Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wood panel.
[0002]
[Background]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, buildings of a panel construction method that are constructed by combining various panels such as floor panels, ceiling panels, and wall panels are known. The outer wall of such a building is formed by combining wall panels that are a plurality of wood panels. This wood panel is formed by combining frame members provided vertically and horizontally as frame members, reinforcing bar members provided between the frame members, and attaching face members to both side surfaces.
At this time, the members constituting the wood panel (such as eaves, reinforcing bars and face materials) are joined using an adhesive and nails.
Here, since the wood panel is often used for an outer wall or the like, there is a demand for a panel having high rigidity that does not deform even when a force is applied from the outside.
Therefore, in recent years, a wood panel is known in which wooden reinforcing members are slanted on the inner sides of the corners located at the four corners of a frame made of a frame made of square frames (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-137046). No. publication etc.).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a wood panel, since the reinforcing member is made of wood having the same quality as the birch, there is a problem that it is difficult to further increase the rigidity at the corners of the wood panel.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a wood panel having high rigidity.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A wood panel body (for example, the frame body 11) configured by combining a plurality of straw materials into a polygonal shape, And a reinforcing member 13 formed by bending a thin metal plate, While covering the corners of the wood panel body to which adjacent brazing materials are connected, A first abutting portion (for example, a horizontal abutting portion 13A) that abuts one of the adjacent saddle members (for example, the horizontal awl member 11B), a pair of covering portions 13B that cover the first abutting portion, and adjacent A pair of second abutting portions (for example, vertical abutting portions 13C) that abut against the other of the saddle members (for example, the vertical saddle member 11A) and a pair of bridging members arranged between the side surfaces of the adjacent saddle members. The first abutting portion and the covering portion are provided with locking pieces 13E that bite into one of the adjacent saddle members. It is characterized by that.
According to the present invention, since the corners of the wood panel where the brazing materials are joined to each other are covered with the reinforcing member made of a highly rigid metal thin plate, the joining strength of the brazing materials at the corners is greatly improved. It becomes possible. Thereby, a highly rigid wood panel can be obtained by the reinforcing member.
[0006]
Also By bending the thin metal plate along the shape of the corners to be covered, the reinforcing member can be easily manufactured, so that the wood panel can be easily manufactured.
[0008]
This Here, the locking piece is a twisted portion formed by opening a hole in the reinforcing member with a nail or the like and punching the peripheral portion of the hole.
In this way, when attaching the reinforcing member to the brazing material, by opening a hole in the reinforcing member using a nail or the like, forming a locking piece and causing the locking piece to be embedded in the brazing material, The reinforcing member can be fixed to the brazing material. That is, the reinforcing member can be attached to the wood panel main body without using a joining member such as a nail. For this reason, since it is possible to attach the reinforcing member to the wood panel main body without using a joining member such as a nail that has been necessary in the past, the number of members required for manufacturing the wood panel can be reduced. In addition, when the reinforcing member is attached to the brazing material, it is only necessary to make a hole in the reinforcing member, so that the attaching operation of the reinforcing member is facilitated.
[0009]
First of the present invention 2 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A wood panel body (for example, a frame body 61) configured in a polygonal shape by combining a plurality of ribs into a polygonal shape, and a metal attached to the outer peripheral side surface of the wood panel body. The reinforcing member 62 includes a thin plate reinforcing member 62, and the reinforcing member 62 has a dowel-shaped locking piece 62A that bites into the collar.
According to the present invention as described above, it is possible to improve the strength of the wood panel main body against the force in the horizontal direction, and thereby it is possible to improve the rigidity of the wood panel.
Further, when attaching the reinforcing member to the wooden panel body, the reinforcing member is formed by opening a hole in the reinforcing member using a nail or the like, forming a locking piece, and inserting the locking piece into the wooden panel body. Can be fixed to the wood panel body. For this reason, since it is possible to attach the reinforcing member to the wood panel main body without using a joining member such as a nail that has been necessary in the past, the number of members required for manufacturing the wood panel can be reduced. In addition, when the reinforcing member is attached to the wood panel main body, it is only necessary to make a hole in the reinforcing member, so that the attaching operation of the reinforcing member and thus the wood panel can be easily performed.
