【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ペットを収容して持ち運び可能とし、かつ、不使用時に折り畳み可能なペット用バッグに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のペット用バッグでは、特開平１０−２１５９３２号公報に記載されているものが知られている。

上記公報のバッグでは、底壁部と、底壁部の前後両端から上方に延びて底壁部の上方を覆うように配設される周壁部と、底壁部の左右両端から上方に延びて周壁部の左右両端と連結される左右の側壁部と、を備えていた。

さらに、このバッグには、底壁部に配置される底芯材、周壁部における底壁部の近傍の前後の壁部にそれぞれ配置される前芯材・後芯材、及び、周壁部の左右の両縁付近に縁に沿ってそれぞれ配置されて、下端側を前・後芯材の左右両端付近に連結させる左芯材・右芯材、を備えて構成されていた。各芯材は、各壁部を構成する布材に、適宜、覆われて配設されていた。

左芯材と右芯材とは、前端を、前芯材の左右両端付近の上部に、それぞれ、回動可能に固定し、後端を、後芯材の左右両端付近の上部に、それぞれ、取り外し可能に固定していた。

そして、ペットを収容する場合には、周壁部の上部に配置された開閉蓋を開口させて、バッグの内部にペットを収容し、開閉蓋を閉めて、バッグのベルトを手で把持する等して、ペットを移動させていた。この時、左芯材と右芯材とが、前・後芯材とともに、周壁部の左右両端をアーチ状に支持することから、バッグ内に、ペットの収納スペースが確保されていた。

また、バッグを折り畳む際には、まず、アーチ状の左・右芯材の後端を、後芯材から外し、ついで、左・右芯材の前端側を前芯材に対して回動させつつ、各左・右芯材を周壁部の左右方向に沿わせるように直線状にし、すなわち、後芯材に連結させていた左・右芯材の後端側を、周壁部の右側若しくは左側に配置させ、そして、折り畳んでいた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来のペット用バッグでは、収納スペースを確保するための左右の芯材が、長いことから、取り扱い難く、折り畳んだ状態での直線状に延びた左・右芯材を、引き出しつつ曲げて後芯材に連結させる作業が、周壁部の内周側の裏地に引っ掛る等して、行い難く、手間がかかっていた。勿論、収納スペースを確保していた状態から、左・右芯材の後端を外して、周壁部の左右方向に沿わせる際にも、左・右芯材が長く、周壁部の内周側の裏地に引っ掛る等して、その作業が行い難かった。

さらに、周壁部の上部に開閉蓋が配設される構造であるため、開閉蓋に芯材が配設されているものの、その芯材は、前芯材等の芯材より、剛性が低いことから、ペットを収容した状態で持ち運ぶ際、周壁部の上部に、下方へ凹んで前後に延びるような皺状の部位が出来易く、収納スペースを確保する上で、課題があった。

本発明は、上述の課題を解決するものであり、折り畳み状態や持ち運び状態への移行作業を、簡便に行え、また、ペットを収納した状態で持ち運ぶ際に、収納スペースを安定して確保可能なペット用バッグを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るバッグは、ペットを収容して持ち運び可能とし、かつ、折り畳み可能なペット用バッグであって、
底壁部と、底壁部の前後両端から上方に延びて底壁部の上方を覆うように配設される周壁部と、底壁部の左右両端から上方に延びて周壁部の左右両端と連結される左右の側壁部と、を備えるとともに、左右の側壁部を略全開可能とする開閉蓋として、
さらに、底壁部に配置される底芯材、周壁部における底壁部の近傍の前後の壁部にそれぞれ配置される前芯材・後芯材、周壁部の上部における天井壁部に左右方向に沿って配置される上芯材、及び、周壁部の左右の両縁付近に縁に沿ってそれぞれ配置されて、下端側を前・後芯材の左右両端付近に連結させるとともに、上芯材に連結させる左芯材・右芯材、を備えて構成され、

分割材が、それぞれ、先端部側を、対応する前・後芯材に対して、取り外し可能に連結させ、かつ、元部側を、回動時に上芯材に沿わせるように、上芯材に対して回動可能に連結させて、配設されていることを特徴とする。

