【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は弾球遊技機に係わり、特に、材質の異なる部材を分別して廃棄することが容易に行える弾球遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
弾球遊技機として、例えば、パチンコ球を利用するパチンコ遊技機が知られている。パチンコ遊技機はガラス板で覆われた遊技領域に打出されたパチンコ球が入賞口に入ると所定数のパチンコ球が賞球として放出されるものであるが、遊技領域はガラス保持枠に保持されたガラス板で覆われている。ガラス保持枠は金属製のガラス枠と合成樹脂製の装飾体で構成されている。装飾体にはランプやスピーカ等の電気品が取付けられる。

特開平８−９８９１３号公報に提案されたパチンコ遊技機では、金属製のガラス枠に合成樹脂製の取付けベース盤が取付けられ、取付けベース盤に電気品のランプ基板やスピーカが取付けられている。取付けベース盤の取付け方法はベース盤固定部材でガラス枠を挟むようにして取付けベース盤のボスにねじをねじ込むことにより締着される。このために多数のねじが用いられている。ランプやスピーカ等の電気品も多数のねじを用いて取付けベース盤に締着される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来のパチンコ遊技機は材質の異なる部材を分別して廃棄する場合、ガラス枠から取付けベース盤を分離し、また取付けベース盤からランプ基板やスピーカを取り外すことになるがそのために多数のねじを外さなくてはならず手間が掛かるという問題があった。

本発明は上記した点に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、材質の異なる部材を分離することが容易に行える弾球遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の弾球遊技機は、遊技機設置島に固定され取付基台となる外枠と、該外枠に開閉自在に取付けられる合成樹脂製の枠基体と、前記枠基体に開閉自在に取付けられる金属製の透明板基体および該透明板基体に装着される合成樹脂製の透明板装飾体を有してなる透明板保持枠と、前記枠基体の前記外枠に対する施錠開錠および前記透明板保持枠の前記枠基体に対する施錠開錠を行う施錠装置と、前記透明板基体に取付けられる電気部品であるスピーカと、前記枠基体の下部に取付けられた遊技玉を発射する電気部品である発射装置とを備えた弾球遊技機において、前記透明板装飾体は、前記透明板基体の両側部が摺動自在に嵌合するコの字状の第１係合溝が左右の側部に形成され、裏面には、前記第１係合溝に嵌合させた前記透明板装飾体を摺動させることによって一旦変形後元に戻り当該透明板基体と当該透明板装飾体とを係止する係止フックが設けられ、前記透明板基体は、前記スピーカが摺動自在に嵌合する第２係合溝が形成され、前記透明板装飾体は、当該透明板基体と当該透明板装飾体とを係止した状態で前記スピーカを前記第２係合溝内に固定する係止突起が形成されてなり、前記発射装置は、前記枠基体に係止するための係止基板を有し、前記枠基体は前記係止基板を下方から差し込んで係止する係止フランジが形成され、かつ、当該係止フランジに係止した前記係止基板の下端に沿う位置に第３係止溝が形成されてなり、当該第３係止溝に摺動自在に嵌合する係合凸部を有する係合部材を備え、前記第３係止溝に嵌合させた前記係合部材によって前記係止基板の下端を支持固定するものである。

上記構成において、材質の異なる部材の分離が簡単に行えて、分別廃棄に極めて便利である。

【実施例】
本発明の実施例であるパチンコ遊技機を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は本発明が適用されたパチンコ遊技機１を示す正面図、図２は同パチンコ遊技機の枠基体３を開いた状態の枠基体背面を示す斜視図である。本実施例におけるパチンコ遊技機１は、弾発された打玉が遊戯盤２３に形成された入賞口や入賞球装置に入賞した入賞玉に基づいて所定個数の賞球を払い出す形式のパチンコ遊技機を図示したものであるが、弾発された打玉が遊戯盤に設けられる複数の入球口に入球して、その入球口の組合せによって得点が与えられ、その得点に応じた賞球が払い出される形式のパチンコ遊技機（属にアレンジ遊技機と称される）であってもよい。

実施例のパチンコ遊技機１は図１または図２に示すように、図示しないパチンコ遊技機設置島に固定される外枠２の一側に開閉自在に軸支され且つパチンコ遊技機１の主要構成部のほぼすべてが集約して設けられる枠基体３と、該枠基体３の前面上部に開閉自在に設けられる透明板保持枠４（図３、図４、図５に図示）と、枠基体３の前面下部に開閉自在に設けられる上皿枠基体１１に装着される上皿装飾カバー６４と、枠基体３の最下部前方に取り付けられる下皿基体１８（図５に図示）およびその装飾カバー６３と、操作ハンドル２１とから構成されている。

