Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for wrapping a wet type small tissue paper and a clamping device used directly for carrying out the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For a packaging bag containing small tissue paper called a wet type, the tissue paper is taken out from a hole with a lid on the side of the packaging bag. A structure for taking out paper is generally known. As shown in FIG. 3, the zippered packaging bag a is provided with an overlapping piece d in which only the bag mouth b in the short direction is opened and a peripheral edge c to be opened in use is formed in a sealed state, A chuck e that can be freely opened and closed is arranged at a vertical position of the overlapping piece d. Therefore, for packaging of such a packaging bag with a chuck, after an operator packs a small number of small tissue papers p from the opened bag mouth b, ethyl alcohol or purified water for cleaning and sterilization, etc. Then, after the bag mouth b was pulled by hand to be in a single-letter state, the bag mouth b was sealed with a semi-automatic sealing device.
Thus, when a small tissue paper is packed in the packaging bag with a chuck, the height dimension between the upper end of the tissue paper and the bag mouth end is about 20 to 24 mm. In this state, when trying to grip the packaging bag with the grip (holding device) of the conventional packaging machine, the height is small and there is no room for the grip and heat seal bar to intervene. The packaging could not be automated. Under such circumstances, at present, an operator manually performs a sealing operation one by one using a semi-automatic sealing device.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The manual packaging method for the zippered packaging bag has the disadvantage that it is not suitable for mass production because of its very low productivity. In addition, in order to automate the packaging by the packaging machine, it is necessary to develop a clamping device having a new structure that can be applied to the packaging bag with a chuck.
In addition, with regard to wet type small tissue paper, some countermeasures have been desired in which automation is achieved by minimizing manual processes from the viewpoint of hygiene such as prevention of bacterial infection.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to propose a packaging method for improving productivity by automating the packaging process of wet type small tissue paper using a packaging bag with a chuck.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an upper bag in which a fixed number of small tissue papers are accommodated in a large number of circulation cases that stand by being aligned on a supply roller conveyor of a bag feeder. When a plurality of zippered packaging bags with their mouths still unsealed are filled, each circulation case containing the packaging bags is sequentially transferred to the packaging machine side, and is sent to the bag supply station of the packaging machine. The chucked packaging bags are fed one by one by suction transfer means between a pair of holding pieces of a holding device arranged radially at an equal angle from the center of rotation to the intermittent rotating plate, and are moved back and forth by the holding pieces. The surface is pressed and held in an upright position, and at the liquid filling station, the pressing force of the clamping piece against the packaging bag with the chuck is relaxed, and a certain amount of cleaning and sterilizing air is applied to the packaging bag. The bag is sealed at the heat sealing station, the sealed portion is cooled at the seal cooling station, and then the packaging bag with the chuck at the stamping / discharging station. A predetermined engraving is applied to the bag, and the holding action by the clamping device is released to release the packaging bag to the outside of the machine.
[0006]
In order to achieve the same object, the invention described in claim 2 is the method of packaging a small tissue paper according to claim 1, wherein the zippered packaging bag is formed by overlapping a peripheral edge portion to be opened. It is characterized in that a chuck that can be freely opened and closed is arranged at a longitudinal position of the piece.
[0007]
In order to achieve the same object, the invention described in claim 3 is the method of packaging a small tissue paper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pair of fixed sandwich pieces and the movable sandwich piece are arranged to face each other. The movable holding piece is urged by a spring so as to be able to contact and separate from the fixed holding piece, and the movable holding piece is moved backward from the fixed holding piece to a predetermined position against the elasticity of the spring by the driving means. It is characterized by being comprised.
[0008]
[Action and effect of the invention]
An unsealed packaging bag with a zipper containing small tissue paper in advance (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as a packaging bag) is set up in a number of circulating cases waiting on the supply roller conveyor of the bag feeder. When a plurality of packaging cases are filled, the circulating cases containing the packaging bags are sequentially transferred toward the packaging machine. Next, at the bag supply station of the packaging machine, the packaging bags are fed one by one between the sandwiching pieces of the sandwiching device by the suction transfer means and held so as not to move upright. At the liquid filling station, the pressing force of the clamping piece against the packaging bag with the chuck is eased, and the packaging bag is filled with a certain amount of ethyl alcohol, purified water, etc., and the bag mouth of the packaging bag is filled at the heat sealing station. After sealing, the sealed part is cooled at the seal cooling station. If the holding action by the clamping piece of the clamping device is released immediately after the predetermined marking is applied to the packaging bag at the marking / discharge station, the packaging bag is discharged out of the machine.
