【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は薄型物品収納具に係り、特に、レコードジャケットやＣＤジャケットや電子ブック等の薄型の物品を収納する薄型物品収納具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、レコードジャケットやＣＤジャケット等の薄型の物品を収納する収納手段として、ＣＤラックやレコードラック等の、複数枚の物品を整列させた状態で収納する薄型物品収納具が用いられていた。

前記薄型物品収納具としては、例えば前記物品の一辺よりもわずかに寸法が大きく形成された奥行きと前記物品の厚さ方向に寸法が大きく形成された幅とを有する底板となる基板を有しており、この基板には、前記物品を保持するための複数個の保持板が幅方向に所定の間隔を開けて立設されている。

そして、前記薄型物品収納具に前記物品を収納する際には、前記物品を前記基板に立てた状態で載置すると、この物品の表面あるいは裏面が前記保持板に当接することによりこの物品が基板に立てられた状態で収納される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の薄型物品収納具においては、収納の際に各物品の表裏面が幅方向で相互に重なり合っていたため、各物品の表裏面が見えなくなってしまっていた。前記物品の表裏面には、一般にＣＤ等の内容を表示したジャケットデザインが施されており、ユーザーはこのジャケットデザインを見て物品を選択できるが、従来の薄型物品収納具においては、ジャケットデザインを確認するために各物品を１枚ごとに基板および保持板から外に取り出さなければならなかった。このため、物品の選択を容易かつ迅速に行なうことができないといった問題が生じていた。

本発明はこのような問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、各物品を１枚ずつ吊り下げて収納することによって各物品の選択を容易かつ迅速に行なうことができるとともにこれらの物品を安定的に収納することができ、構造も簡易でありコストも低廉な薄型物品収納具を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に係る薄型物品収納具の特徴は、一側端に開口部が形成され少なくとも１枚分の前記物品を収納可能な偏平の収納袋と、この収納袋の上縁部の内側に挿入されて収納袋および物品を上方に支持する長尺な収納袋支持部を設け、この収納袋支持部の前記収納袋の開口部側の端部に、前記物品および前記収納袋を吊り下げるためのフック部を連設し、前記収納袋支持部の前記収納袋の奥側端部に、前記物品の収納袋の奥側縁部の少なくとも一部を当接させて保持するための当接保持部を下方に延出させてなる吊り下げ部材とを有する点にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る薄型物品収納具の実施の形態を図１乃至図５を参照して説明する。

本実施形態における薄型物品収納具１は、ＣＤジャケットや電子ブック等の薄型の物品２を１枚分収納可能とされた偏平な収納袋４を有している。この収納袋４は必要に応じて複数枚収納可能な大きさに形成してもよい。前記収納袋４は、平面略正方形状に形成されており、この略正方形状の図１における左縁部４ａは、袋の奥部５とされている。また、右縁部４ｂには、前記物品２を収納袋４内に案内するための開口部６が形成されている。この収納袋４は透明、半透明、非透明のいずれであってもよく、また、内容物である物品２の特徴をユーザーが記入できる部分を形成したり、シールを貼ったり、何らかの目印を付けることができるようにするとよい。

また、本実施形態における薄型物品収納具１は、物品２の収納状態において前記収納袋４に一部が挿入されて収納袋４および収納された物品２を一緒に吊り下げるための吊り下げ部材７を有している。

この吊り下げ部材７は、前記収納袋４の図１の上縁部４ｃよりも寸法が大きな長尺な棒状に形成され、物品２の収納状態において前記収納袋４の上縁部４ｃを内側から上方に支持するための収納袋支持部８を有している。この吊り下げ部材７は樹脂の一体成型等により作成される。

物品２の収納状態において前記収納袋４の開口部６側に位置する前記収納袋支持部８の開口部６側端部（図１における右端部）には、図１における左斜め上方に直線状に延出した延出部９ａと、この延出部９ａの先端から右方に屈曲した屈曲部９ｂとからなるフック部９が形成されており、このフック部９によって前記吊り下げ部材７を吊り下げるようになっている。前記フック部９は、物品２の収納状態において前記収納袋４の奥部５側に位置する前記収納袋支持部８の奥部５側端部（図１における左端部）と、前記開口部６側端部との中間位置８ａよりも開口部６側に形成されている。

