【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、並列に複数配置された中空長尺部材が、柔軟性連結部材を介して連結されたシャッター式等の風呂蓋本体に、把手を設けるようにした把手付風呂蓋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来において、並列に複数配置された棒状中空長尺部材が、柔軟性部材を介して連結されて、巻き取り可能に構成されたシャッター式の風呂蓋が周知であるが、このようなシャッター式の風呂蓋において、取扱性等を向上させるために、把手を取り付けたものがある。

例えば下記特許文献１、２に示すシャッター式風呂蓋は、最端に配置される中空長尺部材に、把手支持専用の部材が設けられ、その支持部材に把手部材が固定されるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の把手付きのシャッター式風呂蓋においては、把手の他に、把手を支持するための部材を別途用いるものであるため、その分、部品点数が増加して、構造の複雑化及びコストの増大を来すとともに、組立工程数も増加して、組立作業が困難になるという問題を抱えている。

この発明は、上記従来技術の問題を解消し、構造の簡素化及びコストの削減を図ることができるとともに、組立作業も簡単に行うことができる把手付風呂蓋を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本第１発明は、風呂蓋本体に、把手を設けるようにした把手付風呂蓋であって、前記風呂蓋本体の端縁に沿って中空長尺部材が設けられ、前記中空長尺部材の両端に、その両端開口を閉塞するように一対の把手支持キャップが設けられ、前記一対の把手支持キャップに、外方に突出する把手支持部が設けられ、前記把手の両側部が前記把手支持部に支持されてなるものを要旨としている。

本第１発明の把手付風呂蓋においては、中空長尺部材の両端を閉塞するキャップに把手支持部を設けて、その支持部に把手を取り付けるようにしているため、把手支持キャップを、中空長尺部材の端部開口を閉塞するための部材として用いることに加えて、把手を支持するための部材としても利用している。このため、部品点数の削減を図ることができ、その分、構造の簡素化及びコストの削減を図ることができる。更に部品点数の削減により、組立工数も削減させることができ、組立作業を容易に行うことができる。

なお上記第１発明は、組蓋タイプの風呂蓋等に適用することもできるが、本発明は、以下に説明するように、シャッター式風呂蓋や折り畳み式風呂蓋に適用するのが好ましく、特にシャッター式風呂蓋に適用するのがより一層好ましい。

上記目的を達成するため、本第２発明は、並列に配置された複数の中空長尺部材と、前記複数の中空長尺部材の各間を連結する柔軟性連結部材とを具備する風呂蓋本体に、把手を設けるようにした把手付風呂蓋であって、前記複数の中空長尺部材のうち、最端の中空長尺部材の両端に、その両端開口を閉塞するように一対の把手支持キャップが設けられ、前記一対の把手支持キャップに、外方に突出する把手支持部が設けられ、前記把手の両側部が前記把手支持部に支持されてなるものを要旨としている。

この第２発明は、特にシャッター式の風呂蓋において、上記と同様に、同様の作用効果を得ることができる。

上記目的を達成するため、本第３発明の把手付風呂蓋は、並列に配置された複数の中空長尺部材と、前記複数の中空長尺部材の各間を連結する柔軟性連結部材とを具備する風呂蓋本体に、把手を設けるようにした把手付風呂蓋であって、前記複数の中空長尺部材のうち、最端の中空長尺部材の両端に、その長さ方向外側から一対の把手支持キャップが外嵌され、前記一対の把手支持キャップに、外方に突出する把手支持部が設けられ、前記把手の両側部が前記把手支持部に中空長尺部材の長さ方向への移動が規制された状態に支持されてなるものを要旨としている。

この第３発明の把手付き風呂蓋においては、上記と同様に、同様の作用効果を得ることができる。

その上更に、本発明においては、把手を把手支持部に、つまり把手支持キャップに中空長尺部材の長さ方向の移動を規制した状態に支持するものであるため、把手を把手支持キャップに組み付けることによって、把手支持キャップが中空長尺部材から脱外するのを防止することができる。従って、把手支持キャップの中空長尺部材への固定作業を省略することができ、その分、組付作業を効率良く行うことができる。更に把手支持キャップを中空長尺部材に固定するための固着具、例えばビスやリベット等も省略することができ、より一層構造の簡素化及びコストの削減を図ることができる。

