従来、キャビネットの左右側内面に取り付けた水平支持版の前端縁に垂設した前面板部と台板の前端縁に垂設した前面板部とをねじ止めする台板の取り付け構造のものがある。これは水平支持板に台板を取り付けたうえ、この台板に機器類を取り付けて使用するが、台板を使用せずに水平支持板のみで取り付けることができる機器の場合、直接水平支持板に載せて取り付けることがあった。しかしこの場合、水平支持板の前端部に機器があたる可能性があり、水平支持板の前端縁に垂設した前面板部がデットスペースとなり、下に位置する台板に機器を収納する場合にそのデットスペース分台板を下げる必要があった。また、キャビネットの左右側部内面に基端部をもって取り付けた水平支持板に台板の取り付けは、台板が水平方向すなわち前後左右に移動するのを防止するため台板を水平支持板にねじで固定したものが普通であった。

前記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明は、キャビネット本体の左右側部内面に取り付けた水平支持板に台板の両側下方を支持する台板の取付構造において、水平支持板の前端側に係止孔を設け、また、台板の前端縁に垂設した前面板部に、この台板が水平支持板に支持させたときに前記係止孔と左右位置が一致する孔を設け、前面板部の前面から該孔に回転ブッシュを挿入したうえ該回転ブッシュに設けた係止突起を前記係止孔に係合したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施形態を説明する。1はキャビネット本体、2、2は前記キャビネット本体1の左右側部内面に基端部をもって取り付けた水平支持板であり、該水平支持板2,2はL型レールの水平板部2aをもって構成して、L型レールの垂直板部2bをキャビネット本体1の内面に当接させるとともに水平板部2aの前端縁に垂設した前板部2cの外側に連設した掛鉤部2dをキャビネット本体1の内面に設けた係合孔に係合させて取り付けられている。

3は前記水平支持板2、2に両側下面を支持されて取り付けられる台板である。この台板3は両側前端縁に垂設した前板部31の下端後方に内鍔板部32を連設したうえ該内鍔板部32の外側に切欠部33を形成して、該切欠部33を前記水平支持板2の前端縁下方に設けた係止片21に係合させて、該台板3が水平支持板2、2上で前後左右方向に移動するのを防止するものである。なお、図示の実施形態にあっては係止片21は水平支持板2としたL型レールの水平板部2aの前端縁に垂設した前板部2cの内側下方に突設したものであるが、L型レールの垂直板部2bの前端縁に折曲形成してもよい。また、台板3の後側の取り付けにいてこの実施形態においては、台板3の裏側に掛鉤部35を設け、水平支持板2に該掛鉤部35に対応する箇所に孔23を設けて、掛鉤部35と孔23を係合させて取り付けているが、取り付け手段はこれに限定されないことは勿論である。

また、水平支持板2、2の前端側には係止孔22が設けてあり、他方これに支持される台板3の前端縁に垂設した前桁板部31には、この台板3が水平支持板2、2に支持させたときに前記係止孔22と左右位置が一致する横長孔34が設けてあり、前桁板部31の前面から該横長孔34に回転ブッシュ4を挿入したうえ該回転ブッシュ4を回転させ該回転ブッシュ4に設けた係止突起41を前記係止孔22に係合させている。このように台板3の左右の2箇所で係止突起41と係止孔22が係合されているので、台板2は水平方向に移動することがないものである。また、回転ブッシュ4は水平支持板2の下面に当接しているので、該回転ブッシュ4が挿入されている台板3は水平支持板2から浮き上がるおそれがなくなり、ねじで強固に止める必要はない。なお、この実施形態では横長孔34に回転ブッシュ4を挿入しているが、回転ブッシュが容易に外れなければ孔の形状は横長孔でなくともよい。

前記したように、本発明にあっては、回転ブッシュより台板を水平支持板に取り付けする構造としたから、台板を使用せずに直接機器類を水平支持板に取り付ける場合にデットスペースがなくなり、機器の収納スペースが広くすることができる。また、キャビネットの左右側部内面に取り付けた水平支持板に台板の取り付けをねじをもって固定する必要がないので台板の取り付け取り外しが容易な台板の取付構造を提供したものである。
従って、従来の問題点を解決したものであり、業界にもたらす益なものである。