また、前記収納袋支持部８の前記奥部５側端部には、前記物品２の収納状態においてこの物品２の収納袋４の奥側縁部の少なくとも一部を当接させて保持するための棒状の当接保持部１１が下方に直角に延出するように形成されている。

さらに、前記収納袋支持部８の物品２の厚み方向の両側部には、図１における横方向の大きさが前記収納袋支持部材８とほぼ同じ大きさとされ、収納時に物品２を前記収納袋支持部８の位置まで案内するための一対の案内板１２が、厚み方向に互いに間隔を開けるようにして下方に延出形成されている。

次に、本発明に係る薄型物品収納具１の実施形態の作用について説明する。

本実施形態においては、前記吊り下げ部材７を吊り下げる一手段として、図２に示す収容ラック１５を用いている。この収容ラック１５は、物品２の厚さ方向に寸法が大きく形成された底板となる平板状の基板１５ａを設け、この基板１５ａの両端部に一対の支持板１５ｂを直角に立設し、これらの支持板１５ｂの間に吊り下げ竿１４を横架して形成されている。

まず、前記物品２の上端部を前記吊り下げ部材７の案内板１２を介して前記収納袋支持部８に当接させる。このとき、前記物品２の左端部を前記当接保持部１１に当接させる。そして、この状態で前記収納袋４を前記物品２の左端部側から右端部側に向かって被せる。これにより、図３に示すように、物品２の上端部が前記吊り下げ部材７の収納袋支持部８に当接し、左端部が当接保持部１１に当接した状態で、この物品２と、前記吊り下げ部材７の当接保持部１１および収納袋支持部８が前記収納袋４内に収納される。

この安定状態をさらに説明すると、吊り下げ部材７、収納袋４および物品２が一緒になって、前記当接保持部１１を下方に下げるように傾くと、収納袋４に比較して重量の大きい物品２が当接保持部１１側へ移動しようとするが当接保持部１１に物品２の左端縁部が当接しているためにその移動を阻止される。これにより、物品２は当接保持部１１との当接箇所を支点として自重により図４の時計方向に回動を始め、物品２の下縁部が収納袋４の下縁部４ｄに当接し、収納袋４自身が図４の時計方向に回動を始め、収納袋４の上縁部４ｃが吊り下げ部材７の収納袋支持部８の上面に強く押し当てられ、大きな摩擦力が発生し、収納袋４および吊り下げ部材７が収納袋支持部材８に不動状態に保持されることになり、全体として安定状態となる。さらに、前記吊り下げ部材７が前記当接保持部１１側を下方に傾けた状態で吊り下げられているため、この吊り下げ部材７が人為的作用等により振動したとしても、開口部６側にまで傾くことはほとんどない。従って、前記物品２が開口部６側から離脱するようなこともない。

以上のような物品２の吊り下げ収納を前記吊り下げ竿１４に沿って１枚ずつ繰り返すことにより、図５に示すように、各物品２が、厚み方向に相互に隣位するようにして収容ラック１５内に収容される。このとき、各物品２の表裏面を容易に確認することができるため、所望の物品２を容易かつ迅速に選択することができる。

従って、本実施形態における薄型物品収納具１によれば、前記物品２を１枚ずつ吊り下げて収納することにより各物品２の選択を容易かつ迅速に行なうことができる。また、物品２を前記当接保持部１１側を下方に傾けて吊り下げることにより物品２を安定的に収納することができる。

なお、本発明は前記実施の形態のものに限定されるものではなく、必要に応じて種々変更することが可能である。例えば、前記収納袋４の形状は、平面略正方形状に限る必要はなく、例えば円形の物品２の形状に対応させて奥部を円弧状にしてもよい。この場合、前記収納袋支持部８の形状を円弧状に形成し、前記当接保持部１１も円形の物品２を当接保持できる長さおよび形状に形成すればよい。また、前記実施形態の吊り下げ部材７の１対の案内板１２を省くこともできる。この場合、吊り下げ部材７を棒材の折曲げ加工によって製造するようにしてもよい。

以上述べたように本発明の請求項１に係る薄型物品収納具によれば、各物品を１枚ずつ吊り下げて収納することにより、各物品の選択を容易かつ迅速に行なうことができる。また、構成も簡単であり、製造コストも低廉のものとなる。
