Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bed-shaped sheet stretchable massage apparatus that massages the neck, trunk, and lower limbs of a human body in a heel posture through a membrane body with a jet or water pressure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Literature]
The above-mentioned patent document cited as a conventional technique includes an upper opening, a film body, a water tank, a water bed, a sheet, a water inlet, a water outlet, a pump, a reciprocating movable in the longitudinal direction of the water tank, and a transverse A water bed type massage machine composed of a nozzle or the like disposed so as to freely swing in a direction is disclosed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The seat of the water bed type massage machine is temporarily folded at its end into a groove formed in the upper flange portion of the water tank, and a sealing frame is fitted into the groove, and the sealing frame is attached to the upper side together with the sheet. The flange portion and the outer frame are fixed with a stop plate via bolts.
Under water filling, jetting, and actual treatment, the patient gets on and off the seat and lies in a prone posture. Further, the jet water from the nozzle in the water tank hits the seat, and a large load is applied to the seat to generate elongation. This elongation then becomes some permanent set and remains on the sheet. This permanent strain (= elongation deformation) gradually increases as it repeats normal use, becoming slack and becoming loose. In particular, in a sheet stretched in a rectangular shape on the bed, when the sagging increases, it becomes a wavy shape in the lateral direction and appears on the sheet surface, the appearance is not good and the feeling of strangeness is further deteriorated, and the feeling of massage deteriorates. It will be.
[0004]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to lengthen the period of use of the membrane body, improve the durability, reduce the maintenance cost, and further maintain the feeling of massage treatment for a long time. The object is to provide a stationary massage device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0014]
The seat tension type massage apparatus shown in FIG. 1 is a water bed type hydraulic massage apparatus 1. The shell 49 of the apparatus 1 is composed of the apparatus base 2 and the storage tank 3, the upper opening 5 of the storage tank 3 is sealed with the film body 4, and the storage tank 3 is filled with the storage liquid 6, Inside the storage tank 3, an ejection unit 8 for stimulating a patient placed on the film body 4 via the film body 4 is disposed.

The injection unit 8 moves in the horizontal direction (= left-right direction) while moving in the storage tank 3 in the vertical direction (= front-rear direction) along the bottom wall 32 by the vertical movement mechanism 16 and the horizontal movement mechanism 18 installed in the shell 49. ), The stored liquid 6 is sprayed onto the back surface of the film body 4 while moving appropriately.
[0015]
A rectangular opening 5 is formed in the tank upper edge 9 in the upper part of the storage tank 2 in a plan view corresponding to the placement of the lying human body. The opening 5 covers the upper surface with the film body 4 and is hermetically fixed with the tank upper edge 9, and then the storage liquid 3 is filled in the storage tank 3.
[0016]
The injection unit 8 that injects the storage liquid 6 pressurized by the pump 7 from the nozzle unit 19 toward the film body 4 includes a pair of nozzle bases 20 each having the nozzle unit 19 corresponding to the left and right sides of the human body. The unit 29 is linked to the left and right.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the disk-shaped right nozzle base 20A and the left nozzle base 20B are pivotally operated while being interlocked to the left and right to move the nozzle portions 19A and 19B laterally.
The nozzle base 20 interlocked by the gear interlocking part 29 is supported by a support shaft 17 that is a rotating shaft, and the support shaft 17 is mounted on a carriage unit 15 having wheels 23 that run on a bottom wall 32.
The stored liquid 6 pressurized by the pump 7 is ejected from the nozzle portion 19 from the discharge port 35 through the flexible hose 36 and the support shaft 17.
[0017]
The shell 49 is provided with a vertical movement mechanism 16 and a horizontal movement mechanism 18 that move the injection unit 8 to perform treatment.
The vertical movement mechanism 16 is connected to a vertical movement shaft 22 having a screw shaft structure and rotationally drives a vertical movement motor 21 provided outside the storage tank 3, and moves by reciprocating the carriage unit 15 in the longitudinal direction by a vertical slider 26. Make it possible. The longitudinal movement shaft 22 is sealed and supported by bearings 24 and 25.
The lateral movement mechanism 18 connects a lateral movement shaft 28 having a spline shaft structure, rotationally drives a lateral movement motor 27 provided outside the storage tank 3, and rotates the nozzle base 20 by a gear interlocking portion 29 having a worm gear structure. The nozzle unit 19 is moved laterally in the short direction. The lateral movement shaft 28 is sealed and supported by bearings 30 and 31.
