Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chair configured to be movable in conjunction with a lower end portion of a backrest and a rear end portion of a seat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a chair, the quality of the seating comfort is a factor that has an extremely large influence on the body, work efficiency, and the like, and is most important as a basic function of the chair. For this reason, conventionally, various attempts have been made to improve sitting comfort through various mechanisms such as back tilting, back seat rocking, lumbar support adjustment, and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In particular, in order to fit the seated person, it is effective to adjust the backrest and to support the vicinity of the sciatic bone.
[0004]
However, if a mechanism for adjusting the backrest surface and a support for the vicinity of the sciatus is provided separately, there is a waste that parts and storage spaces for these mechanisms are required.
[0005]
On the other hand, depending on the person, there is a case where the seat does not have to be fitted in the vicinity of the sciatic bone.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention employs the following configuration.
[0007]
That is, the chair of the present invention is configured such that the backrest is movable up and down, and a seat support portion is provided at or near the back seat boundary portion, and at least the rear end portion of the seat is provided on the seat support portion. The lower end of the backrest and the rear end of the seat are interlocked with each other.Along the backrestCan be moved up and downIn addition, the lumbar support portion can be projected and retracted in the front-rear and up-down directions in conjunction with the lower end portion of the backrest, and when the rear end portion of the seat moves upward, Allows the rear of the seat to be folded upward so that the rear of the seat stands and the rest of the seat remains in shapeIt is characterized by that.
[0008]
In this way, the lower end of the backrest and the rear end of the seat can be moved up and down, so the backrest can be moved up and down to adjust the backrest surface, and the rear end of the seat Supporting the ischia by moving the part upward can be realized with a simple structure. On the other hand, since at least the rear end portion of the seat is placed on the seat support portion, the seat support portion can be placed on the seat support portion by sliding the seat support portion. It becomes possible to correspond to the aspect.
[0009]
Further, since the lumbar support portion can be projected and retracted in the front-rear and up-and-down direction in conjunction with the lower end portion of the backrest, the lumbar support portion projects and the rear end portion of the seat described above. The vertical movement is interlocked, so that the seat can support the sciatic bone and the backrest can be fitted to the spine at the same time, which can further improve the sitting comfort. . In addition, the distance between the lumbar support portion and the rear end portion of the seat can be kept substantially constant, and further improvement in sitting comfort can be achieved from this point.
[0010]
As a specific configuration, a seat support is provided so as to protrude from a seat support part at the lower end of the backrest or a rear end part of the seat, a contact surface is provided on the seat support, and a seat support part provided on the contact surface and the other side. You can list things that are in contact with the socket. Here, “providing the seat support device in a protruding manner” is a concept including the overall provision of the seat support device protruding from the backrest surface or the rear edge of the seat.
[0011]
In order to realize a structure that supports the ischia only when necessary, it is only necessary to be able to release the interlocking between the lower end of the backrest and the rear end of the seat.
[0012]
If the seat support portion support is provided at the rear end portion of the seat so as to protrude rearward and the seat support portion support is placed on the seat support, the protrusion dimension of the seat support portion is set as described above. A structure that prevents the seat support portion from hitting the rear end portion of the seat by restraining it to within the protruding dimension of the seat support portion receiver and releasing the interlock between the lower end portion of the backrest and the rear end portion of the seat. Can be realized effectively.
[0013]
As such a chair, for example, a chair configured to be able to release a state in which the seat support portion receiver is placed on the seat support portion by projecting or moving the seat support portion or the seat support portion receiver left and right. be able to. Specifically, the seat support portion can be slid to a position where it does not hit the rear end portion of the seat so that the rear end portion of the seat is not placed.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the chair C according to the present embodiment has a chair body 1 that forms a base as a structure, a leg 2, a support base 3 attached to the upper end side of the leg 2, and a front This chair is composed of a seat receiver 4 whose part is supported by the support base 3, and a back frame 5 whose base end is attached to the support base 3 and the rear part of the seat receiver 4 is supported by an intermediate part. A seat 6 and a backrest 7 are attached to the seat receiver 4 and the back frame 5 of the main body 1, respectively.
[0016]
First, the chair body 1 will be described.
[0017]
The leg 2 has a structure in which a column 22 is raised from the center of the five leg blades 21, and the column 22 can be moved up and down and incorporates a gas spring mechanism (not shown) inside.