[0010]
In the above, it is preferable that the outer peripheral side surface of the wood panel main body is provided with the recess 63 formed by cutting out the saddle material, and the reinforcing member 62 is provided so as to straddle the recess 63.
In this way, when joining adjacent wooden panels, the recesses face each other, the reinforcement members are overlapped, and a nail and a hand are put into the recesses, and a hole is opened from one side to the reinforcement member and locked. By engaging the reinforcing members with each other, adjacent wooden panels can be joined. Thereby, even when connecting a plurality of wood panels to each other, a connecting member such as a nail is not necessary, the number of parts is reduced, and a wood panel connection operation is facilitated.
[0011]

Here, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, the face member 12 is formed with a notch 12 </ b> A at a position corresponding to the connecting member 14 in order to join the longitudinal member 11 </ b> A from the front. In FIG. 6, the reinforcing member 13 described above is omitted.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the wall panels 20 and 30 are combined to form an opening 5B in which the entrance 6 of FIG. 1 is disposed.
The wall panel 20 is a vertical wood panel that is vertically provided on both sides of the entrance 6 and includes a frame body 21 and face members 22 stretched on both sides of the frame body 21.
The frame body 21 is arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and is arranged in parallel between and between the two vertical rod members 21A and 21B having different lengths, and the vertical rod members 21A and 21B. A vertical reinforcing member 21E, a horizontal reinforcing member 21C that interconnects the upper ends of the vertical reinforcing member 21A and the vertical reinforcing reinforcing member 21E, and a horizontal reinforcing member 21D that connects the lower ends of the vertical reinforcing members 21A and 21B to each other. The wood panel main body is formed in a substantially L shape including the vertical reinforcing brace 21E and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing braids 21F interconnecting the vertical bracing members 21A and 21B. That is, the vertical frame member and the horizontal frame material forming the upper right corner of the frame body 21 are omitted from the frame body 21.
A part of the face member 22 facing the omitted part, and a part of the vertical reinforcing saddle member 21E and the lateral reinforcing saddle member 21F which are arranged between the face members 22 and face the omitted part. A clamping part 23 for clamping the end of the wall panel 30 is formed.
[0017]
The wall panel 30 is a horizontal wood panel that is horizontally disposed above the entrance 6 and that is disposed orthogonal to the wall panel 20 and connects the upper ends of the wall panels 20 to each other. The wall panel 30 includes a frame 31 that is a wooden frame main body made of a rectangular frame 31A and a horizontal frame 31B, and face members 32 stretched on both sides of the frame 31. Here, the wall panel 20 and the wall panel 30 have the same thickness dimension, with the thickness dimensions of the respective face members 22 and 32 and the thickness dimension of the frame material constituting the frame bodies 21 and 31 being the same. ing.
The end portion of the wall panel 30 that is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 23 of the wall panel 20 is not provided with the face material 32, and is a U-shaped defect portion 33 in which a part of the frame 31 is exposed. . That is, the face material 32 of the wall panel 30 is attached only to a portion exposed to the outside when the wall panel 30 is joined to the wall panel 20. Thereby, the surface of the face materials 22 and 32 is continued without a step across the two wall panels 20 and 30 to be joined.
[0018]
The side surface of the defect portion 33 is brought into contact with each face material 22, and the surface of the vertical rod material 31 </ b> A constituting the defect portion 33 is brought into contact with a part of the vertical reinforcing rib material 21 </ b> E of the wall panel 20. Of the recumbent material 31B constituting the deficient portion 33, a part of the reed material 31B positioned below is placed on the lateral reinforcing reed material 21F of the wall panel 20. That is, the above-described lateral reinforcing brace 21 </ b> F of the wall panel 20 is a support piece that supports the end of the wall panel 30.
[0019]
Therefore, the wall panel 20 and the wall panel 30 are formed by inserting the defective portion 33 of the wall panel 30 into the sandwiching portion 23 of the wall panel 20 and nailing the U-shaped defective portion 33 through the face material 22. Joined by. Thereby, the defect | deletion part 33 is a junction part for joining the wall panels 20 and 30 mutually.
Here, the height position of the wall panel 30 is automatically supported at a predetermined height position by the clamping portion 23.
In the present embodiment, only one joining structure is shown, but the other joining structure on the opposite side has the same structure.