上記目的を達成するため、本第４発明の把手付風呂蓋は、並列に配置された複数の中空長尺部材と、前記複数の中空長尺部材の各間を連結する柔軟性連結部材とを具備する風呂蓋本体に、把手を設けるようにした把手付風呂蓋であって、前記複数の中空長尺部材のうち、最端の中空長尺部材の両端に、その長さ方向外側から一対の把手支持キャップが外嵌され、前記一対の把手支持キャップに、外方に突出する把手支持部が設けられ、前記把手支持部に、中空長尺部材の長さ方向に延びる把手支持溝が設けられ、前記把手の両側部が前記把手支持溝に中空長尺部材の長さ方向に対し直交する方向から抜止め状態に嵌合されて支持されてなるものを要旨としている。

この第４発明の把手付風呂蓋においては、上記と同様に、同様の作用効果を得ることができる。

その上更に、本発明においては、把手の両側部を、中空長尺部材に対し直交する方向から把手支持部の溝に嵌合して組み付けるものであるため、把手支持キャップを風呂蓋本体に仮止めした後、把手を後付で、把手支持キャップに組み付けることができる。このため、把手支持キャップ及び把手をこの順に風呂蓋本体に組み付けることができ、例えば把手を軸支持部材等に組み付けた後、その把手付き軸支持部材を風呂蓋本体に組み付けるような場合と比較して、順序良くスムーズに組み立てることができる。

上記第４発明においては、前記把手支持溝が、前記把手支持部の裏面側に形成されてなる構成を採用するのが好ましい。

すなわちこの構成を採用する場合には、把手支持溝が隠蔽されるので、良好な美観を得ることができる。

更に第４発明においては、前記把手の両側部に、抜止め大径部が設けられるとともに、その抜止め大径部に対応して、前記把手支持部に係合凹部が設けられ、前記抜止め大径部が前記係合凹部に収容されてその凹部内周面に係合されることにより、前記把手の両側部が前記把手支持部に対し中空長尺部材の長さ方向への移動が規制されるよう構成されてなるものを採用するのが良い。

すなわちこの場合には、上記第３発明の欄で説明したように、把手支持キャップの中空長尺部材への固定作業を省略することができ、その分、組付作業を効率良く行うことができる。更に上記同様に、把手支持キャップを中空長尺部材に固定するためのビスやリベット等の固着具も省略することができる。

また第４発明においては、前記把手支持溝における開口縁部に、開口幅を狭めるように抜止め片が設けられ、前記把手の両側部が、前記抜止め片を弾性変形させるように前記把手支持溝に強制的に嵌合されてなる構成を採用するのが望ましい。

すなわちこの構成を採用する場合には、把手の両側部を把手支持溝に嵌合するだけで簡単にかつ確実に、把手を把手支持キャップに組み付けることができる。

また上記発明においては、前記最端の中空長尺部材が、それに隣合う中空長尺部材に対し長さが短く形成されてなる構成を採用するのが好ましい。

すなわちこの構成を採用する場合には、把手のサイズや取付位置を適切に設定することができ、美観の向上に加えて、取扱性等も向上させることができる。

更に上記発明においては、前記把手が、弓状に湾曲形成された中間把持部と、同軸上に配置された両側軸部とを有する棒状部材からなり、前記把手の両側軸部が前記把手支持部に回転自在に支持されて、前記把手が、前記蓋板に対し揺動自在に構成されてなるものを採用するのが好ましい。

すなわちこの場合には、風呂蓋を持ち上げたりする際に、周辺状況に合わせて、把手の回転姿勢を自在に調整することができ、持ち上げ操作等の取扱操作をスムーズに行うことができる。

