭のそれぞれ前方外部にある切断エッジが幅をきかす、なぜならこの切断エッジのソケット軸との放射状の間隔が先頭を走る切断エッジより大きいからである。この結果優れた触感を持つ非常に低いネジ固定力の需要と、インプラントな卓越した一次・二次固定が可能になる。

な加工シーケンスの利用により生じる。これにより現在、今まで時間がかかりフライス盤加工により部分的に表面の質が悪くならざるを得なかった加工が、CNC旋盤で非常に早く可能となる。
Claims (2)
- シェル表面を有するシェルを備え、前記シェル表面は、所望の外形および所望のネジを有し、前記ネジは、渦巻き螺旋状に延在しかつ前記シェル表面の一部に沿って行列を形成し、前記ネジは、ネジの歯の位置およびネジピッチを規定する一定のネジプロフィルを有する複数のネジの歯を有し、前記ネジプロフィルによれば、前記複数のネジの歯はヘッドに向かって先細になっており、前記ネジの行列は複数の個別のネジの歯(35,36)を創出するためのタッピング溝(44)によって分離されており、前記複数のネジの歯は、一定のネジの歯のプロフィルを、ソケット軸(75)の周りに半径距離(72)およびピッチで渦巻き螺旋状に回転させた軌跡として実現されるいわゆるスクリュー表面を形成し、前記複数のネジの歯の各々に注目したときに、ねじ込む方向に関して後続するネジの歯(36)は先行するネジの歯(35)よりも常に大きな半径距離を有し、前記ソケット軸の方向から見て、前記複数のネジの歯の各々は、旋回円の円弧に対して傾いた方向で配置されている、ねじ込み式人工股関節ソケット。
- 前記個別のネジの歯の各々の先行するエッジに切断エッジ(68,70)が形成されている、請求項1に記載のねじ込み式人工股関節ソケット。
