Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a food heat insulation box used for a meal service or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a food heat insulation box used for a meal service or the like, an outer shell is formed by a vacuum double container having a high heat retention performance (see Patent Document 1). When a vacuum double container is used, it is usually formed in a cylindrical shape with one end open and the other end closed, and the open end is covered with a heat insulating lid to form the outer shell of the food heat insulating box. And, for convenience of putting in and out food containers such as rice bowl and soup bowl stored inside, support frames are attached to the open end and closed end of the vacuum double container so that the vacuum double container can be used in a laid state. The vacuum double container in the state is supported by both support frames, and the drawer plate is taken in and out from the open side. A rice bowl and a soup bowl are placed on the drawer plate and inserted into a vacuum double container for storage, and the rice bowl or the like is taken out by pulling out the drawer plate (hereinafter referred to as a drawer mold). .)
[0003]
In addition, a portable lunch box that uses a vacuum double container with an open top and a closed bottom, stores food containers from the open top of the container, stacks them in two layers, and covers the open top with a heat insulating lid Is also known (see Patent Document 2).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This type of food insulation box is often used for meals for the elderly and the sick who are difficult to make meals, but in the case of a drawer type like the conventional food insulation box mentioned above, Since it is necessary to take out and put in two food containers on the drawer plate, there is a problem in handling that the food container tends to fall over or spills the food in the interior.
[0006]
In addition, as in Patent Document 2, it is conceivable to use a vacuum double container with the upper end opened and the lower end closed, and the food container can be taken in and out from the open part at the upper end. In particular, there is a problem that it is inconvenient to put in and take out the lower one.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a food heat insulation box having good usability without using the above-mentioned inconvenience while using a vacuum double container having good heat insulation performance.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a food warming box in which two types of food containers are housed on a box bottom body, and a heat insulation lid placed thereon is coupled to the box bottom body. The food container is stored in two upper and lower layers on the upper surface of the box bottom body, and a concave portion shallower than the food container stored in the lower stage is provided on the upper surface of the box bottom body, and the container lid upper portion of the food container fitted in the concave portion Another food container is stacked on top of each other, and the heat insulating lid is formed by a cylindrical vacuum double container having an open bottom and a closed upper end covering the two layers of food containers, and a part of the upper end surface of the heat insulating cover is formed on the upper food container. A configuration was adopted in which the gap between the upper and lower food containers was eliminated by contacting the container lid.
[0009]
According to the above-described configuration, two types of food containers are stacked in two upper and lower stages and stored on the bottom of the box, so that the entire food tableware appears when the bottom-open cylindrical heat insulating lid is removed. For this reason, each food container can be handled with both hands. In addition, since the heat insulating lid is open at the lower end and closed at the upper end, it is superior in heat retention as compared with the one with the upper end opened or the side opened. The upper end portion of the heat retaining lid is brought into contact with the container lid of the upper food container, thereby preventing rattling between the upper and lower food containers, and at the same time preventing the lid from coming off and moving.
[0010]
In addition, an air hole and an annular knob surrounding the air hole are provided in the container lid of the lower food container, the knob is applied to the bottom surface of the upper food container, the upper end of the peripheral wall of the lower food container and the upper food The structure which fitted the fitting wall provided in the bottom face of the container is employable. According to this configuration, when liquid food such as miso soup is stored in the lower food container, external air is inhaled through the air hole provided in the container lid as the internal pressure decreases due to the internal temperature decrease. A decrease in internal pressure can be prevented. In addition, by fitting the upper end of the peripheral wall of the lower food container with the fitting wall of the upper food container, it prevents tilting or falling even if an external force is applied to the upper food container with the heat insulation lid removed. it can. The air hole prevents liquid food from actively flowing out from the portion when the internal pressure increases during conveyance, and preventing leakage from the outer peripheral edge of the container lid. The liquid food that has flowed out of the air hole is blocked by the surrounding knob, and when the internal pressure decreases, it naturally returns from the air hole into the food container.
[0011]
It is possible to adopt a configuration in which bending is imparted to the container lid of the upper food container and the container lid is pressed by a recessed portion provided on the upper end surface of the heat retaining lid. According to this structure, the lid of each food container is pressed and sealed by bending the container lid of the upper food container. Moreover, the lower container lid knob is pressed against the bottom surface of the upper food container to improve the sealing performance against the liquid. For this reason, even if the liquid food inside leaks from the air hole, it is sealed around the upper end of the knob to prevent it from leaking outside.
[0012]
In addition, the structure which interposed the elastic body between the bottom face of the said recessed part for lower food containers provided in the said box bottom body, and this lower food container, Between the container lid and the said heat insulation cover of the said upper food container Also, by adopting a configuration in which an elastic body is interposed, the sealing performance of each lid and the sealing performance between the knob and the bottom surface of the upper food container can be improved.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the food warming box of the first embodiment is covered with a box bottom body 1 and the upper end thereof, and is supported by a step 2 on the outer peripheral surface of the box bottom body 1. It consists of a heat retaining lid 3 with an upper end closed.