また上記発明においては、前記把手の側部と前記把手支持キャップとの間に回転抵抗付与手段が設けられ、その回転抵抗付与手段によって、前記把手が、前記把手支持キャップに対し固定可能に構成されてなるものを採用するのが、より一層好ましい。

すなわちこの場合には、使用者の都合等に合わせて、把手を所望の回転姿勢に固定することができ、取扱作業等を、より一層スムーズに行うことができる。

前記把手支持部は、中空長尺部材に対し直交する方向に突出し、かつ風呂蓋本体に対し外方に突出するように設ける。

前記把手支持部は、風呂蓋設置状態において、風呂蓋長さ方向（中空長尺部材の配列方向）に沿って外方に突出するように設ける。

この構成を採用する場合には、把手支持部が風呂蓋本体の表面側や裏面側に突出するようなことがなく、風呂蓋本体に沿って整然と配置されるので、良好な美観を得ることができる上、風呂蓋使用時や非使用時において、把手支持部が邪魔になるようなこともない。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１ないし図５はこの発明の実施形態である把手付きのシャッター式風呂蓋を示す図である。

これらの図に示すように、この実施形態の把手付風呂蓋は、シャッター式の風呂蓋本体（１０）と、把手（３０）とを基本的な構成要素として備えている。

風呂蓋本体（１０）は、並列に配置された複数の硬質性棒状中空長尺部材（１１）と、中空長尺部材（１１）の各間に配置された複数の軟質性帯状連結部材（１５）とを有している。

中空長尺部材（１１）は、両端が開放された中空パイプ形状を有し、硬質合成樹脂製の押出成形品によって構成されている。この中空長尺部材（１１）は、台形に類似した略山形の断面形状を有し、内部に上下壁間を連結する補強壁（１３）が長さ方向に連続して形成されている。

連結部材（１５）は、軟質合成樹脂の成形品によって構成されている。そして、この連結部材（１５）によって複数の中空長尺部材（１１）の各間が屈曲自在に連結されて、複数の中空長尺部材（１１）が配列方向に沿って巻き取り可能に構成されている。

複数の中空長尺部材（１１）のうち一端側に配置される数本の中空長尺部材（１１）は、一端側に向かうに従って次第に、長さ寸法が短くなるように設定されており、一端側の最端に位置する中空長尺部材（１１ａ）が最も短い寸法に設定されている。

また最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の両端には、一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）が設けられるとともに、他の中空長尺部材（１１）の両端には、閉塞キャップ（１２）がそれぞれ設けられている。

閉塞キャップ（１２）は、中空長尺部材（１１）の端面形状に対応する形状を有する合成樹脂成形品により構成されている。この閉塞キャップ（１２）が、各中空長尺部材（１１）の両端に嵌合固定されて、各中空長尺部材（１１）の両端開口が水密状に閉塞されている。

図６及び図７に示すように、把手支持キャップ（２０）は、基端側（風呂蓋本体側）に設けられたキャップ部（２１）と、先端側に設けられた把手支持部（２５）とを有する硬質合成樹脂の一体成形品により構成されている。

キャップ部（２１）には、一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）間において対向し合う側面（内側面）に開口（２３）を有する収容凹部（２２）が形成されている。この収容凹部（２２）は、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の端部を適合状態に収容し得る形状に形成されている。更にキャップ部（２１）の基端壁（風呂蓋本体側の壁）には、一端が収容凹部（２２）の開口部（２３）に連通するスリット（２４）が、収容凹部（２２）の奥行き方向に沿って形成されている。

把手支持部（２５）の裏面側（下面側）には、一端が内側面側に開放された把手支持溝（２６）が形成されている。この溝（２６）は、断面が半周を越える円弧状に形成されており、溝（２６）の開口幅寸法が溝内の最大幅寸法よりも小さく設定されている。ここで、溝（２６）の両側開口縁部のうち一縁部が、開口幅を狭める方向に突出する抜止め片（２６ａ）として構成されている。