Although not shown, the reinforcing member 13 is provided not only on the wall panel 10 but also on the other wall panels 20 and 30 according to the required strength of the wall panels 20 and 30.
[0020]
Of these wall panels 10, 20, 30, the wall panels 10, 20 installed on the foundation 2 are joined to the foundation 2 via anchor bolts 40 as shown in FIG. 11.
In detail, the anchor bolt 40 planted by the foundation 2 is inserted in the lower part, ie, the inside of the solid material 41 arrange | positioned on the recumbent materials 11B and 21D, in the wall panels 10 and 20. The anchor bolt 40 is fastened with a nut 42 which is a fastening tool at the top.
[0021]
A part of the anchor bolt 40 is formed with a notch 40 </ b> A that is a vibration blocking portion that prevents the vibration of the foundation 2 from being transmitted to the wall panels 10 and 20. The cutout 40A is formed continuously along the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt 40.
In this way, by forming the notch 40A in the anchor bolt 40, when the foundation 2 is shaken due to shaking such as an earthquake, the notch 40A is lost according to the shaking, and the anchor bolt 40 is divided into two at that portion. It can be broken. When the anchor bolt 40 is broken, the transmission of force from the foundation 2 to the wall panels 10 and 20 is cut off, and the shaking from the foundation 2 is hardly transmitted to the wall panels 10 and 20. The anchor bolt 40 is not limited to the solid material 41, and in the case of a wall panel in which the solid material 41 is not provided, the anchor bolt 40 may be fixed on the upper surfaces of the horizontal members 11B and 21D.
[0022]
According to the first embodiment as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the corner portion 11E of the frame body 11 is covered with the reinforcing member 13 made of a highly rigid metal thin plate, the bonding strength of the frame body 11 at the corner portion 11E can be greatly improved. Thereby, the rigid frame body 11 can be obtained by the reinforcing member 13.
[0023]
(2) Since the reinforcing member 13 is formed by bending a thin metal plate, it can be easily manufactured, and the wall panel 10 can be easily manufactured.
[0024]
(3) Since the reinforcing member 13 is provided with the locking piece 13E that bites into the frame 11 in a dowel shape, the reinforcing member 13 can be attached to the frame 11 without using a joining member such as a nail. It is possible to reduce the number of members required for the manufacture. In addition, when attaching the reinforcing member 13 to the frame body 11, it is only necessary to make a hole in the reinforcing member 13, so that the attaching operation of the reinforcing member 13 can be facilitated.
[0025]
(4) The adjacent wall panels 10A and 10B can be easily joined by bringing the vertical saddle members 11A facing each other into contact with each other and driving nails against the overlapping connecting members 14, so that the joining operation of the wall panels 10 is possible. Can be easily performed.
[0026]
(5) When joining the vertical scissors 11A facing each other, the operation of nailing the connecting members 14 superimposed on the respective vertical scissors 11A is carried out from the notches 12A formed in the face material 12 Since it can be performed in front of the saddle member 11A, the operation of slanting the nail diagonally from one vertical saddle member 11A side to the other vertical saddle member 11A side becomes unnecessary. Can work easily.
[0027]
(6) Since the clamping part 23 for clamping the wall panel 30 is provided on the wall panel 20, the wall panel 30 is automatically placed at a predetermined height position by placing the wall panel 30 on the clamping part 23. Can be supported. Thereby, the joining operation of the wall panels 20 and 30 can be facilitated.
[0028]
(7) By nailing to the clamping part 23, it is possible to simultaneously nail the wall panel 30 being clamped. That is, since the wall panel 20 and the wall panel 30 can be joined to each other by nailing from the front of the sandwiching portion 23, it is not necessary to diagonally nail, and also from this point, the wall panels 20, 30 Can be easily joined.
[0029]
(8) The sandwiching portion 23 includes a face member 22 of the wall panel 20 and a support piece (lateral reinforcing saddle member 21F) that is disposed between the face members 22 and supports the end portion of the wall panel 30. Therefore, the said clamping part 23 can be formed using the structural member of the wall panel 20, and it is not necessary to form using a new member separately. Thereby, the increase in the number of parts can be suppressed and the clamping part 23 can be comprised, and the number of parts of the wall panel 20 can be reduced.