本発明に係るペット用バッグでは、左・右芯材の分割材の各先端部側を、前・後芯材に連結させれば、左・右側壁部の周囲の全周に、底芯材、前芯材、上芯材を間にした二つの分割材、及び、後芯材、が配置されることとなって、周壁部の左右両縁付近の収納スペースを確保できる。そして、左・右芯材の分割材は、それぞれ、元部側を、周壁部の上部における天井壁部に左右方向に沿って配置される上芯材に連結させており、周壁部の天井壁部が、上芯材により、下方への凹みを防止される。

すなわち、ペットを内部に収容した状態で、バッグを持ち運んでも、周壁部の天井壁部が上芯材によって下方へ凹むことを防止されていることから、周壁部の左右両縁付近の収納スペース用の内部空間が、周壁部の左右方向の全長にわたって確保し易くなって、収納スペースを安定して設けることができる。

また、バッグの折り畳み時には、左・右芯材の各分割材における先端部側の前・後芯材との連結状態を解除して、上芯材に沿うように、各分割材を、元部側の上芯材との連結部位を回動中心として、回動させれば、底壁部と周壁部との間、及び、周壁部の上芯材と前・後芯材との間で、周壁部を容易に曲げることができることから、バッグを折り畳むことができる。

したがって、本発明に係るペット用バッグでは、折り畳み状態や持ち運び状態への移行作業を、簡便に行え、また、ペットを収納した状態で持ち運ぶ際に、収納スペースを安定して確保することができる。

また、本発明に係るバッグでは、左・右側壁部が略全面を開口可能な開閉蓋として構成されており、左右の側壁部を開いた開口から、バッグの左方側から、あるいは、右方側から、どちらの側からでも、ペットを出し入れすることができる。

そして、請求項２のように、周壁部の内周側における左右方向の中間付近に、ペットに結んだ紐材を止める止着部が、形成されていれば、左右の側壁部を開いた開口を経て、バッグの左方側から、あるいは、右方側からと、どちらの側からでも、ペットに結んだ紐材を、円滑に、止着部に止めることができる。また、止着部が、周壁部の内周側における左右方向の中間付近に配置されていることから、ペットに結ぶ紐材の長さを、周壁部の左右方向の全長の半分程度に、短くできて、収容されたペットが、バッグ内で、左方側や右方側に頭を向けても、紐材がペットに絡み付くことを、防止することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明すると、実施形態のペット用バッグ１０は、図１〜３に示すように、底壁部１１と、底壁部１１の前後両端から上方に延びて底壁部１１の上方を覆うように配設される周壁部１３と、底壁部１１の左右両端から上方に延びて周壁部１３の左右両端と連結される左右の側壁部１８・１９と、を備えて構成されている。そして、バッグ１０は、周壁部１３の前後に取り付けられたベルト２２・２３を中央でまとめたグリップ２４を、把持したり、あるいは、各ベルト２２・２３を長さ調整して長くし、グリップ２４を利用して、肩に掛けたりして、持ち運びできるように構成されている。

周壁部１３は、前後に配置される前壁部１４と後壁部１５とを備えるとともに、周壁部１３の上部部位に、前・後壁部１４・１５の上端相互を連結する天井壁部１６を備えて、構成されている。前壁部１４の外表面側には、蓋２６ａ付きのポケット２６が、配設されている。さらに、周壁部１３におけるポケット２６の上方には、図１・７に示すように、蓋３３で覆われたネット材３２が配設されている。蓋３３は、蓋３３の裏面側とネット材３２の表面側とに配置された対応する面ファスナー３４・３５相互を接合させることにより、ネット材３２を覆い、また、下縁３３ａを回転中心として、蓋３３を折り曲げて開けた際には、蓋３３の下方における前壁部の１４の表面側に配置されている面ファスナ３５に、蓋材３３の面ファスナ３４を結合させることにより、蓋３３を開いた状態を維持できて、ネット材３２を経て、バッグ１０の内部を目視することができる。

左右の側壁部１８・１９は、外周縁を、スライドファスナ２８を介在させて、周壁部１３の左右両縁１３ａ・１３ｂと連結させた開閉蓋２０として構成され、ファスナ２８のスライダ２９・２９を操作して、周壁部１３の左右の縁１３ａ・１３ｂとの連結を解除し、各側壁部１８・１９の底壁部１１との結合部位付近を回転中心として、側壁部１８・１９の全体を外方に倒せば、図７に示すように、周壁部１３の左右を全開させることができる。