[0018]
A pump 7 that circulates the stored liquid 6 in the storage tank 3 and sends the pressurized liquid to the injection unit 8 is installed in the apparatus base 2 below the storage tank 3 and sucks the stored liquid 6 from the suction port 33 of the storage tank 3. The pressure is applied, the temperature is adjusted by the adjuster 34, and the like is supplied from the discharge port 35 to the injection unit 8.
A branch valve 38 is provided on the discharge side of the pump 7, and the stored liquid 6 discharged by the pump 7 is appropriately sent to the air vent mechanism 39 by the branch valve 38.
The air vent mechanism 39 sucks an air reservoir staying on the lower surface of the film body 4 from the air vent port 42 of the air vent line 41, discharges only the gas component to the outside, and stores the stored liquid 6 in the storage tank 3 from the return port 40. Return to.
[0019]
The film body 4 stretched on the opening 5 of the storage tank 3 is hermetically fixed by a stopper 11 with the end of the film body 4 placed on the tank upper edge 9 sandwiched between the film body frames 10.
The film body frame 10 is a monolithic structure or a divided set structure, and a frame opening 43 having substantially the same shape as the opening 5 is opened, and is covered by the tank upper edge 9 around the entire storage tank 3. As a result, the film body 4 is stretched with an appropriate tension without slack.
[0020]
The stretched membrane body 4 is stretched due to the loading and unloading of the patient and the water pressure of the jet, and a slight residual strain is accumulated as permanent stretch over time. When loose, further sagging occurs, and when it becomes severe, the patient's support becomes worse, and further, a large wrinkle occurs in the longitudinal direction, causing poor appearance and poor treatment feeling.
These wrinkles are manifested mainly when the film body 4 is stretched in a rectangular shape, and as a result of intensive studies, the inventors of the present invention placed the film body in the longitudinal direction from the short side. It has been found that the expression of the wavy wrinkle is eliminated by pulling and stretching a fixed amount.
[0021]
Specifically, the film body 4 is stretched by a predetermined amount from the natural length in the longitudinal direction of the film body 4 in advance to cover the entire surface of the opening 5, and the film body 4 is sandwiched by the film body frame 10 as shown in FIG. Then, the stopper 11 is hermetically fixed to the tank upper edge 9.
The film body frame 10 presses the film body 4 against the upper edge 9 of the tank 3 and stops it with a stopper 11 over the entire periphery of the tank upper edge 9 of the storage tank 3 to be hermetically fixed.
In particular, in the first embodiment, the film body 4 is stretched by a predetermined amount in advance, and the position of the hole for inserting the stopper 11 into the rectangular tank upper edge 9 or the film body frame 10 is used as a guideline. If the film body 4 is temporarily fixed by bonding and set in the film body 4 and then assembled to the storage tank 3, the film body 4 can be stretched uniformly and accurately, and stretched. Moreover, both can be assembled by a simple operation.
[0022]
The film body 4 is stretched in order to float the patient's human body on the liquid storage surface with an appropriate tension, and to stably and sufficiently transmit the injection force of the injection unit 8 to the human body. Adjust the tension in the direction.
[0023]
In order to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles of the film body 4 due to use over time, it is important to set the elongation rate in the longitudinal direction to be larger than the elongation rate in the short direction. Usually, the extension in the short direction is stretched by extending about 0 to 0.5% with respect to the natural length, but it is necessary to further stretch in the longitudinal direction.
Specifically, the difference S between the elongation rate in the longitudinal direction and the elongation rate in the short direction is preferably 0.15 × (L / B−0.5) ≦ S ≦ 4.5 × (L / B− 0.5), and more preferably 0.3 × (L / B−0.5) ≦ S ≦ 3.0 × (L / B−0.5).
[0024]
Note that L is a fixed length (mm) in the longitudinal direction of the film body 4, and B is a fixed length (mm) in the short direction.
If the elongation rate in the longitudinal direction is insufficient, the residual strain ratio in the lateral direction and the longitudinal direction tends to appear as wavy lines in the longitudinal direction in the stretched state on the rectangular surface, and conversely, it extends too much in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the sheet tension at the time of tensioning is increased, the workability is deteriorated, and the surface tension of the entire film body 4 is increased, so that the patient's comfort and feeling of treatment are deteriorated.
[0025]
Specifically, when the fixed length value in the short direction of the film body 4 is 1M and the fixed length value in the long direction is 2M, the length / short ratio (L / B) is 2, and the length direction of the film body 4 is The stretch rate difference S in the short side direction is excessively stretched so as to be in the range of 0.225% ≦ S ≦ 6.75%. This can suppress the appearance of wavy wrinkles due to use over time. More preferably, a more preferable result can be obtained by extra stretching so as to be in the range of 0.45% ≦ S ≦ 4.5%.