[0009]
In the clamping device according to claim 3, the movable clamping piece accepts or releases the packaging bag by retreating from the fixed clamping piece against the elasticity of the spring by the operation of a driving means such as a solenoid or a pneumatic cylinder. The movable holding piece functions so as to be biased and held by a spring so as not to move the packaging bag due to the non-operation of the driving means.
[0010]
According to this small tissue paper packaging method and the clamping device used in the method, the packaging process of the wet type small tissue paper is almost automated except for the initial work of filling the circulation case with the packaging bag by the operator. Compared with a method in which all conventional processes are performed manually, productivity is remarkably improved.
Furthermore, since the subsequent packaging process is automated except for the above-described initial manual work, it is possible to realize sanitary packaging.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a packaging machine to which the packaging method of the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a plan view for explaining the general configuration of a bag feeder, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an unsealed packaging bag with a chuck, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal side view showing the positional relationship between the clamping device and the intermittent rotating plate, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the clamping device, FIG. 7 is a front view of the liquid filling device, and FIG. It is a perspective view of a finished packaging bag with a chuck.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, a rotary packaging machine H equipped with a bag supply machine S includes a bag supply station, an idle station, a liquid filling station, a heat seal station, a seal cooling station, an engraving / discharge station, an idle station, etc. It consists of 10 stations.
[0013]
In the bag feeder S shown in FIG. 2, 2 is a supply roller conveyor in which a large number of circulation cases 1 are continuously aligned and stands by, 3 is a supply belt conveyor, and 4 is a leading belt discharged onto the supply belt conveyor 3. A first shutter for controlling the movement of the packaging bag a toward the packaging machine, 5 is a second shutter having a function of separating the leading packaging bag a and the next packaging bag a, and 6 is a return roller conveyor. , 7 is a first switching means for sequentially transferring the empty circulation cases 1 to the return roller conveyor 6 side at the transfer position x, 8 is a return belt conveyor, 9 is a standby roller conveyor, and 10 is a transfer roller conveyor. It is the 2nd switching means for returning empty circulation case 1 to supply roller conveyor 2 side one by one in loading position y.
[0014]
Explaining the operation of the bag feeder S having the above-described configuration, the unwrapped packaging bag a in which the small tissue paper p shown in FIG. 3 is stored is manually overlapped with the circulating case 1 in an upright state. When 10 bags are filled in a timely manner after d, each circulation case 1 is moved to a predetermined position of the supply belt conveyor 3, and the return roller conveyor is left with the packaging bag a remaining on the supply belt conveyor 3 at the transfer position x. It is transferred to the 6th side. When the first packaging bag a is taken out by the suction transfer means 15 described later, the first shutter 4 moves backward through the packaging bag a and then advances again, and the second shutter 5 is moved backward, Packaging bag a is fed to the leading position by the supply belt conveyor 3. In synchronization with this, the second shutter 5 advances again, the leading packaging bag a and the next packaging bag a are divided, and the new leading packaging bag a is absorbed by the suction transfer means 15. It is taken out.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 4, the suction transfer means 15 has a set of links 17 rotatably attached to a support plate 16, a linkage 18 is attached to the free ends of the links 17, and is fixed to one link 17. A drive rod 20 is connected to the crank lever 19 to form a four-bar rotation chain mechanism, and a horizontal rod 21 having a vacuum suction cup 22 provided laterally is attached to the linkage 18. Accordingly, the suction rod 22 performs a parallel movement in the front-rear direction by the vertical movement of the drive rod 20, and the packaging bag a on the supply belt conveyor 3 is sucked at the forward end of the suction cup 22 and sucked at the backward end. The operation is stopped and the packaging bag a is provided so as to be dropped and fed between a pair of sandwiching pieces 36 and 37 of the sandwiching device 35 described later.