[0018]
The support base 3 is rotatably attached to the upper end portion of the support column 22 and, as shown in FIG. 4, extends horizontally forward and includes a bottom wall 31 that vertically penetrates the support column 22 in a part thereof. A front wall 32 that rises obliquely forward from the front end of the bottom wall 31 and a mechanism that stands up from the periphery of the bottom wall 31 and the front wall 32 and opens upward together with the bottom wall 31 and the front wall 32. It forms a general boat shape including a side wall 33 that forms a part storage space. The support base 3 can be integrally protruded or externally attached to the front portion of the side wall 33 with the shaft center aligned in the back direction. The support base 3 has a back mounting shaft 35 penetrating between the left and right side walls 33 at a position crossing over the bottom wall.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 5 in a plan view and in FIG. 6 in a perspective view in a state where the seat base 4 is attached to the support base 3, the seat receiver 4 is positioned on the support base 3 and extends longitudinally in parallel at a predetermined interval. The frame 41 and the horizontal frame 42 provided in the position which connects between the front-end vicinity part of these vertical frames 41, and the rear-end vicinity part are comprised in the substantially cross-beam shape. In the vicinity of the front end of each vertical frame 41, a long hole 411 extending in the front-rear direction is provided in correspondence with each other, and the end of the front seat mounting shaft 34 of the support base 3 is connected to each long hole 411. It is inserted along 411 so as to be slidable.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, etc., the back frame 5 connects a pair of back frame elements 51 bent in an approximately L shape and the vicinity of the upper ends of these back frame elements 51 with a certain gap therebetween. 4 and 6 is installed between a base end 51a of the back frame 51 and a bent portion 51b between a pair of back frame elements 51. To be able to. The base end 51 a of each back frame element 51 is rotatably attached to the back mounting shaft 35 of the support base 3, and the vertical frame 41 of the seat receiver 4 is attached to the rear seat receiving mounting shaft 53 installed between the back frame elements 51. The rear part is attached.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the chair main body 1 has the front seat support mounting shaft 34 positioned on the rear end side of the long hole 411 of the seat support 4 and the back frame 5 rises as shown in FIG. In the state shown by the imaginary line in the figure, the chair C is given a normal use posture, the front seat support mounting shaft 34 of the support base 3 is positioned on the front end side of the long hole 411 of the seat support 4 and the back frame 5 is tilted backward. The rear end of the seat 4 is depressed to give a resting posture to the chair C, and a so-called synchro tilt mechanism is realized as a whole.
[0022]
The chair body 1 constitutes a locking device by incorporating a reaction force mechanism H into a part of the synchro tilt mechanism, and a locking fixing mechanism E for fixing the locking in a predetermined position and a reaction force for adjusting the locking hardness. A force adjusting mechanism A is added as a component of the locking device.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the reaction force mechanism H is a pair of coils disposed in a mechanism tilting space (approximately 45 °) in the mechanism housing space of the support base 3 and having a front upper end supported by the fixed retainer H1. A spring S, a first rotating arm H2 which is on the back mounting shaft 35 and rotates in synchronization with the tilting motion of the back frame 5, and a position around the axis deviated from the back mounting axis of the first rotating arm H2. And a movable retainer H3 is supported by the movable retainer H3 by supporting the rear lower end of the coil spring S, and the movable retainer H3 is moved via the first rotating arm H2 in accordance with the backward tilting operation of the back frame 5. The coil spring S is compressed. In FIG. 6, the first rotary arm H2 between the pair of coil springs S is omitted.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 5 and a perspective view of the locking position fixing mechanism E attached to the seat receiver 4 in FIG. A pair of locking plates E1 having a fan shape mounted in a plan view so as to be rotatable around, a motion converting mechanism E2 for converting a locking operation of the back frame 5 into a synchronous rotating operation of the pair of locking plates E1, and the locking plates E1 It comprises an operation unit E3 that is selectively fixed. The lock plate E1 has a downward L-shaped radial cross section passing through the first vertical axis X1, and has a hole E1b that opens in the radial direction on the cylindrical surface E1a that is a set of portions that lie on the circumference and hang down. Are provided over a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction at a predetermined pitch, and each hole E1b arrives one after another on a virtual straight line LI1 that connects the axes of the first vertical axes X1 with the synchronous rotation. Face to face. The motion converting mechanism E2 has one end connected to the base end of the fan-shaped lock plate E1 through the engaging portion X2 between the second vertical shaft and the horizontal long hole, and the other end connected to the front seat mounting shaft of the support base 3. 