上記した外枠に開閉自在に取り付けられる枠基体３は合成樹脂によって一体成型されたものであり、その背面側に遊技盤２３が収納固定される遊技盤収納部が設けられている。遊技盤２３の前方を透明板保持枠４に保持されたガラス板３９（図５に図示）が覆っている。透明板保持枠４には遊技盤２３の遊技領域を露出する円形透視窓５が設けられている。円形透視窓５の周囲の上部には装飾表示部６が設けられ、左右には装飾表示部７、７が設けられている。また、左側の装飾表示部７の上部には賞球の払出状態を表示する払出表示部９、９…と賞球を貯溜する玉タンクの玉切れ状態を表示する玉切れ表示部８、８が設けられている。さらに、透明板保持枠４の裏面には図４にも示すようにスピーカ１０ａ、１０ｂが取付けられている。これらの表示部やスピーカは遊技状態に応じて表示駆動されるようになっている。

なお、円形透視窓５の円形状の開口を通して視認し得る遊技盤２３の遊技領域には、可変表示装置２４や可変入賞球装置２５等の遊技装置や、アウト口等が設けられている。可変表示装置２４には、３個の回転ドラムからなる可変表示部が設けられている。また、可変入賞球装置２５は、ソレノイドによって開閉駆動される開閉板を有している。これらの可変表示装置２４や可変入賞球装置２５等の遊技装置は、図２に示す遊技制御基板３３によってその動作が制御されるが、その動作内容について簡単に説明すると、打玉が始動入賞口２７に入賞すると、可変表示装置２４の可変表示部が回転を開始し、所定時間が経過したときに順次停止する。そして、停止時の表示結果が予め定めた大当り図柄の組合せとなったときに、大当り遊技状態となって可変入賞球装置２５の開閉板を開成制御する。

開閉板の開成制御は、一定時間（例えば、２５秒）が経過するか、あるいはその一定時間が経過する前に所定個数（例えば、１０個）の入賞玉が発生したときに閉成されるようになっており、開閉板の開閉中に打玉が特定入賞領域に入賞したときには、継続権が成立して再度上記した開成状態が繰り返され、このような繰り返しは、継続権が成立することを条件として所定回数（例えば、１６回）許容されている。打玉が可変入賞球装置２５や入賞口２６に入賞すると、夫々所定数の玉が賞球払出口１４から上皿装飾カバー６４に覆われた上皿に払い出される。賞球払出口１４から払い出された賞球は貯溜整列路１３で整列され、打球供給口１５から後述の発射装置に供給される。

上記した透明板保持枠４および上皿枠基体１１は、図５に示すように枠基体３の横幅寸法とほぼ同じであり、枠基体３の下部は下皿装飾カバー６３およびハンドル装飾カバー２０に覆われるため、図１のように正面から見たときには、枠基体３を視認することはできないが、枠基体３に取付けられたシリンダ錠１２は錠部カバー１０８（図６に図示）のシリンダ錠貫通穴１０９から外部に露出している。また、枠基体３を回動自在に支持するために外枠２に設けられた軸支突出部３８が透明板保持枠４の隅部切欠きから現れている。なお、図５および図６に示すように、軸支突出部３８の軸支穴７４は枠基体３を回動自在に支持し、軸支突出部６２の軸支穴７４は係合ピン７５を介して上皿枠基体１１を回動自在に支持している。

なお、上皿枠基体１１には、パチンコ遊技機１に隣接して設けられるカードユニット２９の故障時及び遊技玉の貸出時に音を発生する圧電ブザー１７が設けられており、下皿装飾カバー６３には灰皿１９が設けられている。また、ハンドル装飾カバー２０には操作ハンドル２１が設けられている。

また、枠基体３の裏面側においては、前記した遊技盤収納部に遊技盤が着脱自在に装着されると共に、図２に示すように、枠基体３の外枠２に対する施錠・解錠、及び透明板保持枠４の枠基体３に対する施錠・解錠を司る施錠装置３２が組付けられている。この施錠装置３２は、前記シリンダ錠１２の操作によって上記解錠操作を行うことができるものである。また、枠基体３の裏面下部には、前記操作ハンドル２１の操作に応じて打玉を弾発する発射装置３４が取り付けられている。発射装置３４は、図７に示すように発射モータ８２を備え、操作ハンドル２１を操作したときにメインスイッチ及びタッチセンサ（共に図示しない）がＯＮして発射モータ８２を駆動するようになっている。

