Description

【0001】

When the vibration switching contact opens and closes, the light emitting diode blinks, and when the light emitting signal device body is removed from the mounting seat plate, the light emitting diode blinks. De switch, wherein the light-emitting diode was made to blink when the oscillating switching contacts by vibration during mobile by turning on the manual switch is turned off is opened and closed.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the wheel-mounted light emitting signal device, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a mounting use state thereof, and FIG. The wheel mounting light emitting signal device of the present invention comprises a mounting seat plate 1 and a light emitting signal device body 2. The mounting seat plate 1 has hook-shaped engagement pieces 3 and 3 that engage with the spokes 8 and 8 of the bicycle wheel at both ends, and a U-shaped holding member that can hold the light-emitting signal device body 2 in the middle portion. A portion 4 is formed, and 5 and 5 are guide protrusions protruding from the arcuate inner peripheral surface of the holding portion 4. Reference numeral 6 denotes a small cylindrical magnet holding portion formed on the mounting seat plate 1 in order to position the granular permanent magnet 7 near the holding portion 4.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the light emitting signal body 2 includes a button-type battery 11, a light emitting diode 12, a vibration switching contact 13, a reed switch 14, and a manual switch 15 in a transparent plastic case 10. FIG. 6 shows a circuit diagram of each component.
[0007]
The case 10 includes a substantially disc-shaped case half 10a and a case half 10b, and an engagement piece 16 formed on a part of the outer periphery of the case half 10a is provided with an outer peripheral surface of the case half 10b. A projecting piece 17 extending in part is engaged, and a water sealing O-ring 18 is interposed between the two halves, and a fastening part 19 extending on the other outer periphery of the case half 10a. A screw 21 is inserted into a fastening portion 20 extending from the case half 10b, and both halves are joined. A concave-convex retroreflecting mirror surface 22 is formed on the inner surfaces of the case half 10a and the case half 10b to reflect the vehicle light in the incident direction. Reference numerals 23 and 23 are guide recesses formed on the outer peripheral surface of the case half 10 b so as to match the guide protrusions 5 and 5.
[0008]
Reference numerals 24 and 25 denote pedestals formed in the case half 10a for supporting the battery 11 and the manual switch 15. The manual switch 15 is supported by the pedestal 25 and the knob 26 is connected to the case half 10b. It is exposed to the outer periphery. Reference numeral 27 denotes a conductive elastic member made of a thin metal plate whose base is fixed inside the case by a boss 28. A conductive terminal 31 that contacts the outer peripheral surface of the battery 11 is formed at one end of the conductive elastic member 27, and the other is a longitudinal member. The free vibration piece 32 is extended, and a weight 33 is fixed to the tip of the free vibration piece. It is attached. When attached, since an outward centrifugal force due to the rotation of the wheel is applied to the main body 2, there is no possibility that it will come off due to vibration. The reed switch 14 in the main body 2 is turned on by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 7. For this reason, the free vibration piece 32 with the weight 33 is intermittently brought into contact with the pin 38 by the vibration during the running of the bicycle, the contact 13 is opened and closed, and the light emitting diode 12 using the battery 11 as the power source is blinked. . Therefore, the blinking of the light makes it possible to see the bicycle at night or from a distance.
[0010]
When the light emitting signal body 2 is not used, it can be easily detached from the mounting seat plate 1 simply by pushing it toward the center of the wheel. For this reason, if the manual switch 15 is turned on by passing a string through the ring 40 when not in use, it can be carried as an accessory such as a light-emitting pendant that flashes during walking.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the wheel-mounted light emitting signal device according to the present invention has a simple structure so that the light emitting diode blinks due to vibration during traveling, so that the bicycle can be seen from a distance even at night, thereby preventing traffic accidents. Has a noticeable effect.