更に把手支持部（２５）における把手支持溝（２６）の他端側には、把手支持溝（２６）に連通し、かつ裏面側に開放された係合凹部（２７）が形成されている。この係合凹部（２７）は、把手支持溝（２６）よりも径寸法が大きく形成されており、係合凹部（２７）と把手支持溝（２６）との間には、係合段部（２７ａ）が形成されている。

この把手支持キャップ（２０）が、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の両端に外嵌されて固定される。すなわち、一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）の収容凹部（２２）内にその開口（２３）から、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の端部が収容されると同時に、スリット（２４）に、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）における連結部材（１５）との連結部周辺が挿入配置される。これにより、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の両端に把手支持キャップ（２０）がその把手支持部（２５）を外方に突出させた状態に外嵌される。

一方、把手（３０）は、湾曲形成された略弓状の中間把持部（３１）と、互いに同軸上に配置され、かつ上記把手支持キャップ（２０）における把手支持溝（２６）の断面形状に対応する円形断面の両側軸部（３２）（３２）と、両側軸部（３２）（３２）の端部に設けられ、かつ上記把手支持キャップ（２０）における係合凹部（２７）に対応する大きさに形成された円形断面の抜止め大径部（３３）（３３）とを有する硬質合成樹脂の棒状成形品をもって構成されている。

この把手（３０）の両側部が、上記一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）に回転自在に取り付けられる。すなわち把手（３０）の両側軸部（３２）（３２）及び抜止め大径部（３３）（３３）が、把手支持キャップ（２０）の裏面側から、対応する把手支持溝（２６）（２６）及び係合凹部（２７）（２７）にそれぞれ嵌め込まれる。このとき、両側軸部（３２）（３２）が把手支持溝（２６）（２６）内に抜止め片（２６ａ）（２６ａ）を撓ませながら強制的に嵌合されることにより、両側軸部（３２）（３２）が把手支持溝（２６）（２６）に収容された状態では、抜止め片（２６ａ）（２６ａ）が把手支持溝（２６）（２６）の開口幅を狭める態様に配置される。従って、この抜止め片（２６ａ）（２６ａ）によって両側軸部（３２）（３２）が把手支持溝（２６）（２６）から背面側へ抜け出すのが防止される。

更に、把手（３０）の抜止め大径部（３３）（３３）が、対応する把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）の係合凹部（２７）（２７）に収容される。この収納状態においては、抜止め大径部（３３）（３３）が、係合凹部（２７）（２７）と把手支持溝（２６）（２６）との間の係合段部（２７ａ）に係合されることにより、把手（３０）の両側軸部（３２）（３２）が内側方に抜け出すのが防止される。

更に、把手（３０）の抜止め大径部（３３）が係合凹部（２７）の内周面に係合されて、一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）が、把手（３０）の軸方向、つまり中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の長さ方向への移動が規制される。これにより、各把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）が中空長尺部材（１１ａ）から脱外するのが防止される。

こうして把手（３０）の両側軸部（３２）（３２）が一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）の把手支持部（２５）（２５）に回転自在に取り付けられて、把手（３０）の中間把持部（３１）が風呂蓋本体（１０）に対し起倒自在に構成される。

以上の構成の把手付風呂蓋において、風呂蓋本体（１０）に把手（３０）を組み付ける際の手順は、風呂蓋本体（１０）における最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の両端に、一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）を外嵌した後、把手（３０）の両側部を、対応する把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）の把手支持溝（２６）（２６）及び係合凹部（２７）（２７）に嵌合固定するものである。

以上のように、本実施形態の把手付風呂蓋によれば、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の両端を閉塞するキャップ（２０）（２０）に把手支持部（２５）（２５）を設けて、その支持部（２５）（２５）に把手（３０）を取り付けるようにしているため、把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）を、中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の端部開口を閉塞する部材として用いることに加えて、把手（３０）の軸支持部材としても利用している。このため、部品点数の削減を図ることができ、その分、構造の簡素化及びコストの削減を図ることができる。更に部品点数の削減により、組立工数も削減させることができ、組立作業を容易に行うことができる。

