Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、外部から衝撃が加えられたり或いは傾倒状態となった場合にあっても、収納室の開口部の閉扉状態を確実に保持しうる扉構造を備えた収納箱、特に、棚板上に薬品収納瓶等を載置して携行するのに適した収納箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来からこの種の収納箱において、収納箱の収納室を開閉自在に閉止する扉構造としては、収納室の開口部の大きさと同一大きさ又は該開口部を二分割した大きさを有する正面矩形状の扉体を収納箱本体の開口側端部に開閉自在に枢着してなる構造が汎用されている。

そして、上記収納箱本体の前端開口縁における上下中央部に前面に向かって開口した係止凹部を一体に設けるとともに、上記扉体の後面における上下部に上記収納箱本体に一体に設けた上記係止凹部に嵌入、係止可能な係止部材を突設し、上記扉体の係止部材を上記収納箱本体の係止凹部に前方から嵌入、係止させ、上記扉体が上記収納箱本体の開口部を閉止した状態を保持できるように構成されている。

しかしながら、上記収納箱の扉構造では、携行時において収納箱が前後方向に揺動させた場合、或いは、載置状態において、地震の発生により収納箱が前後方向に揺動し、上記収納箱本体の係止凹部と上記扉体の係止部材との係止部分に該係止凹部と係止部材とが離間する方向に力が加わった場合には簡単にその係止状態が解除されて扉体が開き収納室の前端開口部が開放状態となって収納室に収納した収納物が外部に飛び出してしまうといった問題があった。そして、万一上記収納室に収納した収納物が化学薬品であるには外に飛び出した衝撃によって化学薬品の収納瓶が破損し、収納瓶内に収納した化学薬品同士が化学反応を起こして火災の原因になるといった恐れもあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、地震や携行の際の揺動や振動或いは携行中に傾倒状態となった場合にあっても確実に収納室の開口部の閉扉状態を保持しておくことができる扉体を有する収納箱を提供する。

請求項1に記載の収納箱は、内部を上下方向に適宜間隔毎に配設してなる複数枚の棚板によって複数の収納室に区画され且つ前端開口部に扉体を開閉自在に設けてなる収納箱であって、上記扉体は線条材を正面コ字状に屈曲することにより枠状に形成されてなり、この枠状扉体の上下水平フレーム部の自由端を収納箱本体の開口側端部に開閉自在に枢着し、更に、上記棚板の前端部に収納箱本体の幅方向に開口した係止凹部を設けて該係止凹部に上記枠状扉体の垂直フレーム部を側方から係脱可能に係止させるように構成していることを特徴とする。

【作用】
本発明の収納箱の収納室に収納物を収納するには、先ず、収納箱の前端開口部の側端部に開閉自在に枢着した扉体の垂直フレーム部と上記収納箱の棚板の前端部に設けた係止凹部との係止を上記扉体の垂直フレーム部を上下水平フレーム部の長さ方向に弓形状に湾曲、変位させることによって解除して、上記扉体を上記収納室の前端開口部の側方に回動、変位させて上記収納箱の収納室の前端開口部を開放する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の収納箱の一例を図面を参照しつつ説明する。本発明の収納箱1は、図1に示したように、内部を上下方向に適宜間隔毎に配設してなる複数枚の棚板11d 、11d ・・・によって収納室11c 、11c ・・・に区画され且つ前端開口部に左右扉体12、12を両開き状に開閉自在に設けてなる収納箱1であって、上記左右扉体12、12は金属線材よりなる線条材を正面コ字状に屈曲することにより枠状に形成されてなり、この枠状扉体12における垂直フレーム部12a の上下端に屈曲、形成してなる上下水平フレーム部12b 、12b の自由端部を収納箱本体11の開口側端部に開閉自在に枢着し、更に、上記各棚板11d 、11d ・・・の前端面に収納箱本体11の幅方向に開口した係止凹部11g 、11g ・・・を設けて該係止凹部11g 、11g ・・・に上記枠状扉体12、12の垂直フレーム部12a 、12a ・・・を側方から係脱可能に係止させるように構成してなる。

