Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a handrail connector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following are known as this type of handrail coupler.
It is known that a first member to which a handrail is connected and a second member to which a handrail is connected, and the first member and the second member are connected to each other by a connecting pin so as to be bent up and down ( Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-61139).
The conventional handrail connector has an advantage that it can cope with the connection between a horizontal handrail and an inclined handrail corresponding to the inclination of the staircase that is different for each construction site.
[0003]
[Disadvantages of the prior art]
The conventional handrail connector has the following drawbacks.
Since the first member and the second member were connected by a connecting pin so that they could be bent, they could only be bent in a direction (vertical direction) perpendicular to the axis of the connecting pin. There is a drawback that it is difficult or impossible to connect the handrails when they are not aligned in a straight line when viewed from the plane due to an error or the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to eliminate the above disadvantages.
The invention according to claim 1 is a hollow projection having a first member to which the handrail is connected and a second member to which the handrail is connected, and one of the first member and the second member is a part of a spherical surface. The other side has a hollow recess material that fits and fits with the convex member, and the convex member and the concave material can move up and down and left and right in each through-hole formed in the convex member and the concave material. the fitted is freely fitted bent in any direction connected by the connecting pin, the connecting pin is provided with a retaining member in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the convex member to the one end of the concave member to the other end A retaining member that is in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface is provided .
A second aspect of the present invention, the predetermined angle to each other and the first member and the second member being made a vertically movable by a predetermined length in the vertical direction with respect to any of the previous Killen forming pin projecting member and the concave member 2. The structure according to claim 1, which is bent so as to form the following.
A third aspect of the present invention, prior Symbol first member and circle fitting concave fitting the ends of the handrail to the second member is formed, the stopper is provided an end surface of the handrail hits the inner part of the fitting concave It is a thing of Claim 1 or 2 .
[0005]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects by the configuration as described above.
(1) According to the invention of claim 1 , the convex member and the concave member, in other words, the first member and the second member are connected so as to be foldable in an arbitrary direction. Can be connected even when they are not aligned in a straight line when viewed from the plane due to construction errors or the like.
(2) According to the invention of claim 2, since the consolidated pin is made with the vertically movable by a predetermined length in the vertical direction with respect to any of the convex member and the recessed member, the connecting pin is protruded member or concave Compared with the case where only one member is movable up and down by a predetermined length in the vertical direction, the ratio of the fitting between the convex member and the concave member is reduced, and the first member and the second member Can be bent so as to form a predetermined angle with each other.
(3) According to the invention of claim 3 , as long as the handrail is fitted into the fitting recess and the handrail is pressed against the stopper, the relative position between the handrail and the first member and the relative position between the handrail and the second member. Is automatically determined, making it easy to assemble.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, two embodiments of the invention will be described.
In these descriptions, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0007]
[First Embodiment of the Invention] (See FIG. 1)
In this description, upper means the upper side of FIG. 1, lower means the lower side of the figure, left means the front side of FIG. 1 and right means the back side.
[0008]
The handrail connector 1 includes a first member 3 to which a handrail 2 having an arbitrary cross section, for example, a circular cross section, is connected, and a second member 4 to which the handrail 2 is connected.
One of the first member 3 or the second member 4, specifically, the first member 3 has a convex member 6 made of a part of a spherical surface, and the other, specifically, the second member 4 is a convex member. 6 has a concave member 7 having a concave surface to be aligned and fitted. The convex member 6 and the concave member 7 are fitted and connected so as to be bendable in any direction by means described in detail below.
[0009]
A through hole 9 is formed in the hollow convex member 6, and a connecting pin 11 having a retaining member 10 slidably contacting the inner surface of the convex member 6 is fitted in the through hole 9 so as to be movable up and down and left and right. The fact that the connecting pin 11 is fitted in the through hole 9 so as to be movable up and down and left and right is that the vertical length of the through hole 9 and the left and right length of the through hole 9 are longer than the diameter d of the shaft portion of the connecting pin 11. Means.
A head portion 11a (tip portion) of the connecting pin 11 is fitted in a through hole 13 formed in the hollow concave member 7 so as to be movable up and down and left and right. The fact that the head portion 11a of the connecting pin 11 is fitted in the through hole 13 so as to be movable up and down and left and right means that the vertical length of the through hole 13 and the left and right length of the through hole 13 are longer than the diameter D of the head portion 11a. Means that.
For example, an annular retaining member 14 slidably contacting the inner peripheral surface of the recess member 7 is attached to the head portion 11a.
