Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Depending on the soil purification method, it is possible to use this device that has been conventionally used for improving soft ground.
However, the soil to be soil-purified generally differs from the improvement of the sludge-like soft and soft ground in general, and the void K excavated by the stirring device is surely secured, and the cracks in the soil, There are many boundaries.
For this purpose, high-pressure air blown from the tip of an agitator that feeds the cleaning agent, harmful substances contained in the soil, or dust enters not only the gap K but also gaps such as cracks and boundaries, and the agitator Will be ejected out of the blocking member installed above. This caused the diffusion of harmful substances into the atmosphere and the damage of dust.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and proposes a device for recovering in the soil without putting harmful substances contained in the soil onto the ground surface, such as high-pressure air for sending the cleaning agent. To do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a central hole, is provided with a stirring blade on the outer periphery and moves in the vertical direction while rotating, and a pumping means provided in the central hole of the stirring means, the upper part being connected to a pumping means for sending a purifier, and A hollow pipe-shaped supply means that provides a discharge port that opens to the outside of the stirring means, a casing that covers the outside of the stirring means and is formed longer than the tip of the stirring means, and opens to the outside of the stirring means, A suction port communicating with the central hole of the stirring means is provided above the discharge port and at the upper end of the stirring means, and the suction port of the suction means for sucking up dust and harmful substances opens to the upper end of the casing. It is a soil purification device.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1-3 is a figure which shows the form of the typical Example of this invention, Comprising: FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram which shows the use condition in the purification apparatus of soil, FIG. 2 is AA sectional drawing of FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a mixing state in soil.
As shown in FIG. 1, the soil purification apparatus has a stirring means 2 provided with a stirring blade 10 on an outer periphery that is placed on a carriage 1 and moves while rotating in a vertical direction. The center hole 3 of the part is provided with a hollow pipe-like supply means 5 for feeding the purifier 4. The supply means 5 is connected to a pumping means 6 that passes through the stirring means 2 and a casing, which will be described later, and feeds the purifying agent 5 together with high-pressure air and the like. It is connected to the discharge port 11 that discharges into the soil.
[0007]
In addition, a plurality of suction ports 12 and 13 that connect the center hole 3 of the stirring means 2 and the outside of the stirring means 2 are provided at the front end (lower side) and the upper end (upper side) of the stirring means 2. The central hole 3 of the stirring means 2 is in communication with the central hole 3.
Furthermore, a casing 7 is provided outside the stirring means 2 so as to cover all but the lower end surface of the stirring means 2. The casing 7 has a tip that is longer than the stirring means 2 and rotates with the rotation of the stirring means. Further, the casing 7 is provided with a suction port 9 at the upper end of the casing 7 which continues to the suction means 8 that forcibly collects air, dust, harmful substances, purification agents, etc. in the casing. The pressure inside is made lower than the pressure of the soil part outside the casing.
[0008]
The function of the soil purification apparatus configured as described above will be described in the case where the soil is purified while the agitation means 2 is lowered and the soil is excavated.
The stirring means 2 and the casing 7 are lowered while rotating in opposite directions to start excavating the soil. Since excavation is performed by the stirring blade 10 of the stirring means 2, everything is performed inside the casing 7. At this time, copper-containing iron is ejected from the discharge port 11 of the supply means 5 together with high-pressure air as a purifier. For this reason, the pressure in the soil increases, and the purifying agent or the like tries to diffuse into the soil that has not been excavated from the open tip of the casing 7, but the air in the soil between the stirring means and the casing is the stirring means. 2 is sucked by the lower suction port 12 provided in 2 and sucked and collected by the suction means 8 through the upper suction port 13 and the suction port 8.
[0009]
In addition, harmful substances that have risen in the soil between the stirring means 2 and the caging 7 are sucked and collected directly by the suction means 8 from the suction port 8 provided at the upper end of the caging 7.
Therefore, the cleaning agent pumped together with the high-pressure air and harmful substances in the soil do not come out of the casing, and do not affect the soil on the bank.
At this time, all of the high-pressure air and water that send harmful substances, dust, and cleaning agents in the soil are sucked up and collected, and the suction means 8 is provided with these separation means, which are harmful in the atmosphere. Will not be scattered.
[0010]
In the present embodiment, the case where the soil is purified while the agitation means 2 is lowered and the soil is excavated has been described. However, the same effect can be obtained when excavation is performed when the soil is lowered and a purifier is mixed when the soil is raised. In addition, it is more effective for removing dust, water, etc. to operate the suction means even when descending when excavating.
[0011]
[Other embodiments]
FIG. 4 shows a case in which the casing 7A has a square shape, and the rotating stirring means 2A is schematically shown. In the present embodiment, when the construction is continuously performed side by side, the remaining portion is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved with a simple structure.
[0012]
FIG. 5 shows an example in which a larger area is constructed at a time. The casing 7B has an oval shape and includes a plurality of stirring means 2B. By changing the rotation direction of the agitation means 2B from the rotation direction of the adjacent agitation means, the purifier is mixed more uniformly.
[0013]
FIG. 6 includes a plurality of stirring means 2C each rotating in a large casing 7C, and revolves (arrow K) around the center T of the casing 7C as a rotation axis. By making the cross-sectional shape of the casing 7C circular as in the present embodiment, all the parts in the casing are uniformly mixed. In addition, the rotation direction of the casing / stirring means can be appropriately changed depending on the state of the soil, so that the required power can be reduced.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the soil in the casing is completely purified, and the construction can be performed without giving the diffusion of harmful substances to the soil of the adjacent cleaning agent.
According to the second and third aspects, the purification agent can be more efficiently mixed into the soil.