次に、上記したパチンコ遊技機１に隣接されるカードユニット２９の構成について図１を参照して説明する。上記した上皿枠基体１１には図６に示すように上皿６５が設けられ、その上部にカードユニット２９を介して遊技玉を借り受ける際に操作する操作部が設けられている。操作部として、玉貸スイッチ７９と返却スイッチ８０が設けらいる。玉貸スイッチ７９は、カードユニット２９によって遊技玉を借り受ける際に操作するものであり、返却スイッチ８０は、遊技終了の際にカードユニット２９のカード挿入口３１に差し込まれた磁気カードを返却するためのものである。また、連結台方向表示器３０はカードユニット２９がいずれの側のパチンコ遊技機１に連結されているかを表示するものである。

カードユニット２９を操作して払出された遊技玉は賞球と同様に賞球払出口１４から上皿に払出される。上皿に溢れた遊技玉は余り玉払出口２８から上述の下皿基体１８に設けられた下皿に流出する。上皿枠基体１１に設けられた玉抜き操作レバー１６を操作することにより上皿から下皿に遊技玉を流出させることもできる。また、下皿装飾カバー６３に設けられた玉抜き操作レバー２２を操作することにより下皿の底の開閉口から遊技玉を回収することができる。

次に、図３および図４を参照して透明板保持枠４の構造について説明する。透明板保持枠４は金属基体部４５に合成樹脂製の装飾枠部４４がワンタッチで取付けられる構造となっている。金属基体部４５は回転軸ピン６０を介して前述の枠基体３に開閉自在に取付けられる。金属基体部４５に設けられた係止ピン５８、５８…にガラス板３９を保持する金具の係止フック部４０、４０…の係止穴４１、４１…が挿通され、ねじ４３、４３…で締着された取付金具４２、４２…を回動させ係止することによりガラス板３９が金属基体部４５に固定される。金属基体部４５の係止溝５９、５９にはスピーカ１０ａおよび１０ｂが差し込まれる。

装飾枠部４４の表面（図３で見えていない）には前述の玉切れ表示部８、払出表示部９、装飾表示部６および７が形成されている。装飾枠部４４には係止フランジ５１を介して玉切れ、払出ＬＥＤ基板４８が固定される。玉切れ、払出ＬＥＤ基板４８は玉切れ表示部８および払出表示部９のＬＥＤが取付けられており、これらのＬＥＤは開口５０、５０…からパチンコ遊技機１の前面に現れる。

装飾枠部４４はまた係止フランジ５２を介して装飾ＬＥＤ基板４６が固定される。装飾ＬＥＤ基板４６は装飾表示部６のＬＥＤが取付けられており、これらのＬＥＤは装飾表示部６を点灯する。装飾枠部４４はさらに係止フランジ５３および５４を介して装飾ＬＥＤ基板４７、４７が固定される。装飾ＬＥＤ基板４７、４７には夫々装飾表示部７、７のＬＥＤが取付けられており、これらのＬＥＤは開口４９、４９から装飾表示部７、７を点灯する。

このように装飾枠部４４はガラス保持枠の基体を覆う装飾体を構成している。装飾枠部４４の左右側面はコ字型に形成されており、金属基体部４５の側部と摺動自在に嵌合する。また、装飾枠部４４に設けられた弾性変形可能な係止フック５６は金属基体部４５の上部を係止する。装飾枠部４４を金属基体部４５に取付ける場合は、装飾枠部４４を金属基体部４５と嵌合させて下側に押込むことにより係止フック５６が一旦変形した後元に戻り金属基体部４５を係止することにより装飾枠部４４を金属基体部４５に固定する。装飾枠部４４を金属基体部４５から外す場合は、係止フック５６を押して係合解除させて装飾枠部４４を上方にずらし、装飾枠部４４を金属基体部４５から外すことができる。

装飾枠部４４が金属基体部４５に取付けられると、装飾枠部４４に設けられたスピーカ係止突起５５、５５がスピーカ１０ａおよび１０ｂを固定する。図４に示すように、装飾枠部４４の下部にはパチンコ遊技機の内部を覗くことのできる視認窓部材６１ａ、６１ｂが取付けられている。金属基体部４５に設けられた係止フック部５７、５７は透明板保持枠４を枠基体３に施錠するためのものである。係止フック部５７、５７は図５に示す枠基体３のフック開口７３、７３に出入する。

