Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a material handling machine that uses a manual traveling device disposed on a ceiling and lifts and lowers a cargo handling object using an actuator such as an air cylinder or an electric motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional material handling machine, a manual traveling device disposed on a ceiling is used, and a lifting mechanism composed of an actuator such as an air cylinder or an electric motor is suspended from a trolley to move the cargo handling object up and down and move in a plane.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional method, the contents and defects of the conventional method are described. In the overhead traveling type material handling equipment shown in FIGS. However, there is a problem in that the entire lifting mechanism must be moved due to its configuration, and always involves an extra weight movement.
Especially in the case of repetitive work, regarding the movement from placing a cargo item to the next cargo item, it is necessary to move the lifting mechanism back to its original position, which strongly moves unnecessary weight. The problem of being noticeable has become prominent. For this reason, there has been a demand for weight reduction of the elevating mechanism part conventionally, but there is a physical limit, and this method has not led to a solution to the fundamental problem.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, using a traveling rail and a traversing rail arranged on the ceiling, divides the weight of the load lifting mechanism into two places, and can move along the traversing rail. The load of the load handling equipment and a part of the weight of the load lifting mechanism are loaded on the traversing trolley, and the weight of the load lifting mechanism is loaded on the traveling trolley that can move along the traveling rail. It is a thing that realizes moving with a lighter operating force.
Next, the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. Reference numerals 1, 1 ′, and 2 are traveling rails disposed on the ceiling, and the traveling rail 2 is disposed between 1 and 1 ′. Reference numeral 3 denotes a transverse rail, which is engaged with the traveling rails 1 and 1 'and can move. Reference numeral 4 denotes a cargo handling elevating mechanism, one end of which is engaged with the traversing rail 3 via a trolley 5 and the other end of which is engaged with the traveling rail 2 via a trolley 6. At this time, it is best to suspend the center of gravity of the cargo handling mechanism elevating mechanism 4 at the other end. In this case, the traverse rail 3 bears the weight of the cargo handling elevating mechanism 4 via the trolley 5. Since it is not necessary and can be reduced in size, it can be reduced in weight. Reference numeral 7 denotes an operation unit, which is connected to the cargo handling elevating mechanism unit 4 through a rope 8. Further, reference numeral 9 denotes a cargo handling article, which is integrated with the operation unit 7 through a gripping tool such as a
[0005]
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 2. First,
[0006]
[Action]
When the operation is described from the above configuration, when the cargo handling item 9 is lifted and translated with respect to the traverse rail 3 by the operation unit 7 in the configuration shown in FIG. 1, the trolley 5 and the trolley 6 move, and the cargo handling material lifting mechanism unit 4 rotates around the trolley 6 and moves. In this case, since the center of gravity of the cargo handling mechanism elevating mechanism 4 is in the vicinity of the trolley 6, the weight of the cargo handling mechanism elevating mechanism 4 hardly moves when translated. Further, when the cargo handling item 9 is lifted and moved parallel to the traveling rail 2 by the operation unit 7, the traversing rail 3 and the cargo handling lifting mechanism unit 4 are translated relative to the traveling rail 2. In this case, since the traversing rail 3 does not need to bear the weight of the loading / unloading mechanism raising / lowering mechanism portion 4, it can be reduced in weight, so that it is possible to reduce the operating force when moving in parallel. Furthermore, when the cargo handling article 9 is lifted and moved obliquely with respect to the traversing rail 3 by the operation unit 7, the parallel movement with respect to the traverse rail 3 and the parallel movement with respect to the traveling rail 2 are simultaneously performed. The same effect is obtained in the configuration shown in FIG.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
The following is an explanation of the effect from the above configuration and operation. When the load handling object is lifted and moved horizontally by the lifting mechanism in the present material handling machine, only the load handling object and the operation part are moved in parallel movement with respect to the traverse rail. Unlike conventional cargo handling equipment of this type, the lifting mechanism has a very small amount of weight movement, and the cargo handling work can be carried out by moving the weight of the cargo handling and operating parts. Improved. In addition, as to the movement in the direction along the traveling rail, the traverse rail does not bear the weight of the lifting mechanism, so it can be configured with a smaller rail compared to the conventional one, and as a result, the overall weight to be moved can be reduced. It was possible to move it lightly. Furthermore, in the case of repetitive work, by aligning the traverse rail in parallel with the direction of transfer work that is frequently performed, the entire lifting mechanism is not moved as in the prior art, and the weight of only the operation part is reduced. It is possible to move to the next work simply by returning to the original position, and there is a great effect that the light work similar to the manual work is made possible.