そして、このバッグ１０には、図１〜５に示すように、底壁部１１に配置される底芯材４２、周壁部１３における底壁部１１近傍の前・後壁部１４・１５にそれぞれ配置される前芯材・後芯材４３・４４、周壁部１２の天井壁部１６に左右方向に沿って配置される上芯材４５、及び、周壁部１２の左右の両縁１３ａ・１３ｂ付近に縁１３ａ・１３ｂに沿ってそれぞれ配置される左・右芯材４６・４７、が配設されている。なお、各芯材４２・４３・４４・４５・４６・４７は、ポリエチレン等のばね状弾性を有した硬質合成樹脂板から形成されている。

左芯材４６と右芯材４７とは、それぞれ、前後に分割された分割材４８・４８から、構成されている。そして、各分割材４８は、それぞれ、ペットの持ち運び時に下端部４６ａ・４７ａ側となる先端部４９側を、前・後芯材１４・１５の左右の両縁付近の上部に対して、取り外し可能に連結させている。具体的には、先端部４９にスナップボタンの凹型５４が配置され、前・後芯材１４・１５側には、対応するスナップボタンの凸型５５が配置されている。また、各分割材４８は、それぞれ、元部５０側を、回動時に上芯材４５に沿わせるように、上芯材４５の幅広となった左右の端部４５ａ・４５ａに対して、回動可能に連結させている。具体的には、リベット５２を利用して、上芯材４５の左右両端付近に、回動可能に軸支されている。

また、実施形態のバッグ１０では、内周側において、図１・７・８に示すように、周壁部１３の左右方向の中間付近におけるネット材３２の下縁付近に、犬等のペットＰに結んだ紐材５６を止める止着部３７が、形成されている。止着部３７は、リング体からなって、紐材５６のナス環５６ａを係止可能としている。紐材５６は、可撓性を有した布紐等から形成されて、一端にナス環５６ａを固着させ、他端側に、ループ部５６ｂを形成するとともに、そのループ部５６ｂの内径を拡径不能に止めるクランプ５６ｃを設けて構成されている。クランプ５６ｃは、所定のボタン５６ｄを操作することにより、ループ部５６ｂの内径寸法を大きくできるように構成され、ループ部５６ｂが、ペットＰの首に掛けられることとなる。

このペット用バッグ１０では、図２に示すように、各スナップボタンにおける凸部５３と凹部５４とを嵌合させて、左・右芯材４６・４７の分割材４８の各先端部４９側を、前・後芯材４３・４４に連結させれば、左・右側壁部１８・１９の周囲の全周に、底芯材４２、前芯材４３、上芯材４５を間にした二つの分割材４８・４８、及び、後芯材４４、が配置されることとなって、周壁部１３の左右両縁１３ａ・１３ｂ付近の収納スペースを確保できる。そして、図１・４に示すように、左・右芯材４６・４７の分割材４８は、それぞれ、元部５０側を、周壁部１３の上部における天井壁部１６に左右方向に沿って配置される上芯材４５に連結させており、周壁部１３の天井壁部１６が、上芯材４５により、下方への凹みを防止される。

すなわち、ペットＰを内部に収容した状態で、バッグ１０を持ち運んでも、周壁部１３の天井壁部１６が上芯材４５によって下方へ凹むことを防止されていることから、周壁部１３の左右両縁１３ａ・１３ｂ付近の収納スペース用の内部空間が、周壁部１３の左右方向の全長にわたって確保し易くなって、収納スペースを安定して設けることができる。

なお、天井壁部１６の一層の下方への凹み防止を図れるように、図４の括弧内に示すように、上芯材４５には、周壁部１３の左右方向に沿うように、すなわち、端部４５ａ・４５ａ相互を連結するように、上方若しくは下方へ突出する一つ若しくは複数のリブ４５ｂを、形成してもよい。このリブ４５ｂは、上芯材４５の成形時に一体的に形成されているが、別途、接着剤等で結合させて、上芯材４５に形成してもよい。