[0026]
Incidentally, when the film is stretched with the natural length B = B0 without being stretched in the short direction, the film body 4 having a natural length L0 of about 1874 mm to 1995 mm in the longitudinal direction is preferably stretched so that L = 2000 mm. More preferably, the film body 4 having L0 of about 1913 mm to 1991 mm is stretched and stretched so that L = 2000 mm.
In this specific example, the width of the film body in the short direction is set at a natural length and stretched, but the surface tension required for the film body 4 rises from the inside of the stored liquid and extends in the longitudinal direction. It can be obtained by the contraction force generated in the short direction by extending it excessively.
[0027]
The film body 4 is formed of a thin elastic sheet material such as a rubber sheet, and preferably has a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm and an average rubber hardness of 40 to 70 degrees.
If the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, not only is it difficult to obtain the necessary flexibility and sufficient material strength, but also the injection sound of the stored liquid is directly transmitted, causing discomfort, and the thickness exceeds 5 mm. If it is thicker than that, the injection pressure of the stored liquid 6 is absorbed by the mass of the membrane body 4 and the treatment pressure is weakened, and the familiarity of the membrane body 4 to the human body (attached to the shape) deteriorates and the treatment feeling is significantly worsened. become.
Further, the hardness of the film body 4 to obtain the necessary flexibility of the film body 4 is too soft when the rubber hardness is less than 40 degrees, and it must be thick to obtain the strength and surface tension necessary to hold the human body. Thick things are not only expensive, but also worse the treatment feeling. When the rubber hardness exceeds 70 degrees, it becomes too hard and the sleeping comfort and the feeling of treatment are poor.
The numerical values relating to the material, thickness, and hardness described above are suitable materials and numerical values that are easily deformable while the film body 4 maintains the necessary strength against the jet water pressure that collides with the film body 4. The film body 4 has various physical properties such as resilience and water resistance in addition to flexibility and strength, and is not composed of a single material, but is a laminated sheet of two or more layers or a composite sheet subjected to a special lining treatment. Although used more suitably, the average rubber hardness which considered the structure thickness is applied to the hardness in that case.
Since the film body 4 according to the present invention is formed of an elastic sheet material, has a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm, and an average rubber hardness of 40 to 70 degrees, the film body 4 is under moderate tension. Therefore, since the thickness and the average rubber hardness are soft as described above, it can be suitably deformed by the jet water pressure, the attenuation of the jet water pressure can be reduced, and an efficient massage can be performed.
[0028]
In FIG. 1, 12 is a fixing part, 13 is a cover, 14 is an operation part, 37 is a supply / discharge valve, and 45 in FIG. 3 is an adhesive.
[0029]
When using the hydraulic massage device 1 of the first embodiment, first, the reservoir 3 is filled with a liquid, and a human body is placed on the film body 4.
Next, the vertical movement mechanism 16 is operated. By this operation, the injection unit 8 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the hydraulic massage device 1, and the injection unit 8 is moved to a site where a human body is desired to be massaged.
[0030]
Next, the pump 7 is driven, the liquid in the storage tank 3 is sucked and pressurized, and supplied to the injection unit 8. The ejection unit 8 ejects the supplied water toward the back surface of the film body 4, and gives a massage to the human body on the film body 4 through the film body 4.
In addition, the injection | pouring part 8 can be fixed to a fixed position, or can be continuously reciprocated in the transversal direction and / or the longitudinal direction of the hydraulic massage apparatus 1.
[0031]
The film body 4 is stretched in advance in a rectangular opening 5 opened on the upper surface of the storage tank 3 by extending a predetermined amount from the natural length in the longitudinal direction of the film body 4.
The film body 4 is clamped between the tank upper edge 9 and the film body frame 10. The difference S between the elongation rate in the longitudinal direction and the elongation rate in the short direction of the film body 4 is 0.15 × (L / B−0.5) ≦ S ≦ 4.5 × (L / B−0.5). Preferably, the film body 4 is opened to have a range of 0.3 × (L / B−0.5) ≦ S ≦ 3.0 × (L / B−0.5). Elongate to 5 and stretch.
[0032]
The film body 4 is pushed upward by the impinging jet water and further expanded. However, since the film body 4 is expanded in advance by a predetermined amount and attached to the opening 5 at the time of manufacture, no slack develops even after the passage of time.
The extension amount is an amount that takes into consideration that the energy of the impinging jet water pressure is not attenuated by the tension of the film body 4 and that no undulating deformation remains.
