Description
また、前記パルスチューブ冷凍機62の冷端部62aの温度が液化ガスの凝固点以下になると、これが温度検出器で検出されてパルスチューブ冷凍機62の作動が停止する。
第1開閉弁8aおよび第4開閉弁11aを閉弁し、第2開閉弁9aおよび第3開閉弁8bを開弁して内槽3内に液化ガスを充填し、液化ガスの充填終了後に第2開閉弁9aを閉弁する液化ガス充填工程とからなることを特徴とする液化ガス充填方法である。

Claims (2)
- 断熱用真空を保持する外槽(2)の内部に極低温の液化ガスを収納する内槽(3)を配設し、これら外槽(2)と内槽(3)との間に冷凍機(5)の冷端部(5a)と熱交換器(5b)とを位置させ、上記熱交換器(5b)に内槽(3)から液化ガスの気化ガスが流入するガス流入管(6)と液化されたガスを熱交換器(5b)から内槽(3)に戻す液化ガス戻し管(7)とを設け、上記内槽(3)の上部に第1開閉弁(8a)を介して外槽(2)の外方から内槽(3)に液化ガスと同種の高圧ガスを供給する高圧ガス供給管(8)を連通接続し、内槽(3)内に充填されているガスを外槽(2)の外方に放出する状態と内槽(3)内に液化ガスを充填する状態とで使用可能なガス放出・充填管(9)を上記内槽(3)の下部に連通接続し、このガス放出・充填管(9)に第2開閉弁(9a)を介装するとともに、前記高圧ガス供給管(8)に第3開閉弁(8b)を配置してなる液化ガスタンク(1)において、前記熱交換器(5b)内のガスを前記外槽(2)の外方に放出するガス放出管(11)を前記熱交換器(5b)に連結し、このガス放出管(11)に第4開閉弁(11a)を介装したことを特徴とする液化ガスタンク。
- 前記第1開閉弁(8a)を開弁するとともに高圧ガス供給管(8)に配設された第3開閉弁(8b)と第2開閉弁(9a)および第4開閉弁(11a)をそれぞれ閉弁して液化ガスと同種の高圧ガスを内槽(3)内に充填したのち、第1開閉弁(8a)を閉弁するとともに第2開閉弁(9a)を開弁して内槽(3)内のガスを所定圧になるまで放出する第1ガス置換工程と、
この第1ガス置換工程を繰り返す第1ガス純度向上工程と、
第1開閉弁(8a)を開弁するとともに第2開閉弁(9a)と第3開閉弁(8b)および第4開閉弁(11a)をそれぞれ閉弁して液化ガスと同種の高圧ガスを内槽(3)内に充填したのち、第1開閉弁(8a)を閉弁するとともに第4開閉弁(11a)を開弁して内槽(3)内のガスを所定圧になるまで放出する第2ガス置換工程と、
この第2ガス置換工程を繰り返す第2ガス純度向上工程と、
第1開閉弁(8a)および第4開閉弁(11a)を閉弁し、第2開閉弁(9a)および第3開閉弁(8b)を開弁して内槽(3)内に液化ガスを充填し、液化ガスの充填終了後に第2開閉弁(9a)を閉弁する液化ガス充填工程と
からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液化ガスタンクへの液化ガス充填方法。