[0030]
(9) Since the defect portion 33 not provided with the face material 32 is provided at the end portion of the wall panel 30, the defect portion 33 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 23, so that the two wall panels 20 and 30 to be joined are joined. The surfaces of the face materials 22 and 32 can be easily continued across the steps without any steps. Thereby, finishing operations such as attaching a finishing material to the surfaces of the face materials 22 and 32 can be easily performed.
[0031]
(10) Since the anchor bolt 40 is provided with the notch 40A for preventing the vibration of the foundation 2 from being transmitted to the wall panels 10 and 20, even if the foundation 2 is shaken by an earthquake or the like, the notch 40A is lost and the foundation 2 The transmission of force from the wall 2 to the wall panels 10 and 20 is cut off, so that the shaking from the foundation 2 can be hardly transmitted to the wall panels 10 and 20.
[0032]
(11) By forming the notch 40A in the anchor bolt 40, the anchor bolt 40 is a relatively long rod-shaped member, and therefore, when forming the notch 40A, there is almost no restriction on the formation position. The notch 40A can be provided at an arbitrary position. Thereby, the notch 40A can be easily formed.
[0033]
(12) Since the notch 40A can be formed by notching the surface of the anchor bolt 40, the forming operation can be facilitated.
[0034]
(13) Since the cutout 40A is continuously formed along the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt 40, the cutout 40A formed in the anchor bolt 40 is surely lost even if the foundation 2 swings in either direction. Thus, the shaking from the foundation 2 can be more reliably prevented from being transmitted to the wall panels 10 and 20.
[0035]
(14) Since the notch 40A is formed in the anchor bolt 40 and the reinforcing member 13 is provided on the wall panel 10 or the like, the rigidity of the wall panel 10 or the like can be improved by the reinforcing member 13, for example, in the unlikely event, the foundation 2 Even if the wall panel 10 or the like is shaken by the shaking, the rigidity of the wall panel 10 or the like can be improved.
[0036]
FIG. 12 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. (Reference example) A wall panel 50 according to is shown. In the second embodiment, the reinforcing member 13 provided in each corner 11E of the first embodiment is a reinforcing member 51 provided so as to connect the opposing corners 11E. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same or equivalent component as the said 1st Embodiment, and description is abbreviate | omitted or simplified.
Specifically, the reinforcing member 51 is made of a long strip-shaped metal thin plate, and connects a pair of corner portions 11E facing each other with the center of the frame body 11 interposed therebetween.
Both end portions of each reinforcing member 51 are in contact with the reed member 11B, respectively, and, as in the first embodiment, part of the reinforcing member 51 bites into the reed member 11B in the form of a bevel, respectively. Material 11B). That is, locking pieces 51 </ b> A for locking the reinforcing member 51 to the frame body 11 are provided at both ends of the reinforcing member 51.
[0037]
By being fixed in this manner, the reinforcing member 51 acts as a tension brace against the force in the in-plane direction of the frame body 11 facing the frame member 11.
In addition, a support member 52 for preventing slack of the reinforcing member 51 is provided at an inner portion of each corner portion 11E while being inscribed in the adjacent vertical rod member 11A and the horizontal rod member 11B. The support member 52 holds the tension of the reinforcing member 51 for a long time.
The procedure for fixing both ends of the reinforcing member 51 to the reed member 11B is the same as that in the first embodiment, and is omitted here.
[0038]
According to the second embodiment, the same effects as (1) to (5) of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the following effects can be obtained.
(15) A reinforcing member 51 made of a strip-shaped metal thin plate that connects a pair of corner portions 11E facing each other across the center of the frame body 11 is provided. Since the reinforcing member 51 acts as a tension brace, a sufficient resistance can be secured against the shear stress applied to the wall panel 50, and the wall panel 50 having high rigidity can be obtained.
[0039]
(16) Since the locking pieces 51A are provided at both ends of the reinforcing member 51, the reinforcing member 51 can be easily attached to the frame body 11 by hitting a nail or a tapping screw. Can be easily performed.