34, which is a rigid connecting member E21 engaged with the bearing member 34. When the seat support 4 moves rearward and downward with respect to the support base 3 in accordance with the locking operation, the support for the lock plate mounted on the seat support 4 is provided. In contrast to the first vertical axis X1, the second vertical axis X2 engaged with the base end of the lock plate E1 is held at a fixed position by the support base 3 via the connecting member E21. When the seat 4 sinks due to locking, the cylindrical surface E1a of the fan-shaped lock plate E1 is pushed by the first vertical axis X1 and revolves around the engaging portion X2. The operation portion E3 rotates to the horizontal frame 42 of the seat 4 via the third vertical axis X3 and the lock pin E31 arranged so that the axis coincides with the virtual straight line LI1 and can move in the coaxial direction. A second rotating arm E32 that is attached to the lock pin E31 through a engaging portion X4 between a horizontal long hole and a vertical pin, and the second rotating arm E32 is inserted into the hole E1b of the lock plates E1. A spring element E4 for pressing in the passing direction, a locking position adjusting operation lever E5 for pulling the second rotating arm E32 against the spring element E4 and pulling out the lock pin E31 from the holes E1b of both lock plates E1; The locking position adjusting operation lever E5 is attached to an appropriate position on the side of the seat receiver 4. The spring element E4 and the locking position adjusting operation lever E5 are connected by a wire E6 shown in FIG.
[0025]
As an advantage of the locking position fixing mechanism E, the outer periphery of the lock plate E1 is more greatly shaken in conjunction with the movement of the seat support 4, and the lock is caused by the engagement between the hole E1b of the lock plate E1 and the lock pin E31. Since the plates E1 are fixed to each other, and the back seat is fixed to the locking position by stopping the movement of the seat receiver 4, the locking of the back seat is relatively fixed even if the distance between the holes E1b of the lock plate E1 is relatively large. The torque arm from the first vertical axis X1 to the engagement portion between the hole E1b of the lock plate E1 and the lock pin E31 is the relationship between the first vertical axis X1 and the lock plate E1 and the connecting member E21. Since it is larger than the torque arm up to the part X2, the force required for locking can be reduced and even rigidity is given to the lock pin E31 and the lock plate E1. For example, the mechanism itself necessary for fixing can be simplified, and in order to lock the backrest 7 by mutually restraining the pair of lock plates E1, the component parts such as the operation unit other than the connecting member E21 are provided. All can be mounted on the side of the seat 4 and the operation part can always be arranged at a certain relative position with respect to the movement of the seat 6, and the seated person can move away from the chair in a certain locking state. In the case where the reaction force mechanism H tries to move in the direction in which the back seat rises and rises, according to the structure of the present embodiment, the lock pin E31 receives a pressing force in the shear direction from the hole E1b of the lock plate E1. By this, the frictional force prevents the lock pin E31 from coming out of the hole E1b, prevents the back seat from rising suddenly even if it stands up from the chair, and by sitting again, Such that the operation of again unlock the shear direction of the force is lost it is possible, and the like. In addition, since the fan-shaped lock plate E1 only rotates in a horizontal plane, a thin design is possible. If teeth that mesh with each other are formed on the outer periphery of the fan-shaped lock plate E1, it is possible to eliminate a deviation in operation. The point that can be done is also an advantage.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 4, the reaction force adjusting mechanism A is configured so that the fixed retainer H1 of the coil spring S is actually held at the fixed position by the shaft-shaped backup member A10. A third rotary arm A1 that is partially provided with A10 and is rotatable about a horizontal axis A11, and a screw connection from a direction substantially orthogonal to the displacement direction at a position displaced from the horizontal axis A11 of the third rotation arm A1 The screw element A2 having the grip A21, and the screw element A2 passes through the front wall 32 of the support base 3 and protrudes to the outside of the front wall 32. The grip A21 is disposed at the protruding position. ing. When a screw feeding operation is given to the screw element A21 through the grip operation, the third rotating arm A1 rotates about the horizontal axis A11, and the backup position of the retainer H1 is moved via the backup member A10, and the compression force of the coil spring S is increased. It can be moved in the direction to increase or decrease. Since the crossing angle of the third rotating arm A1 and the screw element A2 changes according to the operation position, a pressing plate A22 is attached to the tip of the screw element A2, and a partial arc-shaped protrusion is attached to the third rotating arm A1. By forming A12 and pressing the projection A12 by the pressing plate A22, it is possible to cope with a change in the crossing angle.
