従来、岸壁固定用の空気式防舷材としては、図3〜図6に示すように、内層ゴム1,少なくとも一層以上の補強層2(補強コード層),外層ゴム3を順次積層させて中空筒状に成形して成る防舷材本体4と、該防舷材本体4の両端部に取付けられる岸壁固定用の取付け固定板5及び受衝板取付け用の受衝板取付け板6とが加硫成形により一体的に構成されている。

然しながら、上記のような従来の防舷材は、使用中に防舷材本体4が損傷したり、空気漏れ等が生じた場合に、防舷材本体4のみを交換することが出来ず、常に防舷材本体4を含む取付け固定板5及び受衝板取付け板6の全てを交換しなければならないために非常に高価となる問題があり、また一部損傷した場合にも現地での復旧作業もできず、全て防舷材本体1の全体を陸地に引き上げて、工場等に搬送して修理しなければならないので、多くの手間と時間がかかり、そのための費用もかかると言う問題があった。

この発明の目的は、防舷材本体のみを交換可能として、取付け固定板及び受衝板取付け板は流用できることから安価に交換することができ、また現地での復旧作業も容易に行うことが出来る空気式防舷材を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
記目的を達成するため本発明の空気式防舷材は、内層ゴム,少なくとも一層以上の補強層,外層ゴムを順次積層させて中空筒状に成形して成る防舷材本体と、該防舷材本体の両端部に設けた取付け固定板及び受衝板取付け板とで構成して成る空気式防舷材において、前記防舷材本体と取付け固定板及び受衝板取付け板とを分割可能に構成し、前記防舷材本体の両端部に補強層を折り返してビード部を形成し、前記取付け固定板及び受衝板取付け板の内側周縁部に、前記ビード部を内側から包み込むように形成された断面L字状の押さえ金具を設けるとともに、前記ビード部を外側から押さえ込む断面三角形状の押さえ金具を、該断面三角形状の斜面を前記断面L字状の押さえ金具に対向させて設け、該断面L字状の押さえ金具と断面三角形状の押さえ金具とにより、防舷材本体のビード部を着脱可能で、かつ気密的に保持する構成にし、前記取付け固定板に、断面三角形状の押さえ金具の外側面に当接させて防舷材本体の過圧縮防止用のゴム状弾性ストッパーリングを設けたことを要旨とするものである。

なお、従来例と同一構成要素は、同一符号を付して説明は省略する。
図1は、この発明を実施した空気式防舷材の断面図、図2は図1の要部拡大断面図を示し、防舷材本体14は、内層ゴム1,少なくとも一層以上の補強層2(補強コード層),外層ゴム3を順次積層させて中空筒状に成形され、防舷材本体14の端末部は、折り返してビード部10が形成してある。