[0040]
FIG. 13 shows joined wall panels 60A and 60B according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the reinforcing member 13 provided at each corner portion 11E of the first embodiment is a reinforcing member 62 attached to the outer peripheral side surface of the frame body 61 having the vertical rod material 61A and the horizontal rod material 61B. Is. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same or equivalent component as the said 1st Embodiment, and description is abbreviate | omitted or simplified.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 14, each wall panel 60A, 60B has a reinforcing member 62 made of a long thin metal plate attached to the side surface of the frame body 61 on the adjacent wall panel 60B, 60A side. Yes.
The reinforcing member 62 has a dowel-shaped locking piece 62A that bites into the vertical rod material 61A and the horizontal rod material 61B, and is fixed to the frame body 61 by the locking piece 62A.
[0041]
In addition, the vertical saddle member 61A to which the reinforcing member 62 is attached is provided with a recess 63 formed by being cut out at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the vertical saddle member 61A. By providing the recess 63, a through hole 64 penetrating the front and back is formed at the boundary portion between the adjacent wall panels 60A and 60B. The above-described reinforcing member 62 is provided so as to straddle the recess 63, and is fixed to a portion other than the recess 63 of the vertical rod member 61A.
As shown in FIG. 15, these wall panels 60 </ b> A and 60 </ b> B have the recesses 63 facing each other, the reinforcement members 62 are overlapped with each other, and a nail and a hand are put into the recesses 63. The reinforcing members 62 are engaged with each other by the engaging pieces 62 </ b> A by making holes in the joints, thereby joining them.
[0042]
According to the third embodiment, the same effects as (1) to (7) of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the following effects can be obtained.
(17) Since the reinforcing member 62 is attached to the outer peripheral side surface of the frame body 61, the strength against the horizontal force of the frame body 61 can be improved, thereby improving the rigidity of the wall panels 60A and 60B. it can.
[0043]
(18) When attaching the reinforcing member 62 to the frame body 61, a hole is formed in the reinforcing member 62 using a nail or the like to form a locking piece 62A, and the locking piece 62A is inserted into the frame body 61. Thus, since the reinforcing member 62 is fixed to the frame body 61, the reinforcing member 62 can be attached to the frame body 61 without using a joining member such as a nail, which has been conventionally required, and the wall panel 60A, The number of members required for manufacturing 60B can be reduced. In addition, when the reinforcing member 62 is attached to the frame body 61, it is only necessary to make a hole in the reinforcing member 62. Therefore, the attaching operation of the reinforcing member 62, and thus the manufacture of the wall panels 60A and 60B can be easily performed. .
[0044]
(19) Since the concave portion 63 is provided on the outer peripheral side surface of the vertical saddle member 61A and the reinforcing member 62 is provided so as to straddle the concave portion 63, the wall panels 60A and 60B are joined to each other by the joining operation by the locking piece 62A of the reinforcing member 62. Can be joined together. For this reason, even when connecting the plurality of wall panels 60A and 60B to each other, a connecting member such as a nail becomes unnecessary, thereby reducing the number of parts and facilitating the connecting operation of the wall panels 60A and 60B.
[0045]
FIG. 16 shows the wall panels 20 and 70 forming the opening 5B according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, the U-shaped defect portion 33 of the first embodiment is replaced with a mouth-shaped defect portion 73.
Specifically, the defect portion 73 is formed in a mouth shape by a part of each of the horizontal saddle members 31B arranged above and below, and the vertical saddle members 31A and the vertical reinforcing saddle members 74 that connect the horizontal saddle members 31B to each other. ing. Thereby, the joining area at the time of joining the face material 22 of the wall panel 20 and the defect | deletion part 73, ie, a junction part, by nailing increases.
[0046]
According to the fourth embodiment, the same effects as (1) to (9) of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the following effects can be obtained.
(20) Since the vertical reinforcing ribs 74 that connect the horizontal ribs 31B to each other are provided to form the mouth-shaped defect portion 73, the area of the joint can be increased. The bonding strength of 70 can be further strengthened.
[0047]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, Other structures etc. which can achieve the objective of this invention are included, The deformation | transformation etc. which are shown below are also contained in this invention.
For example, in the first and second embodiments, the two types of reinforcing members 13 and 51 are provided on the separate wall panels 10 and 50, respectively. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. The types of reinforcing members 13 and 51 may be combined and provided on one wall panel 80 (frame body). In this way, the rigidity of the frame 11 can be further increased.