上記収納箱本体11は、正面縦長長方形状の背面板11a とこの背面板11a の外周縁から前方に向かって延設された前後方向に一定幅を有する周面板11b とからなり、上記背面板11a の内面と上記周面板11b の内面とによって前方に向かって全面的に開放した収納空間Cが形成されており、該収納空間Cは上下方向に適宜間隔毎に配設された複数枚の棚板11d によって上下方向に複数分割されている。なお、上記周面板11b の外側上面には上記収納箱11を携行する際に把持される側面下向きコ字状の把手部13が一体に設けられている。

上記棚板11d は、その左右方向の幅が上記収納箱本体11の収納空間Cの幅に等しく形成されているとともに、その前後方向の幅は上記収納箱本体11の収納空間Cの前後幅に等しく形成されている一方、上記棚板11d の前端縁には上方に向かって飛出防止壁11e が僅かに突設されており、該飛出防止壁11e によって上記収納室11c 内に収納した収納物Aの前側下端縁部が受止されて、収納物Aが不用意に収納室11c 外に飛び出すのを防止している。

上記扉体12は屈曲に対する弾性復元力と可撓性を有する金属線材を正面コ字状に屈曲させることによって形成されており、詳しくは、上記収納箱本体11の収納空間Cの前端開口部の高さよりも若干短い長さを有する垂直フレーム部12a とこの垂直フレーム部12a の上下端から水平方向に屈曲、形成されてなる上下水平フレーム部12b 、12b とからなり、この扉体12を収納箱本体11の開口部の左右に夫々配して、これらの扉体12、12の上下水平フレーム部12b 、12b の自由端部を夫々上下方向に直角に屈曲してなる屈曲部12c 、12c を上記収納箱本体11の収納空間Cの前端開口部における上下左右端部の中心孔に回動自在に枢着させることにより、これらの左右扉体12、12によって上記収納室11c の前端開口部を開閉する両開き扉が形成されている。

しかる後、図3に示したように、上記収納箱1の収納室11c 内に、例えば、血液等が入った試験管を縦横に配設してなる試験管立てAを収納した後、上記側方に回動させた上記一対の扉体12、12を中央側に向かって回動させるとともに、上記扉体12、12の垂直フレーム部12a 、12a を把持して全長に亘って側方に向かって弓形状に撓ませて、上記棚板11d 、11d ・・・の挿入口11f 、11f ・・・内に上記扉体12、12の垂直フレーム部12a 、12a を挿入する。そして、上記垂直フレーム部12a の側方への押力を解き、垂直フレーム部12a の弾性復元力によって元の直条状に復元させることにより、該垂直フレーム部12a 、12a を対応する上記収納箱本体11の棚板11d 、11d ・・・の係止凹部11g 、11g ・・・に側方から係止させて、上記一対の扉体12、12を上記収納室11c の前端開口部に固定し、一対の扉体12、12によって該収納室11c を閉扉状態に保持する。

【発明の効果】
本発明の収納箱は、内部を上下方向に適宜間隔毎に配設してなる複数枚の棚板によって複数の収納室に区画され且つ前端開口部に扉体を開閉自在に設けてなる収納箱であって、上記扉体は線条材を正面コ字状に屈曲することにより枠状に形成されてなり、この枠状扉体の上下水平フレーム部の自由端を収納箱本体の開口側端部に開閉自在に枢着し、更に、上記棚板の前端部に収納箱の幅方向に開口した係止凹部を設けて該係止凹部に上記枠状扉体の垂直フレーム部を側方から係脱可能に係止させるように構成していることを特徴とするので、上記扉体の垂直フレーム部はその前面を上記係止凹部によって受止されており、地震や携行の際の揺動や振動或いは携行中に上記収納室の前端開口部が下向きとなる傾倒状態となった場合にあっても、上記扉体は上記収納室の開口部の閉扉状態を確実に保持するので不用意に上記収納室の前端開口部が開放状態となって収納室内の収納物が外部に飛び出したりするといったことはない。