[0010]
With the above configuration, the convex member 6 and the concave member 7 are connected in other words so that the first member 3 and the second member 4 can be bent in any direction. The first member 3 and the second member 4 can be bent up to 90 degrees or almost 90 degrees (hereinafter simply referred to as 90 degrees) in the vertical direction (that is, the first member 3 and the second member 4 can be bent). The longitudinal center line of the handrail 2 fitted to the member 3 and the longitudinal center line of the handrail 2 fitted to the second member 4 can be folded so as to form 90 degrees with each other) Is such that it can be bent from the straight line to the left and right sides within an angle range of about 10 degrees. However, the bending angle is completely arbitrary.
By the way, in the first embodiment, the connecting pin 11 is movable up and down by a predetermined length in the vertical direction with respect to both the convex member 6 and the concave member 7. When considered as a reference, since the convex member 6 and the concave member 7 can move up and down with respect to the connecting pin 11, the connecting pin 11 is predetermined in the vertical direction only on either the convex member 6 or the concave member 7. Compared with the case where it can be moved up and down by the length, the ratio of the fitting between the convex member 6 and the concave member 7 is reduced so that the first member 3 and the second member 4 are 90 degrees to each other. It can be bent as if That is, in FIG. 1, assuming that the connecting pin 11 is fixed to the convex member 6, for example, the connecting pin 11 can only move up and down along the through hole 13 of the concave member 7. In the first embodiment, the coupling pin 11 is formed on the convex member 6 and can move up and down along the through-hole 9, so that the fitting ratio between the convex member 6 and the concave member 7 is reduced. The member 3 and the second member 4 can be bent so as to form 90 degrees with each other.
[0011]
The first member 3 and the second member 4 are formed with a fitting recess 16 into which the end portion of the handrail 2 is fitted, and is formed of a protrusion having an arbitrary shape in which the end surface of the handrail 4 hits the inner portion of the fitting recess 16. A stopper 17 is provided.
The handrail 4 is inserted into the fitting recess 16 to a position where it hits the stopper 17, and then a screw (not shown) is screwed through a screw insertion hole (not shown) formed in the first member 3 and the second member 4. It is fixed to the first member 3 and the second member 4 by screwing into the first member 3 and the second member 4. Needless to say, the handrail 2 may be fixed to the first member 3 and the second member 4 with an adhesive or the like.
[0012]
[Second Embodiment of the Invention] (See FIG. 2)
In this description, “upper” means the upper side of FIG. 2, “lower” means the lower side of the figure, “left” means the front side of FIG. 2 and “right” means the back side.
[0013]
The handrail connector 1 includes a first member 3 to which the handrail 2 is connected, a second member 4 to which the handrail 2 is connected, and a third member 21 interposed between the first member 3 and the second member 4. And have.
The third member 21 is formed into a spherical shape, and the first member 3 and the second member 4 have a concave member 7 that fits and fits into the spherical third member 21, and the spherical third member 21 and the concave member 7. Are fitted and connected so as to be foldable in an arbitrary direction by means described in detail below.
[0014]
A through hole 13 is formed in the hollow concave member 7, and a connecting pin 11 made of a screw having a retaining member 14 penetrating the through hole 13 is formed in the third member 21 from the inside of the concave member 7. It is screwed into the screw hole 22. The vertical length of the through-hole 13 and the horizontal length of the through-hole 13 are made longer than the diameter d of the shaft portion of the connecting pin 11 as in the first embodiment.
[0015]
[Modifications]
A description will be given below of modifications and the like.
(1) In the first embodiment, the connecting pin 11 and the retaining member 10 may be separate members, and the connecting pin 11 and the retaining member 10 may be assembled and connected.
(2) In the first embodiment, the retaining member 10 may be eliminated, and the connecting pin 11 may be provided integrally with the convex member 6.
(3) In 1st Embodiment, between the convex member 6 and the recessed member 7, the cyclic | annular sliding member for improving both sliding may be interposed in the state fitted to the connection pin 11. is there. Needless to say, the sliding member is sized so as not to be fitted into the through holes 9 and 13.
Further, in the second embodiment, an annular sliding member for improving the sliding between the third member 21 and the recessed member 7 may be interposed in a state of being fitted to the connecting pin 11. is there. Needless to say, the sliding member is sized so as not to be fitted into the through hole 13.
(4) Needless to say, the handrail connector 1 can be used as a handrail connector at the corner of a staircase.
(5) Needless to say, the handrail connector 1 can be used as a handrail connector other than stairs.
(6) The material of the handrail connector 1 is arbitrary, such as synthetic resin and metal.