[0048]
Further, in the first and second embodiments, the connecting member 14 is joined to each warp material by nailing, but not limited thereto, for example, like the reinforcing member 13 of the first embodiment, The connecting member 14 may be provided with a locking piece that bites into the vertical rod material in a dowel shape.
In this way, since the connecting member can be attached to the frame without using a joining member such as a nail, the connecting member can be attached to the frame without using a joining member such as a nail. The number of members required for manufacturing the panel 10 can be reduced. In addition, when the connecting member is attached to the vertical member, it is only necessary to make a hole in the connecting member, so that the attaching operation of the connecting member can be facilitated.
[0049]
Furthermore, in the said 1st, 4 embodiment, although the defect | deletion parts 33 and 73 were provided in the wall panels 30 and 70, it is not restricted to this, For example, as FIG. If the wall panel 90 having the same thickness dimension is used, the missing portion may not be provided. However, it is easier to make the surface of the face material continuous without any step across the two wall panels to be joined, and the finishing work such as pasting the finishing material on the surface of the face material is easier with the missing part. It is preferable in that it can be performed.
[0050]
Moreover, in the said 4th Embodiment, although the defect | deletion part 73 was a mouth-shaped junction part, it is not restricted to this, For example, a "field" shape may be sufficient, and an "eye" shape may be sufficient. And the bonding strength can be improved, and the shape of the defective portion (joining portion) may be appropriately determined in practice.
[0051]
In the first and second embodiments, adjacent wall panels 10A and 10B are joined together using the connecting member 14, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, an adhesive is applied as shown in FIG. By winding the non-woven fabric 101, the vertical saddle members 11A may be joined together, and the adjacent wall panels 10A, 10B may be joined together.
[0052]
Moreover, in the said 3rd Embodiment, although the recessed part 63 was formed in the outer peripheral side surface of the frame 61 in which the reinforcement member 62 is provided, it is not restricted to this, For example, when joining reinforcement members with adhesives etc. May not be provided with a recess.
[0053]
Moreover, in the said 1st-3rd embodiment, although the locking piece was provided in the reinforcement member, it is not restricted to this, For example, a nail etc. may be driven in and a reinforcement member may be fixed to a frame.
[0054]
In the first embodiment, the reinforcing member 13 is formed by bending a metal thin plate. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the reinforcing member 13 may be formed for each part and joined by welding or the like.
[0055]
Further, in the first and fourth embodiments, the sandwiching portion is provided on the side of the wall panel that is erected and disposed, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in FIGS. A clamping part 111 may be provided on the wall panel 110 side.
Specifically, the wall panel 120 that is erected is provided with a protruding piece 122 at the upper end portion of the vertical frame member 121, and the wall panel 120 of the horizontally disposed wall panel 110 is connected to the vertical panel. The material 112 is recessed inside to form a recess 113 in which the protruding piece 122 of the wall panel 120 is sandwiched.
Here, plate materials 123 and 115 made of a thin metal plate are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the projecting piece 122 and the inner surface of the reed member 114 disposed above and below the wall panel 110, respectively.
The projecting piece 122 is sandwiched and fitted in the recess 113 and is nailed through the recumbent material 114. Thereby, wall panel 110,120 is joined. Thus, even if the clamping part 111 is provided on the side of the wall panel 110 that is horizontally arranged, the same effect as in the first and fourth embodiments can be obtained.
[0056]
Moreover, in the said 1st Embodiment, although the notch 40A was continuously formed along the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt 40, it is not restricted to this, For example, you may form in a part of outer peripheral surface.
[0057]
Moreover, in the said 1st Embodiment, although the notch 40A was formed in the anchor bolt 40, it is not restricted to this, You may form in the nut 42.
[0058]
In addition, the vibration isolating portion is not limited to a notch, and may be, for example, a through hole or a bent portion. In the implementation, it may be selected as appropriate.
[0059]
Buildings are not limited to panel-type prefabricated houses that combine multiple wall panels and floor panels formed in the shape of a plate, but are also unit type buildings that combine multiple building units formed in a box shape, columns, and beams. It may be a general building consisting of conventional construction methods that join the two at the construction site.
[0060]