[0027]
As an advantage of this reaction force adjustment mechanism A, since it can be incorporated in the longitudinal dimension of the coil spring S, the reaction force adjustment mechanism H is included as compared with the case where the reaction force adjustment mechanism is introduced on one end side of the coil spring S. The axial base can be made compact, and the coil spring S is arranged in a rearward tilting posture (in this embodiment, an inclination of about 45 °), so that the support base that accommodates the coil spring S is provided. The front-and-rear dimension of 3 can be shortened, and thus the interference between the seat 6 and the support base 3 when the seat 6 is slid back and forth can be effectively avoided, and a sufficient operating allowance can be secured. The operation grip A21 can be arranged on the front wall 32 of the support base 3 which is easy to operate, and can be operated lightly by the action of a “lever” based on the arm length of the third rotation arm A1.
[0028]
The seat 6 and the backrest 7 are attached to the chair body 1 having the above configuration, and the chair C of this embodiment is completed.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9, the backrest 7 is made of an elastic core material 71a that forms the outer shape of the backrest 7, and the core material 71a is sewn into a bag shape. A backrest main body 71 comprising a tensioned fabric 71b housed inside, and a backrest upper portion made of a rigid material having a downward U-shape disposed on the back of the upper portion of the backrest main body 71 The reinforcing member 72 includes a backrest lower reinforcing member 73 that is attached below the backrest main body 71 and is located at the lower end portion 7x of the backrest. The core 71a is slightly bent in the shape of a "<" in the right side view so that a portion that functions as the lumbar support portion 71x is located slightly below the intermediate portion in the vertical direction and protrudes forward. Further, a backrest upper support portion 511 is formed on the back frame element 51. The backrest upper support portion 511 is provided with a pin insertion hole 511a, and the horizontal pin 721 is formed by matching the pin insertion hole 511a with the pin insertion hole 72a1 provided in the lower end portion 72a of the backrest upper reinforcing member 72. Through the horizontal pin 721, the backrest upper reinforcing member 72 is rotatably connected to the backrest upper support portion 511. On the other hand, the lower end portion of the backrest 7 is supported by a backrest receiving member 54 that is a hollow case-shaped backrest lower support portion that opens upward. The backrest receiving member 54 has channel portions 54x facing inwardly at both right and left ends thereof integrally projecting upward, and the side edges corresponding to the backrest 7 can be slid up and down in the grooves of these channel portions 54x. The lower end of the backrest 7 can be inserted into the opening of the backrest receiving member 54 from above when the backrest 7 is lowered. The backrest receiving member 54 is provided with notches 54 a at both left and right ends on the lower end side, and the notches 54 a are placed and fixed in the vicinity of the bent portion 51 b of the back frame element 51. Further, the upper backrest main body 71 that forms the upper end of the backrest 7 and the backrest upper reinforcing member 72 are covered with a common overstretch 72b.
[0030]
That is, the backrest 7 is a lumbar while rotating the backrest 7 around the pin 511a which is the horizontal axis of the backrest upper support portion 511 in accordance with the vertical sliding position of the lower end of the backrest 7. The support portion 71x can protrude and retract in the front-rear and up-down directions.
[0031]
A backrest shape adjusting mechanism K that causes the protrusion and subtraction operation is incorporated in a part of the back frame 5.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9, the backrest shape adjusting mechanism K has a thin plate-like operation lever K1 as an operation member at the back seat boundary portion of the chair body 1, and a base end side of the operation lever K1 as a first end. The operating end of the operating lever K1 is protruded to the side of the chair body 1 and the back as an operating body located in the vicinity of the back seat boundary of the chair 1 body. A portion deviated from the fixed axis Z1 is attached to the lower end portion 7x of the sag 7 via a motion transmission portion Z2 which is a second engaging portion. The backrest 7 can be driven in a direction substantially perpendicular to the width direction of the chair body 1, that is, in the vertical direction in this embodiment, by an operating force applied to the operation grip K11 provided at the operation end of the operation lever K1. I have to. That is, in this embodiment, the end on which the operation grip K11 is provided is the operation end, and applying the operation force to the operation grip K11 also applies the operation force to the operation end.