次に、図５を参照して下皿装飾カバー６３およびハンドル装飾カバー２０の取付け構造を説明する。下皿基体１８は枠基体３と一体に形成されており、前面にはありみぞ形状の係合溝６８、６８が縦方向に設けられ、また、下部には弾性変形可能な係止フック６６、６６が設けられている。そして下皿装飾カバー６３には係合溝６８、６８と係合する係合凸部７０、７０が設けられている。下皿装飾カバー６３を下皿基体１８に取付ける場合は、係合凸部７０、７０を係合溝６８、６８と嵌合させて下皿装飾カバー６３を押し上げると係止フック６６、６６が一旦変形した後元に戻り下皿装飾カバー６３を係止することにより下皿装飾カバー６３を下皿基体１８に固定する。下皿装飾カバー６３を下皿基体１８から外す場合は、係止フック６６、６６を押して係合解除させ、下皿装飾カバー６３を下方にずらし、下皿装飾カバー６３を下皿基体１８から外すことができる。

枠基体３の発射装置３４が取付けられる部分の前面には係合溝６９、６９が縦方向に設けられ、また、下部には弾性変形可能な係止フック６７、６７が設けられている。そしてハンドル装飾カバー２０には係合溝６９、６９と係合する係合凸部７１、７１が設けられている。ハンドル装飾カバー２０を枠基体３に取付ける場合は、係合凸部７１、７１を係合溝６９、６９と嵌合させてハンドル装飾カバー２０を押し上げると係止フック６７、６７が一旦変形した後元に戻りハンドル装飾カバー２０を係止することによりハンドル装飾カバー２０を枠基体３に固定する。ハンドル装飾カバー２０を枠基体３から外す場合は、係止フック６７、６７を押して係合解除させ、ハンドル装飾カバー２０を下方にずらし、ハンドル装飾カバー２０を枠基体３から外すことができる。

次に、図６を参照して上皿装飾カバー６４および錠部カバー１０８の取付け構造を説明する。上皿枠基体１１は合成樹脂で作られており、前面にはありみぞ形状の係合溝７７、７７が縦方向に設けられ、また、下部には弾性変形可能な係止フック７８、７８が設けられている。このような上皿枠基体１１はそれに挿入された係合ピン７５が枠基体３の軸支穴７４に挿通することにより枠基体３に開閉自在に取付けられている。上皿装飾カバー６４には係合溝７７、７７と係合する係合凸部７６、７６が設けられている。

上皿装飾カバー６４を上皿枠基体１１に取付ける場合は、係合凸部７６、７６を係合溝７７、７７と嵌合させて上皿装飾カバー６４を押し上げると係止フック７８、７８が一旦変形した後元に戻り上皿装飾カバー６４を係止することにより上皿装飾カバー６４を上皿枠基体１１に固定する。上皿装飾カバー６４を上皿枠基体１１から外す場合は、係止フック７８、７８を押して係合解除させ、上皿装飾カバー６４を下方にずらし、上皿装飾カバー６４を上皿枠基体１１から外すことができる。

枠基体３の外周の一部である錠部にはシリンダ錠が貫通する貫通穴１００とフック係止穴１１０、１１０が設けられており、フック係止穴１１０、１１０に錠部カバー１０８の係止フック１１２、１１２が挿入されて係止され、錠部カバー１０８が固定される。

上記したように装飾体である装飾枠部４４および上皿装飾カバー６４は夫々金属基体部４５および上皿枠基体１１に対してワンタッチで着脱可能となっており、また、下皿装飾カバー６３およびハンドル装飾カバー２０は枠基体３に対してワンタッチで着脱可能となっているため、短時間でこれらの装飾体を取り替えて遊技機のイメージを一新させることが可能である。

次に、図７および図８を参照して発射装置３４およびその取付け構造を説明する。発射装置３４は金属製の基板８１に組み付けられている。基板８１には発射モータ８２が固定されており、発射モータ８２に発射制御基板８３が固定されている。さらに、基板８１に打球杵８５が回動自在に支持されねじりコイルばね（図７、図８では基板８１の表側にあるため見えていない）により基板８１の裏面側から見て時計方向に付勢されている。基板８１に取付けられた係止ゴム８４、８４は打球杵８５のストッパーとなっている。発射モータ８２は発射制御基板８３に制御されて回転すると図示していない３枚羽根を回転させ、打球杵８５をねじりコイルばねの弾力に抗して反時計方向に回動させる。３枚羽根が打球杵８５から外れると打球杵８５はねじりコイルばねの弾力により係止ゴム８４に停止されるまで時計方向に回動する。基板８１に取付けられた玉送り可動部８６は打球杵８５の動きに同期して遊技玉を１個ずつ打球杵８５の前に送る。