[0033]
The film body 4 is made of a rubber sheet material, has a thickness of 0.5 to 4 mm, and an average rubber hardness of 40 to 70 degrees.
The film body 4 is easily deformed by the jet water pressure. The human body is stimulated by the deformation. The film body 4 is manufactured with a thickness and an average rubber hardness in consideration of the deformation energy not to be attenuated by the hardness of the film body 4.
[0034]
FIG. 6 is a diagram of the tension fixing structure of the film body 4 showing the second embodiment of the present invention. Except for the sealing and fixing structure of the film body 4, it is the same as the first embodiment.
The film body 4 shown in FIG. 6 is fixed by inserting the film body 4 into the retaining groove 50 of the tank upper edge 9 and driving and pressing the wedge 47, and further inserting and fixing the stopper 11 to the film body frame 10. is there.
In addition, since there is no mounting hole in the tension fixing structure, the tension extension amount cannot be determined based on the positions of the frame mounting hole 44 and the film body mounting hole 46 as in the first embodiment. A marking 48 serving as a guide for the stretched extension position is appropriately displayed on the surface of the film body 4.
[0035]
The use of the second embodiment is almost the same as the first embodiment, but before the membrane body 4 is stretched and fixed to the shell 49, a marking 48 such as a rectangular line drawing is provided on the membrane body in accordance with the extension setting. This is different from the first embodiment.
In the present invention, before the membrane body 4 is stretched and hermetically fixed, the membrane body is attached to the opening 5 in advance at a predetermined position of the membrane body 4 so that a predetermined elongation difference is obtained after the tension is fixed. Since the hole 46 is processed or a marking 48 is provided as a guideline for tensioning, the film body 4 is stretched uniformly and accurately, and the film body 4 can be stretched and stretched. 4 can be easily fixed to the opening 5 and is convenient.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is a bed-type massage machine in which the membrane body 4 is stretched in advance in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined amount from the natural length in the rectangular opening 5 above the shell 49. Even when the moon elapses, the occurrence of wavy wrinkles is suppressed and the durability of the film body 4 can be improved. Therefore, it is not necessary to re-tension or adjust the tension of the film body 4 in a short period of time, thus reducing maintenance labor. This is advantageous because it can save money and improve the utilization rate.
[0037]
In the present invention, the massage device is a water bed type hydraulic massage device 1.
With a conventional water bed type hydromassage device, particularly a soft film body that is easy to stretch, large permanent elongation remains and a large corrugated shape remains even in a short period of about 2 to 3 months. In addition, with a firm and hard film body, large wrinkles that would be a problem in the short term do not occur. However, after about half a year to a year, the waviness due to permanent elongation is conspicuous, and it is necessary to re-stretch the film body. In the invention, the film body 4 is well adapted to deformation by the jet water pressure, but does not exhibit permanent elongation and wavy shape, and can be subjected to water pressure massage under normal conditions for a long time. It can be reduced and is convenient.
[0038]
In the present invention, the difference S between the elongation rate in the longitudinal direction and the elongation rate in the short direction of the film body 4 is 0.15, where L is the fixed length in the longitudinal direction of the film body 4 and B is the fixed length in the short direction. X (L / B-0.5) ≦ S ≦ 4.5 × (L / B-0.5), so that wavy wrinkles appear even after the years of use The film body 4 can be improved in durability, and the film body 4 is not excessively tensioned and has an appropriate tension, but the deformation caused by the jet water pressure can be transmitted to the human body to reduce the attenuation of the jet water pressure. is there.
[0039]
In the present invention, the film body 4 is stretched in advance by a predetermined amount, and the film body is bonded to the rectangular tank upper edge 9 or the film body frame 10 by using a double-sided tape or the like as a guide for the position of the hole into which the stopper 11 is inserted. 4 is temporarily fixed and set to the film body 4 and then assembled to the storage tank 3, the film body 4 can be stretched uniformly and accurately, and both can be easily installed. It can be assembled by simple work.
[0040]
In the present invention, the film body frame 10 is a monolithic structure or a divided set structure, and a frame opening 43 having substantially the same shape as the opening 5 is opened, and is covered by the tank upper edge 9 all around the storage tank 3. As a result, the film body 4 is stretched with an appropriate tension without slack.
Further, the elongation difference S between the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the film body 4 is stretched excessively so as to be in the range of 0.45% ≦ S ≦ 4.5%. This can suppress the appearance of wavy wrinkles due to use over time. The film body 4 is pushed upward by the impinging jet water and further expanded. However, since the film body 4 is stretched by a predetermined amount at the time of manufacture and attached to the opening 5, slack does not appear even after the lapse of time.