[0033]
More specifically, the operation lever K1 is disposed so as to pass through the slit 541 provided in the channel portion 54x of the backrest receiving member 54. The fixed shaft Z1 is constituted by an engaging structure of a fixed shaft member Z11 and a round hole K1a provided at the base end portion of the operation lever K1, and the fixed shaft member Z11 is formed by the round hole K1a. And is fixed to the backrest receiving member 54 located at the back seat boundary portion. The operation lever K1 is rotatable in a substantially vertical plane along the backrest surface 7a around the axis of the fixed axis Z1. The motion transmitting portion Z2 is a horizontal hole provided at a substantially central position in the width direction of the lower end portion of the backrest 7 and a long hole K2 provided in the middle of the round hole K1a of the operation lever K1 and the operation grip K11. The horizontal pin K3 is formed by being inserted into the long hole K2 and is configured by an engaging structure with the pin K3. The fixed shaft member Z11 and the horizontal pin K3 are disposed so as to be substantially horizontal. The operation lever K1 is provided with a lock mechanism L for positioning in the vicinity of the operation grip K11.

As shown in FIG. 10, the lock mechanism L includes an engagement portion L <b> 1 including meshing teeth L <b> 1 a provided on the surface of the operation lever K <b> 1 that faces the backrest receiving member 54, and a backrest receiving member 54. And an engaged portion L2 having one or more rack teeth L2a provided to be fixed to a surface of the bow receiving member 54 facing the engaging portion L1. The rack teeth L2a of the engaged portion L2 are formed so as to mesh with the teeth L1a of the engaging portion L1, and are arranged in the vertical direction so as to face the engaging portion L1 of the backrest receiving member 54. It protrudes from the surface. The teeth L1a of the engaging portion L1 and the rack teeth L2a of the engaged portion L2 are in close contact with each other by an operation lever K1 configured by a leaf spring. In the present embodiment, the teeth L1a of the engaging portion L1 and the rack teeth L2a of the engaged portion L2 are formed in a sawtooth shape, and have a ratchet structure for meshing them. By engaging the teeth L1a of the engaging portion L1 and the rack teeth L2a of the engaged portion L2, the operating lever K1 is restrained, and the backrest 7 connected to the operating lever K1 via the operation transmitting portion Z2. It is possible to fix the position of the lower end portion 7x and the shape of the backrest 7 as a result.
[0035]
When changing the shape of the backrest 7, first, the operating lever K1 is moved forward to release the engagement between the teeth L1a of the engaging portion L1 and the rack teeth L2a of the engaged portion L2, and then the operating lever K1 is moved. Move up and down.
[0036]
Then, the pin K3 comes into contact with the long hole K2. The operation transmitting portion Z2 formed by the engagement of the long hole K2 and the pin K3 transmits the operating force so that the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 is kept horizontal and pulled up, and the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 is illustrated in FIG. Move to the position indicated by 8 imaginary lines. At this time, the backrest receiving member 54 serves as a guide. And the part which functions as the lumbar support part 71x is pushed up, and the backrest 7 is deformed from the shape shown by the solid line in FIG. 7 to the shape shown by the imaginary line.
[0037]
Then, when the desired backrest shape is obtained, the operating force to the operating lever K1 is released, so that the operating lever K1 is returned to the rear by the function of its own leaf spring, and the teeth of the engaging portion L1 are again formed. L1a and the rack tooth L2a of the engaged portion L2 are brought into a meshed state.
[0038]
Thus, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the seat support 74 as a seat support portion having an upward contact surface 74a is formed from the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 located at the back seat boundary portion. Projecting forward.
[0039]
On the other hand, the seat 6 has a lower surface formed of a shell 61a and a cushion body 61b disposed on the shell 61a as shown in a partial sectional view of the vicinity of the rear end 6y in FIG. It is composed. Further, a seat support receiver 62 that serves as a seat support portion is provided at the rear end 6y of the seat 6 so as to protrude rearward from the seat body 61, and the seat support receiver 62 is provided with a contact surface 74a of the seat support 74. To put on. That is, the rear end 6y of the seat 6 is placed on the contact surface 74a.