上記のねじりコイルばねの弾力は前述の操作ハンドル２１により調整される。枠基体３の連通開口８９に臨むように取付けられた回動プーリ９６、９６はベルトで連結されており、その一方は操作ハンドル２１と結合する。他方のプーリ９６はねじりコイルばねの一端と当接する回動部材（図７、図８では基板８１の表側にあるため見えていない）と嵌合しそれを回動させる。操作ハンドル２１を回動させることにより打球杵８５を付勢するねじりコイルばねの弾力を変化させて、遊技玉を打出す強さを調整することができる。

発射装置３４は基板８１を枠基体３に固定することにより枠基体３に取付けられる。基板８１には位置決め長穴８７、８７…が設けられており、枠基体３には位置決め長穴８７、８７…と対応する位置に位置決めピン８８、８８…が立設されている。枠基体３にはさらに、基板８１の上部を係止する係止フランジ９０、９０と、係合部材９３の係合リブ部９５、９５と嵌合する凸字型係合溝９１が設けられている。凸字型係合溝９１の中央部は拡張溝部９２と連なっている。係合部材９３には基板８１の基体下部１０６を係止する係止リブ９４、９４が設けられている。

発射装置３４を枠基体３に取付ける場合、基板８１を傾けて係止フランジ９０、９０に下方から差し込んだ後枠基体３に密着させ、係合部材９３の一方の係合リブ部９５を拡張溝部９２に入り込ませるようにして係合リブ部９５、９５を凸字型係合溝９１の位置に合わせる。次に、係合部材９３を凸字型係合溝９１の終端に当接するまで右方向にずらす。その位置で係止リブ９４、９４は基体下部１０６を係止し発射装置３４を枠基体３に固定させる。発射装置３４を外す場合は、係合部材９３を左方向にずらして枠基体３から外し、さらに発射装置３４を枠基体から外す。このように発射装置３４は工具を用いることなく、枠基体３に着脱することができる。

次に、図９を参照して施錠装置３２およびその取付け構造を説明する。施錠装置３２は金属製の基体１０３と基体１０３に摺動自在に取付けられた透明板保持枠施錠板１０３ａと枠基体施錠板１０３ｂで構成されている。透明板保持枠施錠板１０３ａと枠基体施錠板１０３ｂは引張りコイルばねで夫々上方向および下方向に付勢されている。

透明板保持枠施錠板１０３ａに設けられた係止穴１０３ｃ、１０３ｃは枠基体３に設けられフック開口７３、７３に挿通する係止フック部５７、５７（図３および図４に図示）を係止し、枠基体施錠板１０３ｂに一体に設けられた係止フック３５、３５は外枠２に設けられた係止金具３７、３７（図２に図示）に係止され透明板保持枠４および枠基体３が施錠されるが、シリンダ錠貫通穴１０９から外部に露出したシリンダ錠１２に差込まれた鍵を一方に回すことにより透明板保持枠の施錠が解除され、他方に回すことにより透明板保持枠４および枠基体３の施錠が解除される。透明板保持枠４は透明板保持枠施錠板１０３ａに一体に設けられた解放操作部３６を下に押すことによっても解錠することができる。

このような施錠装置３２は枠基体３にワンタッチで取付けられる。すなわち、基下部１０５を枠基体３に形成された係止フランジ１０１の係合溝１０２に差込み基体１０３を枠基体３に密着するように押込むと、枠基体３に形成された弾性変形可能な係止フック９７が一旦変形した後元に戻り基体上部１０４を係止する。枠基体３に立設された位置決めピン９９、９９…は基体１０３に設けられた長穴と係合し、枠基体３に設けられた位置決めリブ９８、９８…は基体１０３の側部と係合し、これらは基体１０３の横方向の位置を決める。

施錠装置３２を枠基体３から外す場合は、係止フック９７を押して係合解除させ、係合溝１０２から抜くことにより、施錠装置３２を枠基体３から簡単に外すことができる。上記した各部材の着脱方法は、図２に示すように遊技制御基板３３に貼着された分解方法表示シール１０７に示されている。

上記したように、透明板保持枠４の金属基体部４５と装飾枠部４４、枠基体３と施錠装置３２、および枠基体３と発射装置３４は簡単に分離できるので、廃棄時に金属部と合成樹脂部を分離することが容易に行われる。また、スピーカ１０ａ、１０ｂや発射モータあるいはＬＥＤ基板等の電気部品もユニットとして分離可能となっており、電気部品を分別して廃棄することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の弾球遊技機は、合成樹脂で構成されたユニットから金属で構成されたユニットや電気品を簡単に分離することができるので分別廃棄に便利である。