[0016]
Reference numeral 25 denotes guide means for guiding the packaging bag a so as to smoothly fall between the holding pieces 36 and 37 in the opened state of the holding device 35. The guide means 25 is provided so as to rotatably support a pair of left and right guide arms 27 on a frame 26 fixed to the machine base 30, and to open and close the arms 27 by driving a motor device 28 (FIG. 4). ).
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 5, a vertical index shaft 32 is inserted into a shaft cylinder 33 a of an intermittent rotating plate 33 and integrated with a stand 31 erected on the machine base 30 of the packaging machine H. The intermittent rotating plate 33 is rotatably provided by supporting the bearing 33a with the bearing 34. Reference numeral 35 denotes a clamping device disposed on the intermittent rotation plate 33 in the radial direction at an equal angle from the rotation center of the index shaft 32, and is provided in the same number as the stations.
[0018]
The clamping device 35 is fixed by inserting a U-shaped fixed clamping piece 36 into the hole 33b around the outer periphery of the intermittent rotating plate 33 and fixing it to a position facing the front inward of the fixed clamping piece 36. A piece 37 is provided (FIGS. 5 and 6). A support rod 38 provided with a movable clamping piece 37 at its tip is an intermediate value of the free end of the link 41 and the long side portion 42a of the H-shaped lever 42 which are rotatably attached to the intermittent rotation plate 33 by shafts 39 and 40, respectively. It is connected to the shaft. Reference numeral 43 denotes a spring for urging the movable clamping piece 37 so as to always press the movable clamping piece 37 toward the fixed clamping piece 36. Reference numeral 44 denotes an adjusting screw also serving as a stopper for adjusting the pressing state. The side surface of the long side portion 42a is provided so as to contact the head portion.
[0019]
A roller 45 is provided at the free end of the short side portion 42b of the H-shaped lever 42 so as to freely rotate, and the roller 45 is provided so as to correspond to the block 51 attached to the rod of the pneumatic cylinder 50 as a driving means. The pneumatic cylinder 50 is installed on a fixed disk 31 a provided integrally with the stand 31 at each of a bag supply station, a liquid filling station, and a marking / discharge station. Reference numeral 31b denotes a discharge port formed in the fixed disk 31a.
[0020]
Thus, in the clamping device 35, the movable lever piece 37 moves backward from the fixed clamping piece 36 because the H-shaped lever 42 swings against the elasticity of the spring 43 by the forward movement of the pneumatic cylinder 50. Thus, in the state where the movable holding piece 37 is opened, the packaging bag a is received or released. When the pneumatic cylinder 50 is not operated, the spring 43 biases the support rod 38 in the forward direction, so that the packaging bag a is held between the fixed holding piece 36 and the movable holding piece 37 and held in an upright position.

The small tissue paper packaging method will be specifically described using the rotary type packaging machine H configured as described above.
The overlapping piece d is moved in the direction of travel in a state where an unsealed zippered packaging bag a in which small tissue paper is previously stored is set up in an empty circulation case 1 that is arranged and waiting on the supply roller conveyor 3 of the bag feeder S. On the other hand, when filled, the circulation cases 1 containing the packaging bags a are sequentially transferred toward the packaging machine.
In the bag supply station of the packaging machine H, when the leading packaging bag a is adsorbed by the suction cup 22 of the adsorption transfer means 15 and is fed one by one between the fixed clamping piece 36 and the movable clamping piece 37 in the open state, The bag a is held in a standing posture with the front and rear surfaces being pressed by the sandwiching pieces 36 and 37.
In the liquid filling station, the pneumatic cylinder 50 is operated to relieve the pressing force of the movable holding piece 37 against the packaging bag a, and a certain amount of cleaning and sterilization is performed from the injection pipe 58 of the liquid filling device 55 into the packaging bag a. In addition, the upper end of the small tissue paper p is pressed by the presser piece 56a and is brought into a stable accommodation state.
At the heat sealing station, the bag mouth b of the packaging bag a is sealed.
Cool the weld at the seal cooling station. Next, a predetermined stamp is applied to the packaging bag a at the stamping / discharging station, and the holding action by the clamping device 35 is released, so that the packaging bag a is discharged out of the machine through the discharge port 31b of the fixed disk 31a. Is done. In FIG. 8, the packaging bag a with a chuck | zipper after packaging completion is shown.