[0040]
As described above, the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 is configured to be movable up and down, and the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 and the rear end portion 6y of the seat 6 are interlocked to move up and down. It is. In the present embodiment, the rear portion of the seat body 61 can be folded upward. When the rear end portion 6y of the seat 6 moves upward, the seat 6 is folded and the rear portion of the seat 6 stands. In contrast, the rest of the seat 6 is kept in shape.
[0041]
Further, the seat support 74 is configured to be movable in the left-right direction. Then, the seat support 74 is moved to a position indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. 11 by an appropriate link mechanism (not shown) and moved to a position where it does not overlap with the seat support receiver 62, and the rear end 6y of the seat 6 and The interlocking with the lower end 7x of the backrest 7 can be released.
[0042]
A procedure for moving the rear end 6y of the seat 6 and the lower end 7x of the backrest 7 up and down in conjunction with each other will be described below. When the operation lever K1 is pulled up, the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 moves upward as described above, and the portion functioning as the lumbar support portion 71x is pushed up, and the backrest 7 is indicated by a solid line in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 12, the rear end portion 6 y of the seat 6 is pushed up to the contact surface 74 a of the seat support 74, and the rear of the seat 6 is deformed. The end portion 6 y moves upward in conjunction with the lower end portion 7 x of the backrest 7. Then, the seat 6 moves from the position indicated by the solid line in FIGS. 7, 8, and 12 to the position indicated by the imaginary line. Further, when the operation lever K1 is pulled up without overlapping the seat support 74 with the seat support 62, only the lower end 7x of the backrest 7 moves upward.
[0043]
Thus, since the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7 and the rear end portion 6y of the seat 6 are moved up and down in conjunction with each other, the backrest surface can be adjusted and the rear end of the seat 6 can be adjusted. A simple structure can be used to support the ischia by moving the portion 6y upward.
[0044]
On the other hand, since the rear end 6y of the seat 6 is placed on the seat support 74, this state can be easily released.
[0045]
Particularly, since the seat support 74 is configured to be movable in the left-right direction, the rear end 6y of the seat 6 is not placed on the seat support 74, and the lower end 7x of the backrest 7 and the seat 6 can be easily released from the linkage with the rear end 6y, and can be used in various ways.
[0046]
Further, the seat support 74 is provided with a contact surface 74a, and the back seat support 74 is provided so as to protrude forward from the lower end portion 7x of the turn 7 so that the contact surface 74a contacts the rear end 6y of the seat. Therefore, a structure that supports the sciatica can be realized with a simpler structure.
[0047]
And since the seat support holder 62 is provided in the rear end portion 6y of the seat 6 so as to protrude rearward, by adopting a configuration in which the seat support holder 62 is placed on the seat support 74, the backrest 7 The structure which cancels | releases interlocking | linkage with the lower end part 7x of this and the rear-end part 6y of the seat 6, and can be implement | achieved effectively is realizable.
[0048]
In addition, since the lumbar support portion 71x protrudes and retracts in conjunction with the vertical movement of the lower end portion 7x of the backrest 7, the lumbar support portion 71x protrudes and retracts and the rear end portion 6y of the seat 6 moves up and down. And the seat 6 can be supported at the same time and the shape of the backrest 7 can be fitted to the spine at the same time, so that the sitting comfort can be further improved. Further, the distance between the lumbar support portion and the rear end portion of the seat can be kept substantially constant, and further improvement in sitting comfort can be achieved from this point.
[0049]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above.
[0050]
For example, instead of enabling the seat support to move left and right, the seat support receiver may be moved to the left and right to release the interlock between the lower end of the backrest and the rear end of the seat.
[0051]
In addition, the seat support receiver may be formed integrally with a shell or the like that forms the lower surface of the seat, or instead of providing the seat support receiver, the seat support may directly support the seat body. In this case, it is preferable that the seat support is slid outward in the width direction of the seat body so as not to hit the seat body.
[0052]
Furthermore, instead of providing the seat support projecting forward from the backrest, a seat support having a shape that supports the lower end of the backrest and the rear end of the seat may be provided.
[0053]
In addition, it may be configured such that the interlocking between the seat support and the lower end of the backrest can be released by lever operation or the like.