[0014]
The box bottom body 1 is obtained by filling a bottom main body 4 with a heat insulating material 5 such as a foamed resin and closing the lower surface with a bottom plate 6. A hemispherical recess 7 is formed on the upper surface of the bottom body 4, and the step 2 is formed on the outer peripheral surface. Fasteners 8 and 8 are attached to two locations on the outer peripheral surface at symmetrical positions. The recess 7 is formed slightly shallower than the soup bowl 9 (lower food container), and the upper end portion 11 of the soup bowl 9 is exposed above. The upper end portion 11 is a portion that becomes a vertical wall surface when the soup bowl 9 is stored in the concave portion 7.
[0015]
The soup bowl 9 has a shallow thread-like rib 12 provided on the lower surface thereof placed on the bottom surface of the recess 7. In addition, an inner step portion 13 projecting inward from the inner surface of the upper end portion 11 is formed at the boundary portion between the upper end of the curved portion of the soup bowl 9 and the upper end portion 11, and the lid 14 (container lid) is included therein. It fits on the step 13. Further, an outer step portion 15 that is recessed inward from the outer surface of the upper end portion 11 is formed on the outer surface of the inner step portion 13. The outer step portion 15 rests on the upper edge of the recess 7. An air hole 16 is provided in the central portion of the lid 14, and an annular knob 17 protruding upward is formed on the outer periphery of the air hole 16. The portion of the lid 14 surrounded by the knob 17 is generally recessed so that the central air hole 16 is lowered.
[0016]
Rice bowl 18 (upper food container) is stacked on the lid 14 of the soup bowl 9. The rice bowl 18 is provided with a shallow fitting wall 21 (height: about 5 mm) at the lower end of the outer peripheral portion of the bottom surface 19. The fitting wall 21 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion 11 of the soup bowl 9 with a required gap. The knob 17 abuts at the center of the bottom surface 19. The upper end of the upper end portion 11 also comes into contact with the step portion 20 provided on the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the rice bowl 18, but this contact portion has a minute gap e before the heat insulating lid 3 is covered, Does not interfere with contact.
[0017]
The lid 18 of the rice bowl 18 has a bending property having a curved surface slightly bulging upward, and a concentric circular knob 23 is formed. The recessed portion 26 of the heat insulating lid 3 is brought into contact with the center portion of the lid lid 22, the lid lid 22 is bent, the rice bowl 18 is pushed down by the minute gap e, and the step portion 20 on the outer peripheral portion of the bottom surface is poured. It is made to contact | abut to the upper end part 11 of the collar 9 (FIG. 1 has shown this contact state). At the same time, a pressing force is applied to the contact surface between the knob 17 and the bottom surface 19 of the jar lid 14 of the soup bowl 9, and a pressing force is also applied to the fitting portion of the outer peripheral edge of the jar lid 14 with the step portion 13. When the rice lid 18 is pushed down as described above by bending the lid 22, it is not always necessary to bring the step portion 20 into contact with the upper end portion 11, and a small gap smaller than e may remain.
[0018]
The contact surface of the knob 17 with respect to the bottom surface 19 is relatively rough in molding accuracy. Therefore, when the knob 17 is pressed against the bottom surface, air flow is not hindered, but the passage of liquid food is blocked by its own surface tension. The Thus, the flow of air is not hindered, and the relationship for preventing the passage of liquid food is the same in the contact portion between the upper end portion 11 of the outer peripheral portion and the step portion 20.
[0019]
The heat insulating lid 3 is constituted by a vacuum double container, is formed in a cylindrical shape with the lower end opened and the upper end closed, and the annular member 24 is integrated with the outer peripheral surface of the lower end opening by forced fitting. The stoppers 8 and 8 are engaged with the protrusions 25 and 25 provided at symmetrical positions on the outer peripheral surface of the annular member 24, and the box bottom body 1 and the heat insulating lid 3 are detachably connected. Further, the above-described recessed portion 26 that is recessed inward is formed in the central portion of the upper end surface of the heat insulating lid 3, and the cut end portion of the tip tube 27 used for evacuation is present in the central portion, and the tip tube cover 28. Covered by. The tip tube cover 28 is filled with a sealing material 29 such as silicon sealant. The lid member 31 is forcibly fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the heat retaining lid 3 with a sealant such as silicon sealant interposed therebetween, and the tip tube cover 28 is concealed by the lid member 31. A downward U-shaped handle 32 is fixed to the upper surface of the lid member 31. The bottom plate 6 is provided with a circular recess 33 into which the handle 32 can be fitted so that they can be fitted to each other when stacked.
