図5に示すよう、軸方向に開口された吸込口104から吸込みモータ外周の環状水路403を通過して吐出口105から集約的に吐出する形態の水中ポンプでは、羽根車107からの速度エネルギーを効率よく圧力に変換するために、ガイドベーン111は羽根車107と環状水路403との間に設けられることが必要であり、従来から吸込みケーシング203とモータケーシング303との間に、ガイドベーン111の配設されたポンプケーシング103を介装させた構造が採られ、吐出口105にはホースカップリング109を結合させた状態で使用される。

【発明の構成】
本発明に係る水中ポンプは、水中モータと結合されたポンプケーシングの周側方向から吸込み軸方向へ吐出する形態の水中ポンプであって、モータ軸の負荷側導延先端部に羽根車をポンプケーシングの吐出口端面より突出しないよう装着し、周側方向に吸込口を開設し羽根車を囲繞する環壁の先端に開口された吐出口の口端外周をフランジ接合縁に形成し、ガイドベーンボスの外周よりガイドベーンを放射状に張出させてその張出先端部をホースカップリングの周壁内面へ接続させ、ホースカップリングの周壁外周面に開口先端側に向けて先細状のテーパ突起段差が複数設けられたホースカップリング基部の開口端外周を前記吐出口側のフランジ接合縁とほぼ同径のフランジ接合縁に形成し、吐出口側のフランジ接合縁とホースカップリング側のフランジ接合縁とを対向状に衝合させ、両フランジ接合縁同士をクランパーで着脱自在に締結して一体状に結合させるよう構成した。

本発明によれば、従来のようにポンプケーシングを吸込ケーシングや吐出ケーシンと別体構造とする必要がなく、部品点数が少なくローコストに製造し得ると共にポンプを小型軽量化でき、試運転時における羽根車の芯出し調整についてポンプケーシングを取り外す事を要せず、ホースカップリングを取り外すのみで足り、作業性およびメンテナンス性に優れているという利点がある。