[0054]
Various configurations of the seat support portion and the seat support portion receiver can be considered besides these. For example, instead of providing a seat support receiving portion protruding from the rear end of the seat, as shown in FIG. 13, a notch 6z is provided on the lower surface of the rear end edge of the seat, and the seat support 74 is attached to the notch 6z. You may comprise so that it can move between the position which superimposes and the position which does not superimpose on the said notch 6z. If comprised in this way, as shown in FIG. 14, only when the seat support tool 74 exists in the position which does not overlap with the said notch part 6z, the rear-end part 6y of a seat will raise / lower. Further, portions other than the notch 6z on the lower surface of the rear end of the seat perform the same function as the seat support receiver 62 of FIG.
[0055]
Further, as shown in FIG. 15, a seat support 63 is provided so as to protrude from the rear end 6 y of the seat 6, and a seat support that receives a seat support that extends in the width direction of the backrest 7 at the lower end portion 7 x of the backrest 7. A seat support portion 75 and a seat support portion insertion hole 76 that extends continuously upward from one end of the seat support portion receiving hole 75 and has substantially the same width as the seat support portion 63 may be provided. In this embodiment, the seat support portion 63 is configured to be movable to the left and right by a link mechanism (not shown) that is embedded in the seat 6 or attached to the lower surface of the seat 6. It is preferable to move between a position fitted in 75 and a position fitted in the seat support part insertion hole 76. With this configuration, as shown in FIG. 16, if the seat support portion 63 is in a position where it is fitted into the seat support portion receiving hole 75, a contact surface 63a formed on the upper surface of the seat support portion is the seat support portion receiving portion. The rear end 6y of the seat 6 can be raised and lowered by hitting the upper edge of the hole 75, and if the seat support portion 63 is in a position where it is fitted into the seat support portion insertion hole 76, the seat support portion 63 is The rear end portion 6y of the seat 6 can be prevented from moving up and down simply by moving up and down in the support portion insertion hole 76. In this embodiment, the seat support portion insertion hole 76 is omitted, and the seat support portion 63 is configured to be able to project and retract instead of being configured to be movable left and right, and the seat support portion 63 is configured to be the seat support portion. You may comprise so that a movement between the position fitted in the receiving hole 75 and the position which does not protrude from the chair main body 61 is possible.
[0056]
And it is not necessary to make it the structure which interlocks the up-and-down movement of the rear-end part of a seat with the protrusion and depression of a lumbar support part.
[0057]
Other configurations can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0058]
For example, FIG. 17 shows a reaction force adjusting mechanism F as a modification. The reaction force adjusting mechanism F is configured such that the fixed retainer H1 of the coil spring S is held at the fixed position by the shaft-shaped backup member F10, and the backup member F10 is partially provided around the vertical axis F11. The rotary arm F1 is configured to be rotatable, and a screw element F2 having a grip F21 screwed from a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of displacement at a position displaced from the vertical axis F11 of the rotation arm F1. The screw element F2 passes through the side wall 33 of the support base 3 and protrudes outward of the side wall 33, and the grip F21 is disposed at the protruding position. Then, when a screw feed operation is given to the screw element F21 through the grip operation, the rotary arm F1 rotates about the vertical axis F11, and the backup position of the retainer H1 is increased and decreased by the initial compression amount of the coil spring S via the backup member F10. It can be moved in the direction of movement.
[0059]
If comprised in this way, since the bulkiness of the direction orthogonal to the bottom wall 31 of the support base 3 will be suppressed, it will become possible to pursue the thinning of the support base 3 and its periphery effectively.
[0060]
Moreover, you may deform | transform arbitrarily also the structure of another part in the range which does not impair the effect of this invention.
[0061]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the present invention places the rear end portion of the seat on the seat support provided at or near the back seat boundary, and interlocks the lower end portion of the backrest with the rear end portion of the seat. It is possible to adjust the backrest surface and to move the rear end of the seat upward to support the ischia with a simple structure. Can be compatible. On the other hand, since the rear end portion of the seat is placed on the seat support, the seat support can be slid and not placed on the seat support. It can correspond to.
Further, since the lumbar support portion can be projected and retracted in the front-rear and up-and-down direction in conjunction with the lower end portion of the backrest, the lumbar support portion projects and the rear end portion of the seat described above. The vertical movement is interlocked, so that the seat can support the sciatic bone and the backrest can be fitted to the spine at the same time, and the sitting comfort can be further improved. In addition, the distance between the lumbar support portion and the rear end portion of the seat can be kept substantially constant, and from this point, the sitting comfort can be further improved.