また本実施形態においては、最端の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）の両端に外嵌された一対の把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）に、把手（３０）の両側部を嵌め込むことにより、把手（３０）のキャップ（２０）（２０）に対する固定と、キャップ（２０）（２０）の中空長尺部材（１１ａ）に対する固定とを同時に行うことができ、これらの固定作業を別々に行う場合と比較して、組立作業を容易に行うことができる。

しかも、把手（３０）を把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）に嵌合するだけのものであるため、接着剤、ビス、リベット等の固着手段を用いる必要がなく、この点においても、組付作業をより一層簡単に行うことができる。もっとも、本実施形態においては、把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）を中空長尺部材（１１ａ）に外嵌した状態で接着剤等の固着手段により固定するようにしても良い。

また本実施形態においては、把手（３０）の両側部を、把手支持キャップ（２０）の裏面側から把手支持溝（２６）に収容して組み付けるものであるため、把手支持キャップ（２０）を風呂蓋本体（１０）に仮止めした後、把手（３０）を後付で把手支持キャップ（２０）に組み付けることができる。このため、把手支持キャップ（２０）及び把手（３０）をこの順に風呂蓋本体（１０）に組み付けることができ、例えば把手を支持部材に組み付けた後、その把手付き支持部材を風呂蓋本体に組み付けるような場合と比較して、順序良くスムーズに組み立てることができる。

更に本実施形態においては、把手（３０）が起倒自在に構成されているため、風呂蓋を持ち上げたりする際に、周辺状況に合わせて、把手（３０）の回転姿勢を自在に調整することができ、持ち上げ操作等の取扱操作をスムーズに行うことができる。

また本実施形態においては、把手支持キャップ（２０）（２０）の把手支持部（２５）（２５）を風呂蓋本体（１０）の端面から外側方に突出するように配置させるものであるため、把手支持部（２５）（２５）が風呂蓋本体（１０）の表面側や裏面側に突出するようなことがなく、風呂蓋本体（１０）に沿って整然と配置されるので、良好な美観を得ることができるとともに、把手支持部（２５）（２５）が邪魔になるようなこともない。

なお、上記実施形態においては、把手（３０）を風呂蓋本体（１０）の一端側のみに取り付ける場合を例に挙げて説明したが、本発明はそれだけに限られず、把手を風呂蓋本体の両端に取り付けるようにしても良い。

また上記実施形態においては、風呂蓋本体として、シャッター式の風呂蓋を例に挙げて説明したが、本発明はそれだけに限られず、中空長尺部材を有する折り畳み式風呂蓋等にも適用することができる。更に本発明は、風呂蓋本体に中空長尺部材が設けられない風呂蓋、例えば組蓋タイプの風呂蓋であっても、風呂蓋本体に別途、中空長尺部材を取り付けるようにすれば、本発明を適用することができる。

また本発明においては、把手（３０）の側部軸部（３２）と把手支持部（２５）との間に回転抵抗を付与するための回転抵抗付与手段を設けて、把手（３０）を所望の回転姿勢に固定できるよう構成しても良い。具体的には、側部軸部（３２）側に突起、凹部、ローレット等の係合部を形成するとともに、把手支持部（２５）側に上記係合部に係脱自在な係合受を形成し、係合部及び係合受の係合によって、把手（３０）を所望の回転姿勢に仮固定できるように構成しても良い。このようなクリックストップ方式等を採用する場合には、周辺の状況に合わせて、把手（３０）を所望の回転姿勢に仮固定することができ、取扱作業をより一層スムーズに行うことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明の把手付風呂蓋によれば、構造の簡素化及びコストの削減を図ることができるとともに、組立作業も簡単に行うことができるという効果がある。

However, in the conventional shutter-type bath lid with a handle, in addition to the handle, a member for supporting the handle is separately used. Therefore, the number of parts is increased, and the structure is complicated.