[0020]
The clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the soup bowl 9 and the rice bowl 18 and the inner peripheral face of the heat insulating lid 3 is to eliminate the disadvantage that the rice bowl 18 and the like are lifted by the negative pressure generated when the heat insulating lid 3 is opened. In addition, 2 mm or more is necessary.
[0021]
The first embodiment is as described above. Miso soup cooked in a lunch center or the like is placed in a soup bowl 9 and covered with a lid 14 and placed in the recess 7 of the box bottom body 1. The bottom surface of the rice bowl 18 containing rice is placed on the knob 17 and the fitting wall 21 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion 11. Thereafter, the heat insulating lid 3 is covered, and the annular member 24 at the lower end thereof is placed on the step portion 2 of the box bottom body 1. When the stoppers 8 and 8 are locked to the protrusions 25 and 25, the heat insulating lid 3 is connected to the box bottom body 1. In the inside of the heat insulating lid 3, the recessed portion 26 at the upper end presses the lid 22 of the rice bowl 18 to bend it. By the bending, the step portion 20 on the bottom surface of the rice bowl 18 comes into contact with the upper end portion 11 of the soup bowl 9 or leaves a small gap, and the bottom surface 19 of the rice bowl 18 is pressed against the knob 17. At the same time, the outer peripheral edge of the lid 14 is pressed against the step portion 13.
[0022]
When the temperature in the soup bowl 9 is lowered and the internal pressure is lowered with the passage of time while being transported in the storage state as described above, the air in the heat insulating lid 3 is brought into contact with the upper end portion 11 and the stepped portion 20. The air is sucked into the air hole 16 through a small gap at the contact portion between the knob 17 and the bottom surface 19. Thereby, the internal pressure rise of the soup bowl 9 is prevented.
[0023]
Further, regarding the soup bowl 9, even if there is an inclination during conveyance or an increase in internal pressure due to an impact applied to the lid lid 14, the lid lid 14 is not lifted because of the pressing force described above. Liquid food will not leak from its outer periphery. Even if liquid food leaks from the air hole 16, the outflow is prevented by the surface tension in the gap of the contact portion with the bottom surface 19 of the knob 17, and does not leak to the outside. The liquid food leaking from the air hole 13 is returned from the air hole 16 into the soup bowl 9 along the recessed shape of the portion of the lid 14 surrounded by the knob 17.
[0024]
When the person who has received the meal opens the heat insulation lid 3, the soup bowl 9 and the rice bowl 18 appear in a two-tiered state on the box bottom 1, so that they can be removed using both hands as necessary. And so on. Cleaning up after the meal is done is the reverse procedure. The lid 14 of the soup bowl 9 can be easily opened because the decrease in internal pressure is prevented by the presence of the air holes 16. Further, during transportation, the air hole 16 is sealed at the contact portion between the surrounding knob 17 and the bottom surface 19, so that the temperature drop of the liquid food due to the presence of the air hole 16 is prevented.
[0025]
Instead of using the bendable lid 22 described above, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the lid 22 ′ is a flat lid having a normal thickness, and the concave portion 7 of the box bottom body 1 is formed. A packing mounting portion 34 is provided on the bottom surface, and an annular packing 35 is mounted on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and this is interposed between the bottom surface of the soup bowl 9. The soup bowl 9 is supported via the packing 35, and the recess portion 26 receives a force by which the recessed portion 26 is pressed against the bowl lid 22 'of the rice bowl 18 by the packing 35, so that the contact portion between the knob 17 and the bottom surface 19 is received. A pressing force is applied, and the sealing performance of the portion against the liquid is increased. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0026]
In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4, instead of the packing 35, a hole 36 is provided in the center portion of the rice lid 18 ′ of the rice bowl 18, and the packing 37 attached to the hole 36 is replaced with the heat retaining lid 3. The concave portion 26 is pressed. Also in this case, a pressing force is applied to the knob 17 and the bottom surface 19 to improve the sealing performance. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0027]
Each of the above embodiments is an example in which the upper and lower two-stage food containers are soup bowl 9 and rice bowl 18, but generally the lower food container is for liquid food, and the upper food container is for solid food. be able to.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the food heat insulation box of the present invention is such that the food container stacked in two stages on the box bottom plate is covered with the heat insulation lid with the lower end opened and the upper end closed. Almost the whole is exposed. As a result, it can be handled reliably by using both hands as necessary, and the inconvenience of tilting or tilting the food container is eliminated. Further, since the heat insulating lid is an open type at the lower end, the heat insulating effect is excellent. Furthermore, rattling between food containers can be prevented by pressing a part of the inner surface of the upper end of the heat retaining lid against the container lid of the upper food container. Further, when the lower food container is for liquid food, an air hole is provided in the container lid, and a knob provided around the container is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the upper food container for sealing. By applying an elastic force by a bendable container lid or the like to the pressing, a pressing force is applied to the contact portion of the knob, and at the same time, a dimensional error can be absorbed, so that the sealing performance is further improved.
